I am having a hard time finding this illusory quote from Magnes. Where did you paste it from to make it appear here?

Opps my bad solid person
He did write that. I go to bed now and let the adults play the game.
I might be going on vacation for a while also. This shit is too fucktarded for my small little infinite mind to grasp.
If it was just this, I'd give a warning and possibly move this thread to thunderdome. But...
Personal attacks are not allowed. Since you're a "new" member and this is your first infraction, a three day ban seems appropriate, so... see you in a few days.
As far as LuckyStrike and Fen, allegations such as the ones in this thread are not personal attacks so there's nothing to ban over.
another lovely day in the neighborhood.
folks,
permit me if you will to redirect the attention of this thread to original point of discussion.
After reading the Madison Wisc material at this link
http://www.cityofmadison.com/clerk/secondhandDealer.cfm
I'm left wondering at least two things, and would appreciate folks chiming in with their thoughts.
1) I've never particularly thought to check where an eBay seller operates/is located in order to avoid doing business with anyone --in this instance-- from Madison, Wisc.
Thoughts?
2) If one purchases anything on the items listed on the Madison report electronically and nightly to the Madison govt list, do eBay buyers open themselves up to unintended govt reporting by a 3rd party for the laundry list in perpetuity? Kind of a "once on the list, forever on the list" mentality?
Thoughts?
........Parenthetically, it appears this type eBay (or ANY online auction) transaction could logically can flow through to the IRS by winning an eBay auction from such a seller...providing both the seller's "profit point" and establishing not only the buyer's identity without pix, id, color of hair, color of eyes as required by Madison law, but also the cost basis for all these items forever tracked from date of purchase forward?
My mind reels with the thought of data entry cost points for CD/DVD purchases, for example.

i was PayPal'ed a few hundred $ in Jan. & Feb. this year.
still wondering if that will ever get reported to the US gov.
PayPal says they report $500 or more, i think i stayed under the threshold.
if the US gov. wants to dig into the "Underground" economy, they will have to look at transactions smaller than $500.
what we need is a Paypal insider - or IRS insider - to tell us what is going on.
Good point, Gunny. Hadn't thought of the PayPal angle.
You offer no proof. Just "TROLL!" Calling you an idiot, well just isn't true. Everyone on the board knows you are not an idiot. So his response was amusingly quaint.
But to be called "TROLL" 24/7 since joining the board, has to be damned annoying. About as annoying as being called an idiot.
Just the way I see it.
I haven't figured out who Xixang is as a sock yet. I don't think he fits JK's profile. JK wasn't afraid of scary muzzies.
Fenrisulfr is not a troll.
The board has gone into a whipped up frenzy of "Two Minutes of Hate" with anyone new. It's a distraction. Even if they are trolls, the distraction of constantly calling them out is disruptive to the entire board. And if they say something just completely off the wall/not right I just post this pic. I have no need to hound anyone, but my sentiments have been conveyed.
