Correction: Notaries Cannot Lose Their Bonds

Among the other Disinformation being spread is the idea that Notaries could "lose their bonds" if they Witness our Acts of Expatriation.

Those making such comments are in true La-La-Land.

All your life, you have been signing for a fictional entity --- your Person.

In fact, no "State of State" Notary has ever Witnessed anything but people signing as Persons or PERSONS, so you are not doing anything unusual or wrong or even questionable by signing our paperwork, and neither is the Notary doing anything questionable by witnessing it.

Here's what the armchair quarterbacks are missing:
In international jurisdiction there are Lawful Persons and Legal Persons, but no living people at all. So, Question One---- which one are you? Lawful Person or Legal Person?

We settle the first question --- Lawful Person or Legal Person? -- with the Act of Expatriation and the Deed of Reconveyance.

We record the fact and create the evidence that our Proper Name is a Lawful Person standing on the land and soil of our State, so that it is no longer open to any interpretation and we are not subject to being mistaken for Legal Persons and attacked as such.

In municipal jurisdiction there are also only commercial corporations functioning as LEGAL PERSONS. Again, no living people at all.

Question Two: where are those PERSONS domiciled on Earth and who do they belong to?

We settle the second question regarding LEGAL PERSONS with the Certificate of Assumed Names and the Form 56, which re-flags the PERSON as an American PERSON (not Puerto Rican) and then Form 56 makes the Secretary of the Treasury responsible for paying ITS debts. Not us.

Everyone (including the Notaries) needs to realize that "State of State" Notaries, like State of State Sheriffs, don't have any public bonds associated with what is in fact a private corporate office providing a public service as a paid or unpaid contractor.

Instead, the State of State corporations "self-insure" and have risk management departments. In reality what that means is that they carry private liability insurance like any big corporation.

You can't lose bonding you don't have.

Act of State is Insufficient

Now we have more Disinformation hitting the streets---
people saying that you don't have to expatriate, and that an "Act of State" is sufficient.

Tell that to Tim Turner, presently serving ---- is it 18 years? ----in Federal Prison.

Ever play with an Oriental Puzzle Box when you were a kid?

These wooden boxes are often intricately carved and have all sorts of hidden locks and slides and cut out "keys" that are part of the box. My Dad would give me one of these things that appeared to be solid blocks of intricately carved wood -- a bit like a Rubik's Cube -- and see how long I had to fiddle with it to get it open. Inside, he would have hidden some little treat....

What our Employees have done is similar to the Puzzle Box. They have set things up so that "you can't get there from here".

You can't do an "Act of State" until you have a "State" and you don't have a "State" if you are any kind of "US Citizen".

US Citizens live, work, breathe, and have their being in the world of "inchoate" States of States. They can't access or operate actual States. They are by definition "stateless".

So when a US Citizen attempts to do an "Act of State", the courts just laugh at him and ignore him---- and rightly so.

Tim Turner was trying to act in a capacity he couldn't act in. He couldn't access any "State" because as a US Citizen he wasn't on the land and soil to begin with.
He hadn't done the groundwork of re-conveying his Proper Name to the land and soil and hadn't expatriated from US Citizenship, so, he couldn't do a valid Act of State.

Tim will spend 8 to 10 years of his life in jail for making that mistake, and now members of the Michigan General Jural Assembly are telling you that an "Act of State" without returning to the land and soil and without expatriating from US Citizenship is sufficient?

They want you to make the same mistake Tim Turner already made--- ? Hello? Houston.....

The Reason Why

The reason all these defamatory hit pieces are suddenly being pelted at me is because I am taking on the corrupt Generals who set up the Nevada Corporation to run the phony UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and who are trying to run another round of the Great Fraud on us.

These --- Sun-Tzu and Destry et alia --- are the guys trying to sell the French Rothschild "Neu Republique" to us---and if they can't sell it honestly, are trying to bring it in the back door. These same bunch of Freebooters have been running all the UN-DOD-NWO scams.

It's not me who is the "Cabal Agent". Remember: it's always the pot calling the kettle black. It's their MO to accuse their enemies of what they are doing themselves.

Just watch and see who the actual Cabal Agents are ---- those who are spreading a LOT of disinfo about me and about other things, too ---- telling Notaries that they could lose non-existent "bonding" if they Witness our expatriation paperwork, telling people that Tim Turner's "Act of State" will protect them, when it didn't protect Tim Turner (he got an 18 year prison sentence because he relied on an "Act of State" he had no capacity to do).

All sorts of crazy crap coming out of those boys now, but manure is manure and it costs those who spread it as well as those who listen to it.

The Thinking People will see the logic and abandon the fake stuff, and all the Dunderheads who can't think beyond their Eighth Grade indoctrination into La-La-Land, will be left behind. Basically, we should not have SSN's, but we've been snookered into participating in a retirement program for foreigners that we aren't eligible for and they've collected a lot of money from us and left a lot of people with no other pension options, so we have to address this as we would address any other commercial corporation that did this.

Once you use your Certificate of Assumed Name(s) and move the Federal Municipal PERSON back to the land and soil jurisdiction, you have re-flagged that "Vessel" as an American, not a Puerto Rican, so it falls under our Public Law, and not their Spanish Inquisitional Law, together with all assets and beneficial interests, then, when you use the Form 56 to make Mnuchin the Fiduciary responsible, you also make him and the "US Treasury Department" responsible for keeping the accounts and paying ITS bills-- including any charges brought by the courts or the hospitals or IRS. They can't mess with you anymore whether you use the SSN or not.

They still owe "HIM" whatever they owed him, and if anyone wants to get in your face and pretend that you are responsible for paying HIS debts, you already know what to tell them: "I returned that ACCOUNT to the Secretary of the Treasury. He's the Fiduciary responsible for settling any charges related to it."

Big Announcements and Things I Have to Ask Myself

I have to ask myself....if my house were burning down, would I care who brought me the news in time to save it?

No, they could be an alcoholic communist cyclops, and I wouldn't care less.

If I were the heir of a gigantic fortune, would it matter who told me the news?

No, I'd probably be stunned, and then act like all those people who win the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes.

Just as we know that the Satanists among us always accuse their enemies of doing what they are themselves doing, we also know that they attack the messengers to draw attention away from the message.

"Yeah, your house is burning down, but did you smell beer on that guy's breath?"

What I am suffering through right now is just Satanism du Jour.

This kind of "character assassination" and reckless lying about multiple things all at once is what these Deep State reptiles are famous for. The Bigger the Lie, the Better---they think.

We can't change them. We can only change ourselves. And learn to think for ourselves. And recognize them for what they are.

Much of what I have had to tell you has not been pleasant.
Who wants to know that our beloved country has been grossly defrauded in breach of trust and that our people have been enslaved for six generations?

Instead of living in the land of the free, we have been shanghaied and left adrift at sea by our own employees.

You are all heirs to an unimaginable fortune. You own controlling interest in all the Fortune 500 Corporations. You own vast quantities of gold. All the land and soil of this country, all the surface and ground water, all the public infrastructure, belongs to you.

You own Wall Street, the banks, the New York Stock Exchange. You own the Federal Reserve Banks. You own all the Municipal and Territorial corporations in this country and most such corporations worldwide.

Why? They have all been chartered by the rats in your name, via abuse of your Patent Office.

To be sure, they didn't mean for you to ever actually benefit from any of this, but as it turns out, now that you woke up, now that you remember who you are, you hold the keys and the titles.

You still have to come forward. You still have to make the effort to douse the flames and reclaim your birthright. You still have to wake all the way up and take action in your own behalf.

I and many others saved you the option to save your house and your inheritance. Millions upon millions of Americans are eligible to come home and take charge again, because of us.

But it's your call. You can stand on the lawn and watch your house burn. You can abandon your birthright and be left with nothing. You can be misled and distracted.

Those of us who know the history and see the logic ---and who know what has to be done and how to do it---are migrating home to the land and soil and organizing The American States Assembly.

Those who don't get it, are being left behind. It's too bad, but we can't waste time and spend our resources infighting with ignoramuses and Undeclared Federal Agents.

We are assembling the actual geographically defined States of the Union.
No franchises of commercial corporations here.

We are clearing our decks and recording our political status so we can act in our lawful capacity to do this work. We are all Lawful Persons. Not Legal Persons. And proud of it.

A Repeat of Answers Already Given:

Certain people who will remain unnamed and hopefully forgotten are tramping around pretending that they have valid questions that I haven't answered. In fact, I answered these questions (and more) a long time ago, and the replies are published. But just so that everyone sees the answers and knows that I answered them and that I have no purpose of evasion, here are the answers again.

Would someone please make sure that Jeff Dougherty in Portland, Oregon, gets these plastered in front of his nose, so that he can stop pretending that I haven't answered?

1. Who swore you in as Judge? - please provide doc

The Chaplain of our State Assembly, as it happens, heard my Acceptance of Office, because the last competent judge in our Assembly died of complications of old age. Who hears your Acceptance doesn't matter. The fact that you Accepted the Office and that there were Witnesses to the fact --- that matters.

No documentation beyond the memory of those present and a written Witness Testimony exists; and it wasn't a "swearing" in. Land jurisdiction judges don't swear oaths at all, and if you read your Bible and knew your Land Law, you would already know this.

What oath did you take? and please provide a copy
As explained above, land jurisdiction Justices don't "swear Oaths" and NEVER have.

By what authority has made your husband Head of State?
Blood inheritance is what rules in the international jurisdiction of the sea -- this is the realm of Monarchs. It has nothing directly to do with the land jurisdiction that we are restoring, but since you ask --- he inherited the duty and responsibility from his ancestors all the way back to William the Conqueror. He didn't ask for it and didn't want it and avoided it most of his life. He came forward to challenge the Queen's bid to claim all our "abandoned" land as hers.

This was bad news for the Queen, but as Jim's ancestor, William Belcher, already granted you the status of being a "sovereign in your own right", it doesn't preclude 350 million other Americans from stepping forward and challenging her claim, too. Having Jim do it from a pre-established American sovereignty based on the Norman Conquest was simply a matter of demonstrating to the whole world that, yes, we are still here, and no, this land is not abandoned nor is it lacking valid sovereigns to operate in the international jurisdiction of the sea.

What impact did the 1783 Treaty of Peace have for We the People being recognized as sovereign people?

The language of the Treaty is complex enough so that many people -- apparently including you -- are deceived by it.

Among other stumbling blocks, even though it's purpose is to put the final touches on a peace process ending the Revolutionary War, the Treaty continues to call King George the "Prince of the United States" and also to name him the "Arch-Treasurer" thereof.

It speaks of the "free and independent and sovereign people of the United States" in almost the same breath that it speaks of "inhabits" remaining to provide essential services.

So what are we do make of all this?

The Treaty was written in 1783, but "the United States" -- which is the Municipal Holy Roman Empire Government and not "The United States" most people assume---was already established here by Benjamin Franklin in the 1750's when he applied to be Post Master and established a seat of government for it in Philadelphia.

So under the Treaty of Peace some thirty years later, they are agreeing that King George will act as the "Prince" (under the Pope) and the Arch-Treasurer of the Commonwealth and Municipal interests of "the United States".

This has nothing to do with our Union of republican states: The United States, which the King doesn't even deign to mention.

But in the second context, when speaking about the "free, independent, and sovereign people of the United States" versus the "inhabitants" thereof, as you can see down to this day, nobody living as a member of a Commonwealth and nobody subject to the Pope's Municipal Government can be considered "free", "sovereign" or "independent".

This references "the people" of the soil jurisdiction who are already recognized as "sovereigns in their own right" as "free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States" --- meaning free, sovereign, and independent people outside of "he United States" which is again, the Municipal Government.

The "inhabitants" remaining to provide "essential services" are British troops and loyalists and employees of the Holy Roman Empire, all working in various government-related jobs. They were allowed to remain here and work here to provide a continuity of services. Thus they are "inhabitants" --- temporarily "residing" here, but not part of the people.

In modern terms, these "inhabitants" then were fulfilling the same position as "US Citizens" now, even though the creation of "United States Citizens" (British) and "Citizens of the United States" (Holy Roman Empire) would not be more formally defined until the adoption of the Original Federal Constitution, "The Constitution for the united States of America", four years later.

What impact did the 1st Act of Congress 1789 have on the oath of office?

None at all, so far as the land and soil jurisdictions of this country are concerned, since none of us swear Oaths at all.

But both the international jurisdiction of the sea and the global municipal realm of commerce not only allow but require the swearing of oaths and the imposition of punishments, so, before the Congress could adopt the (British) Territorial Constitution called "The Constitution of the United States of America", in 1789, they had to change things to allow "swearing" and taking of oaths, yet make it clear that these pertained only to British Territorial and Municipal Officers and Offices. Which is precisely what the First Act of Congress in 1789 does.

What have you accomplished for the people of your home state Alaska?

My "home state" is Wisconsin, but as for Alaska ---
Well, let's see, I kept the Queen from selling off her "tribute" rights and interest in our underground minerals to China, and I kept the Russians from claiming that the only valid land interests remaining in Alaska belonged to the Russian Orthodox Church here --- thereby forestalling their excuse to claim back Alaska as Russian land.

What have you done for your State of the Union that can compare to that?

Dear Bobby,....

Bobby, I don't know who you are, but I feel that you deserve some honest answers. So I am going to give you what you aren't getting elsewhere.

I just re-published answers I already gave to Jeff Dougherty, who persists in trying to hide his identity behind the nickname "Sun Tzu"--- speaking of "obfuscating": he has pretended that I didn't answer his questions, when they are published on my blog and now as a whole separate article as of this morning: "A Repeat of Answers Already Given".

Let's go over the latest screed of venomous misrepresentation and ignorance point by point. I will reduce the size of his typeface because he is very verbose and wordy and leave my replies in large type so you can distinguish them easily.

I discovered your post on the forum and I am responding to you and it.

I agree with some of what you said, Anna Von Reitz is in fact the individual who's writings first WOKE ME UP to the situation at hand. I began working with the Michigan Jural Assembly members as soon as Anna DECLARED, "Michigan Jural Assembly did everything right!" - Those were her exact words.

Anna's Reply: Yes, Bobby, they even fooled me -- for a time. They had the trees right enough, but not the forest. It turns out that they are bent on trying to assemble a "State of State" and not an actual land jurisdiction State at all. The process of assembling is the same, but the inputs and the end results are very different. In their case, they wind up with a foreign commercial corporation franchise. In our case, we wind up with a functioning State of the Union.

So I worked with members of the MGJA(Michigan Grand Jural Assembly) to discover what it meant to "Peaceably assemble, to redress grievances, and to self represent," the MGJA members helped me understand all of these things. The MGJA members informed me that I did not have to "repudiate my U.S. citizenship," as it would bring great hardship upon my life. MGJA members did however tell me that if I chose to do so (repudiate citizenship) that I WAS WITHIN MY RIGHT to do so.

Anna's actual answer: I never told anyone to "renounce" or "repudiate" --- you have to "rebut" presumptions by producing superior evidence and you need to "expatriate" from any "presumed" political status as a "US Citizen". These are different actions and they have different results. I have had to repeatedly rescue people who "renounced" their US Citizenship and got stuck in foreign countries, but none of that was on my advice.

JEFF: However, the MGJA members then put me in touch with other Michigan Grand Jural Members who HAD REPUDIATED THEIR U.S. CITIZENSHIP and the information I learned from them WAS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE.

Just as Anna Von Reitz has advised, [No-- I never advised anyone to do any of this. It is contrary to what I actually teach on my website. I teach people how to "expatriate"-- not "repudiate" and I have never in my life told anyone to return their BC's or anything else. No such action is necessary--- but changing your political status back to being an American State Citizen or American State National, is.]

…. in rder to repudiate your citizenship, you send them back your Social Security Card, you send them back all other U.S. government provided identification too (driver's license). Then the MGJA members informed me of what happens when you get pulled over without a driver's license, how the intentionally low IQ hired law enforcement officers do not give a rats butt about any papers you have on you to prove that you have the right to drive without a driver's license. The very presenting of "Documents" to the officer, has in many times alerted that officer that you are a threat, a domestic terrorist known as a sovereign citizen, and anyone paying attention knows that the government has declared sovereign citizens as "Domestic Terrorists."

Anna: In order to be a "Domestic Terrorist" you have to be "domestic" with respect to the Federal Government. Neither I nor anyone I teach is "domestic" with respect to the Federal Government. Hello? US Citizens are "domestic" with respect to the Federal Government. American State Citizens are not. Hello, Houston? Hello?

I have NEVER told anyone to do anything like this. Ever. Bobby, are you listening? He is telling you that I said things I never said, and that other people acting upon "my" advice were harmed. What I in fact teach is published on my website and not open to interpretation. I have never once told anyone to "renounce" their US Citizenship. I have taught people how to properly "expatriate" from it and told them why.

There isn't even a tiny bit of truth in anything being told to you, except for the fact that people who try to exit the system the wrong way suffer. Pretending that I suggested any of this is the worst kind of BIG LIE.

JEFF: The Michigan Grand Jury members I spoke with who had repudiated their U.S. citizenship informed me that upon the law enforcement officer realizing that they had just traffic stopped a "Domestic Terrorist," the MGJA member was then cuffed and stuffed.

Upon refusing to sign the corporation, "United States Inc," paperwork at the local jail, the MGJA members sat in jail for 60 days, which is as long as the U.S. corporation can legally hold someone for driving without a license. Please bare in mind that these were 60 days in jail for FIRST OFFENSE.

Anna replies : This is because despite all their "protest" and "rebellion" and "insurrection" against the "State of State" corporations, they hadn't changed their actual political status, so they were still held to Statutory Law and still considered bound by private contract to that law. Uh-duh.

JEFF: So, I present you the following evidence.
1) Is a U.S. Citizen protected by the Bill of Rights?
Answer: YES

Anna's actual answer--- No, they are not, and never have been. At best, they are "granted" Equal Civil Rights.

JEFF: 2) Does the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights guarantee the right to, "Peaceably Assemble, to Redress Grievances, and to Self Represent?"

JEFF's Answer: YES, IT DOES

Anna's actual answer: It gives the right to assemble to Americans, but not to British and Holy Roman Empire "Citizens"---- that is, US Citizens. US Citizens can be arrested for "assembling".

JEFF: 3) Yet Anna says that in order to EXERCISE that right, you need to repudiate your U.S. Citizenship!

Answer: THAT IS FALSE INFORMATION

Anna's actual answer: what I am telling you has been true since the foundations of this country. As of 1787. And it has never changed. The people trying to lead you are blind as bats and will get you in real trouble, just like the Colorado Nine, who didn't listen to me, either.

Anna's actual reply: I did "stand for election" --- unopposed as it happened, because nobody else stepped forward into the gap left when our one remaining Justice died of old age. As for any "60 signatures" that applies to "States of States" not States. Our States are now so de-populated thanks to idiots that it would be hard to find sixty knowledgeable jurors in a State the size of Alaska, but thankfully, our States don't require that.

All the things you are "assuming" to apply-- don't. That's because you are operating in a "State of State" framework and mindset instead of being aware of the actual State.

Again, I never said I was representing any "State of State" organization at all. I am occupying the land jurisdiction of a State. Two different things. I have never said otherwise.

Points of View, Terms of Art, and Where Pedal Meets Metal

I already explained how all Federal Code, Titles, Acts, etc., are written from the Federal Perspective --- from their Point of View, not ours.

That's how we become described as "non-resident aliens" in their IRS Code.

This is also how "United States Citizens" and "Citizens of the United States" can be described by them as "Domestic Terrorists" --- because such Legal Persons are "domestic" with respect to the Federal Government.

These same Legal Persons are foreign with respect to us. We have to call them "Foreign Terrorists" when US Citizens engage in activities meant to scare, intimidate, or coerce us.

In the same way, from their perspective, it's okay to call a "State of State" a "STATE". They aren't really lying, though they are promoting confusion. From their point of view, a "State of State" is a "State" --- but not from ours.

We have already encountered this particular confusion when we discussed the "Confederate States" --- both North and South --- which were in fact Federal States of States, and not "States" in the sense that we think of a "State" at all.

To avoid the facts and avoid giving the power of our government back to the civilians it belongs to, the British-controlled military government that has ruled here since 1863, is promoting just that kind of confusion again.

We figured out that a "state of state" is not a State, so now they are trying to confuse us by claiming that a "STATE" is the same as a "State" --- but it's not.

Anything that appears in all capital letters, for example, "MICHIGAN", is announcing to the world that it is in fact a corporation--- and a particular kind of corporation, too: a Municipal Government Corporation, operated by the Holy See and the Holy Roman Empire.

Our physically defined States of the Union are not corporations of any kind.

Our physically defined States of the Union are unincorporated entities.

Our States are actual, factual, located-in-space.

Confederate "States" meaning Federal States, are not, and neither are any Territorial or Municipal "States". All such "States" are "inchoate"--- non-physical, legal fictions. They are "States of States" being called "States" within the Federal Government system.

So to avoid all this confusion, just cut to the chase: are you talking about incorporated entities or unincorporated entities?

I am talking about unincorporated States.

When I talk about "States of the Union" I am not talking about the "Federal Union" of States of States that fought in the Civil War.

I am talking about the actual unincorporated States that belong to The United States and which are members of The United States of America --- an unincorporated Federation of States.

So that's how you cut through all the baloney: is it incorporated?

If so, it is not a "State" for our purposes.

The Federales can call their States of States an "Onion" for all I care. The bottom line is -- they are talking about incorporated entities, and I am not.

If we are talking about an unincorporated State called "Wisconsin", that's my Home State, where I was born.

If we are talking about an incorporated "State" called "Wisconsin", in the current context, that's a foreign British-controlled commercial corporation.

If we are talking about an incorporated "STATE" called "MICHIGAN", that's a foreign Papist-controlled commercial corporation.

The fail-safe, fool-proof question is: incorporated or unincorporated?

Now, I am of the opinion that once we get our States Assembled, we have grievances to settle against the British Monarch and the Pope. They have been promoting a "similar names deceit" and constructive fraud by promoting this confusion between the actual and factual States and their commercial corporation franchises.

We are owed a "lawful conversion" of all our purloined assets, including respect for our copyrights and Good Names.

Meantime, we keep our noses to the grindstone and our wits about us. Their "States" are not our "States" and the difference is: our States are not incorporated entities.

Ours v. Theirs

Even today, among sincere patriots, there are many misunderstandings.

I had one such man who has devoted his life to restoring the lawful government owed to the people of this country describe the Federal Constitutions as our "Founding Documents".

They aren't our Founding Documents. They weren't even anticipated when our Founding Documents were forged.

The Federal Constitutions establish the Federal Government and our States are Parties to those agreements, but no, folks, the Federal Constitutions --- all three of them --- were lucky to be included as Organic Law in this country.

The Constitutions govern national trusts and commercial services contracts. They stipulate which organizations are supposed to provide which services. They establish the form and structure of the Federal, Territorial, and Municipal Governments as they pertain to us. They limit the Federal Government. They provide guarantees to our States and to us. And that's about it.

As things stand, the trusts have been held in contempt by the British Monarch and the Pope, and the services have been totally ramrodded.
The Hired Help has been running the roost, writing up contracts for themselves, charging whatever they wanted against our credit under conditions of fraud and under color of law.

And who are the Hired Help? The "United States Citizens" and "Citizens of the United States".

These are two groups of foreign operatives on our shores, one British (United States Citizens) and one Papist (Citizens of the United States). Their political status is created and defined under Article 1, Section 2 and Article I, Section 3.
They are our employees and we are their employers. Never forget it again.

The Constitutions are their "Founding Documents"---- not ours.

We have every reason and right to form up our actual State Assemblies and hold the Queen and the Pope feet first to the fire for Gross Breach of Trust and for Fraud and many other crimes against the living people of this country.

We, the People, who are the actual population of the geographically defined States, can enforce the Constitutions and we need to do so without any further debate.

In view of the way we have been dis-served by the Queen and the Popes, we have every right to refuse them any further assumption of contract. Mr. Trump has a 30 day quid pro quo and that's all anyone has at this point.

They want us to respect the Constitutions and pay the bills, but they don't want to live in accord with and respect the Constitutions --- nor do they show the least little bit of concern for their actual employers.

They, the Hired Help, want to lord it over us and pretend that we are employees, just like they are employees---- except that we are considered "volunteers" who don't get paid for our services: slaves and indentured servants.

The tail has been wagging the dog so long that they, the tail, have forgotten that there is a dog, and tragically enough, there are even many Americans who have been asleep and thought so, too.

Well, here's a big ray of sunshine up their skirts. We are back. In force. On the land and soil of the American States. We know who we are. We know who they are. And the whole world knows what they owe us.
