*Meanwhile countries with a plan are doing a great job of containing the Wuhan virus, countries like Taiwan (47 cases), Hong Kong (118), and Singapore (160) - all of which had an initial surge yet have managed not to get exponential increases, or much of any increase in numbers, it's like their numbers are frozen.
