I picked another XD 9 a week ago, this one in sub compact. They had all popular calibers except .22lr. Wolf 5.56 was $8.99 a box per twenty.

With the XD subcompact, are you looking at 13 roundsand maybe +1 for that? That is a lot of rounds for a small pistol. I was wondering how subcompact the XD is compared to other sub compacts. It looks thicker.
Hickok45 has a video going over this and the Glock 27. Says 9 rounds, Different calibre though I think. I like em. Spent a bit of time with it's croatian cousin. I would have one of either. #3 on my list. Probably means won't own one in this country. After #2 it gets pretty difficult.

I only get 10 rounds in California. Picked it up for my daughter when she turns 21 in a couple months.
I had a G26, didn't care for it and sold it to an ex girlfriend. It just didn't feel right in my hand.
Stopped my the mom n pop to see what was up with ammo. They had everything but 22lr. I picked up several boxes of Winchester 9mm 125 grain for $16.99 per 50. I also ordered a left handed Ruger Gunsite Scout in .308.
Wal-Mart in Boise, Idaho has 9mm Federal 115gr FMJ in stock today for $14.89 per box. Thirty cents per round. Three box limit.
:) Wallyworld price in 2008 was twenty-five cents per round...not much of an increase during this shortage.
Cabela's locally only has some Czech Republic 9mm junk for the same price.
