Preface
This article was written back in the nineties. The subject came to light as I watched many fledgling organizations fall apart as a result of conflicts between an aggressive leader, usually charismatic, and generally a type “A” personality. It is not to suggest that such a person cannot be a good leader, though those features should be subordinate to a more rational approach to the decision of who will best serve in that capacity. Following are my thoughts on the subject of leadership.————————–
One of the most important tools utilized by those who have sought to take our freedoms and our country from us is the control of public education. By these means they have been able to remove aspects of our history which would have enabled us to both perceive and deal with the problems of today, long before now.
We have a group of leaders in the Patriot Community, many who have proclaimed their position by methods of public relations which are founded on promulgation of sensationalism. Perhaps their positions are merited, yet if we look at history; we will find that these are not the means by which leaders were selected two hundred years ago.Jefferson, Adams, Washington, Henry and the rest of those who gave us the nation we seek to restore were well established in their respective communities, and recognized by their efforts to be men of sincerity. Their efforts extended, in most cases, over many years of guidance to their neighbors. The respect that was earned by these efforts, and their willingness to represent the will of the people propelled them into the delegations which formulated the course that the colonies would pursue.
Would it be possible for the government to anticipate the desire of the Patriot Community to return to Constitutional government and infiltrate agents into the community to say what patriots want to hear? Would they then attempt to acquire a position of leadership? By what we know, the One World Government people have achieved this very goal in our Congress, Courts and even in the Presidency. Are we foolish enough to allow the same to happen to us?The War of 1812 was declared by the Americans. The President sent to the Congress a Declaration of War which gave six reasons for which he requested the Congress to agree that a state of war existed. The Declaration was approved by the House on June 4, 1812 and the Senate on June 18. Of the six causes for war, probably the most significant is the fifth, which reads:
“Fifthly. Employing secret agents within the United States, with a view to subvert our government, and dismember our union. “The selection of members of the community who have proven themselves to those they know and live with as local leaders will minimize the possibility of infiltration by those who might otherwise have objectives different than our own Under the scrutiny of their neighbors, their true self will be much more apparent. Their positions will not have been achieved by expertise in self-promotion, rather by the efforts they have already expended in the cause.
It should be understood that when seeking our “leaders”, we should look to those who ask questions, listen to the answers, and seek to understand others, rather than to attempt to impose their will on others. Outspoken advocates are suited for private associations which are gathered for specific purposes, but are absolutely unsuitable for the form of government our Founders granted to their Posterity.

On March 2nd 2016 the federal government filed a Superseding Criminal Indictment (Case 2:16-cr-00046-GMN-PAL Document 27 Filed 03/02/16) naming radio talk show host Peter Santilli as a defendant. The original “Criminal Complaint” was signed off on February 11, 2016 by Joel P. Willis of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
Since his arrest by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on January 26, 2016 in Burns, Oregon, Santilli has discovered and documented that on numerous occasions, the FBI maliciously and intentionally fabricated evidence against him. Pete Santilli is a journalist being held hostage by the Obama administration’s justice department; in fact, prosecutors have confirmed that Attorney General Loretta Lynch authorized Santilli’s arrest.
In one instance in Oregon, the FBI fabricated a false report from Burns resident “Kevin Johnson” that Santilli was witnessed being present at a meeting planning the takeover of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge December 22nd 2015. Pete Santilli possessed indisputable proof and documentation that he was in Cinncinati, Ohio on December 22nd. Besides, when the erroneous FBI report was discovered, Kevin Johnson was immediately interviewed by Santilli’s investigator whereby Johnson denied making such a statement. The FBI were caught red-handed with bogus evidence which they presented to the Grand Jury to indict him.

Despite numerous attempts by the FBI to fabricate evidence and false narratives against Santilli, U.S. Government Prosecutors in Oregon finally began to realize, and privately acknowledged that the FBI may have intentionally given them bad information on Santilli. There was no doubt that Santilli was innocent of all charges, and that the FBI may have had a vendetta against him due to Santilli’s relentless criticism of the FBI on his radio program.
The high profile Oregon case was dismissed, and Santilli was quickly transported to the Nevada District where the FBI is known to be exponentially more corrupt.
Pete Santilli’s legal team has been working very diligently for many months to uncover the same investigative corruption by the FBI in the Nevada case, as was discovered in the Oregon trial. The evidence is clear, convincing and overwhelming. In fact, the entire Nevada indictment against radio talk show host Pete Santilli is literally a fraudulent representation of the facts and events which occurred on or around April 12, 2014.
The following is merely one example of how the FBI maliciously crafted an indictment for the Grand Jury in order to convince them that Santilli committed crimes related to the Bundy Ranch incident. This is only one of approximately 16 indisputable examples of deceit perpetrated by the FBI.
BACKGROUND LEADING UP TO THE INTERVIEW WITH GARY FRANCHI
On April 6th, an overwhelming number of heavily armed brown-shirt BLM agents harassed Bundy family members for expressing themselves outside of the “first amendment areas” setup by the federal government in the Bunkerville, Nevada region.
Despite being told by the U.S. Attorney in Nevada that the BLM had “no arrest authority”, 15-20 BLM agents surrounded Cliven Bundy’s son Dave Bundy for parking on the shoulder of the Nevada state highway as he was observing and taking pictures with his iPad. While snipers were trained on Bundy family members, Dave was taken to the ground; his face shoved into the gravel. After 5 hours of parading him around like a trophy in handcuffs, he was finally transported to a Las Vegas jail. Dave Bundy was never formally charged or arraigned for any crime and he was ultimately given a minorcitation and released into the streets of Las Vegas without a cell phone or dime in his pocket. The Bundy family and supporters were incensed, and when news reports circulated, the public became extremely outraged.
The “alternative” or independent media began covering the news story coming out of Nevada immediately after Dave Bundy’s brutal arrest and release without charges. The small segment of the American population who have studied the WACO or Ruby Ridge incidents immediately recognized early warning signs that the federal government’s escalation of their 20 year land-grabbing dispute with the Bundy family could possibly lead to the untimely deaths of the Bundy Family. Leading up to the arrest of Dave Bundy on April 6th 2014 the federal government built a multi-million dollar impoundment site — a virtual military fortress staffed with hundreds of heavily armed BLM corporate mercenaries under the direction of the U.S. Department of Interior. From the start of the impoundment, all of the right ingredients for disaster were incorporated into this crisis, and the BLM was stepping up their aggression daily.
After a 2 hour live interview on The Pete Santilli Show with Cliven Bundy on April 8th 2014, Pete Santilli traveled to the Bundy Ranch in Bunkerville, Nevada to report on the alarming events taking place between the BLM and the Bundy family.
On the morning of April 9, 2014, Santilli began to interview members of the Bundy Family who were actively protesting the BLM. Additionally, Santilli was scheduled to begin reporting from the scene on the morning of Wednesday April 9th. Two interviews were scheduled with Adam Kokesh (Adam vs The Man) and Gary Franchi (Next News Network).

The FBI surgically removed excerpts from this interview in order to shore up their criminal complaint with deception to obtain a Grand Jury indictment. Essentially, they took Santilli completely out of context for the purposes of charging him with crimes.
Was it malicious or intentional? You decide, and be sure to consider that for the past 5 years, Pete Santilli is undoubtedly the most outspoken critic of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Of the many stories he’s covered relating to the FBI, the following are just a few examples of why the FBI would want to silence him:
- 1) Of course….all Americans are aware of the cover-up of the JFK assassination by the FBI.
- 2) TWA Flight 800 cover-up. Santilli has covered this topic extensively. The FBI obviously listens to The Pete Santilli Show obsessively, and they must be outraged when they’re exposed.
- 3) WTC Bombing #1 – During their WTC #1 investigation, FBI accidentally supplied live explosives to terrorists (versus inert) which were used to blow up the underground WTC garage. - 4) September 11th cover-up. The FBI ‘miraculously’ found the passports of the Saudi hijackers buried in dust on the sidewalk after the collapse of the WTC towers. The FBI also covered up the ‘jumping Israeli’s’ (google it), and the ‘King Street bridge bomb’ (google that one, too). Santilli has covered this topic extensively. The FBI obviously listens to The Pete Santilli Show obsessively, and they must be outraged when they’re exposed.
- 5) Boston Marathon bombing cover-up. Santilli supplied photoshopped images of the Zarnaev brothers walking away from the Boston Marathon bombing with their backpacks on. The FBI never followed up and the evidence was never revealed in court at trial. Santilli has covered this topic extensively. The FBI obviously listens to The Pete Santilli Show obsessively, and they must be outraged when they’re exposed.
- 6) Benghazi cover-up – Ambassador Christopher Stevens died while negotiating 400 tons of MAN-PADS (surface to air missiles) from ISIS in Libya to be shipped to ISIS in Syria. Within 3 days after the Benghazi attack, the FBI was fully aware that Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and General Petreaus all knew the facts about Christopher Stevens’ mission. The FBI also knew that the Benghazi attack had nothing to do with the release of an anti-muslim movie. Pete Santilli provided audio recordings and facts to the Congress’s Chief Counsel for the Benghazi select committee. Santilli has covered this topic extensively. The FBI obviously listens to The Pete Santilli Show obsessively, and they must be outraged when they’re exposed.
- 7) FBI CoIntelPro : Counter intelligence program fully disclosed by American hero, the late great Ted Gunderson, Retired Assistant Director for the FBI in Los Angeles. Before his death, Gunderson also exposed inhumane technology and tactics utilized by the FBI including geo-engineering, etc. Santilli has covered this topic extensively. The FBI obviously listens to The Pete Santilli Show obsessively, and they must be outraged when they’re exposed.
- 8) UraniumOne (Oregon): During coverage of the Malheur Refuge takeover in Burns, Oregon, confidential sources provided information which led to the discovery that Hillary Clinton’s Clinton Foundation received $145 million from individuals connected to Russian Uranium mining corporation UraniumOne, which Clinton approved for operations in the US while she was Secretary of State. UraniumOne is documented to have interests in uranium mining throughout the USA including the Hammond Ranch & Malheur Wildlife Refuge areas. In January 2016, Pete Santilli was involved in the investigation to uncover these facts. On the morning of January 26, 2016, Santilli published and distributed information on his broadcast as well as documentation on his website regarding this investigation. Within hours of releasing this information at approximately 7pm on the 26th, Santilli was arrested by the FBI.

Obama created the designations using his unilateral authority under the Antiquities Act, acting with just about three weeks left before President-elect Donald Trump takes office.
It’s unclear if Trump could unilaterally undo Obama’s designations, because it has never been tried before. Some Republicans, including House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Rob Bishop (R-Utah), say it is within Trump’s power, though the Obama administration says the Antiquities Act does not allow monument designations to be undone.
But the controversy surrounding Wednesday's actions, combined with Obama’s aggressive use of his Antiquities Act power, could lead Congress to roll back the protections or limit future presidents’ powers.
The 1.35 million-acre Bears Ears area could be the most controversial of Obama's dozens of national monuments, in part because it shuts down any new leases for mining or oil and natural gas, exploration, along with other development and potential harms.
Utah’s political leaders and its all-GOP congressional delegation oppose the national monument, and pledged before Wednesday’s announcement to seek action through Congress or Trump’s administration to undo the protections.

If any of this were really about protecting the land, you would come here, work with the local people who love this land, those who have a vested interest in this land, and take the time to learn what this land really needs. This is about control, pure and simple. You don’t love this land, you have never visited here, but you love being in control of this land. The problems we have had with federal land management have never been about cows, tortoises, or fees. It has always been about the constitutional limits on the federal government’s authority. While you enjoy a vacation in Hawaii we are here caring for this land and resisting federal overreach. On November 5, 2016 about a week after Bundy, et al were found not guilty in the Portland, Oregon trial, Lisa Bundy did an interview with Kate on the Kate Show concerning the ordeal that the Bundys have gone through before and during the trial. At one point in the interview, Lisa and Kate talked about Harry Reid and how nasty he’s been about the Bundys. Reid crossed the line when he called them “domestic terrorists”. “He must have interests in this land in Nevada” Kate said and Lisa echoed.
One of them also mentioned that there was a State Department official who commented on the not guilty verdict. I looked for it but couldn’t find it. I did however, find this page in an article. Reasons for the highlights:
- The highlight on the bull – and the statement above it about the cow (danger to vehicles) is because it is a similar story to what happened in Idaho to the Yantis family except that Jack Yantis was murdered. The insurgency in our country uses the same playbook so that everybody knows the script when it is media story time.
- The Center for Biological Diversity was involved in “making the case” against the Bundys in Nevada and they were involved in Oregon. The involvement in both Nevada and Oregon using boilerplate objections (i.e. fill in the blank of the never before heard of critter that is endangered) areas on the same grounds is a pattern of racketeering when viewed within the larger context of grant money and an agenda that will be described below but for the moment, take a look at this – Patterns and Clues.
- The reference to the golf course puts the Bundy Ranch and/or their grazing allotment within the zone to be designated an intermodal commerce zone.
- The $400,000 grant by the Walton Family Foundation brings up the question – Is the EPA still using extortion of corporations to achieve their dubious “environmental goals” which in the case of the Bundy Ranch means stealing their property. Carol Browner was the EPA Administrator under the Clinton Administration. The extortion racket she set up in Florida is described in this video by a man who worked for her – who was introducing her. It’s noteworthy that Carol Browner was and is a member of the Socialist International.

Dirty Harry’s interests are found in the blurry boundaries between foreign and domestic law/policy and in particular, U.S. foreign policy that benefits corrupt politicians who enabled the slow and quiet occupation of our country. That policy is found in the New Transportation Policy announced in 1990 and authorized in the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991. This legislation began the planning for and construction of an international transportation system centered around transportation hubs, telecommunications and IT systems. For an international transportation system, those hubs become international ports. The easiest way to think about this is to picture a shipping lane and a chain of islands with ports.

The convention of ports of origin to ports of destination doesn’t become an issue until you consider landlocked countries.

Iraq for example is a landlocked country. The British and the French defined the borders of the countries in the Middle East. Wikipedia implies that Kuwait was always defined as a separate country from Iraq but there are other sources that say that it wasn’t. Regardless, just looking at it from a functional point of view, Kuwait as a separate entity would serve the purpose of a Port Authority capable of controlling the commerce of Iraq. From the description in Wiki, it sounds like there was a color revolution in Kuwait before they were called color revolutions. The pattern is there.
There are a couple of principles of International / Admiralty Law that come in to play concerning the 1990 National Transportation System design:
- The right of “innocent passage”. A flagged vessel engaged in international shipping may not be denied innocent passage through a state (nation – or in the case of the U.S., a state of the nation).
- transhipment from one vessel to another is not excluded by the words “navigable to and from the sea”;
- Waterways that are navigable to and from the sea are considered international waterways and are regulated under Maritime (Admiralty) Laws.
In the Intermodal Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, the Intermodal Commerce Zone as a defined location on the Interstate Highway system would be a transhipment zone under Admiralty Law. An intermodal commerce zone becomes an inland port jurisdiction in a landlocked state and the zone authority becomes a Port Authority – Harbor Master when a new jurisdiction is created under law. In Idaho, the Intermodal Commerce Zone law in Idaho created a new jurisdiction, a Port Authority within the state that is chartered, has its own seal and can create debt through bonds – similar to what a city can issue.
Since the Interstate Highway System goes from coast to coast and crosscuts the country North to South beginning at navigable waterways or ports on the seaboard, plus the design of it to cross international borders with Canada and Mexico, the Interstate Highway System becomes a network of international shipping lanes under Admiralty Law with Intermodal Zones actually being Port jurisdictions under international Admiralty Law.
The zones in the United States are part of a global transportation system design. The Ports – inland and seaports are part of the network that could be called Global Auschwitz – transportation hubs and “workforce development zones” in a global network of zones.
In the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, the purpose of the new transportation plan was described as:
`The purpose of the National Highway System is to provide an interconnected system of principal arterial routes which will serve major population centers, international border crossings, ports, airports, public transportation facilities, and other intermodal transportation facilities and other major travel destinations; meet national defense requirements; and serve interstate and interregional travel’.
Recall that in the BLM notice of cattle trespass, they mentioned the Mesquite Golf Course – which means that the Bundy ranch and their allotment is in the location where an intermodal commerce zone aka – inland port would be located. The planning for the New Transportation System announced in 1990 was already underway before it was even announced. The harassment of the Bundys and their neighboring ranchers began in about 1992 which is about the time they would have been identifying the locations that were to be designated as Ports and Inland Ports (i.e. transshipment zones) on the Interstate Highway System. There is no doubt in this writer’s mind that federal politicians – such as Harry Reid knew about the Transportation Plan and would have been ahead of the public in terms of land speculation. In effect, we have two systems of law and jurisdiction in one country. We have the Maritime – Admiralty law in Port Jurisdictions and we have our Republican, representative government based on the U.S. Constitution. Here is the trick with Port Authorities… they can buy and sell property that automatically expands their jurisdiction. The Port Authority of New York/New Jersey was created by an act of Congress in 1921. Initially, it was just the harbor areas across the Hudson River but they’ve expanded to cover over a 1500 square mile area in New York and New Jersey.

They don’t mention that what extends the “marine highway” is the creation of an inland port jurisdiction. As I said above, Idaho law provides for the creation of an inland port jurisdiction. Since the concept is so foreign to non-seaboard states, it had to be that the legislation was provided to them by either ALEC or the Uniform Law Commission in Chicago. This kind of ubiquitous technology is very expensive with no return on investment if paid for by the public so they are using Foreign Direct Investment which is where the Communist Chinese come into the picture. The Communist Chinese company tried to establish a technology zone in Idaho that would have been within the jurisdiction of “The CORE” which would have been a Port jurisdiction.

Officials of the China National Machinery Industry Corp. have broached the idea — based on a concept popular in China today — to city and state leaders.
They are also interested in helping build and finance a fertilizer plant near American Falls, an idea company officials returned to Idaho this month to pursue.
This ambitious, long-term proposal would start with a manufacturing and warehouse zone tied to the airport, and could signify a shift in the economic relationship between the two superpowers — a relationship once defined by U.S. companies like the J.R. Simplot Co., Hewlett-Packard and Morrison-Knudsen that would head to China to build and develop.
Because of Elaine Chao’s family history that includes her Father’s shipping company, Foremost Shipping plus her own history of working for the U.S. government that includes being the Chairman of the Federal Maritime Commission, the Secretary of Labor and the Under Secretary of Transportation for Elizabeth Dole when she was Secretary of Transportation, there is absolutely no way that Elaine Chao would not of understood the implications of the design of the New Transportation Policy. Because of that, she should never again be involved in any government job let alone be the Transportation Secretary for the United States.
As it pertains to the Bundy’s and their ranch, all the information that I’ve brought forward here should be used by them in their defense. They were made targets by the federal government’s 1990 Transportation System that at it’s core was a treasonous plan to allow our country to be occupied by foreign nationals within Port jurisdictions. They have been the victims of eco-racketeers – pirates who fly the flag of environmentalism when their real objective is to facilitate the transfer of ownership of the target property. The idea of the “mitigation zone” is creative – but pure bovine excrement.
