Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
Oregon Standoff, Public Land, Federal Land and Demonizing MilitiaOregonUSA
Christof Lehmann (nsnbc) : The standoff between ranchers and authorities at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge continues to escalate as armed unorganized militia members have come to support the protesting ranchers. The initiative to occupy a public building in the wildlife refuge on January 2 was led by Ammon Bundy, known from the standoff between the Bundy family and law-enforcement over the use of public land in 2014. The situation is, not surprisingly, grossly misrepresented in US media. The initiative was launched after two ranchers who burned off grasslands used for ranching to prevent wildfires and yield better grass for cattle were sentenced for arson. http://nsnbc.me/wp-content/uploads/2...SA-300x155.jpgBack to the 2014 Bundy Ranch Standoff. In 2014 US and Nevada authorities violently seized cattle from Cliven Bundy, a private rancher who, as many other ranchers, used public land for grazing cattle. The seizure of Bundy’s cattle had direct links to Senator and Majority Leader Harry Reid and the Obama administration. The seizure of the cattle and what local ranchers describes as “land-grab” was according to several analysts directly linked to projects under the umbrella of Agenda 21 initiatives. The situation that led to the standoff also involved factors such as the fact that Reid applied “pressure [to] Nevada’s largest power company, NV Energy, to sign up as [ENN Energy Group’s] first customer.” This deal with ENN and Reid is worth $5 billion for a “solar farm and panel manufacturing plant [to be constructed] in the southern Nevada desert.” In conjunction with this accord, Reid’s son Rory Reid, who is a “prominent Las Vegas [lawyer] that is representing ENN”, and focused on making clean energy projects a specialty at their firm, is assisting the Chinese solar energy corporation in acquiring “a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site . . . well below appraised value from Clark County.”http://nsnbc.me/wp-content/uploads/2...OC-300x168.jpgBundy Ranch Courtesy Occupy Corporatism)
In her article entitled “The REAL Truth Behind Bundy Ranch Land-Grab in Nevada”, Susanne Posel would notice other facts. For instance that Neil Kornze, “former senior adviser” to Reid was named the director of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The article details the background of the standoff between the family that had used the disputed land for two decades and authorities. The article explains why Ammon Bundy would lead the initiative at the current standoff at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.Bundy, other ranchers as well as supportive militia members stress that “What we’re doing is in accordance with the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land”, while they consider de facto land grabs from ranchers and the sentencing of ranchers who burn off grass to avoid wildfires and to yield better grass for cattle grazing as arbitrary and as an infringement on rights by the federal government. The Malheur Wildlife Refuge is a 187,757-acre wildlife refuge. It is among others a refuge for greater sandhill cranes and other native birds in eastern Oregon. Critics of the ranchers would denounce the grazing of cattle on public lands and the occupation of the public building in the Malheur Wildlife Refuge as “an attempt to destroy the national system of public lands, forests, parks and refuges”. Underhanded deals with corporations to develop solar industry on the land that was previously used by the Bundy family does, however, cast serious doubts on the integrity and honesty of such accusations.Native Americans in Legal Limbo. One factor that is largely being omitted is that these land disputes tend to leave first nations Americans in a legal limbo. The first people to live on the land that now is designated as Malheur Wildlife Refuge were the Paiute. The tribe lived of the land as hunter-gatherers and fishers, maintaining an ecological balance between themselves and the land that sustained them. Colonizing “settlers” considered the Paiute as uncivilized savages without fixed habitation, culture, etc.. They were largely considered as “sub-human” and forced into signing a treaty in 1887. A brief uprising was violently crushed. The Paiute were forcibly marched through winter-weather and snow to the Yakama reservation. in southeastern Washington State. Countless died during the ethnic cleansing operation. Ironically, their relocation would later put them at risk from radioactive contamination from the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. Understandably, first nations tribes don’t necessarily sympathize of feel solidarity with ranchers who feel oppressed by the federal government, the Bureau of Land management and environmental agencies. They do, however, have one issue that could bridge the gap between these communities.http://nsnbc.me/wp-content/uploads/2...O-300x199.jpegThe Right to Organize the Unorganized Militia and to Resist Tyranny. The standoff between the disgruntled ranchers, militia and the government brings to mind the heavy-handed, violent crackdowns against natives who organized armed resistance against infringements on their rights. Many of them who were not shot and killed ended up in federal prisons. This as well as the current standoff at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge bring to mind the words of two of the so-called Founding Fathers; James Madison and John Adams.James Madison:“Americans need never fear their government because of the advantage of being armed, a right which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation”.John Adams:“Arms in the hands of the citizen may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the overthrow of tyranny, and for self-defense”.
While almost all US media as well as most Democrats and Republicans alike misrepresent the militia members that have arrived at the Malheur Wildlife refuge as everything from “radical right-wingers” over “fundamentalist Christians” to “criminals and terrorists”, it is worth to have a close look at how the right to form militia is regulated. In the United States “the militia” consists of all able-bodied men with personal firearms. That is, it does not consist of conscripts or professional soldiers. The militia has the purpose to guarantee a free State by repelling foreign invasions, domestic insurrections and Federal Government Tyranny. The US Constitution’s Article 1, Section 8 – 15-16 stipulates:The Congress shall have the power to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union (not to be confused with the Federal Administration in the District of Colombia) to suppress insurrection and repel invasions. It is the duty of the militia to execute the laws of the Union. … To provide for organizing army and disciplining the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States of America, reserving to the States, respectively, the appointment of the officers and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.
It is important to notice that the “National Guard” is not “The Militia” but that the militia is the people. More specifically, the militia is regulated in Section 57 in the Officer’s Guide of the National Defense Act. The Act stipulates that:The Militia of the United States consists of all male citizens of the United States and all other able-bodied males who have or shall have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States, who are more than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age, and the Militia shall be divided into three classes. The National Guard which our forefathers described as the Select Militia, separate from the term “The Militia”, the Naval Militia, and the Unorganized Militia.
The Unorganized Militia – Not Unregulated or Irregular. It is especially the latter, the “Unorganized Militia” that Madison, Adams and others were referring to when they stressed that “the people” have the right and ability to resist against tyranny. The Constitutions of the constituent States of the USA vary with regard to the age and gender, some specify military age between 17 – 45 years of age, others specify the military age up to 64 years, others again do not implicitly exclude women.Citizens in all States of the United States have the constitutional right to form registered units of the Unorganized Militia, to possess and bear military-grade weapons provided that these militia units are well-regulated.This implies that members of militia units are well-trained and well-educated. This includes military training as well as it does education about the rights, obligations and duties of the Unorganized Militia. Of special importance is that militia units have to be educated about and adhere to the Uniform Code of Military Justice and that it trains and operates overtly instead of covertly. Regardless what position one has with regard to wildlife conservation, the debate about the standoff must be brought on the right track unless the United States and its citizens want to risk descending further into tyranny, imposed on them by their federal government.CH/L – nsnbc – 10.01.2015

Why Is the CIA Taking Over Burns, Oregon?
16Jan, 2016by Dave Hodges

The Ammon Bundy group, currently operating 30 miles outside of the Burns, Oregon, has been the victim of the most heinous and effective takeovers in the history of the media.
The Ammon Bundy group along with their presence in Oregon, threatens to expose a terrible agenda of oppression and governmental abuse being perpetrated against the American people and in particular the ranchers and the farmers in the West.
In an attempt to control the narrative, CNN and Fox News have been the only media organizations that have not either been physically taken down or neutralized through the infiltration by covert government operatives, many of them from the CIA.
To date, The Common Sense Show has been the only organization outside of Fox and CNN that has effectively covered the Ammon Bundy-Hammond Ranch controversy in a first-hand manner. And this coverage of the Hammond Ranch Affair did not occur without a severe price being paid by The Common Sense Show (CSS) and its related partners.
On Sunday, January 10, 2016, Katy Whelan, the health reporter for the CSS, made contact with a relative of Ammon Bundy. As many of you already know that both satellites that carry my show, the phone lines, the listen by phone option and all supportive operations of my satellite provider were taken down one minute before the scheduled interview was to begin. Adding legitimacy to this conspiracy to hide the truth behind the real events in Burns, Oregon, Ammon Bundy and his colleagues simultaneously had every form of their communications taken down at the same time. One would have to be one “helluva” coincidence theorist to not make this connection.
On the following day (January 11), the CSS and Ammon Bundy used alternative communication methods and we were able to get beyond censors of the federal government and produce the Dave Hodges/Sheila Zilinsky interview with Ammon Bundy. Below, is a link to this interview. It begins after 20 minutes into the show and lasts for almost 40 minutes. In this 40 minutes lies the only honest account, to date of what is really going on Burns and what Ammon Bundy and colleagues are really trying to accomplish.
The events are threatening to every American, not just ranchers and farmers in the West. The BLM and the EPA are starting with the ranchers and farmers but they are working their way towards all of us, even those of us who live in densely populated urban areas. All of us will soon become victims of this tyranny. The CSS will be exposing the full extent of this plot in a future article.
As an aside, when I became involved with the events in Burns, Oregon, Zuckerberg and his minions have banned me from Facebook.
The Plot to Silence the Independent Media
Some involved Americans are keenly aware of how our churches have been compromised by the DHS’ plot to control pastors through the formation of the Clergy Response Team. Today, societal events that would have sent Christians into a tizzy a dozen years ago, go unprotested and largely unnoticed by Christian followers because many of the pastors are controlled by the DHS and are leveraged through tax exempt programs offered by the IRS which are designed to compromise the message of Christ. Well, the same thing is going on inside of the Independent Media.
The Independent Media Is Under Extreme Attack
There is a plot so massive, so corrupt and so well-orchestrated that nearly every member and organization connected to the Independent Media is impacted. Many of us in the Independent Media speak about this frequently amongst one another. Many of us ignore these attempts to infiltrate our organizations in an attempt obfuscate the truth and to control the narrative. And those that ignore this threat find their organizations compromised to the point where a scant few believe in what they are saying and doing. Believe me when I say that all of us in the Independent Media have had to deal with these attempts to engineer a “hostile takeover” of our operations.
Many of us in the Independent Media have tightened up our organizations in an attempt to protect our operations from being compromised. We speak amongst each other about limiting access to ourselves and our organizations to those with whom we absolutely trust and know their respective backgrounds. Simply speaking from my circle, I trust Steve Quayle, Doug and Joe Hagmann, Dr. Ted Broer, Sheila Zilinski, Paul Martin, John Moore, Randy Yarbrough and a few others. Remember, this is only my small part of the world. There are many others deserving of the public’s trust. I am only speaking about my small group of trusted colleagues.
To those truth-seekers who truly desire real news with no political agenda, you need to support the operations of those that have stood the test of time. Everyone of us in the Independent Media who are under constant assault, know the following to be true:
Everyone knows that six globalist corporations owns 98% of the media.
Everyone knows that government shills infiltrate the Independent Media.
Everyone knows that Biz-Ops sponsors ads which reveals that DHS pays many of these infiltrators
$18 per hour, so they are not getting the best and the brightest.
Everyone knows that many of those that penetrate the Independent Media have dubious personal backgrounds.
Everyone knows that many of those that infiltrate the Independent Media have criminal backgrounds and avoid jail time by being “turned” by the authorities in order to silence government critics in a concentrated effort to control the narrative.
There are journalists in the Independent Media who are willing to lay down their lives to bring you the truth. The public’s challenge is to determine who is telling the truth. Along those lines, I feel I am stepping out onto a steep ledge with a monumental drop off as I am about to report the following:
THE CIA IS ON THE GROUND IN BURNS, OREGON. THEY ARE POSING AS MILITIA MEMBERS. THEY ARE HARASSING LOCALS AS THEY ARE TRYING TO GIVE THE BUNDY GROUP A BAD NAME. THEY HAVE INFILTRATED THE BUNDY CAMP. THEY ARE INVOLVED WITH THE IDAHO III%’ers. THEY ARE GATHERING INTEL WHICH WILL LEAD TO A TAKE DOWN OF THE BUNDY GROUP.
The Naked Truth
If one works in the Independent Media for any length of time, we develop covert sources who prove invaluable in pointing us to the truth. How do I know that the CIA is controlling the operations in Burns, Oregon? My first answer would be that I know this because my very best source has told me so. This was the source that helped me reveal how close this country came a military coup which resulted from the Benghazi Affair. My covert source told me that the CIA was doing all the things that I alluded to earlier in Burns, Oregon.
It is interesting that the mainstream media is permitted to have its unnamed sources, but the Independent Media is not. In deference to this double standard, the following represents tangible proof of what I speak.
Harney County Fire Marshall, Christo Briels resigned his position after discovering undercover CIA agents posing as militia members near the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. According to Briels, he found CIA agents who were impersonating militia members, as they were harrassing locals and lurking around the town’s armory. Briels went to county Judge Steve Grasty and was told to shut up and keep his distance. Grasty would not have told Briels to shut up about the FBI presence in Burns because everyone already knew the FBI already had established a presence. Therefore, I have concluded, as has Sheila Zilinsky, that Grasty and Briels were discussing the CIA, which matches my source. Grasty would not have cared about the mention of the FBI because they were already there. Grasty would have had no cause to expel Briels from their meeting unless they are speaking of the CIA. But wait, there is more.
Sheila Zilinsky interviewed Christopher Briels. According to Sheila, Briels identified the infiltrators as CIA and continued to do so throughout the course of the interview. As Sheila made it clear that their conversation was an interview, Briels changed his story from CIA agents infiltrating the situation on the scene to FBI agents at the scene. Everyone already knew that FBI agents were on the scene as they were videotaped with the Idaho III%ers. Briels told Sheila that his life was in danger and his flip flop between the CIA and the FBI speaks to this point.
Both Mr. Grasty and Mr Briels better learn that if you are on the list, you better be on top of the list. These two need to discover their manhood and start speaking the truth. They represent the abused ranchers, or at least they should.
The CIA vs. the FBI
It is known and expected that the FBI would be on the scene in Oregon in order to bring about a resolution to this drama, one way or another…
I have learned that it is indeed the CIA on the scene. This is most unusual in a domestic dispute. However, the CIA has a vested interest in controlling the narrative. Why? Because as I have pointed out before, the CIA is involved, domestically, with Chinese and Russian troops on our soil. As I have previously documented, the CIA and the DHS are involved with Senator Harry Reid and his sons to defraud ranchers and hand their mineral rich ranches to the federal government so they can plunder these resources on behalf of their foreign partners and other related interests. I know for a fact that CIA forces are taking uranium from the Hammond Ranch as I write these words. I have also previously documented how uranium was being taken from American sources and deposited into an trust held by Hillary Clinton and that a Canadian front group was facilitating the deal. Clinton was handing over the uranium to the Russians and receiving campaign donations for her trouble. Most did not want to listen, but these events are coalescing in Burns, Oregon as I write these words. This is why the CIA is on the scene to control the narrative. This is why the CIA took my show down last Sunday because they did not want Ammon Bundy to tell his side of the story because it is so radically different than what is being portrayed on Fox and CNN. This plot now involves the Russian media and they are attempting to control the media by parroting and then distorting what Sheila Zilinsky and I are reporting. This will be fully exposed in the next part of this series.
In my next article, I have revealing the intimate details of this plot, God Willing.

What does victory look like for armed Oregon refuge occupiers?
The longer the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge is occupied, the more attention the group's complaints get. How will this end?

The arrest Friday of a Oregon chainsaw artist associated with the armed Malheur National Wildlife Refuge takeover in Oregon marked the first open action by the US government against the states’ rights occupiers who have now held federally-managed land for 15 days.

Whether the arrest of protester Kenneth Medenbach for illegally using a federal vehicle is part of a move by federal agents to squeeze the occupation is not known; so far authorities have kept their distance from the refuge and its occupiers., though Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward said “the hourglass is running.”
But while many experts call the government’s caution wise, there’s evidence that the passage of time has only strengthened sympathy for the underlying complaints, which include an end to “economic warfare” against Westerners and transfer of federally managed backcountry lands to states.
Recommended: How well do you know American extremism? Take the quiz.
“Many who criticized [the] takeover have begun to voice support, even admiration, for the amount of attention the occupation has brought to the underlying grievances,” Carli Brosseau wrote this week in an expose in the Oregonian of how the occupation took shape.
To be sure, many Americans still want the government to round up the occupiers and reestablish federal control. Mollycoddling armed white militiamen, they say, only encourages extremism.
But even as time passes on the frozen refuge, stereotypes have begun to falter, and the debate shift. New York Times reporter Julie Turkewitz calls the occupation “the wild westiest story I have ever covered,” where cowboys, barbers and air conditioning repairmen wile away their days at their impromptu communal ranch.
Indeed, if there is to be a peaceful end game to the Oregon standoff, observers say, it will most likely revolve around Americans acknowledging more deeply the fundamental, even existential, complaints of the dissident ranchers – and understanding how even a benevolent central government headed by coastal elites can start to seem “tyrannical” in how it deals with those clawing a living from sparse Western plateaus.
“People on social media are saying, ‘If this was Wounded Knee, a thousand FBI agents would be there; if this were Baltimore, people would already be dead,’” says Catherine McNicol Stock, a Connecticut College professor and author of “Rural Radicals.” But “if you don’t take people and concerns seriously, you’re missing a big opportunity to understand the whole culture and society that we live in, which includes places where 99 percent of Americans will never go,” such as the back roads of the American West.
The protest is spearheaded by Ammon Bundy, whose father, Cliven Bundy, had an armed standoff with federal authorities in 2014 over millions owed in grazing fees. Washington backed down, and Bundy has yet to pay the fees. Emboldened by that victory, Ammon Bundy has ratcheted up the stakes in Oregon. The demands are broader, and deeper, and more fundamental – and unlikely to be heeded, at least not without potentially years of legislative work.
Bundy said this week that he’s not surprised by shifting sympathies.
"We wanted to show the community that we were committed, that we were putting ourselves on the line and would stand hard," he said. "We knew we had to gain the confidence of the community and we knew it would take several days, a week or so, for the community to work through it.”
The Hammond family – who many say have been treated unfairly in an arson case involving federal lands – at first pushed back at the refuge takeover, calling it a double-cross by Bundy and his compatriots. Many national politicians saw it as a quicksand scenario and stayed far away. The White House called an armed encampment on federal lands a “local law enforcement matter.” Those who did comment, like Republican presidential candidate and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, condemned the actions of the occupiers but sympathized, at least in broad terms, with parts of their argument.
Polls show that most Westerners are fine with the federal government managing 50 percent of their lands – over 600 million acres. And in Oregon and elsewhere, federal managers say the government works closely with local resource users, and manages to compromise in at least 90 percent of conflicts.
But there’s also a grinding sense that broader federal management – which has increasingly limited the availability of resources for profit in the last 30 years – is waging “economic warfare” as the West has gained more than the South on national poverty indices.
In a recent interview with The Christian Science Monitor, US Rep. Greg Walden, a Republican whose district encompasses the Malheur refuge and environs, cited federal timber policy in Oregon as one factor.
A major complaint in Oregon is that federal timber harvests have fallen in the state by 90 percent since 1988, two years before the spotted owl was first put on the threatened species list, in turn putting additional pressure on private timber resources to supply a growing demand for house-building materials.
And while timber felling on private lands has fluctuated with the market, “federal forest management defies economics,” according to a 2014 editorial in the Roseburg News-Review, given that the government constricted sales during the 2004 housing boom and then sold nearly twice as much in the recession year of 2009.
“So, it’s just one thing after another that you would never do on your private land, nor would the state do on state forest land, nor do counties do on their county forest land,” says Rep. Walden. “But for some reason, the federal government has become a slum lord.”
Republican frontrunner Donald Trump has chided the occupiers’ strategy for going on “too long” and that allowing people to take over federal land “means you don’t have a government anymore.”
But this week, one of Mr. Trump’s campaign officials, Jerry DeLemus, traveled on his own dime to Oregon to size up the protest. He came away impressed – and intended to have a conversation with Trump about it. Mr. DeLemus told Reuters that Bundy’s group is enjoying “great success” in resisting the “thug-like, terroristic” actions of the federal government by pushing for transfer of public lands.
After all, “what Trump supporters want is dramatic action, and for some, what’s happening in Oregon is an example of that,” Dan Shea, an expert on the polarization of American voters at Colby College in Maine, told Reuters.
Such feelings are multiplied, ranchers say, by actions such as those taken by the US Attorney’s Office against the Hammonds. The father-son duo were originally sentenced to a few months in jail for allowing fires to burn onto federal property, but federal prosecutors appealed the sentence under post-9/11 terrorism guidelines, getting another judge to approve a five-year prison sentence. The state judge had called that sentence “unconscionable” given how little actual damage was done.
“America really needed to hear [the Hammonds’] story regardless of the court process," Jeff Roberts, an organizer from the Grants Pass aream, told The Oregonian. "They're not terrorists. They're ranching families in rural Oregon."
To be sure, there are still calls for the government to forcibly remove and arrest the group. The local Burns Paiute Tribe, which originally occupied the lands in question, has been particularly tough-minded. “Armed protesters don’t belong here,” Charlotte Rodrique, the chairwoman of the tribe, said in a Friday statement. “They should be held accountable.”
To be sure, it’s still far from clear whether the occupiers will see any of their demands met. And while waiting it out has its own potential pitfalls for Washington, "the government realizes … the only possible victory is to allow it to dissipate,” UCLA constitutional law professor Adam Winkler told OregonLive.com recently.
The scope of the occupiers’ complaints, however, may be too big to just ignore.
“These are people’s lives and when you take away people’s livelihoods they become a little bit desperate, which drives this kind of radical response,” says Phil Lyman, a county commissioner in rural San Juan County, Utah.
Congressional correspondent Francine Kiefer contributed from Washington, D.C.

Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
Feds Threatening ‘Third Wounded Knee’ with Eminent Domain Land Grab on Sioux Indian Reservation
June 25, 2014 By 21wire 80 Comments
http://21stcenturywire.com/wp-conten...Pat3_color.jpgPatrick Henningsen
21st Century Wire
SPECIAL REPORT
In the wake of a Bundy Ranch crisis sparked by a militarized federal land-grab effort in Nevada, it seems that the Department of Interior has set its sights on a new prize – this time targeting once protected Indian reservation land on Pine Ridge in South Dakota.
The Oglala Sioux and Lakota Sioux of the reservation have been told by the Federal Government that the National Parks Service will be taking land that comprises the South Unit of the Badlands National Park as a new ‘Tribal National Park’, only the wording in the bill clearly indicates that it will be a federally managed national park under the Department of Interior, giving mere lip service to its tribal title. The Congressional bill has already been written, and if passed through Congress, both tribal members and non tribal members will be stripped of their deeded land – at a price set by the federal government. If owners do not accept Washington’s offer (expected to be a meager one), the land can be acquired at no cost because the measure has waived all appraisal rights and stipulates that Washington can simply take Indian land by force under ‘eminent domain’.
Thousands of tribe members will be affected by the land-grab. Some residents will be forced to relocate, and many more others will lose their income from grazing allotments on the land – a result which will ultimately force any remaining independent cattle ranchers out of business. In addition to all this, Tribal members will lose their share of income from entrance fees collected at the adjacent North Gate of the Badlands National Park – a punitive measure which will further compound the existing economic depression on a reservation where the average annual income is around $8,000 per year.
Washington may be pining for yet another ‘Wounded Knee’, as many residents and tribal members are prepared to stand their ground in the face of a federal imperialist policy inside US borders – a trend which many Americans have experienced first-hand, particularly in western states like Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and California.

Tribal member and local cattle rancher Bud May believes the issue is not confined to Pine Ridge.
May states, “There is a feeling of common cause between attached parties on this issue – namely tribes and other reservations. The bottom line is we’ll all be under dictatorial control if something is not done quick”.
The federal move initially gained traction after a Tribal Ordinance passed by the Tribal Council in the spring of 2013. Many Tribal members have been frustrated with the tribal council, which has gone against the will of the people to back the park. All 9 districts on the reservation have passed unanimous resolutions against the park along with the Shannon County Commissioners and several South Dakota State legislators.

To add insult to injury, it appears that all landowners were only notified of the measure until after it had passed, with their first news of the federal plan coming in the form of eviction notices issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs Land Operations department in the fall of 2013.
The Tribal Council of 19 has yet to allow a democratic referendum on the federal takeover, although sources confirm that the referendum option is on the agenda for next month’s council meeting.
‘Cowboys and Indian’ in Common Cause
The federal land-grab crisis was elevated to national news in April when Nevada independent rancher Cliven Bundy and his supporters stood toe to toe in an armed standoff with the the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) over Bundy’s private property and land rights which trace back to 1870’s.
Lory Storm, a Nebraska radio host who has been following recent developments at Pine Ridge describes the synergy now happening between what were previously strange bedfellows. Storm explains, “The difference between this situation and the Bundy Ranch conflict? It will be the first time in the history of our Country that the Cowboys and Indians pose a united front against a federal government that is used to winning battles by first dividing and then conquering.”
Already, many land owners are taking the position that they will not comply with the latest order from the government – leaving many to wonder whether this potential standoff will become the third ‘Wounded Knee’ incident involving a standoff between the Sioux Nation and the US Federal government.
June 25th is the anniversary of the infamous conflict at the Little Big Horn between General Custer, the Northern Cheyenne and the Lakota Sioux, and this year’s anniversary will see residents of the Pine Ridge Reservation along with other protesters gathering again Wounded Knee to protest the theft of their land by the Federal Government.
Crowds will gather to protest and a symbolic ride will take place today, where tribal riders will be joined by riders from ranches in Nebraska and South Dakota in the afternoon at the Gordon Legion in a show of solidarity on the issue of private property rights and grazing rights.

Activists or Terrorists? How Media Controls and Dictates ‘The Narrative’ in Burns, Oregon
http://21stcenturywire.com/wp-conten...itia-media.jpg
Randy Johnson
21st Century Wire
The majority of mainstream media reporting surrounding the Burns, Oregon, and Wildlife Refuge occupy protest has ranged from overly simplistic, to outright partisan. This story is a microcosm of media at its most divisive.
At its core, the narrative has become reduced to the government versus the militia or the government versus the people depending on one’s vantage point. On average, the mainstream media’s most neutral narrative is as follows:
“Father-son duo of the Hammond ranching family started fires, were found guilty, went to jail, and a bunch of ‘militant’ and ‘anti-government’ militia men don’t like what the federal government are doing and used the event to take over a federal building in the Malhuer Wildlife refuge.”
Further to the left, the narrative looks more like:
“Armed Anti-government gang takes over federal building – Oregon community in crisis” (exact words from one mainstream media news anchor)
For most of the American media, that’s a good enough explanation. If it fits your political template, then that is all good. Case closed…?

Published on Jan 18, 2016Crooked River Currents Host Ken Taylor with John Witzel of Harney County discuss details of the Miller Homestead fire in July of 2012 and the actions of the BLM.
This straight from the horses mouth interview expands on what is seen in the video and some of the questions surrounding it.
One key question in my mind was who if anyone in a position of authority had contacted John regarding the video.
With the unrest in Harney County this interview is an important window into the matters of management and reported overreach by federal agencies.

Santilli gives report that indicates 1200 demonstrators are arriving at his hotel to protest. I did not watch the whole report, so I do not know if Soros was named explicitly.

As MR posted, it is well founded speculation. Santilli mentioned Soros early in this video. Go to the 15 minute mark he mentions the 1200 protesters. There is one other video besides the one JQP referenced where he spoke about the 1200 being bussed in to protest at the Silver Spur Motel. There is no proof Soros is involved.

So far there have not been more than 1/2 dozen. However Santilli did state that there have been reports that there will be 1200 protesters bussed in.

If 'busloads' show up then that's definitely evidence of astroturfing.
