Red Light, Green Light....
This is the simplest explanation to date:
They reorganized the "government" as a private, for-profit corporation in the business of governmental services.

Without explaining anything to the people, of course.

They then claim, falsely, that we are all knowingly and willingly standing as "surety" for their debts. They do this by undisclosed contract. They get our Mothers to sign paperwork at the hospitals "donating" us to the State of Wisconsin or whichever corporate government franchise is running the operation in the actual State where we are born.

This allows them access to our assets and credit. They then run up huge debts against our assets and credit. Then they go bankrupt and leave us holding the bag as their "secondary" ----
just like if you co-sign for a car loan. They set us up as their co-signer.

And when they pull the plug, we get the bill, and if we can't pay we have to either go bankrupt to protect what we can---- and be part of the problem in the process, or, we lose our assets to pay for their debts.

It's an identity theft scheme applied to our whole country and everyone in it.

The Druid's Last Defense
More than 20,000 Druid priests voluntarily sacrificed themselves and were interred on Bardsey Island to create a plasma seal that is now, after two thousand years, wearing thin.

This was done to preserve the British Isles and the British Royals, come what may.
It was the removal of the living to the Kingdom of the Dead, in order to defend the British Isles from "beyond the grave".

Because we are immortal, there are two sides to the mirror of our reality. Hints of this are in literature, both secular and sacred, all over the world. The most popular and current and easily accessible example is the Lord of the Rings segment about the Army of the Dead, which Aragorn is able to summon from the distant past.

Their blood and bones saturated that tiny Welsh Island, known as Ynys Enlii.
Enlil, the brother and enemy of Enki, the Lord of the Earth, is the Lord of the Sea.
And Barsey Island and the horrific sacrifices made there, are his to account for. It is his fading army that is under final siege, and that is good thing for the rest of the world, for the land and the people and the animals, for all that lives and breathes.

For, as difficult as this is to understand for many, Enlil has been the bitter enemy of Mankind, an elitist of the Emerald Covenant, who despises people based upon their humble "polluted" DNA.

Remember the evil Father of Draco in the Harry Potter books? An elitist who kept the poor house elf, Dobby, enslaved --- ?

This is what we are dealing with, and what Bardsey Island's dead thousands supported, whether they truly knew what they were dying for, or not.

They, the present-day followers, thought that with their "Dead Baby" sealing ceremony at the London Winter Olympics they were going to get away with it, and ensure themselves another thousand or so years of unrestricted hegemony.

Instead, they exposed themselves to the discernment of those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. And now, it is all well and truly finished, but not in the way that they had planned.

The Heavenly Host has arrived.
For all those who are attuned to the Truth and the Beauty of the Creator, who made all things according to their kind, and who continues "to make all things new" again, rejoice. Bring your thoughts of peace to bear on Bardsey Island, off the Coast of Wales, and break the Seventh Seal.

Hold the Presses! This is incredible ---
I have a statement on my desk attributed to former Democratic Senator Tom Harkin of Iowa. He retired in 2015 after twenty years service in the U.S. Congress, ten years in the House, ten years in the Senate. So he should know what he is talking about, right?

He is still alive so far as I can discover, so maybe someone in Iowa can track him down and ask if he actually said the things that have been reported to me and ask him to make additional comment, because what I am about to discuss is nothing less than astounding.

According to these statements sitting here on my desk this morning, Senator Harkin believes the following quotes. My explanatory notes and answers appear in brackets [ ]:

1. Senator Harkin: [The Internal Revenue Code] "or any other constitutional or federal provision [is/are null and void because] "those authorities fell with the loss of our national money standard in 1933." ----that is, because the (Territorial) United States went off the gold standard.

[Obviously not, Senator, because the Municipal United States continued to function and the Internal Revenue Service continued to click along. Changing from the gold standard to the silver standard in commerce in 1933 could not possibly have any such international treaty consequence. Both forms of money, gold and silver, are actual money and they both pay debts which the American States and People continued to pay for stipulated services under conditions of contract assumption.

Federal Codes established by the old service corporation may have been vacated, but if so, the members of the U.S. Congress failed to serve Public Notice of those facts, and continued to publish and use those same Federal Codes--- which means that just as the American People were "assumed" to bind themselves to the new service providers by process of assumption, the U.S. Congress is "assumed" to bind themselves to the provisions of the Federal Code they have published and used as a basis for suing people in courts all over this country. Anything less results in institutionalized constructive fraud on the part of the members of the U.S. Congress in 1933 and every year since then.]

2. Senator Harkin: "Since 1933, the people have formed a new unincorporated United States in trust by their silence in accepting the loss of their ability for paying their debts at law."

[We must immediately ask --- "Which 'people'? The actual living people of this country, or the invisible fictional "persons" of the Territorial United States? Because the States and People who actually own this country continued to pay their debts all along and have no reason to believe in the existence of any unwritten or implied "United States" trust.

The bankruptcy in 1933 ruptured the assumed service contract with
"United States of America, Incorporated" and ultimately led to the demise of that corporation in 1999, but so what? If a subcontractor goes bankrupt the only affect on the Principal is to hire new subcontractors or extend additional duties to already existing subcontractors --- which in this case meant, historically, the UNITED STATES, INC. taking over.

Also, there is no such thing as a totally "unincorporated" trust. Trusts may be corporate or incorporated, but they have to have substance and form and a written indenture in order to exist. There are no Zombie Apocalypse States or States of States or Commonwealths in our country or anywhere else.

Senator Harkin's belief ----if indeed he said all this -- that some kind of un-stipulated public trust exists then or now is straight out of the realm of fantasy and has no basis in law or fact.

There are unincorporated state trusts, but they are not some airy-fairy merely "presumed to exist" construct. Our unincorporated state trusts are formed by declarations, not constitutions. Those declarations may take different forms -- they may be compacts, they may be sovereign letters patent, they may be commonwealth treatises --- but they all have definite written hold-in-your-hand provisions that include public trust indentures. All of them.

Stop a moment and think about what this purported statement by Senator Harkin implies --- the members of the U.S. Congress think that our States don't really exist or have substance, because they are not incorporated? That's like denying the existence of chickens because you broke an egg. Our States are the authorities that charter all their States of States and if the members of the U.S. Congress missed that fact in Grammar School, we are all in a heap of trouble. You cannot ever have a "State of Florida" without first having a "Florida" --- does everyone grasp that fact?]

3. Senator Harkin then quotes Russell v. Allen, 107 U.S. 163, 27 L.Ed. 397: "The United States Government may be the trustee of a charitable trust."

[Well, I "may" act as a fan dancer, too, Senator. But in the absence of evidence, we cannot presume that I occupied that capacity, can we? Or any other "potential" capacity --- dog catcher, soothsayer, or rocket scientist. I might act as the trustee of a charitable trust, too. Might. Or might not. This is crazy stuff, right out of Loony-Tunes Central.... The Trust to which the delegated powers return by Operation of Law is and has always been The United States of America, Unincorporated, which was formed and announced to the public by The Continental Congress, September 9, 1776, and to all the State Trusts functioning under their statehood compacts, letters patent, commonwealth treatises, etc. If this is not perfectly obvious to the members of the "U.S. Congress" it is still perfectly obvious to the rest of us.]

I literally can't believe what I just read. If this two-page statement by Senator Harkin is legitimate, and if this is representative of the level of understanding among members of Congress, our Ship of State has been lost at sea for over a hundred years, captained by pirates and crewed by imbeciles.

And that discussion was just the first paragraph of this statement. There's more. Unfortunately. But I must stop and draw breath....

Dear Mr. President Trump: there is no need for any vacuous supposition. The occasion of any service provider going bankrupt results in the delegated powers returning to The United States of America, Unincorporated. We were not given Notice by the International Trustees that they were unable to make provisions for new service providers (or were incompetent to do so) and in fact, new service providers readily came forward and assumed the service obligations and have been paid for those services since 1868.

You can see that the obligations of contract by assumption swing both ways, and that any failure by the U.S. Congress to recognize this fact (such as their obligation to honor the entire Federal Code so long as they continue to publish and reference it ) results in constructive fraud against the sovereign States and People of this country and is in fact, treason.

On this occasion with the failures of both the corporate Territorial and corporate Municipal service corporations, we have said --- "Enough." and have made public our non-assumption of contract and have also published our acknowledgement and acceptance of the returned Delegated Powers.

It is now your turn to educate the members of Congress about life in the actual world and tell them that there is no implied United States trust charitable or otherwise available for the United States Government to (possibly) administer.

Andrew Jackson sold off the unincorporated United States as a business in 1836 and used the proceeds to pay off all debts owed by The United States of America, Unincorporated.

All variations of "United States" incorporation(s) since that time have been completely foreign operations acting under assumed contracts, both Municipal and Territorial --- and aside from being responsible to obey and execute the constitutional agreements they were assuming, never had any authority, business connections, or any other rights, titles, or interests related to this country or its people.

We are now calling for the "Internal Revenue Service" to vacate our shores for lack of valid contract and lack of evidence that any valid Municipal or Territorial PERSONS exist. We also remind the American Armed Forces that if they want to work for us, they need a new contract. And as for the "United States" meaning the British Territorial United States and Municipal United States -- we are your Priority Creditors, and that is set in cement.

Finally, as for the Office of the "US Attorney General" ---that whole mess needs to be straightened out along with dismissal of any claims that Americans "voluntarily" donated their babies as chattel "alien property" --- ASAP. Thank you, very much.

Pedigree of the IRS
For all those who need to know, this is what the IRS is and what it does and who it does it for--- I quote Pao L. Chang for convenience sake:
"The Internal Revenue Service is considered to be a Bureau of the Department of the Treasury; however, like the Federal Reserve, it is not part of the Federal Government. (Diversified Metal Products v. IRS, et al., CV-93-405E- EJE - U.S.D.C.D.I; Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148, page 5967; Reorganization Plan No. 26; Public Law 102-391---and is in fact incorporated in Delaware ...." ("Internal Revenue Service" was incorporated in 1925, the Municipal "IRS" was incorporated in 1933.)

"It is pointed out that all official Federal Government mail is sent postage-free because of the franking privilege; however, the IRS has to pay their own postage, which [again] indicates that they are not a government entity."

"They [the Internal Revenue Service/IRS] are in fact a collection agency for the Federal Reserve, because they do not collect any taxes for the U.S. Treasury. All funds collected [by the IRS working under color of law "as" a Treasury "Bureau" and collecting funds under false pretense as the funds are collected under what appears to be a Treasury presentment] are turned over to the Federal Reserve. If you have ever sent a check to the IRS, you will find that it was endorsed over to the Federal Reserve."

"The Federal Reserve, in turn, deposits the money with the International Monetary Fund, an Agency of the United Nations (Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, page 816.) where it is filtered down to the International Development Association (see Treasury Delegation Order No. 91) which is part of the "International Bank for Reconstruction and Development" --- commonly known now as the World Bank."

Bottom line --- the so-called "Internal Revenue Service" is not now and never has been a part of our government and has been deceitfully misrepresented as such by our British Territorial and Municipal United States subcontractors.

At the bottom of the dog pile which progresses from the U.S. Treasury to the Federal Reserve to the IMF to the IBRD ---- we find what? Ah, the World Bank.

Karen Hudes' erstwhile Dropbox Fixer and sometimes employer.

Please note that the Federal Reserve, IBRD, and World Bank are the Secondary Creditors that forced the "United States of America, Incorporated" into bankruptcy in 1933.

And also note that the IBRD and the World Bank are the ones who, in 2000, following the settlement of the bankruptcy, showed up and lied through their teeth and without anyone giving any Notice to the actual Priority Creditors (The United States of America, the American States and People) claimed that all our assets were "abandoned" --- including approximately $387 billion dollars in gold that FDR confiscated from the American People under color of law as "surety" backing the bankrupt "United States of America, Incorporated" bankruptcy.

Also please note that the bankrupt governmental services corporation doing business as the "United States of America, Inc." was fronted by the Roman Catholic Church as a religious non-profit.

Ms. Hudes is still holding onto our gold and pretending to be our Trustee, even after we entered our objections (according to our Constitution no Bar Attorney can hold any position of trust) and collapsed any such "Trust" by directly presenting the Bill of Lading issued by the actual Priority Creditors.

Let me interpret this situation --- these banks caused the problem, then profited from it under false pretenses for sixty-three years, and afterward lodged false claims of abandonment against the bankruptcy surety assets as Secondary Creditors. And they are still holding onto gold and other assets that rightfully belonged to your great-grandparents and grandparents and parents and now, also, to you.

And now, to bring it all back "Full Circle" ---- the IRS got its start back in the 1100's in France and England, when the Pope (acting as Pontiff, of course) started collecting an income tax called "Peter's Pence" which was a special collection to support the cost of the Crusades, collected every April 15th. It was collected by members of the Dominican Order, the same nice people that brought us the Inquisition. They continued to pop up as Privateer organizations on the sidelines of every war thereafter, as this was the Holy See's way of supporting the cost of all the Pontiff's war-mongering.

The Civil War was no different. The "Internal Revenue Service" back then was issued Privateer licenses and Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and they operated out of Puerto Rico and other Island bases, preying upon both Northern and Southern commercial vessels. Nice, huh?

Just special.
Things got reorganized after the Civil War and they moved onshore for a brief time, only to be repelled and sent packing by our more sentient ancestors, back to their base in Puerto Rico. After 1904, they were allowed back to operate on our shores via the Insular Tariff Cases, and particularly Downes v. Bidwell and Hooven and Allison v. Evatt--- for the express purpose of collecting from Municipal United States employees only. By 1916, the Pontiff was busy financing another war---
World War I, so sympathetic war-mongers in Congress acting without a quorum majority on Christmas Eve, passed the "Sixteenth Amendment" to their corporate "Constitution"---- and set the wolves loose on the innocent American Public.

And then came World War II.
Things got "tight" for the Pontiff again. He couldn't collect enough from all those corporations and employees and dependents that were legitimately "U.S. Citizens"
so the war-mongers in Congress came up with another plan: The Victory Tax.

The Victory Tax wasn't a tax at all, really. It was a charitable donation toward "the war effort". American workers signed up by the millions and agreed to donate an amount equal to that paid each month by federal civilian and military employees and to have it deducted from their paychecks. The wording of the "Victory Tax" was vague and the sunset clause on this arrangement was the "end of the hostilities".

Most of us understand that the "end of hostilities" came in September 1945, but the Internal Revenue Service kept right on collecting from all those millions of American workers who had so patriotically "volunteered" to donate to the war effort. If anyone objected, they were told that there was "still a war on"----- the Cold War.

Since then we've had every kind of "war" you can think of --- wars on poverty, wars on drugs, wars on wars, as well as innumerable other conflicts ---- like Vietnam, like Iraq I and II, like Afghanistan..... and to hear the "Internal Revenue Service" talk, we are still volunteering and still obligated to be docked larger and larger percentages of our earnings in support of a Victory Tax that should have ended in 1945.

How about this? A "War on Con Artists" and especially a "War on European Con Artists"? How about a nice big boot on Dominican Order rump?
And all the members of Congress that have mindlessly, ruthlessly, undeniably furthered their power and paychecks by glutting on the extortion and racketeering profits rolling in from all this?

For the life of me, I don't understand why General Kelly and General Mattis and General Dunford don't have Karen Hudes hanging upside down by her thumbs, why they aren't helping us recoup our assets---which would far more than pay for their services---?

Why aren't they arresting at least all the Bar Members usurping upon our lawful government and occupying seats in Congress? They have cause to know that no Bar Attorney can hold any Public Office or hold any position of trust in our government. It has been this way since 1819. Think they'd get the news?

And what is this nonsense of "Political Parties"----groups of lobbyists occupying Congress as "Representatives"? We are owed Fiduciary Deputies elected by the People (House) and State Legislatures (Senate). Not two colors of Tobacco Lobby on speed.

Why aren't our military geniuses arresting and deporting all these undeclared Foreign Agents---- especially "IRS" employees--- and shutting down the phony Treasury Bureau? Instead of just stupidly standing here and letting these robbers steal and coerce and harm the people of this country---the same people they are hired to protect?

I have a Big Question for the members of the "U.S." Congress---whichever "U.S." that is, and for all the employees sucking off this gigantic crime and for the Pope and his minions, too -----

Just how long do you all think that you can abuse your employers and bite the hands that feed you, and get away with all this crap, before it all comes home to you?

Hell, no, I'm not "volunteering".

Hold the Presses -- This is Incredible 2.0 Recap
Yesterday we began discussion of comments attributed to former Senator Tom Harkin of Iowa. He served in the U.S. House for ten years and in the Senate for ten more before retiring in 2015.

Bearing in mind that we still don't have confirmation that Harkin actually said all this, if even a small part of this is typical of what members of Congress think and are taught about our history, we are in a heap of trouble and they, like everyone else, need to be brought up to speed.

The first off-the-wall idea was that the Constitutions and the Federal Code went out the window because of the 1933 bankruptcy and going off the gold standard.

Let's try to get this in perspective.
We contract for certain governmental services with the British Territorial United States and its corporations. This would be analogous to contracting with a Property Management Corporation that also has subcontractors that work for it: a carpentry subcontractor, a lawn mowing contractor, a trash removal contractor, a snowplowing contractor.... got the picture?

So the trash removal subcontractor went bust in 1933, stopped accepting gold as payment, and started offering I.O.U.'s in lieu of paying for its debts.

That really has nothing much to do with us, does it? And it doesn't change what we are owed in terms of services by the parent Property Management Corporation, either. Our contract with them is still the same and it is their problem how they are going to get the trash removed. Not ours.

It's the same thing with the 1933 bankruptcy. They stopped accepting gold as payment. We paid in silver instead. They started using I.O.U.'s instead of paying for their own debts. That's on them. And on their Parent Corporation. Not us.

We are the Employer in this situation, and what is owed to us is owed to us regardless of how the Parent Corporation or their subcontractors operate or what they do with their money, and if they don't provide the service, we simply take out the trash ourselves or hire someone else.

What we recently discovered was an outrageous and undisclosed ploy by Franklin Delano Roosevelt proposing that we "gift" ourselves and our assets as collateral backing the debts of their failed trash removal company---to underwrite their I.O.U.s. And then we discovered the actual means by which they extorted all these "gifts" under color of law.

So the dirt is all on them and none on us, thanks. This whole debacle is now back on the laps of the Queen and the Pope, who are the Principals responsible.

We are their Priority Creditors by several country miles as a result of all this malfeasance, fraud, extortion, and racketeering under color of law, and their only hope is that we agree to settle this without blowing them off the face of the Earth.

The Constitution(s) owed to us are not affected by their bankruptcy, and all the debts they piled up "in our names" without our knowledge and free consent are fraudulent, going back to 1860, because, as we have discovered, 1933 was not the first round of this chicanery.

The other idea that the Senator exposed is the idea that the Federal Code somehow went "out the window" because of the bankruptcy and end of the gold standard being used by their corporations.

What happened in fact is that a Municipal Corporation doing business as the "UNITED STATES" came in and took over the trash removal contract by a process of "assumpsit". That is, nobody at the Parent Corporation asked us, they simply moved in a new subcontractor to continue taking out the trash. We have no contract with the "UNITED STATES" but because we received the trash service from them, we assumed the contract and paid them for it.

But assumption of contracts swings both ways.
We assumed and paid the contract under the provisions of the actual Constitutions, and the assumption that they owe us in return is that they are continuing to operate under the Constitutions and according to their published rules, codes, and regulations.

Any deviation from that quid pro quo is not allowed, and in order for it to be allowed, they would have to make a very substantial Public Notice and Public Disclosure regarding the "sun setting" of the Federal Code. They would also have to stop publishing the Federal Code and stop using the Federal Code for administrative purposes and stop referencing it in court cases and stop repealing and amending and adding to it, too.

Anything else would, as I explained, amount to knowing and purposeful constructive fraud by the members of the Congress.

We have seen plenty of evidence of fraud and wrong-doing by the Congress and its members as a whole, but if Senator Harkin didn't understand these facts and circumstances after twenty years in Congress (and Tom Harkin was by far not the dumbest man in Congress) -- the only thing we can conclude is that the men and women in Congress are being misled by their legal advisors and dumbed down so that they make wrong decisions based on wrong information.

It is up to us to inform them and hold them and their Parent Corporation sponsors-- the Queen and the Pope-- feet first to the fire. Get out your pens and paper, Campers, and send this to the appropriate Congressional Delegation that is supposed to be serving your state of the Union.

The "US" is not a party to the Hague Conventions, but they are party to the Geneva Conventions, and any enslavement racket involving securitization and personage of living people under color of law, especially innocent Third Parties who were never involved in their "wars" in the first place, is a major faux pas.

We would, of course, like full recognition of our claims against them and the deplorable fraud that has been practiced against our States and our People, by treaty partners who owed us far, far better treatment and whose bacon we saved through two World Wars.

Let all the innocent American blood shed at Bull Run and Gettysburg, at Flanders and in the Argonne Forest, the boys who gave their lives in North Africa and Normandy, in Germany and Japan and Okinawa and Korea and Vietnam---- let their blood rise up and reproach the very souls of the criminals responsible for this -- if they have souls. And if they do not repent, may they come to a swift and certain end without the protection of man or God.

Nineteen Services
This is a reply to a reader who noticed that, hey, under the Constitution, our States only agreed to receive nineteen services from these vandals, but this has now proliferated to hundreds if not thousands of government services. What is going on here?

The perpetrators making all these offers of services are not really your government.
That's for starters. They are foreign, for-profit corporations in the business of providing government services.

That lack of disclosure is a large part of the whole problem --- they have been "offering" services as private commercial corporations and people have been mindlessly accepting all sorts of "services" ---- and then have to pay for these services they accepted above and beyond those that the States agreed to.

It's like the magazine publishers back in the 80's --- you'd get a "free subscription" to something like "Outdoor Life". It would just show up in your mailbox, "Absolutely Free!" --- and when you read the fine print, "If you like "Outdoor Life" just keep this complimentary copy and three more months of the magazine will be sent to your door absolutely free!"

Okay, so typical American --- whether they like "Outdoor Life" and read it or throw it out with the Junk Mail --- thinks nothing of it. Three months go by. The magazines come. In the third magazine is a postcard-like insert and in absolutely tiny print it says, "We are happy you have enjoyed your subscription to "Outdoor Life". To continue, simply do nothing and the magazine will continue to be delivered every month. To "unsubscribe" simply check the box on this return postcard and you will receive no additional copies."

Well, guess how many people saw that card and read It?

Pretty soon folks are getting all these magazines they don't want and scratching their heads. And then they start getting all the bills attached to these "Free Offers".
And the complaints start piling up with the Congressional Delegations about these "unfair" solicitations and "subscription scams". And the magazine publishers got their hands slapped and prohibited from doing this kind of "promotion" through the U.S. Mail.

Unfortunately, the government, operating as a foreign, for-profit governmental services corporation has done the same sort of thing with governmental services. They have "offered" services, often for free, and as people having unknowingly used these services (probably thinking that it was just part of the program) they have been "subscribed" -- exactly like the magazine subscriptions --- to receive these "unearned benefits".

When they unknowingly sign up to receive these benefits by enrolling in or applying for what appears to be a "government service" they become identified as "U.S. Citizens" --- that is, British Territorial United States Employees or Dependents or Corporations or Political Asylum Seekers. The British Territorial United States Government Corporation, like the magazine publishers, readily agrees. That's what the "offer" was all about from their perspective in the first place.

What they don't tell their new subscribers is that: (1) In exchange for all these wonderful new "free" services, the perpetrators are going to "take title" to their names and land and all their assets including their children to pay for these "benefits", and (2) the victim's political status is going to be altered to that of a British Territorial United States Citizen, a subject of the Queen and the British Crown, no longer a free and independent American.

Just like the magazine subscriptions, these subscriptions to what-appear-to-be government services have unseen costs that no right thinking American would accept, if the cost were fully disclosed. Just like the magazine subscriptions, there isn't a clear, clean up front offer involved. Just like the magazine subscriptions, the process of ensnarement is gradual --- you have to accept the proverbial "additional three months of free magazines" --- before they shut the trap door. That extra "three months" in commerce is the equivalent of three months of Due Process Notice that you are being offered and are accepting a magazine subscription.

This creates an implied contract between you and the magazine publisher and it is then "presumed" that you are knowingly accepting the product and are expected to pay for it, whether you ever read your copy of "Outdoor Life" or not.

Same thing with what appears to be the government. All those services you "apply for" ignorantly, like Social Security, and Selective Service, and all those benefit programs you "enroll in" like Medicare --- have a cost that you are not being told, which results in an undisclosed contract, called an "adhesion contract".

It is primarily undisclosed on two counts: first, you are misled to think that you are dealing with your own government when you are dealing with a foreign, for-profit corporation in the business of providing "governmental services" instead, and second, you are not being told about the actual cost of participation in all these "offers" --- that you will be "gifting" yourself, your good name, your credit, your land, and all your assets to these Grafters in exchange for these comparatively petty freebies, and that you will be subjecting yourself to the British Queen as a member of the British Commonwealth System, too, and selling yourself and your children into eternal pauper-hood, a form of debt slavery.

That something like this could happen in the modern world is beyond abhorrent, but the combination of commercial fraud opportunity combined with the ability to enforce these bogus contracts under color of law was apparently too great a temptation, and now we have the ugly and inevitable confrontation between the purported "subscribers" and the "magazine publishers".

The fact is that we didn't knowingly, willingly or "voluntarily" subscribe to this fraud scheme at all, because it lacked disclosure and lacking disclosure, no offer accepted can be considered "conscious" (therefore the whole offer is "unconscionable") and therefore cannot be "voluntary" either.

Essentially, all these international corporations in the business of providing "governmental services" have sought to expand their control and improve their bottom-lines by preying upon the people that they were hired to serve. They have done this by the same process as the erstwhile magazine publishers: "voluntary" subscription that in this case, is not voluntary because it is never fully disclosed and because it is falsely presented as a "government mandate" to people who are not naturally subject to the British Territorial United States Government.

As a result, the consequences in commerce are already well-established. First and foremost, the British Territorial United States Government corporations must stop making all these undisclosed "offers" and demands. The property and assets they seized upon under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure have to be returned to the States and People they have harmed and imposed upon. Any services or payments that they legitimately owe to the victims --- such as vested Social Security accounts to which the victims and employers contributed and paid for --- must be paid out as commercial obligations without any presumption of ownership interest or pretense that these are "welfare benefits".

As for the States of the Union, they have been dis-served, too, and all their land patents and titles must be returned to the States and the People. Our country is not going to be bought and sold for the sake of British and Belgian and French false claims in commerce, and our People are not going to be considered British Subjects or Paupers of the British Commonwealth for the sake of similar false claims in commerce.

We have caught them at it and we have the patents that the perpetrators used to set up and automate this gigantic fraud scheme.

Hold The Presses! --- The is Incredible 3.0 Recap -- The Public Trust
We've been reviewing and commenting on statements attributed to former Iowa Senator Tom Harkin this week. Harkin, a Democrat, served in the U.S. House for ten years and in the U.S. Senate for ten more years before retiring in 2015.

Among the startling ideas expressed and presented to me as "direct quotes" (unconfirmed) was the idea that because of the bankruptcy of the U.S. Corporation(s) in 1933 and the removal from the gold standard.....

Senator Harkin: ".... a resulting or implied trust rushed in to fill the void. In a resulting or implied trust, there are not terms of how and who is to administer the terms of the trust, therefore you can't put the blame on anyone besides the people for letting the trust be established." He then quoted, "The United States Government may be the trustee of a charitable trust." Russell v. Allen U.S. 163: 27 L.Ed. 397, and further, "The United States or a state has capacity to take and hold property upon a charitable trust, but in the absence of a statute otherwise providing, the charitable trust is unenforceable against the United States or a state."

I pointed out that I "may" be a fan dancer, too, but that doesn't give me a job at a club. Just because a person or organization "may" act in some capacity---as being theoretically or potentially eligible to act in a given capacity, does not grant them any authority or official capacity to do so.

I also pointed out that a trust without written terms and stipulations is non-existent. You can't have a trust without a donor, a trustee, and a beneficiary. Period.

I also pointed out that any necessity for such a nebulous and merely presumed to exist "trust" is bogus, too.

We already have unincorporated (sovereign) trusts established for both the nation as a whole --- The United States of America [Unincorporated]--- and for each one of the states. These national and state trusts are formed by declaration, not by constitutions, and they have been here and been in place in all cases before and after anything that happened to any foreign governmental service provider in 1933.

Our national and state trusts are not implied, not merely "presumed to exist", regardless of anything that happens to any commercial entity formed by a constitutional agreement.

Those trusts are all owed full service and Good Faith by every member of any "Congress" ever assembled, including the Territorial and Municipal versions of "Congress". They are also owed full service and Good Faith by the Pope and the British Monarch.

If you stop a moment and think you will, if you are an average person of good sense, realize that these statements attributed to Senator Harkin are all zombie-speak, pure blather, designed as a smokescreen to excuse the members of Congress and blame the victims --- the people of this country --- for the unfolding debacle that the members of Congress and prior Executive Administrations have caused.

The only "Public Trust" actually in existence with any viable role for anyone in the Territorial or Municipal Government to administer is in fact the "Public Charitable Trust" (PCT) established for the welfare of displaced plantation slaves in the wake of the Civil War.

Looking a bit deeper, we find that----yes, indeed, this is exactly what the U.S. Attorney General has been using and operating as the "dump box" for our names once they are "donated" as "Alien Property".

Little baby Johnny Whittaker is thrown into the hopper as "John Whittaker" a Public Trust "member" of the aforementioned Public Charitable Trust left over from the Civil War Era, and from there, they create "John A. Whittaker" Public Transmitting Utility and "John Adam Whittaker", a Puerto Rican Cestui Que Vie Estate Trust.

The British Territorial United States Government keeps the equitable title in all these assets created out of thin air, and hands the legal title to them off to the Municipal United States Government --- the oligarchy run by members of Congress -- that then sets up the ACCOUNTS -- JOHN WHITTAKER, and JOHN A. WHITTAKER, and JOHN ADAM WHITTAKER.

For God's sake, people, wake up! These crackpots in Congress have lost their minds. They actually think they have some right or rationale to do all this to their Employers, and they don't. They never did. Not in 1868. Not in 1933. And not now, either.

The cretins in the Department of Law and DOJ have encouraged them in this insanity and acted as their handmaids and expediters, and they have all proposed to sell you down the river without the least little bit of valid authority or consent or ownership interest to do so.

Apparently, the "American" military is so corrupt and incompetent that they can't recognize the "domestic enemy" or know which country they owe allegiance to. It's time they found out.

And it's time President Trump told them.

Paper Monsters
The people who have done these evil things to Americans for the past 150 years, and to people worldwide for centuries, are criminals. It has nothing to do with politics. It has to do with crime.

It's just plain old garden variety crime: identity theft, credit theft, unlawful conversion, illegal securitization, kidnapping, human trafficking, press-ganging, conspiracy against the constitutions, personage, barratry, blackmail, fraud, false flag attacks, counterfeiting, impersonation, pedophilia, drug trafficking, prostitution, extortion, racketeering, mail fraud, enslavement, arson, murder, false witness, peonage, and treason -- among many, many other crimes that have been committed against the innocent people and countries of the world by corporations in the business of providing governmental services, banks, insurance companies, title companies (that shouldn't exist), armed services, regulatory agencies, and so on.

Those hired and subscribed under Oath to serve the people have instead oppressed, cheated, enslaved and betrayed them. They have taken the saying, "The master is the servant." and turned it on its head: "The servant is the master."

And they have tried to excuse their actions by saying, "We are a corporation and can't be held accountable for our actions."
Oh, yes, they can.

Every corporation involved in this gross disservice and criminality is subject to liquidation --- loss of their charters, loss of their assets, loss of their public personas. And they are not owed any protection from the so-called "corporate veil", no bankruptcy protection for their shareholders, no privileges at all.

Every single corporation that has refused to repent and come to heel deserves complete dissolution, with their assets to be sold at public auction to pay restitution for their crimes.

Depending on the severity and deliberateness of their acts, the assets of their shareholders may also be attached and sold to recoup the damages.

Who has the authority to order their liquidation? First and foremost, the responsibility to liquidate these offending corporations is with with the Roman Curia and the Pope, who created the entire concept of corporations in the first place.

Secondarily, the responsibility to liquidate these corporations is the Queen's, because we delegated and entrusted her, specifically, with the responsibility to create and police the activities of commercial corporations "for" us.

Finally, the responsibility to liquidate these corporations is our responsibility, because it is our delegated authority that is being abused to create, sustain, and allow the unaccountable rampages of these Paper Monsters.

These corporations think they are safe.
They think the Pope and the Curia will protect them. They think the British Monarch can protect them.

They don't realize that their charters are all issued under our authority, and that the ultimate specific authority allowing their existence and continuance lies with us: The United States of America, the States, and the People.

As our Delegated Powers have returned to us by Operation of Law and we have acknowledged and accepted their return, there can be no question or interference from either the Pope and Queen if we are obliged by their incapacity to begin liquidation of corporations from here to Bangkok.

We are fed up, ready to pull the plug on them, their patents, trademarks, copyrights, and charters. No criminal organization is owed any public privilege and that includes governmental services corporations and banks.

The Right Way, the Wrong Way, and No Way
I have been asked to comment on all the various "Patriot Group Efforts" out there and that is a tall order, as they have been springing up like mushrooms. Part of this is due to people jerking awake and thinking, "OMG! We have to do something!" so they start "doing something".

Other efforts are cynical, even diabolical efforts to co-opt and derail any meaningful effort to fix the problems we face and suck up resources in the process.

Still other efforts are partially right and partially wrong as a result of having some information, but not enough.

This is typical. The Mess creates more mess. Just think of it in terms of your own housecleaning efforts. Things always look worse before they get better, more chaotic, not less.

First, there are two primary jobs, not one, to be undertaken. That adds a lot to the general confusion.

The first job is to organize the land jurisdiction States, which are the foundation of the international government --- the dog, not the tail. This requires the formation of Jural Assemblies composed of people who are retaining and lawfully asserting their original jurisdiction and original birthright identity and capacities as private American nationals and State Citizens. We are talking here about Wisconsin, Maine, Texas, Utah, Alaska..... those unincorporated and sovereign states formed by Declaration --- Statehood Compacts, Commonwealth Treatises, etc.

So far as I know, the only organization that is pursuing this fundamental task is the National Assembly being led by the Michigan General Jural Assembly. The only bone I have to pick with them, is that they need to be more adamant about membership and requiring that people properly declare their political status on the record before being allowed to participate. I am a stickler about that, because without it, these groups as a whole remain subject to infiltration and harassment and the legitimacy of their actions is left open to question.

The second job is to organize and "reconstruct" the Federal States of States that belong to the States of the Federation as business operations. This is the tail of the dog that is supposed to wag in our behalf, but which has been incapacitated for 150 years. This requires the formation of Jural Societies composed of people who are retaining and legally asserting Federal citizenship. We are talking here about corporate businesses belonging to the States and doing business as, for example: The State of Wisconsin, The State of Maine, The State of Texas, The State of Utah, The State of Alaska.

So far as I know, there are two principal groups working on this --- the Nation-States and RuSA, plus a relatively new organization that is pushing (ignorantly) for a Constitutional Convention.

Let me briefly comment that until people learn how their government is actually supposed to be structured, how jurisdictions work, and what the problems are, we don't need a Constitutional Convention and are not ready for one.

As for Nation-States and RuSA, both organizations are well-intended, but disjointed and need to get together and iron out differences, because in the process they will each learn important facts---like the fact that they are acting as would-be inheritors of the Confederation of States, not the Federation. Like the fact that there is actually no such thing as a "Nation-State" though we sometimes discuss things in those terms. Like the fact that Federal Citizens are not in the same political status as British Territorial United States Citizens and not in the same status as Municipal United States CITIZENS, either..... and they have to declare and record their own political status as Federal State Citizens.

So that is the status of the two major jobs confronting the people of this country that are absolutely necessary for us to restore our legitimate government to full function. And those are the principal organizations already engaged.

In addition there are numerous other groups out there doing various things, the National Liberty Alliance, T-ROH, and so on.

Just very briefly, NLA is in my opinion, hopelessly misguided. They are trying to set up Grand Juries without Courts, which makes as much sense as trying to build a horse with nothing but a mane and tail. Actual Grand Juries are supported by Jural Assemblies and Jural Societies. (See above.) So anyone who wants to build a viable Grand Jury needs to join either a Jural Assembly (land jurisdiction) or a Jural Society (sea jurisdiction) and get on with the job.

Same thing with T-ROH. Their leadership bought a copy of The Articles of Confederation at a Naval Auction and placed a "claim on abandonment" on the name of "The United States of America, Incorporated" --- a defunct Scottish Corporation that infringed upon our lawful name in 1868 to create their commercial corporation. This gives rise to a situation where honest men are making unjust claims based on prior piracy --- the Maxim of Law is: "Possession by pirates does not change ownership."

As a result, though the Navy auctioneer may have been selling the false "title" of a defunct Scottish commercial corporation calling itself "The United States of America, Incorporated" --- it has nothing to do with our lawful government beyond the fact that the scam artists infringed upon our copyrights in order to promote a mistaken identity fraud more than a century ago.

This is not a viable basis upon which to restore American Government, especially since our actual government --- The United States of America [Unincorporated] is still here, still operating, and not pleased with all the fraud against it by con artists trying to work similar names deceits.

On top of these Home Grown organizations gone astray, we have deliberate foreign competitors. From France we have two versions of the same poison from the same basic perpetrators, "The Republic of the United States of America" and "The Republic for the United States of America". They started their operations with the first name and then apparently realized they'd made a mistake and added the second name to the roster.

Since then they have taken to simply calling their operation, "The Republic". This is not our missing Federal Republic that the Nation-States and RuSA are trying to restore. It's another "ringer" commercial corporation from Europe trying to sneak in the backdoor and take over our federal service contracts by a process of assumption.

Finally, the Government of Scotland, which was the first perpetrator in the Den of Liars, is fronting its candidates and trying to pull off the same scheme as the French "governmental services corporation" ---- they have set up "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC." and "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, LLC".

We stood up and said, "Whoa! Not us. Not again. You were given Due Notice and Process."

And now they have to deal from a different deck and don't know how.

They know, for example, that the IRS is totally bogus and that every action it takes actually puts them all deeper in debt, but they are starved for cash flow so they keep on beating that dead horse.

What actually needs to happen is for President Trump to sit down and talk to me, the Fiduciary of his Priority Creditors, and the other owners of the assets in the accounts that Kim Goguen has secured. He needs to do this because there is no other lawful way to proceed and no other lawful way to establish a firm basis for going forward

The assets in the accounts don't belong to Kim any more than they belonged to the other bankers involved, but the people that do own them are not bad people and their trustees are not bad people, either. They haven't had access to their assets because of the bankers, who basically stole the assets and used them to feather their own nests, which is why the actual owners and trustees never were able to deliver relief and do the philanthropic work everyone blames them for not doing.

All Mr. Trump has to do is strong-arm the bankers and get the middlemen out of the middle. Then his precious government can be fully funded under the following provisions ---and the infrastructure and scientific and philanthropic work can go forward. It's very simple.

1. Return control of the assets to the actual asset owners and stop lying about the funds being "abandoned" and belonging to the banks or being subject to a 16,000 year old contract and conveniently belonging to Kim Goguen as the only heir---- or some other fanciful excuse.

We have the deposit receipts. We have the complete history from the day the ore came out of the ground. And we have dominion: Genesis 1:26-28.

2. Immediately and permanently stop racketeering and other criminal actions against the people of this and every other country.

Money As Language
You will hear bankers say that "Money is a symbol of value."

What you won't hear them say is the Truth --- "Money is an objectivization of value." It's there so we can visualize and touch something as intangible as the letter "A".

How many parents here are familiar with the plastic letter blocks popular in pre-school classrooms? These are bright colored three dimensional block-like representations of the letter "A" and "B" and so on.

The children can pick these up and hold them in their hands and turn them around
and come to recognize the shapes as "meaning" letter "A", and later they learn to associate sounds from the spoken language with the symbol.....and so, learn to read and write and communicate using symbols that would otherwise have no meaning at all.

It's the exact same thing with money, only we suffered arrested development along the way and didn't draw the right connections between fact and fantasy, between the three dimensional thing in our hand (coinage, dollars, etc.) and the symbol on the bank ledger (dollars, cents, etc. ) and the universal language of energy that gives the symbols meaning.

Now we have to grow up and make that next connection.
The entire symbolism of money is about the exchange of energy, whether its exchanging my skill as a hairstylist for your need for a haircut, or its exchanging the value of my strawberries for your hunger for strawberry shortcake.

On one side of the transaction you have a need and on their other side you have a fulfillment of that need. The person fulfilling the need gets a symbolic reward --- money, for doing the job, raising the strawberries, and so on.

Money is supposed to be a Good Conduct Medal, a symbol that you gave more than you got. It's something that you can hold in your hand and say to someone else, "See there? I gave more than I got, and there's the proof."

And because you gave more than you got, you are entitled to come back at a later date when you have some need and "cash it in" --- say, you break your leg. Now you need help. The money stands as a symbol that you, specifically, earned help.
You have, by your own efforts, pre-earned the effort of others.
And around and around it goes.

It's all about the exchange of energy and goodwill, at least, that is what it is supposed to be about. Ideally, everyone earns enough to meet their own needs and the needs of their families and everything is just hunky-dory, but we all know that it doesn't always work out that way.

"For lo, the poor are with you always....even until the end."
The poor don't have enough resources to trade --- enough energy --- in any form. They don't have strawberries. They don't know how to cut hair. So they don't have the means to earn money, either.

When you give to the poor, it's a one way exchange of their need for your energy credit. Heaven clocks your reward, but the nuts and bolts world gives you no banana in exchange.

So the poor are like a heat sink in a monetary system. They take and they don't give back anything, except their need. It turns out that in the great scheme of things, their need is important and a blessing and a gift, because it means that there is always somewhere for money to go and an opportunity for us to give without getting a Good Conduct Medal in return.

This is important because it is one of the few ways that we can gain the necessary insight to grow beyond money and the need to "objectify" value. By giving to the poor, we may go from hanging onto to chunky plastic letter "A" and even move beyond the "A" printed on a ledger, and get to the language of energy and the true meaning and use of what is being symbolized.

We, yes, even we, might learn to "read" and "write" in the language of energy, just as we have learned to read and write spoken languages and music and mathematics. The poor provide us with a way to end our sentences and make our pauses in this new language. They provide the commas and the periods when we need one.

Thieves are another proposition. They steal your energy credit and do things with it that you wouldn't do. You might put your credit toward needed dental work or painting your house. The thieves--because they are criminals, afterall-- have a tendency to put it toward building fancy unnecessary dwellings, luxuries, financing illegal drugs, new porn movies, and bombs.

So the problem with thieves is not a matter of interfering with the transfer of energy by ending the cycle of it, but rather a matter of sidetracking or derailing the meaning that good and decent people intend. They take our Good Conduct Medals and throw them to the four winds, so instead of our energy credit building things that are beautiful and needed, the thieves fritter everything away on vanities and destructive spending that actually impairs the quality of life for everyone.

Most of us instinctively know that money ---separated from its meaning in a far larger context---isn't worth much, if anything, at all. Most of us are intrigued by the power we ascribe to it. And most people never know that in its essence money is part of a language that we don't speak.

If you were to take all the different kinds of money there are and toss an example of each into a basket and think of them as letters instead of dollars and pounds and dinar and pesos, you would have a better grasp of the task before us and what kind of a transition we are being asked to make.

We are to take these symbols and use them the same way we use letters to form words and make sentences, to build meaning and convey it to others, only this meaning is about the deployment of our energy and what we most truly value.

The topic and medium of this language is, always, what do we value: guns or butter? Life or death? Love or hate?

Making our monetary symbols say what we want them to say is of primal importance to us and to our world. We must learn to communicate in the language of money just as we communicate with letters and numbers and musical notes, and as we do this we must establish a better more universal "grammar" for money, so that the meaning we intend is not subverted and our Will concerning the use of our energy is fulfilled.

Many generations of people have wished for world peace and they have wished to do good by the Earth and by other people, but because they haven't controlled and combined and properly applied their monetary symbols, that wish has not been fulfilled.

In order to manifest our world the way we want it to be, we need to learn how to "speak" using money.

Answers for Critics
There are those who say I have a "god complex" because I speak of spiritual and metaphysical things as well as the practical matters of the Earth. Have they not heard for thousands of years that this is a Spiritual War? And how is it to end, if not via a spiritual revolution?

When I observe that the Earth has energy conduits that are blocked, I say that in the same sense that a mechanic might tell you that your car needs a brake job or new fuses.

Surely you realize in this day and age that your own body has arteries and veins that supply it with blood? And that your brain is connected to your toe by nerve synapses that transfer electrical impulses like tiny switches in any other kind of electrical circuit?

Just scaling things up a bit, you know that the Earth has such systems, too. You know about the Jet Stream and other "rivers of air" that flow through the atmosphere of this planet, do you not? And you know also of the ocean currents that mix and stir and carry the waters of the deep?

So when I tell you that there is an ancient blockage of energy known as the Seventh Seal centered on Bardsey Island off the west coast of Britain that is preventing the free flow of energy to Africa and the Southern Hemisphere, why is that taken as such strange thing?

Surely you are familiar with plugged plumbing and blocked arteries and leaves clogging rain gutters. You know also that if nerve impulses are blocked, a man can no longer feel his arms or legs and is paralyzed? So why is it so controversial that the Earth suffers the same kinds of maladies?

We have to deal with these things, the same way an electrician has to re-route a burned out circuit or a plumber has to snake out a drain, if we want the Earth to be healthy and bloom again.

Literally, if we want the Biblical prophecy to come true and to see the Sahara Desert bloom, then we must become aware of the Earth's body and how it is supposed to work and why it isn't working as it should.

I have been warned that I am "dredging up" things from ages and ages past. Well, that is true. But in my defense I will observe the process of healing wounds: a scab forms on the surface, but the wound heals from the inside out. In the same way, for the Earth to be healed, even a very old scab-- a superficial healing-- isn't good enough to build a future on.

The sources of the festering illness have to be dealt with for true healing to occur. This can only be done by more people becoming more aware of themselves and of the Truth and of the Earth and of the actual history that brought us to this moment.

In Hinduism energy blockages are well-recognized as the source of many illnesses --- illnesses of the body as well as the emotions and psyche. The whole of Chinese medicine is centered on this awareness as well: when the "Chi" -- the life force, is blocked, disruption of the whole system results. Being able to end-run around these energy blockages is what makes acupuncture and acupressure effective.

There was a time, admittedly, thousands of years ago, when this knowledge was commonplace in the West as well as the East, and the Earth was viewed as a single living system, with its own "Chi" that we are all part of. People were aware of the energy conduits, but unfortunately, some people tried to use this knowledge to protect and enrich themselves at the cost of the rest of the planet.

Thus we have the Seventh Seal on Bardsey Island to deal with.
Thousands of men were sacrificed and their energy was bound to this little scrap of land, forcing the great river of Earth "Chi" flowing over the Pole and down the west coast of England to be blocked, as with a dam. That dam has to be removed.

How?
As it was formed by fear and pain and sacrifice of life, it must be removed with courage and healing and abundance of life. It has to be melted away by the focused consciousness of love and generosity and freedom. Our thoughts and our emotions are life forces. They have energy and meaning far beyond anything we can currently imagine.

So when we let our thoughts of love and peace turn toward that scrap of rock in the Atlantic, it is like massaging a sore muscle or cleansing a wound.

The people of the British Isles are suffering. They have been suffering for a very long time. Deep in their history, embedded in their culture, is a lie. That lie is that the dead of Bardsey Island form an army in Britain's defense, a sort of inheritance of heroes bound over from prior ages, ready to fight for the homeland.

Instead, what the Druids did with their ancient magic was to block up the natural free flow of energy on Earth, and cause all sorts of illness and imbalance---and not just for Africa, not just for the Southern Hemisphere. This "seal", this blockage of energy, has caused endless problems for the people of Britain, too.

The better part of three generations of British men have been sacrificed to wars because of it.

So when I call for Spiritual Workers to concentrate on breaking the Seventh Seal on Bardsey Island, it isn't "just" to benefit Africa or to release South America from pain or to moderate the climate of Australia. All these things will naturally happen, and they are good---- but there will be benefits for the people of Britain, too.

To every Brit reading this --- all your lives you have been constrained. Every breath has been half a breath. At the core of your being, you can feel that you have been "cinched up" in a tight little ball, and to the extent that you have every been free of this, it has required conscious effort on your part to overcome.

Most likely, you haven't known why this was so, only that it is so.
Your own experience of this Truth is what will convince you more than any words could do.

Many Americans and Western Europeans have been afflicted by this same odd malady--- a sense of constant tension and pressure and being "bound up"--- a sort of energetic constipation.

This is because of the Seventh Seal that was created on Bardsey Island many centuries ago.

If you can imagine the relief of letting the Earth's energy flow free again, if you can grasp why this is necessary and good, if you can see yourself as part of a greater whole and imagine how it would feel to be free again yourself, then help.

Look up images of Bardsey Island on the internet and know that what you are looking at is largely an accretion of human blood and bones, a ghastly monument of suffering and death, covered over with scant grass and beach sand.

Then visualize a wave of healing energy approaching the Island, penetrating deep into the seabed and through the rock, through the ancient bones, through the ancient blood, bringing it comfort and peace and rearranging its patterns of energy, letting the tightly bound knot of energy release.
Feel the release, the great sigh of relief, the deep breath coming back into your own lungs, as the healing energy moves on Eastward, over the rest of the British Isles, over Europe, over Asia, over the Pacific, over the Americas, over the Atlantic, and comes to rest again at Bardsey Island, quietly pulsing and penetrating deep into the soil, bidding peace to all who rest there.

As you do this you will come to notice other seals, places on Earth where the energetic channels are blocked off or constricted. The vast majority of these were not created on purpose, but are the result of cataclysms in the past---martyrdom, war, volcanic eruptions.

As your own healing force field moves around the globe you will come to sense these blocked conduits as little ticks or pauses, as if someone distracted you for an instant or tapped into a bit of your energy. Just accept and acknowledge these places and send them peace and healing, too.

To all the Bible enthusiasts who think that I am suggesting some thing evil or "new age" --- Our Father does not keep you ignorant. It has been openly declared --- ask and you will receive. It is only your own fear and superstition that keeps you from asking and from receiving, too.

And that same fear is what cripples you and keeps you from being the potent force for good that you should be on Earth. This is a good portion of "why" the Kingdom of Heaven is not immediately and universally manifest.

It is one thing to be "as" little children in innocence and kindness, but another to be grown ups willfully acting like little kids afraid of the dark and not asking questions because you are afraid of the answers.

There are those who have taught you to be afraid, even afraid of your own selves, your own nature, your own potential. They have bound you with lies and sought to rule over you --- not because they are more powerful. Far from it. Their entire schtick has been keep you bound and gagged by your own hands, by your own fear.

That's the only way that evil can thrive. That's the only way that these venomous snakes can get by---- is if you let fear and superstition bind you and separate you from your own Father in Heaven.

They tell you He is a deadbeat Dad. They tell you He is ferocious and will burn you with eternal fire. They tell that you are weak and helpless, that you have to depend on them to interpret and intervene as middlemen in all your spiritual affairs. They teach you to mistrust your own soul. They bind you and they try their best to alienate you from the Truth.

But as the old song goes, "Neither life nor death shall ever from the Lord his children sever."

I attest to this. I tell you the truth, not a half-truth watered down with pablum, but the whole truth. Ghastly things have been wrought upon the Earth because of willful ignorance, and it must stop. The past must be healed and fully healed, from the inside out. And anyone who thinks that we are not in the midst of a Spiritual War needs to step outside and check the wind.

A Perilous Thanksgiving
On November 19, 2018, the Enemies of all life on this planet sacrificed their own High Priest. It happened -- of all places -- on Long Island, New York.

They sought to create a rift in time and open up "the gates of Hell". They failed.
It did cause a nasty burned stench. It did send out a shock wave of stale energy that was released.
Many of you may have noticed this as a vague sense of unease and an odd color of sunlight and moonlight, too, over this Thanksgiving holiday.

I am sorry that I wasn't able to enjoy or share with you all the joyousness of this special holiday, but as ever, the evil-doers among us choose to do their works while normal people are otherwise engaged.

[Yes, Virginia, there is a reason that they passed the Sixteenth Amendment to their corporate "constitution" on Christmas Eve.]

This happening is a clear indication of just how desperate the situation is for the members of the Cabal, and the necessity of keeping the pressure on them.

I have recently been criticized for telling the Pope and the Queen that both Rome and London are slated for demolition. It's not because of me or anything I've said or done that this is so. It's because of them and what they have done and failed to do, and the poor choices they continue to make.
It is apparent now that most, if not all, of those involved in these evils cannot imagine their own salvation, cannot believe that they could ever be forgiven, and so, have chosen to play their hand.

The utter failure of their "workings" this past week must be generating even more fear and panic.
As for me, I had a brief, blindingly beautiful moment of Thanksgiving, and otherwise had to work through the worst of the aftermath.

The worldwide manhunt for Lucifer is over. He was murdered by his own followers, under water, using a special ritual sword.

Hopefully Final Comment on the Manna World Holdings Trust
I was sent yet another announcement from "Tank" this weekend.
Once again, it's necessary to tether everyone to reality.

What happened is this: people and national governments deposited gold and silver and gems and other valuables in banks as "Special Deposits" -- the kind that are stored in bank vaults, not on computers.

The bankers, politicians, and some members of the military decided among themselves to steal these private assets, since they had physical possession of them. They blocked the actual owners and trustees from having access to these assets and used the assets to underwrite their own spending and investing for many years.
Eventually, of course, this was discovered and more and more of the actual Trustees began to move and to connect with each other. Beneficiaries who have been cheated also began to come forward. Things have gotten "hot" for the bankers as a result.

So, the lead banker of bankers, a man occupying the office of "Marduk" took several actions and all the other bankers followed his orders.

They established a "Drop Box" called "the Global Debt Facility" where all the ill-gotten loot that they claimed was "abandoned" could be cashiered. Enter Karen Hudes.

They instituted an Artificial Intelligence and computer program initiative with the full support of the banks. This so-called "Quantum Financial System" is in fact a re-hash of old binary filing system technology.

The banks turned over all their records concerning the Special Deposits and the AI - Quantum Finance system placed all these accounts on a separate accounting system and handed it to Kim Goguen aka "Kim Possible" to manage.

They also came up with this fantastic lie about her being the only heir of all these accounts and her "special" DNA and contracts going back 16,000 years allowing all this.

I tell you the truth, these jokers can't even give us a decent accounting of how they have mismanaged the accounts and money of The United States of America [Unincorporated] since 1860.

So much for them keeping the books for 16,000 years.
They have basically stolen "title" to the bulk of private wealth in the world and are now using this to bribe everyone and to underwrite governments and do all sorts of things --- and there is just one thing wrong with it.

It's all based on more lies, more fraud, more force, more theft.
I have told them very frankly that while the Children of Enlil are allowed to take against the Will of Our Father, they are not allowed to mess with or ruin anyone else's portion.

I have also told them that the days when they could get away with half-truths and shenanigans like this are gone, that we no longer live in that kind of world.
The theft of all these privately owned assets is just another theft. Nothing special. Nothing beautiful. Just more of the same.

And it will come to the same ends and results as all the thefts and injustices before this. Why? Because water flows downhill. Fraud taints everything it touches. And the Truth will out.

I have suggested that Kim work with the actual owners and/or trustees of the assets, most of whom are just average people, not "Illuminati" and not from any special banking families. This is the only way that true settlement and justice can be done.

Otherwise, you should all see her and her efforts as the result of the bankers trying to maintain control while appearing to give it up.

You should all recognize that the consolidation of power over these private accounts by one woman is the working out of the banker's "one world government" at the expense of innocent people -- and even Kim herself, who does not seem to understand that she is doing anything wrong

Unincorporated, Corporate, and Incorporated
Strange as it seems to me, nobody teaches this basic concept.

You, a living being, are unincorporated. You have no name. You are complete in and of yourself. You exist with or without the say-so of any other authority. This is why all sovereign entities are unincorporated. Whatever you are and whatever you mean is fully expressed in the context of your own being.

Your parents gave you a Trade Name. A Trade Name is an corporate construct. It's fictional. It depends on who knows it, who uses it, and what meaning attaches to it.
"Mary Lynn Jensen" is exactly the same kind of corporate abstraction as "Jones and Sons, Tailors". These entities are also unincorporated, but because they are fictional, merely made up out of thin air, they depend for their existence on people creating and using them for whatever purposes.

There is one additional level of abstraction --- that of "incorporation". This takes the entire process a step further, and involves corporate entities creating "incorporated" entities. An original unincorporated business called "Hawaiian King Kung Fu" can choose to incorporate under the umbrella of a larger corporation, such as the "State of New York" and by receiving a charter from "State of New York" becomes "incorporated" as a franchise of the "State of New York", now called "Hawaiian King Kung Fu, Incorporated".

In all honest states and countries, it is obligatory for such businesses to clearly and unequivocally declare their status and nature. All incorporated entities are supposed to include the words "Incorporated" or "LLC" or "LLP" or "Cooperative" or "Foundation" or whatever else, as part of their "doing business as" name, so that people know up front what kind of business they are dealing with.

Unfortunately, not all states and countries have always imposed this requirement on "incorporated" entities, which has led to vast amounts of fraud and confusion, as when the Government of Scotland created a commercial corporation doing business as "The United States of America" and did not require it to make the word "Incorporated" part of its name.

The Government of Scotland continues to play fast and loose and has recently issued a charter for THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ---- still without any reference to the fact that it is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCORPORATED, and has nothing to do with The United States of America [Unincorporated].

So buyer beware and fraud artists take note.

Tips for Healing the Earth
I started quite a lot of commentary and response with my guided meditation to melt the Seventh Seal on Bardsey Island and then circle the globe with healing power.

Many people trying to do this for the first time find it too hard to concentrate on moving their consciousness around the globe.
The moment they reach out like this, they feel confused and overwhelmed. And in many cases, startled.

I used to use a globe to help visualize the determined pace of my healing force moving around the Earth. I just slowly turned the globe and imagined the healing power penetrating the rock and stone, the blood and the bones, the turf and the trees.... the buildings and every living thing.

I suppose you could just hold a small globe in the palms of your hands to give yourself something physical to concentrate on.

Whatever it takes to help focus your thoughts and feelings on healing the Earth and unblocking the natural energy conduits is good. So what if it takes visualization "training wheels"? It is like anything else, you get better at it with practice.

As your intent is to unblock the energy conduits of the Earth, breathe deeply and consciously yourself. Feel the relief of being un-blocked. Stretch out in your spirit --- unwind that tight little cinched up ball in the middle of your being. Release yourself and let go into the flow of life all around you.

Quite a number of you have written because you were startled to find out that you could indeed sense when you hit a "hard spot" and were surprised to find that Spain and Southern France and Italy and Greece are all bound up.

They have been that way for many centuries.
Send them love and health and healing and journey on.

Melting the Seventh Seal on Bardsey Island is the key to unlocking all the rest and clearing the channels of the Mediterranean at last.

However you want to think of it -- de-gunking the conduits with a tunneling machine, blowing a strong blast of air through them, sending a wall of cleansing water through the pipes.
Our thoughts have life and energy and they stir our emotions, which are even more powerful. For many generations, evil-doers have known this and have manipulated our thoughts and feelings to generate negativity and disease and misery.

It is well beyond the time when we each need to take heed of their evil and their manipulations and, so advised and aware, step forward to take control of our own empowerment to create life and love and health and passion and glory.
And peace.

Unfurl your wings, you butterflies. Become what you were always meant to be, and don't be afraid of the winds you are meant to sail on. Bring forward the mighty unseen power of the spirit within you and speak your will for the Earth and for yourself and for your family and for your country, too.

I am getting a lot of questions about names on BC's, and various interpretations being offered for why some Birth Certificates are in Upper and Lower Case and why some are in ALL CAPS and what this all means.

Our Proper Names in English consist of our Christian Given Names for example: "James Maxwell" and a Surname or Family Name, for example, " Pierce". The whole then is: "James Maxwell Pierce". This is how all names appeared on public documents from the 1920's when Birth Certificates started in this country until November of 1999 when the bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated, ended, and they could no longer use those names to accrue debt against. They were discharged as franchises of the bankrupt parent corporation as part of the bankruptcy settlement, which is what led to the Queen dubbing them, "disregarded entities" from then on.

So then they started issuing BC's in the ALL CAPS NAME and accruing debt against these "new" franchises in the form: JAMES MICHAEL PIERCE. These are ACCOUNT NAMES in DOG LATIN and are not any proper address for you; they are technically mail fraud and attempted racketeering actionable under Public Law 73-241 and 73-243.

As "disregarded entities" our Proper Names are now absolutely and unarguably free for us to reclaim and they can't say or do anything about it, which is why we return these names to the land and soil of the States as a first step to literally reclaim our "Good Names and Estates".

There are two foreign governments dipping into your lives and your purses via this scheme --- one of them is the British Territorial United States Government, which falsely claims you are a Territorial Citizen as if you were born in Puerto Rico, and the other is the Municipal United States Government which pretends that you were born in the District of Columbia and are subject to the Congressional Oligarchy.

Now, thanks to Obummer's deceit and the bankruptcies of both these Federal entities, you are receiving your bills addressed to: MICHAEL M. PIERCE, which is the name of a bankrupt Puerto Rican Public Transmitting Utility franchise, and isn't even a legal name for lack of specificity. In fact, you can protest any billing you receive based on this fact all by itself.

Exactly which MICHAEL M. PIERCE was that?
And the BCs are all in ALL CAPS for the reason explained above.

This is all bogus and all criminal and is being mis-applied to Americans to profit foreign privately owned corporations.

The members of the "Congressional Delegations" should be getting their ears and their tails burned black and held to account for all this chicanery in Breach of Trust, and the military, too.

More Than Two Billion Years Ago
More than two billion years ago on a group of planets attached to the Sirius B star system lived a race of warrior priests. Think of them somewhat like the Jedi-- except that in addition to their abilities as warriors and philosopher priests they were also scientists and mathematicians of great ability.

Next door to them in cosmic terms lies the star system of Orion, home of the Aryans.

The Sirians conquered the Orion star system and began a genetic breeding program to make super soldiers out of the Aryans.
They built in a lot of special features--and bred out the ability for anything but binary "either/or" thinking. The Aryan super soldiers were also bred to thrive in atmospheres of fear and death, and developed an ability to siphon energy from the terror and misery of the dead and dying.

So those were the beginning two castes-- the Sirian warrior-priest-scientists and the Aryan super soldiers.

Later they conquered the Pleiades star system and subjected the people there to act as Merchants and Traders for them.

Members of all three castes came to Earth and set up a planetary civilization somewhat similar to the Hindu Caste System still practiced by Hindus today.

So some of you have been faithfully concentrating on the mental and emotional discipline of melting away the Seventh Seal on Bardsey Island and have become aware of what the energy blockage of thousands of "bound souls" feels like.

Now as we continue past Bardsey Island and pass the healing wave of energy over the European Continent you will notice that there is a giant blockage over Rome itself. The entire city is built on human bones and blood. You can still view the catacombs and once you start to think about all the charnel houses and "holy relics" and venerated corpses in Catholic Churches it will become apparent that a Death Cult is involved in all of this.

That Death Cult and the system of numbered "seals" created by this Death Cult is a holdover from the Aryan super soldiers -- as it served a double purpose.
Remember that these bred-for-battle beings feed off the energy of fear and death and dying. By encapsulating large numbers of dead bodies and binding the dead and dying souls to these locations, they were not only using them to block the Earth's energy conduits, they were creating food caches for themselves.

So when the seals are removed two benefits are achieved-- we restore the balance of the Earth's energy system and deprive the Aryans of their food sources.

There is a similar food cache in New York City and another Seal there, that was formed by the miserable bodies of 15,000 largely Negro slaves who were worked to death to build the city and whose bodies were piled up like cord wood and left to rot along the ghastly corridor of Wall Street.

You will find the same thing in Washington, DC-- again, literally thousands of largely Negro slaves were worked to death to build that city and they were dumped into huge pit graves. The entire Capitol Mall is a giant bone pile soaked in blood and the energy of all those miserable people is bound there, forming another Seal.

For all those of Negro descent it is a special calling to bid these ancestors peace and love and comfort and to release them at last by melting away the Seal that binds them to that time and space coordinate.

If you wish you can all certainly "choose" your target for your greatest attention -- start your healing "wave" concentration in NYC or Washington, DC instead of Bardsey Island if you feel drawn to do so. Those seals have to be released, too.
If you are Italian, you might want to start by focusing your healing and releasing power on Rome first and foremost.

Think of all the innocent dead, collected like a squirrel collects nuts, and bound as food source and not allowed to rest or journey on for hundreds and in many cases, thousands of years?

We have the power now to free them all and help force the remaining Aryans out of hiding. Without easy access to their stored "food" caches and being constantly disturbed by our concentrated will to heal the Earth and release those seals and the souls trapped by them, the remaining "nests" of Aryans (sometimes called "Archons" by mistake) will be forced out, captured and transported back whence they came all these many years ago.

Yes, Virginia, this is a spiritual and energetic war going on, and your good will and compassion and mindful intention to heal the Earth and release these seals is needed.

Chicken or Egg? Attaching Value to Things--- and People
I am catching flak from people who read my articles for practical help dealing with the gubmint and courts. While that is useful and necessary, it also presents a "Which came first?
The chicken or the egg?" dilemma.

Did the corrupt courts come first, or the corruption of the men who run the courts? It's a cyclic phenomenon. Depending on where you stand in the cycle, that determines what appears to be true about the order of things.

But from a slightly larger perspective we know that you have to have chickens to have eggs and eggs to have chickens.
If you want justice from the courts, you have to have men who value justice running them. And you have to have a sane, simple system of law for them to apply. Chickens and eggs.
The fact is that except for our own mental, spiritual, energetic and emotional illnesses all the other physical wrongs and maladies and evils aren't even possible.

Without blockages in the Earth's energy system, bad weather, drought, lack of food, insect infestations, and many other ills aren't possible. Without greed, ego, anger, fear, and selfishness, the corruption of our institutions -- our courts and governments, isn't possible either.

So where do we begin? With the chicken or the egg?
I say both have to be addressed to bring about the needed change, for if you correct one part of the court system run amok or get one part of the government gone astray back to working as it should, you have just another such correction to make the next day.

Why? Because the underlying seedbed of corruption is still intact and spawning evils as fast as we can quash them.

You aren't little children any more. You don't have to be taught with parables and can ingest whole facts instead, and yes, you are competent to at least begin taking part in the intellectual and spiritual life of the cosmos.
So I draw your attention to the fact that you are part of a Cycle of Creation that moves from the unseen realm of energy and thought and feeling to a realm of symbols, and through the realm of symbols into the realm of objects -- three dimensional matter.

And then, the same cycle moves one from the object back to the symbol and finally, to the realm of energy, thought, and feeling again.

Thus, all creation moves from the unseen to the seen and back again. It's predictable. It's observable. It's not a mystery. It's right in front of your faces from the moment you open your eyes.

Creation begins with a thought, feeling, or instinctive urge---an impulse. It passes into the realm of projection as symbols -- words, gestures, numbers, diagrams. And then it solidifies and becomes an object, a living man, a machine, a road, a birdhouse, a piece of trash, a summer cloud.

You know this, so why don't you think about it? Consciously? What does it imply about physical reality? Where are you in the cycle? What part do you play? What affect can you have on it?
At each step of the "chicken or egg" process you are attaching "value" to things and to people, and perhaps you are doing this just as unconsciously as most of the people who are participating in the Cycle of Creation. So I bring it to everyone's attention.

Remember "one if by land, two if by sea"? The lantern signaling the movement of British troops that tipped off Paul Revere?

A specific meaning was attached to something that otherwise had no particular meaning. One lantern meant the troops were moving by land and two lanterns meant they were moving by sea. Otherwise, they were just a couple lanterns.

The same thing happens with flags and banners. These colorful scraps of cloth or brightly printed fabrics have no meaning in-and-of themselves. We give them meaning by arbitrarily saying, "This is the American flag." and "This one over here is the Japanese flag." and so on.

Before we meet our True Love, he or she is just one among billions of people, not different or special in any particular way. Then, in the process of falling in love, they become the most important, most precious one in the world. Why? Because we attach the value of our love and approval to them.

We do the same thing with money -- we attach value and meaning to it.

Adolph Hitler got up one morning and declared that the Deutsche Mark would henceforth be equal in value to an hour of labor or a loaf of good bread.
And so it was.

He built an entire successful economic system on something as arbitrary as that. We could learn a lot from Adolph Hitler -- both what to do and what not to do, which are equally instructive.

According to our own equally arbitrary but far more variable system, a "US Dollar" is right now equivalent to a third of a gallon of gasoline. Depending on the value we attach to a gallon of gasoline, it may go up or down tomorrow.
This variability or as I call it, instability, gives a ping-pong effect to everything, including the stock market.

Does it really matter how we attach value to things? And what value we give them? What standards of value we apply?
It's only the difference between happiness and despair, life and death, moral integrity or depravity.

In terms of our practical life on Earth, attaching value to things is the single most important thing we do and it has the single greatest affect on what we experience --- so isn't it time that we thought about what we are doing? Consciously?

This doesn't help you deal with "a" court case, but it does help you deal with the courts---and everything else--- on a larger scale.

When you start valuing justice more and "social welfare benefits" less, the courts will change to reflect that choice and cease functioning as poorly-disguised bill collection agencies.

The two things, "justice" and "social welfare" may even be connected to each other, but if so, it's up to us to discern that and make better provision for both, because what we've got is a system that produces neither justice nor social welfare.

When you start valuing a government that does its assigned jobs and otherwise leaves you alone, instead of looking to the government to solve all your problems for you---guess what?

This world is literally set up to give us whatever we want.
Knowing that, you have to take a look around and ask--- is THIS what we collectively desire? Really?

The problem is that yes, we have had some outside interference, and yes, we haven't been sharp enough to clearly define and communicate what we want.

Our attention has been distracted by all the results of prior generations run amok and we haven't thought very well, very long, or very consciously about what we value or why we value it. We haven't given the Universe a clear answer about what we want and what we stand for and what we value.
It's time we did.

Christmas Turkeys
Ever hear the old saying, "He's full of S@$!$! as a Christmas turkey!"

There's a lot of that going around.

Here's the first Bad News for the Bad Guys:

Nobody can contract away a constitutionally guaranteed right (which is a material property interest), nor land nor other assets held in a national trust.

Not Joe Blow.

Not Jane Doe.

And certainly not the President of the UNITED STATES, INC., e.g., Barack Hussein Obama.

What is created by land jurisdiction treaty stands until:

(1) a new treaty is made or

(2) only one party to the treaty survives or

(3) all parties voluntarily vacate the treaty or

(4) an actual factual declared war renders a fundamental change in the character, identity, or ownership interests of one or more parties.

There is absolutely nothing in any of the research we have done to suggest that in the tawdry history of the ingloriously mis-managed foreign corporations doing business as the UNITED STATES, INC., the United States of America, Inc., etc., etc,. that they have any valid claim to any of our assets, nor is there any evidence that the Queen and the Pope and the governments they represent have ceased to exist, nor is there any actual, factual war involved in any of the history involving us from 1860 onward.

There are certain businesses, mainly in France, now howling and claiming that we, Americans, individually contracted away our inheritance and accepted "Esau's Bargain" --- our inheritance for their Pot of Porridge (that is, social welfare benefits).

However, we will take exception to their claims. At least Esau consciously knew that he was making a bargain and didn't have to additionally pay for all the ingredients in the stew.

The essence of the problem is that the victims were never individually able to contract away their rights and land to begin with, and even under commercial law, the intended victims of this scheme are not under any obligation because the purported contract was "unconscionable" --- that is, they couldn't even know that they (or anyone else, such as their Mother) made such a contract, and finally, also it is invalid because they received nothing of equitable value from the perpetrators in exchange, that they did not pay for themselves.

So first the Bank of England took it in the shorts and now the Bank of France is taking its turn and Rothschild et Fils is getting out of the trust business -- that they should never have been in, in the first place.

No doubt they are disappointed to find out that they can't cash in on all the American ESTATES set up as Cestui Que Vies in Puerto Rico, but then, this is what happens when people who deal only in sea law meddle with land law, and the Rothschilds, if anyone, should have known that.

I firmly believe that they did know---- but after hearing nothing much from us for 150 years, they took their chances and tried to hang a vacuous commercial claim around our necks --- counting on us not to know or object. After all, they had pulled lesser schemes in the past and gotten away with it.

I want you all to stop for a moment and fully realize that you have been paid absolutely nothing of equitable value for your labor or your goods since the Federal Reserve took over.

Imagine being the owner of a factory and discovering a way of "paying" your workers with paper I.O.U.'s that you never have to pay back?

That is essentially what the "Federal Reserve" did beginning in 1913. They issued all these paper "notes" --- I.O.U.'s --- at face value plus interest, and reaped all the benefit of that, and then, in 2009, they bankrupted the trademarked "Federal Reserve System" and skated.

So the first swindle was the face value plus interest payment people made in actual labor and actual goods without receiving anything equitable in return and the second swindle was claiming bankruptcy protection to escape the consequences of their crimes.

This, and the prior swindles that took place from 1868-1907, is how we became the Priority Creditors of all the "federal" corporations and their underwriters. And as I explained in my short video for President Trump, there is no escaping the fact of what went on and the fact that the American States and People are owed for all that labor and all those goods.

There's no escaping the reality of the debt owed the American States and People, but there are ways of dealing with that debt that are wiser and more honest than anything that anyone inside the Beltway has come up with yet.

Certainly, the Kim Goguen, aka, "Kim Possible" answer---- steal all the off-ledger assets in the central banks that actually belong to private parties --- isn't going to work.

Neither the Central Banks nor Kim have any valid claim to those assets and the "government" is just continuing to indebt itself to criminals for no good reason.

If you want to build something to last, you can't build on lies and sand.
And you also can't build on hearsay and suppositions.

"The" Michael Stephen Young I support and approve as the lawful trustee/administrator of the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty Trust is a chief of the Athabascans in Alaska, who has "indigenous" DNA going all the way back to Ramses, confirmed by the same experts who analyzed the Queen's DNA. He is also a scholar competent to write "The Shekinah Prophecy" and to work out the exact dimensions and orientation of King Solomon's Temple. He is a good man, his heart and his intentions are in the right place, and he is absolutely not "an agency contractor" or "operative" of any kind. He is a man with a Service Agreement under land law and a published Irrevocable Will, who gave up his own right to be a Beneficiary in order to make it possible for others to benefit from trust money that should have been dispersed almost two hundred years ago.

Why Kim continues to mis-represent and lie about Michael and equivocate about beginning to disperse the funds of the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty Trust to the intended beneficiaries is beyond me. She has been given the facts and continues to mis-represent them--- and him.

Perhaps it has to do with actual "agency" efforts to get Michael in trouble by sending out impersonators with false ID's claiming to be him? The vermin have done that. Just like a transvestite in New Jersey recently came out of the closet and claimed to be me. Hoot-hoot.

Lest there be any doubt, there's a fake "Anna Maria Riezinger" who is a (by now) former manager of a rum distillery in Barbados and an "Anna Von Reitz" running around New York City applying for credit cards in my name and getting into trouble--- and that's just two I know about.

Besides the usual con artists and opportunists and grifters, the government agencies have been sending their personnel out to try to pull the same kinds of things.

Or maybe Kim is just naturally full of !#!$#! as a Christmas turkey?
I can verify for sure that the accounts Kim gained computer keys to are not her personal accounts and not her own assets, that the information about these "off-ledger accounts" was furnished to her and her buddies by the same guilty banks that have been responsible for all the rest of the fraud, and I can verify that I have repeatedly asked her for an accounting of all that is owed to the American States and People since the Brits and the Popes glommed onto our assets and rolled them into the 'U.S. Trust" ---without result.

So, until further notice, 'tis the season to be jolly and not take any wooden nickels. To the transvestite in New Jersey ---- even I laughed. To Kim -- paying bills with other people's money just results in new, different debts for the government corporations. It may be a stop-gap but it's no solution.

The actual debt that is owed by the banks and the government corporations and the entire "military-industrial complex" to the American States and People has to be dealt with, and it can't be dealt with by: (1) the criminal plan to kill off the Priority Creditors (Agenda 21, et alia) or (2) stealing from other private sources and robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Sooner or later everyone inside the Beltway including all the agency personnel have to grow up and learn to tell the truth again. And meanwhile, there are plenty of Christmas turkeys.

A Different Kind of Royal Service Award
Once in a while I run across something that is so unique and in its own weird way so uplifting, that I just have to share it.
Today, I thank Alan and Margaret Cox, who in the brief span of about an hour and a half worth of YouTube film video, have exposed the criminality behind the British Monarchy and the British Crown in a lively-enough-to-stay-riveted collage of historical revelations most of which I already knew, but which everyone should know.

They deserve a different kind of "Royal Service Award" in behalf of all the rest of us on Earth, including the Brits.

The only thing that "The Cox Effort" missed was the common mistake of thinking that the Monarchy is the tail of the United States' dog, when in fact, the Monarchy long ago undermined and commandeered the United States and is fully responsible for all those murderous rampages and wars for profit, too.

The United States has been kept as the secret arsenal and cheap mercenary service of these Germanic vampires since 1860, when one of their Bar Association collaborators, Abraham Lincoln, managed to get an illegal, undisclosed, foreign mercenary conflict (mockingly mis-named "The American Civil War") going on our shores.

And so now I will observe to you that the Queen knighted former President George Herbert Walker Bush and that there is an obvious and astonishing physical resemblance between Lord Mountbatten, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, George Herbert Walker Bush, G.W. Bush, and the Walker Governors of Wisconsin (Scott Walker) and Bill Walker, just stepping down as Governor of Alaska.

They are all cut of the same cloth and it shows. Literally.

It's time to wake up, Campers. Wake up all the way. Smell the British Crown java. Know the ugly truth. And deal with it. The rest of the world is already awake. Russia knows. China knows. Europe has known for centuries. Canada is waking up, and Australia, too. Africa and India know best of all.

The Royal Raj has been running rampant over billions of souls and causing no end of fighting and misery, inland piracy and theft, kidnapping of babies, robbing of war veterans, gutting of public trusts, press ganging, war mongering, double-dealing, looting of estates, trampling of basic natural rights, decimation of wildlife, and loony delusions about "culling" the human race, when the only thing needing to be culled is the entire British Hegemony and the Corporate Feudalism it promotes. Full stop.

As the Cox team points out, they have been happily helping themselves to our larder by mis-applying the feudal principles of "bona vacantia" and "bastardy funds" to millions upon millions of clueless Americans, Canadians, and Aussies --- who after saving the British Bacon too often to count, are certainly owed a better reward from those that they already fought and bled for.

This is, if indeed, "decency and civility" have ever counted for much.

That one little group of islands has caused more trouble than the entire rest of the world combined. Until we all learn to recognize its perfidy and learn to deal with it and those who dominate it, it will continue to be the sore toe of the world and it will continue to be at the bottom of the dogpile causing every evil wind that blows.

It even turns out that they were the ones interfering in our last elections -- M5 and M6 stumping for Hillary Clinton, not the Russians stumping for Donald Trump. In the immortal words of Lady Ga-Ga: Ooh-la-la!

So whether it is by becoming aware of the Seventh Seal on Bardsey Island and washing it away like a barnacle attached to the Earth's energy conduits, or....

Noticing how many American politicians have the same "jib" as Prince Philip....and how JFK, Jimmy Carter, Jeb Bush and so many others have been oddly reminiscent of Edward the VIII?

….Or simply musing with me over my Christmas List and deciding firmly against buying a copy of the Queen's favorite fountain pen (only $1900) or a couple packs of Her Royal Majesty's playing cards ($129.95, made of "paper silk")….

Or dimly asking WTF are all these "American" Generals like Schwarzkopf and Colin Powell and former Presidents and knickerknackers like Alan Greenspan and Henry Kissinger all doing accepting British Knighthoods??? ---let's all wish a Happy Christmas to our suffering brethren in "Great" Britain and square up.

A clan of Germanic vampires have been sitting perched on the British throne and poop-dropping on the Stone of Scone since the reign of Queen Victoria. They are not British---not now and not ever.

The feckless faithful British People have been set up the same way that "the Americans" have been, as the fall guys to take the blame for all the criminality and war-mongering promoted by the Roman Pontiff and the British Crown. We are all on the same boat and yes, Virginia, the Nazis --- in a sense --- did win the Second World War.

This is the reality and that is the reason that Concentration Camps [FEMA Camps] were set up in this country to "resettle" us just as they "resettled" the Irish and the Boers and with the intention to kill us, their Priority Creditors, just as they killed the Jews in Hitler's Germany.

If you stop to think about it, you will see that without his ridiculous little moustache, Adolph Hitler was the spitting image of George the Fifth.

It all comes home again.

I don't have anything against the Royal Family, except, of course, all their Bad Behavior both at home and abroad. I realize that in many instances they have relied upon diabolical counselors, and have been lied to like the rest of us. That's true, too, in their defense.

Still, there comes a time when sane people realize that enough is enough and that "something is wrong" and they take time to make corrections and do the required soul-searching and actually try to do the Right Thing before they plow face-first into the dirt.

Let's all hope that the Queen and her Consort and the Remainder Men all have such a Moment of Informed Conscience. Soon. I know that I and the rest of the whole world is watching.

The SPLC and What to Do?
The recent report about events in Underwood, South Dakota, being totally mis-represented and mis-reported by the Southern Poverty Law Center, with me as the Evil Svengali in residence--- needs to be pointedly rebutted.

I earned my stripes with the American Indian Movement and with the Farm Union Cases back in the 1970's and 80's, so nobody in at the Southern Poverty Law Center today has one word to say to me about "social consciousness". I hope they find some.

Maybe the "social consciousness" will spark a little basic "social conscience" as well, and the sort of introspection it takes to confront evil instead of being co-opted by it.

I gave SPLC an interview about a year ago. They sent Brandon Joel Kelly to my home in Anchorage and we had an hour-long chat that was friendly and animated, during which I informed him of a lot of history he had never known.

About a month later someone from the SPLC who never interviewed me at all wrote a piece under a separate by-line and pretended that he interviewed me and clipped and pasted quotes out of context and hemmed and hawed and was brought up short on the Big News that "sovereign citizen" is an oxymoron that intelligent people never use.

Oh, my. SPLC staffers were blatting it day and night prior to me pointing that out to them. Some of them still are.

I answered all the questions the actual SPLC reporter asked me, but I never got an answer back about the questions I asked about them:

Why "Southern" --- since all the people I know or have ever known to be working at the SPLC are all Northerners?
Jews from New York and Ivy Leaguer chicks from Mt. Holyoke and little snits from Haaaarvahd. They may be black, but they aren't "Southern". As in this case, they don't focus on "Southern" issues. What does water rights in South Dakota have to do with "Southern" anything?

So why don't we begin Truth in Advertising by calling it the "Northern Poverty Law Center"?

Why all the undeclared Trotsky-ites at SPLC? Last time I checked, over half the people there had direct ties to the Socialist Workers Party. Are you ashamed of your Communist heritage?

As long as you are advocating "coming out of the closet", why don't you come out yourselves?

As long as we are doing our Truth in Advertising campaign, let's call it the "Northern Socialist Worker's Party Law Center".

Might as well drop the "Poverty" line, too, because nobody working there is impoverished, and other than for themselves, I have never once seen them create any jobs or do anything to alleviate poverty....have you?

Maybe it started out helping people who were or are "impoverished" and couldn't hire a staff of Haaaarvahd trained lawyers, but the use of the word "Poverty" in "Southern Poverty Law Center" seems to denote that they are fighting Poverty in the South, and they most certainly are not.

So, again, in the interests of Truth in Advertising, how about changing the name to "Northern Socialist Worker's Party Law Center -- Free Legal Help for Poor People in the South".

Oh, but it's not free, exactly, is it? No.... well, then, how about this?

"Northern Socialist Worker's Party Law Center for Poor People Who Can Pay, But Not a Whole Lot Compared to New York Prices"?

There's the brave boys and girls, calling it like it is! Rip those closet doors right off the hinges!

We have adequately demonstrated what's wrong with the SPLC as it now exists---plain and simple: the truth is not in it.

In Alaska we had a one-term Democrat Governor named Steve Cowper, but he pronounced it, "Cooper". I overheard an older man say, "Now, there's a dandy! A politician so crooked he can't even say his own name straight."

Was Steve Cowper crooked? Ever see a dog's hind leg?

I never forgot that old man in his faded dungarees, a three-day stubble of whiskers, and tobacco stains at the corner of his mouth. He had Steve Cowper pegged and didn't have to stay around for the rest of the show, so he laughed and he shook his head and he stomped away down the street.

That's where I am with the SPLC: a "news" organization that can't do a straight interview to save itself and that isn't being honest about its own nature and name.
About all you can do with such groups is expose their hypocrisy and sail on.

In this case, we will sail to New Underwood, South Dakota --- which isn't even in the "South"--- and the travails of James Kopecky and Misty Koch, two law-abiding Americans like the Bundys, facing the same basic issues and hurdles.

The South Dakota Constitution says that the resources of South Dakota belong to the people of South Dakota --- that is, to South Dakotans, which by declaration and habitation and proper land jurisdiction record, both James and Misty are.

They are not acting as Registered Agents for any JAMES KOPECKY or MISTY KOCH Municipal franchises. They aren't Municipal or Territorial "Residents" merely passing through South Dakota. They are not "volunteers" in the Queen's Merchant Marine Service, either.

Instead, they are standing on their own flat feet as South Dakotans, the resource owners referenced in the State Constitution who own the water of South Dakota, among other resources. Just like the Bundys are the actual landlords of Nevada.

What has happened is that a foreign Municipal Corporation has moved into town and set up a centralized water facility,

They have seized upon the water supply belonging to the South Dakotans without paying the people of the town for the water, and demanded that everyone hook up to their system and stop using private wells, and pay for their "service" delivering the water and fluoridating the water and so forth.

So, suddenly, a public resource that is vital to life in South Dakota, which generations of South Dakotans have used and managed just fine via private wells and other measures, has been commandeered, locked down, monopolized, and turned into a profit-making venture by a foreign corporation that now wants to dictate the use and the price of the public resource.

Does anyone else see a problem here, or is it just me, James, and Misty?

There are at least four (4) major problems with this scenario, which by the way, is developing all over this country:

(1) The water belongs to the people, not the foreign, for-profit municipal corporation which is offering to operate "in the name of" the people, and this foreign corporation is taking control of a vital as in "vital to life" resource and supply of that resource --- and not even paying the local people for it. That's known as "theft" of local public resources in most civilized countries.

(2) This same corporation is forcing-- via bogus mandates and public policies-- the actual landlords and owners of the water to give up their private wells and accept their "services for hire". This is known as extortion and racketeering -- a sale made at the point of a gun. So, first, they steal the public resource and then they monopolize it by force, so that nobody can get water except by contracting with the foreign, for-profit municipal corporation running the new "water utility".

(3) Having commandeered the water supply they add fluoride-- a poisonous by-product leftover from aluminum manufacturing processes-- to the local water supply that they have monopolized. As a result, South Dakotans living in New Underwood no longer have a choice about being slowly poisoned with fluoride and whatever-other-helpful-chemicals the corporate managers want to dump into the water.

(4) After commandeering the resource away from the actual owners of it and establishing a monopoly for themselves, and altering the water supply in ways that not everyone agrees with, the blighters are now ready to impose prices on the resources of South Dakotans and to charge South Dakotans for South Dakotan water that is naturally free. Their excuse? Well, they are providing a "service" by maintaining wells and pipelines and need to be paid for it.

Well, of course, they do--- if you ever asked for their "service" to begin with, but what if you didn't want their "service"? What if nobody asked you about any of this "cozy" arrangement and you didn't volunteer to contract into it? What if, after a year or two of this nonsense, and paying $900 a month for water that used to come out of the ground for free or nearly so, you opt out?

You tell the local "water utility" that this isn't working, thanks but no thanks, please disconnect me from your grid and stop sending me water bills. I am going back to my old well or hauling in water from other sources. Bye!

That's what James Kopecky is doing and he has every right to do so. If anything, the foreign municipal corporation now running the water utility company owes him money for its use of his South Dakotan resources.

There are, of course, right ways and wrong ways of doing everything, but so far, James Kopecky (never let anyone call you "Mister"--- that's a title given a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marines) has been peaceable and has given Notice and has left any dangling bills owed to the water utility company. He simply wants "out" of their Borg-like system and that's where the problem lies.

The extortionists aren't willing to simply turn a valve off and let James Kopecky find and use his own water as a South Dakotan. They want monopoly control of the vital public resource and to provide this "service" on an open-ended contact so that they can charge whatever prices they like for water they don't actually own.

What a racket, huh?
Let's review the steps--- first, they seize upon and commandeer a resource (water) that belongs to James Kopecky and every other South Dakotan, second, they force South Dakotans to give up their own water wells and hook up to their "water service grid" instead, third, this gives them monopoly control to "treat" the water with fluoride, cholorine, or whatever other noxious chemicals they choose with no respect for what James Kopecky wants or doesn't want in his water, and fourth, then they charge James Kopecky whatever they want to charge for the water that belongs to him and for the "service" they are providing.

This is a form of monopoly interest racketeering. It's a crime. It's a crime against James Kopecky and Misty Koch and every other South Dakotan; James and Misty are among those smart enough to realize just how dangerous and insidious monopoly interest racketeering by municipal corporations really is. And how much you can potentially pay for it.

Once these monopolies are installed, they can charge what they like. You've already seen what they do when they deny you electricity. Imagine what happens when they deny you water?

The scheme in most of these rackets is to start out very reasonable, even cheap, and then ratchet up prices gradually, just like they did with the so-called Federal Income Tax.

When it was instituted and all those patriotic Americans "volunteered" to pay the "Victory Tax" back in World War II, it was just a couple bucks a week on average. Take a look and think about what the vampires are trying to suck out of you now, percentage-wise, of your entire earnings for all the various kinds of taxes, including "service" fees?

Keep in mind that that THING posing as "YOUR" public water utility is a foreign for-profit corporation. It's not yours. It's not public. It's not accountable. And it is stealing a resource that belongs to you and forcing you to pay them to access it.

Hey, Guido.... there's a guy here that doesn't want to pay to breathe our air...watcha think about him, eh?

If the "Northern Socialist Worker's Party Law Center" --- the new name for the Southern Poverty Law Center -- actually gave a damn about poor people or about "human rights" or about anything but their own screw-loose agenda, they'd be demonstrating outside the court building in support of James Kopecky and Misty Koch.

They aren't. Go figure.
If they were worth anything as lawyers, they would recognize bald-faced monopoly interest racketeering for what it is and they would fight it tooth and nail. If the local District Attorney was worth the powder to blow him to Hell, he'd be bringing charges and threatening to liquidate the New Underwood water utility right now.

So say I, and so say we all --- those that have a brain. And a heart.

False Gods
I have told you that your bodies are "vessels" that can be inhabited by various kinds of energetic beings. For example, the same kind of body can contain the soul of a man or of an angel.

Your DNA somewhat limits and determines what kind of body you have and what kind of energetic being or soul can inhabit it.

That's why these "bloodline" families cared about DNA and tried to preserve DNA that will produce bodies that can support the incarnation of more of their kind on Earth.

It's not that the DNA in itself is so special, but having the right kind of physical body that can support the incarnation of a particular energetic being, is.

Imagine trying to fit a super-tanker into a canoe and you will have the gist of it.
The ET's call carbon-based bodies "meat bodies" because they are ephemeral and degrade so quickly ---but also because some ET's eat our bodies for food.

These predatory ET's act as cannibals and vampires when they are incarnate, but in their minds, they are completely separate from the bodies they are both preying upon and inhabiting and they are --- again, in their minds --- doing no real harm, because the energetic body is immortal.

Obviously, you can either exist in the incarnate form --- living inside a physical body --- or a discarnate form -- living outside a physical body. So when they eat someone, they are "only" destroying a temporary physical form.

This is what Jesus was referring to when He said not to fear those who can only destroy the physical body, but to fear Him who can destroy both the soul and the body and condemn them to Gehenna.

"Gehenna" is Aramaic for a sort of cosmic waste dump or non-space of discarnate scrap.

I have also told you about the warrior-priest-scientists of Sirius B, the super-soldiers of Orion called "Aryans" on this planet, and the merchant traders of the Pleiades--- and how they formed a caste system similar to the Hindu caste system that still exists today.

These extra-terrestrials were worshipped as "gods" by the people of Earth, but the group of Sirius B warrior-priests who came here were actually renegades and pirates set against the Order of the True God.

We know them as the Fallen Angels, and they are related to the Dracos, the Archons of the Draco Star System. Together, these two related groups of "the Fallen" combined to make up the Saturnine Brotherhood.

Their servants, the "Aryan" super-soldiers --- "Aryan" is a transliteration of "Orion" --- need the energy of terror and death and its preserved residue known as the "engrams" of terror and death --- because that is what they feed upon. So, to a lesser, more ceremonial extent, do the Draco Archons.

They staged wars to re-stock their larders. Horrific tales of vampires drinking the blood of dead soldiers are true, so are the stories of cannibalism, but the real pay-off was not the flesh and blood that they "harvested" but the engrams, the long-lasting energetic imprints of emotional terror and pain that these ETs could feed upon for years afterward.

When you hear these terrible things about the "sacrificial cults" in Europe and in South America and in Meso-America---cutting out beating hearts from living chests with stone knives and "rivers" of blood flowing down gutters on either side of stairways leading to stone altars at the top of pyramids---- you will now understand better what they were doing: they were feeding their "gods". Literally.

When you hear about people being inhabited by "demons" you will better understand what that means, too. These "demons" are ET's of specific races that can inhabit and sometimes co-inhabit a human body.

Some of them were so powerful that they could simply "walk in" to an occupied body and chase the original owner out. In effect, the original being "died" but the body lived on under new ownership---with a profoundly different personality in charge.

Often, misguided but otherwise normal people, sought to attract the notice of these false gods by sacrificing young people---- similar to staking out a live animal or piece of meat as bait to attract a predator like a bear or mountain lion. They would then ask these "gods" for rain or victory in war or whatever else they wanted, and if the "gods" were pleased by their sacrifices --- they'd get what they wanted.

But time has run its course. The Doctrine of Destiny has expired as of November 18, 2018, which is why when they tried to ceremonially "open the gates of Hell" by sacrificing their High Priest on the 19th of November, nothing happened.

Nothing at all.

It won't be long now and the last of these false gods will be gone, all the residue of their long reign of terror swept away like dust, their "seals" clogging up the Earth's energy conduits flushed away like old leaves down a rain gutter. All their so-called "magic" is fading away.

They will no longer be able to incarnate "in the form of" men and women and no longer exist as "hue-men" -- that is, "colored as men", having the appearance of mankind, but not actually being men or women.

And that will bring peace to the Earth. Selah. So I have said it, and so it shall be.


Likewise all their crazy sex cults will die off. They used sex as a means of enslaving and controlling and black-mailing and then ultimately used the resulting unwanted off-spring who were aborted or otherwise sacrificed-- as more food.
If you stop a moment and open up your senses you can feel the lifting of the weight and the opening of the atmosphere.

The False Gods are leaving. They have no choice. And they cannot return.

Trustees, My Rump, and the Price of a Cup of Coffee
There is a difference between a bank trustee and an actual private trustee chosen by the Donor of a trust.

Banks turn accounts over to trustees for management of the assets in behalf of specific private trusts. This happens routinely for purposes within the bank, to make sure that Special Deposits don't go astray or suffer losses or mis-administration that could be "embarrassing" or even "actionable in court".

It also happens when the original private trustees designated by the Trust Donors are incompetent physically or mentally or when Private Trustees die intestate without naming new trustees.

So that's basically the function and realm of bank trustees, both from the perspective of internal bank functions (trustee covers the bank's rump) and from the perspective of some private trusts that have been "left in the care of" the bank.
And this is where the pedal hits the metal in the current circumstance.

We've got Karen Hudes serving this Flak Jacket purpose at the so-called Global Debt Facility and now we've got Kim Goguen doing the same with all the "Off-Ledger" Special Deposit Accounts.

The banks are claiming that over 6,500 such private Special Deposits were left in their care ---"trustees unknown"--- and this is nothing but a bald-faced lie and excuse for the guilty banks to name a bank trustee to oversee and manage the accounts "as if" there were no private and actual trustees.

So the guilty banks identified all these actual asset accounts and gave the account information to a goons who set up a separate ledger for all these formerly "off-ledger" accounts, brought them "on ledger"---albeit, a separate ledger---and the banks gratuitously turned all this over to Kim Goguen and Pals.

Understand this: actual people having actual assets --- gold, silver, gems, etc. -- people like Henry Ford, have placed these assets in "Special Deposits" in all these guilty banks.

All those Special Deposits are now being commandeered and used without the permission of the donors, the actual trustees, or the beneficiaries, placed at risk, invested, and spent by a group of unidentified goons and hackers and bank insiders.
And they are trying to tell you this is a GOOD thing?

Let me tell you why it is not a good thing.
If it could happen to Henry Ford and his grandchildren, it could happen to you. A lawless bank is even worse than a lawless government, and both are useless for all the purposes that men tolerate either one.

We now know for sure that putting gold in a bank is the same as handing it to a robber, so why have banks at all anymore?
And if the world governments will not take action against this and preserve the safety and sanctity of our persons and property, rich and poor alike, what good are they, either?

All these people are doing, and being allowed to do, is running a giant sting operation--- resulting in yet another giant and reprehensible theft---one in which the banks and the colluding governments get off the hook for all their crimes by stealing the assets of their wealthiest customers.

I suppose it beats murdering all their Priority Creditors, but it is still nothing but crime and fraud and leaves nothing for us to build a solid future on. Just more lies, deceit, and sand.

They think they are brilliant because they have stolen control of all these assets. They think that because they control the money, all the (formerly) rich people are now helpless and won't be able to do anything about it but cry in their beer.

They sadly underestimate the inner resources of those they have robbed and the sharp and sturdy beauty of the Truth.

Make No Mistake
Two days ago I released an article that exposes the criminality that has plagued the British Monarchy for the last 150 years.

Yesterday, I exposed the guilty banks that have appointed Kim Goguen as a "bank trustee", and given her control of private "Special Deposit" accounts ---also known as "Off-Ledger" accounts that contain actual assets.

This morning, my hometown, Big Lake, Alaska, was targeted by a Resonance Energy Weapon, more generally known as a Directed Energy Weapon.

Big Lake sustained a direct hit and was the original epicenter of a 7.0 Earthquake.

We saw the "Green Beam" from Elmendorf Air Force Base just prior to the event.

Big Lake is not located on any natural fault line.

Let's make this perfectly clear:
Any member of the U.S. Military targeting our soil is a criminal and a traitor.

Anyone giving such an order or obeying such an order needs to be pre-empted with deadly force and removed from command, court-martialed and shot. Period.
The "Nuremberg Defense" --- "I was just following orders!" --- has already been tried and failed and will fail again.

Any member of the UN Military targeting Big Lake, Alaska, is committing a crime and violation of the United Nations ENMOD Treaty. They also need to be removed with deadly force, arrested, and remanded to their country of origin for prosecution.

Big Lake, Alaska, is not a "domestic target" and has never been incorporated as a franchise of any Territorial United States or Municipal United States corporation.

This craven and criminal attack on our civilian population as retaliation for my exposure of the bank's colossal theft of private assets now being offered as a bribe to the military leadership neatly demonstrates the corruption of elements within our military -- in particular elements of the US Navy, DOD, and Air Force.

As the lawful Fiduciary for The United States of America I am asking all military officers to honor their Oath to protect America against all enemies both foreign and domestic, and I am asking them to assist in the recovery of our assets and the return of these assets to our lawful civil control.

The banks have robbed us and defrauded us under the watchful eye of our own military forces, and this has been the long and short of it since the 1860's.

Officers---you can deal with crooks and middlemen and act as crooks yourselves, accomplices and promoters of crime, or you can arrest those responsible for the theft of our assets and return our assets to our control-- and thereby earn both honor and reward.

Most if not all that gold that Kim Goguen is showing the military leaders as a sop rightfully belongs to the American States and People, or to private trusts and foundations like the Ford Family Trust, the D'Avila Family Trust, the MacArthur Foundation, and others, that are also willing to support our military without being coerced.

So if the American military takes money freely given from our hands to protect our nation, they have honor and righteousness. But take that same money ---our money--- from the hands of thieves, and they are accomplices to crime, no better than any penny ante street thug from here to Thailand.

The money Kim is showing off is all commandeered, stolen by the banks who are trying to bribe American military leaders to take the bait ---and then also take the fall for the banks.

Men---some of your Superiors, who are criminals themselves, will try to justify this theft as a "National Security Issue", but in fact, that is just more B.S. to excuse more crime.

The U.S. Army has been playing fast and loose with our assets ever since the so-called Civil War and the U.S. Navy has been taking its orders from the Queen, who is guilty of gross Breach of Trust.

The cruelty, disloyalty, and dishonor of all these people, their abject and stubborn criminality, is now made manifest and exposed for all to see. You all know that it was no "Act of God" that just happened to pinpoint Big Lake, Alaska, as the epicenter for a 7.0 earthquake.

The entire command structure at Joint Base Elmendorf needs to be relieved of duty immediately. An investigation needs to be launched by the Inspector General responsible and by the Office of the Provost Marshal.

This part of the Mess also needs to be cleaned up --- because it is not "just" the banks responsible for and colluding to create all this rot, it's the rotten elements within the military playing along with the banks.

Without a criminal military, the criminal banks have no enforcement.
So it comes down the military having brains enough to know who they really work for and whose gold it really is.

Commander-in-Chief Trump?

We are all still here, in Big Lake, Alaska, broken dishes, sink holes, cracked bridges, collapsed expressway ramps, broken gas lines, darkness, cold, terrified pets and all.
All hail the filthy corrupt banks, corrupt military leaders, corrupt political leaders----exposed for the world to see.

And if the American military doesn't clean some clocks for this, then we can add them to the "Worthless and Useless List" along with the banks that rob their customers and the governments that prey upon the people they are supposed to protect.

Status Report - December First 2018
I recall asking certain of my neighbors to join our Food Storage Club some years back. Alaska is inordinately dependent on food shipped in from the Lower 48. Except for salmon and a few moose, berries and home gardens and barley, there isn't much here in terms of food, unless you are a really careful and knowledgeable forager (like my husband).
And even he prefers not to eat lichen boiled in saltwater.

How they laughed at me! How they derided the whole idea of a Food Storage Club! What was I? A "Prepper" A "Sovereign Citizen" Oh, ha-ha-ha! Even here in Alaska, they were all too good for me. Too modern. Too sophisticated. They dog-trotted away with horrible fixed grins on their faces and didn't look back.

I and a few Northern Mormons and a Sergeant Major's widow did it anyway.
Today, after an actual disaster, it's a different story.

Two of these neighbors (who never read this blog) are huddled in front of my old stove keeping warm and eating bowlfuls of corn chowder as if it was the most exquisite thing ever. Two more have been keeping warm via electrical heat exchange units I provided and at least a dozen more who snubbed the whole idea are eating today because of our lowly little Tin Hat Food Storage Club.

As I write, I have three elders, seven small children, and three people recovering from injuries/surgeries under my care. I am at the Anchorage office pinch-hitting and tending woodpiles and woodstoves around the clock. More than 600 homes and businesses remain without gas for heat, and many additional businesses including food stores and gas stations, are closed for repairs.

This is exactly the scenario I described in my 2007 book, "Alaska's Gas" where I explained how dependency on natural gas for heat in a cold climate can turn into a disaster --- and it has.

Once a portion of the gas grid goes down or the "drop out valves" related to specific homes go out, an actual technician has to check the system, re-pressurize the whole thing, and turn the gas back on.

This is a time and tech expensive process. It can take a long time to turn the gas back on --- days, even weeks, given limited numbers of trained technicians. And in the meantime, people have to stay warm and their houses need to stay above freezing or the water pipes blow and a whole different kind of frozen flood disaster begins.

Thank God the electrical grid in Anchorage didn't go down at the same time as the gas grid. Many people would be living in their cars watching the fuel gauge run out--- and freezing to death after that.

Do you know what happens when the lights go out? If you don't have a generator and fuel for it, the lights stay out. And the gas stations have gas, but 99% of them can't pump it, because guess what? Their pumps need electricity and the gas stations don't have generators....

Many years ago, I noted this formula for disaster to the local gas station owner in Big Lake. He looked thunder-struck. He'd never really thought about it, but.... soon thereafter he installed generators and reserve tanks at his gas station, and lo, and behold, yesterday when people were desperate, I heard the radio announcer saying, "Hey, folks, if you are on the Parks Highway and looking for gas, the station at Big Lake is still pumping…."
Yep. Us Tin Hats at work again.

When I installed an old-fashioned iron water pump with a handle people laughed, too. Some asked if it was a decoration. No, I had to explain, it was fully functional and fitted with a special gizmo that allows me to pump water directly into my house system and keep it pressurized.

Ah, so, my toilets flush, my water runs, and all I have to do is go outside and pump the handle. It's a lot easier than I had it as a kid, doing the same thing back on the farm and having to carry two five-gallon buckets sloshing all the way back to Grandma's house.

So the Uppity Neighbors who laughed and thought I was odd are now grateful to have drinking water and a five gallon water container to carry it home, too.

The State Troopers who used to cruise past my house verrry slowly, called me up and asked if my pump was in service and would I be making water available to people in need, if electrical service couldn't be promptly restored?

All it takes is a 7.0 Earthquake to jolt things back into view.
This is the moment when the Grasshopper Politicians confront the fact that: (1) they have no way of restoring gas service to over 600 locations at once, and (2) they have no way to pump fuel during electrical outages, and (3) there are "no" safe supplies of drinking water when the grid goes down because almost nobody has private wells and hand pumps anymore.

Almost. Unless you happen to be me, or one of my Knothead buddies.
"Oh," chuffed one local Blowhard, "no need to store any food. The stores will stay open."
The food store isn't open today in Big Lake, Alaska. It might not be open tomorrow or even next week.
As for our Team here, we are all still standing, battered, but not down.

Several of us lost all or nearly all of our china and glassware; some (including me) lost major and minor appliances that "fried" when the electrical grid went bonkers.

There were a lot of minor injuries--scratched arms, twisted legs, bruised shoulders, cuts from broken glass. Nearly everyone is stiff and sore and gimping around.

One of our Team was hit by a heavy ceiling lamp fixture that nearly cold-conked her and took a gash out of her scalp. She also lost about 200 years-worth of family glassware. She's hurt and disoriented and sorting through the rubble today, and though she is a tough lady, there's some sniffing and extra nose-blowing going on. And of course, there's the splendid designer bandage on her head.

Another Team Member very narrowly avoided being run off the road by a crazed driver who barreled through a broken stoplight intersection at 80 mph.

Apparently, some people don't know that when stoplights go out, every intersection becomes a four-way stop and everyone has to take turns. [They don't remember hand directional signals, either: hand up, elbow at right angle means "right turn", while arm straight out means "left turn".]

Another Team Member had a gas leak and was lucky enough to avoid inhalation or explosion. Another one of our guys was just recovering from surgery when this hit and should be resting, but isn't.

And now we are having a sleet storm with gale-force winds. Oh, joy. That makes hauling wood and splitting it a real treat.... picture me in my flannel shirt, Helly Hansen rain gear, Irish fisherman's sweater, pack boots with ice grips and a woolie helmet hat with the flaps down over my ears....
I have no hot water where I am and no central heat. We are keeping the home fires burning---literally, in a cast iron woodstove, and I am washing dishes the old way:

First, you find water. Then, you find a way to heat water. Then, you find a pan or a water-tight sink. Then you pour hot water into the dishpan or sink, and if you have it, dish soap and/or vinegar into the hot water.... then you dump all the dirty eating utensils except sharp knives to soak in the bottom of the pan while you do the glassware first, the scraped plates second, and the dirty eating utensils next. The heavily soiled pots and pans come last.

There is a logic to washing dishes by hand. There are tricks to every trade.
Some people add bleach to dish water, but I don't care to eat bleach, so I use vinegar or salt to kill bacteria on contact. You might have to use bleach if you are fighting a disease like cholera, but for normal cleaning, vinegar, salt, and baking soda will do.

You use hot water to wash dishes, as hot as you can stand, with enough soap to make bubbles but not enough to form a slimy film on dishes. To save fuel, you will want to rinse your dishes in cold water--which only works well if you learn to use the right amount of soap.

I spent enough years washing dishes by hand to know the tricks: how to conserve energy, how to sterilize things, how to kill bacteria, the right amount of soap, the proper order of things to wash....and as I did this, today, I wondered how many young people know?

And if the world keeps being tilted off its axis by criminals, how many other people will need to know? Almost certainly the neighbors who have been snickering all these years will need to know.

Final note--- we are facing hard times here and its ten times worse because of this earthquake. Team members are pretty plucky or they wouldn't be team members, but even some of them are dragging around like Eeyore, the Donkey, in Winnie-the-Pooh: "I guess we'll make it. Don't have any choice..."
Well, right.

We need cash donations to replace necessary things and pay for fuel. It's frankly too cold and too late in the year to send foodstuff that can be spoiled by being frozen in transit. That includes canned goods.

As a group we have lost two kitchen stoves, a Toyostove, a freezer, and a computer to electrical surges, and at least five replacement sets of every day dishes, sustained three visits to Urgent Care facilities for bangs and cuts and gashes, and several of us are now accruing large electric bills because the gas is off to so many homes.

Parting Shot From "Poppy" Bush and Threats from the Treasury
I have a friend in MI6 -- a man I have known more than forty years. He is a loyal Brit, despite being aware of the many failings of his government. We have a grumpy fondness for each other-- trade bad puns, commiserate, and observe the world on a purely social basis.

He got in contact with me this morning and unequivocally stated that the "strike" on Big Lake was a "parting shot" in honor of "Poppy Bush" ---George Herbert Walker Bush, who was "executed" that same day by lethal injection "for his part" in 911 and many, many other crimes.

If so, that would be consistent with reports coming in from American Intelligence sources, too: "The strike on Big Lake was a coordinated strike carried out by the US NAVY and allowed by the USAF, both operating under the UN CORP. Their default to creditors should be final December 5, this coming Wednesday."

So, a parting shot from them, too.
My old Brit friend and I had a good laugh about all the reporters fondly gushing about GHW Bush and calling him "Poppy" right in the press, without a clue that this nickname refers to his kingpin status in the opium drug trade and isn't just a fond family substitute for "darling Papa".

The wannabe Communists fall right in line and support the Fascists. The Fascists never make the same mistake. That is, the Communists regularly mistake Fascists for Communists, but the Fascists never make the same mistake and support Communists.

Please remember that George Herbert Walker Bush was knighted by the Queen for his service -- to whom and what can only be inferred.

Please also remember that the United States Navy has always been under the control of the British Monarchs, and that the municipal US NAVY has been under the control of their UN CORP counterparts in Switzerland and Luxembourg, some of the nastiest and most sanctimonious Fascists on Earth.

When you go to the U.S. Patent Office and begin sorting through the mess they left there, everyone will see how often the US NAVY shows up as the offender registering false patents and trademarks and trade names, and how they have then used those patents, trademarks, and trade names to pull horrendous fraud schemes and make false commercial claims against entire countries.

You will also see how Serco, the British multi-national corporation operating as Paymaster for the British Territorial
Government, allowed all this malfeasance by the US NAVY.

They and their predecessors allowed the continuance of the fraudulent banking system, too. Buried deep in the Mess at the Patent Office you will find eight principle patents controlled by multi-national banks --- which are all actually operating as securities investment firms.

Each bank controls a patent and one step or part of the overall system.

So it was all based on "mutually assured destruction"--- none of the rats could rat on the others, or the whole thing would collapse. Deutsche Bank, being the loser in WWII, got stuck holding all the "derivatives" being spun off the securitization of living people and the copyrighting of their names and the patenting of their DNA.

The Vatican Bank was underwriting and allowing all this under its ancient canon laws pertaining to vacant commonwealth properties "Bono Vacantia" and "Bastardy Funds" and property of "missing persons" and intestate estates in probate.

Everybody got a share of the kickbacks, including the British Territorial Government and the Municipal United States Government run by the "US CONGRESS".

And they then shared out the wealth coming off this monstrous scheme by offering more kickbacks to the Territorial and Municipal "state of state" organizations as bait to get them to incorporate as franchises owned and operated by the parent British and Municipal corporations in DC.

I have reason to believe that you will see a lot of arrests of prominent people in all fifty states who have been siphoning and cheating in every way possible --- Medicare Fraud and bribing of judges and prosecutors and misapplication of "General Improvement Funds" and all sorts of relatively minor ($500,000 to $3,000,000) offenses.

But what I want you to keep your eye on is the far, far greater Kickback Scheme that the "federal government" employed via LBJ's "Block Grants" and similar ploys to influence and take over the organizations functioning "as" your State Governments.

And all the "Local Government Councils" promoted and funded by David Rockefeller as part of the final drive to take over and own and control everything in sight, including the water you drink and the air you breathe.

That is the real problem, and while the small fish are being sacrificed, be sure that the Big Ones don't get away unnoticed.

I received a call from the "U.S. Treasury Department" today -- bearing in mind that the actual United States hasn't had a Treasury since 1924 --- and the Agent told one of the lawyers working with us that "they would destroy him and his business and his family" if he continued to help.

The "U.S. Treasury Department" is in fact the IMF, which has been running the show since 1946.

And the IMF owes us $190 Trillion that they can't pay back.

Make peace with your brother on your way to court.

The Final Straw?
The attack on Big Lake was only 10% of what they planned to deliver. The other 90% of the strike was deflected in the Upper Atmosphere and harmlessly jettisoned into space.

Their intention was to make a new Seal out of Anchorage and Big Lake and Wasilla and most of South Central Alaska, in retribution for our work removing the Seventh Seal, and at the same time, trigger a humongous seismic event, one that would open up the entire West Coast system of fault lines like a zipper.

But it didn't work out. Instead, they've shown their hand. And we know who did this craven attack.

Several weeks ago the perpetrators contacted me and told me that their plan was to leave only 144,000 people alive on the planet. Of course, I was invited to be one of the "lucky" survivors.

I told them that the Sirian Capture Fleet has agreed to extend its mission here and to stay until full deployment of the new planetary Guardians. I also told them that the Mixed Array Fleet of the Devic Kingdoms under King Bryan Brychan is deployed and ready to engage and prevent any such murderous rampages by the "gods". I suggested, mildly enough, that they just continue on their way.

My Visitor looked discomfited and amazed. Earth has been their playground and cat box for thousands of years. They were looking forward to killing off almost all of seven billion people and harvesting all that "anomalous" energy.

Instead, they have had two big setbacks in as many weeks. First, their plan to "Open the Gates of Hell" on Long Island fell through, and now this.

Being liars themselves, they assume everyone else is lying, too.
I wonder when it is going to occur to them that I told them the truth?

And that the third attempt to create misery, death, and destruction isn't always "a charm"?

Sometimes it's just the Final Straw.

Disaster Update Day Four
The mopping up and evaluation continues apace.

The gas company got to the Anchorage office yesterday we got the gas turned back on, only to discover that the furnace had suffered a fried electrical relay and was inoperable despite having gas. Okay, so.... several hours later, we managed to get our furnace expert to replace that and voila! One expensive and unexpected repair later, we have gas heat and hot water!

This is a cause for much celebrating, because the promised ice storm hit last night and both the woodpiles and the pathways to and from are like ice skating rinks this morning.

Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley (where I normally live) schools are closed for the week with no set date for reopening.
The U.S. Mail Service is limping along as best it can, with many problems--- some locations closed, some storage and routing stations out of commission and others overloaded. The Christmas rush was just starting for them, too, so mail is backed up.

The Big Lake Post Office is closed for repairs with no stated date for reopening, so suggest that all mail and donations be re-routed to our Anchorage location:

Some bank and credit union locations are open and others not, but the computer systems linking them and the ATMs are functioning, so, its still possible to get credit and cash transfers through to members in our group who live in outlying areas.

The only businesses open in Big Lake, according to my son, are one liquor store and one gas station --- the gas station that installed its own emergency generators at my prompting some years ago.

This would be a good point for everyone to make with their local gas station businesses. The cost of a generator and extra gas storage tank is pretty minimal compared to losing pumping capacity during an emergency and during the clean up thereafter.

The food store in Big Lake remains closed along with other mini-mall and separate location businesses with no stated date for reopening. Thankfully, one of the Three Bears grocery stores 3.5 miles from us is rumored to have reopened, so at least people can get the basics: food and gas to get there.

Our own toll has increased a bit.
One of our members has been having heart palpitations since the earthquake, went to the hospital, and is now facing bypass surgery. All the excitement pushed him over the edge. It also destroyed his "other" job that was keeping him and his family afloat--he was working construction and the building he was working on was only halfway up. It collapsed during the quake and the owners have called it a day for now. So, he is facing heart surgery and unemployment, both at once. To top it off, I just got word that his wife took a fall (thanks to the ice storm)and is in an ambulance on her way to the hospital -- feared broken hip and ribs from fall off an ice covered second story porch.

One of our members was away on a business trip when all this happened and his house lost heat long enough for pipes to burst. The gas got turned back on this morning and we got control of the water, but the carpeting is soaked and ruined and all has to be removed to prevent more damage to the subfloor and basement.

An attached car port collapsed on Saturday as a result of aftershocks and continued shifting of the earth---and crushed a car which was the only transportation for a family of four. We have arranged a loaner and jacked up the car port roof on new supports and hope that their disaster insurance will pay off the car loss. No word on that yet.

Otherwise, we continue to dig out and do what we can to moderate the suffering. Thanks to our remote location it is hard to get help even to Anchorage.

Thank goodness that we had a "Prepper" mindset long before this and had prepared by having multiple means and fuels to keep houses heated and had plenty of food set aside, clean water provided for, and were able to get through this (and get others through this) in fairly good shape.

If a primary system failed we had two back-ups ready to go in most locations. We dropped back into 19th century mode, got out our hand-cranked egg beaters and sailed on.

Damn those Tin Hats, eh?
The truly disturbing part is to consider --- how many people in America are prepared to do the same?
What if the Vermin had succeeded in their plan to "unzip" the West Coast fault zone?
California? Oregon? Washington State? Are you all paying attention?

They also meant to cause a tsunami that would have wiped out most of Hawaii and caused extensive damage to Japan, coastal China, Russia, New Zealand....Australia.... ?

Are you folks prepared? Do you know who to turn to and where to go? Have you got your food and water and heat plans well-established? Reviewed your First Aid? Have your medicine chest and wound supplies and disinfectants and drugs topped off?

How about hand-cranked and/or solar powered radios? Plenty of extra batteries and storage containers? Blankets including "Space blankets"?

Provisions for domestic animals and pets? Extra gasoline? Lots of garbage bags including the big contractor garbage bags? Alternative stoves, grills, etc., so you can heat water and cook your food?

Nobody in our society likes to think about death and disaster, but we need to.
There are elements out there in the world now that are crazier than bat-shit, and you'd better believe it. And you had also better believe that "the government" is in no shape or mindset to help you, either.

When the Miller's Reach Wildfire took out most of our little town in 1996, FEMA didn't show up for three weeks. And when they did, it was only to go around with flip-charts and "assess damages".

Be aware that when something like this happens, you are going to be on your own, except for the help of local police and firefighters and friends and neighbors and family near and far.
When the fire hit, the Salvation Army showed up and dug in for the duration. The Mormons and the Mennonites came. Catholic Social Services arrived and the Baptists did what they could. And that was it, folks.

More than 400 buildings destroyed in a town with a year round population of 2500, and no grand action by FEMA or the National Guard or any of these other high-paid "government" organizations was taken.

Ground zero for this earthquake was centered a block and a half from my home in Big Lake, Alaska. Big Lake is not on a fault zone. We saw the "Green Beam". We know who did this.
And if "friendlies" had not intervened, most of South Central Alaska would now be entombed as a glorious monument to GHW Bush, and earthquakes and volcano cores and tsunamis would have taken out millions of people throughout the Pacific Rim.

Think about that. That's how insane and petty and warped these people really are, and that is how stupid and irresponsible and reckless and self-serving some parts of the military command structure can be.

Best stop caring about what the clueless neighbors think and start preparing.
Better safe than sorry.

The thoroughly modern neighbors will show up on your doorstep looking very sheepish indeed, if and when the axes fall on your neighborhood.

They will remember laughing at you and you will remember them laughing at you, and then it will be up to you whether or not you take them in, and whether or not you included enough supplies to share when you were scurrying around like the Country Mouse and foregoing your vacation cruises because you had the foresight to spend your money on "other things".

Why Can't President Trump Stop This?
The short answer--- (1) Mr. Trump is presently an employee of the Queen who is illegally continuing to exercise our own Delegated Power against us, even after her own actions have invalidated any claim she has to do so; (2) the US NAVY which planned and directed the attack has always been under the control of British affiliates and collaborators in Switzerland and Belgium -- so now you begin to see how this connects-- the British have control of Mr. Trump and the British protect their MUNICIPAL collaborators; (3) the USAF that allowed the attack is also under control of the Swiss-Belgain affiliates, so same story there, though Trump could remove the recently appointed Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Commander for his part in this inglorious affair.

In a sane world, employees who attack their employers are considered criminals and are arrested as such. We are waiting to see if the world is sane or not.

The rest of the answer that as "President" of the United States Mr. Trump is just a corporate CEO running two big bankruptcies.

To my knowledge, he has never accepted our offer to step into his Public and Bonded Office as The President of The United States of America --- for whatever reasons.
As President of the United States, he is a "Level 18 Administrator" --- there are ten (10) higher levels in the "International Government" which has crept in and claimed to be "Majestic", while in fact being unauthorized and criminal.
As the lawful Fiduciary for The United States of America and the unincorporated World Trust, I am a Level 28 Principal and 1:1:1 Administrator.

I am lawfully entitled to settle all this nonsense. If the usurpers can be persuaded to step aside and let me do my job, we can all get through this with a minimum of harm and a great deal of good being done.

Until they do, they will continue to run amok and cause trouble because they are not mentally or emotionally mature enough to understand the situation they are in. Think: two year-olds with hammers.

We will continue to take their "hammers" away from them and muffle their blows and ride herd and thwart them every step of the way until they wind down like two year-olds at the end of a busy day.

Now the rumor is circulating that "White Hats" were responsible for the attack on Big Lake, apparently yet another rumor started by Kent Dunn.

Lets make this very, very clear--- anyone who attacks American soil is not a White Hat. They are traitors guilty of treason against this country and its people.

Anyone stupid enough to mistake me and my work as that of a cabal agent can't read "the fruits" and tell what kind of tree I am. And hasn't bothered to read my book, Disclosure 101, either.

If you are too clueless to tell the difference between an apple and a fig, I suppose it is possible to think that GHW was a good guy, and not understand why he was nicknamed after his favorite plant-- the poppy.

There is a long history of Americans being misled by con artists and it would not surprise me if some dull blades have been co-opted and misled to attack their own soil and their own people.

If there are such Americans involved, they are being set up to be the Fall Guys and they need to high tail it.

I have it on very good authority that the attack was by the US NAVY and was allowed by the USAF, which means it was orchestrated by the Uber-Cabal operating out of Switzerland and Belgium.

What Is Important About December 5th?
It's the anniversary of the murder of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Let's begin with a few facts: the Ancient Religion that the bankers follow is not Judaism. We call it Satanism in the modern day, but Satan is another name for earlier anti-deities of the male gender, and what it all comes down to is that these people worship duality and use sex as a sacrament.

As a result, there is a male and a female, a positive and a negative, to everything they do-- and they actually believe that if things get out of balance things will fall apart into utter chaos and destruction. This is also the root of their fascination with accounting and accounting ledgers and keeping everything balanced at all times.

But what happens when everything becomes incredibly unbalanced?

Then we have a self-fulfilling prophecy, because the men who have created the Mess wanted to bring about utter chaos and destruction. If they can't rule the world, they want to destroy it.

The IMF, which has functioned as "The U.S. Department of the Treasury" since 1946, owes us $190 Trillion USD, which it can't pay.

This is essentially because the Federal Reserve didn't pay anyone for anything for almost a hundred years, just operated on I.O.U.s and at the end of the day, declared bankruptcy and skipped town.

The IMF let them get away with this behavior because they thought that, hey, the Americans have been asleep for 150 years--- what's the chances of them ever waking up again?

The IMF "collected the debt" and smiled, thinking that at the end of the day, the Priority Creditors (the good old US of A) would never show up and never claim back its assets.

At that point, all our wealth and assets and everything that is owed to us would become fair game for the Secondary Creditors --- as "abandoned assets"----and, "abandoned debts".

They were thinking of most of that $190T as a credit for them, and that they could shuffle off another round of debt for our weary shoulders to bear as "U.S. Citizens" --- but now, it turns out to be their debt instead. Oh, my!

On December 1, the IMF defaulted on what it owes. Three days grace time....December 2, December 3, December 4..... and on December 5, it becomes official. The Municipal Treasury is defunct. And now the Territorial Treasury, too, goes the way of the Dodo.

Conveniently, most of the "U.S. Government" will be shut down on December 5th, for the funeral of GHW Bush.

And the only government left standing is The United States of America [Unincorporated].

So then they tried to take us out and leave themselves an open gate and claims in hand.

"Oh? There is still an American Government? We will take care of that....just use the new Resonance Weapons to start a nice little earthquake in Big Lake, Alaska...."

They made the common mistake of thinking that my husband and I are the American Government.

It hasn't quite come home to them yet that every man and every woman born on our soil is a sovereign in their own right, all heirs to our claims, all enabled to come forward in exactly the same way.

A friend of mine has a tag-line at the end of all his emails: "They Lost When They Killed LaVoy Finicum".

That's what the goons in Switzerland, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg, the P2 Freemasons and the Scottish Templars, don't quite understand yet.

They could kill James Belcher. They could kill me, too. They could succeed in their mad attempt to obliterate Big Lake, Alaska. Just like the cowards set their ambush and swaggered around and murdered LaVoy Finicum using undeclared commercial mercenaries and ignorant local police all operating under color of law....

But they will still be facing 350 million sovereign Priority Creditors who are fed up with all the legal eagle fraud and usurping "government services providers". They will still be under the watchful eyes of the rest of the world and billions of other people who are fed up and clued in now.

Just remember that everything and anything bad that results after December 5th is being brought to you by the French Nazi UN CORP and its municipal corporations and expedited by their endlessly corrupt UNITED KINGDOM affiliates. And by the British Monarchs who owe their survival through two World Wars to you.

Remember that you are the victims of fraud and fraud has no statute of limitation.

Parse Syntax, Memes, and Men
Numerous people keep asking me about the late David-Wynn:Miller and about Parse Syntax and related subjects, so here's the long and short of it:

Parse was an ancient attempt by the Parthians (a group of ancient Persians related to the present day Jordanians) to control their contracts with the Babylonians by equating language to mathematical principles and relationships.

David Wynn-Miller rediscovered that ancient system and attempted to bring it back into use in the modern world for the same basic purpose-- to make it harder for the present day practitioners of Babylonian fakery to weasel out of, over, and around contracts made in the present era.

So far, so good.
I spent five days with Russell-J:Gould, David-Wynn:Miller's former partner, last year and found him to be an extraordinary man. Very earnest and bright and also one who has suffered a great deal in this entire effort. He is owed a huge debt of gratitude. However, he believes whole-heartedly that Parse is "correct" mathematically and that the interface with math and language is "the" answer.

I objected on several grounds-- first, because you can lie with math just as well as words-- any symbolic language is prey to that. (Russell knows and admits this, too.)

Second, I have analyzed it mathematically, and in fact, Parse is NOT correct. (This analysis came out of our meeting and we haven't had a chance to sit down and discuss this yet, but I am sure that Russell will bow to what is True and adapt to the new insights when they are shown to him.)

Third, Parse can be abused just as "legalese" has been abused as a "special secret language" only the experts know-- making it a good seed ground to continue the practice of bilking the public by the new Black Robes. (This is a concern Russell shares.)

Fourth, English is now and always has been the official language of this country, not Parse. So those who advocate and insist on the use of Parse are at best a tiny minority complaining about something that requires more than their opinion to change.

Russell truly believes that he captured the flag of this country and that he owns it, etc., etc.-- but unavoidably, the "Title IV Flag" he captured in 1999 was just one "officially recognized" version of our flag that was in the possession of pirates-- the Roman Catholic owned and operated "United States of America, Inc." corporation that had itself seized upon our flag by fraud.

The Maxim of Law in such situations is that possession by pirates does not change ownership. And fraud, no matter how long-standing, vitiates everything it touches.

Our flag was seized upon by the Scottish interloper and "ringer" corporation doing business as "The United States of America, Inc." in 1868, seized upon again by the Roman Catholic version doing business as "the" United States of America, Inc. circa 1925, and Russell saved it out of the aftermath of that bankruptcy settlement in 1999.

So our flag was captured in 1868 under conditions of fraud and held by two generations of pirates before Russell recaptured it.

If Russell claims to own the flag for any purpose other than to return it to the States and People it belongs to, he becomes just another pirate in possession--- and I don't think that that is what he intends to be.

He did take lawful possession of the vacated land of the Washington DC Municipality. He lawfully court-martialed the Supreme Court and the senior ranks of the military services. He has a reasonable claim to become the President of the restored Federal Government, assuming that he is elected, and there is really no reason he shouldn't be. He has done many things that make good sense and which promote peace and provide for a continuance of the Federal Government and the improvement of international business and trade.

I would certainly recommend Russell-J:Gould as President of a restored Federal Government, assuming that the issues can be clearly stated and free elections can be held.

Russell is a true American and he is very intelligent and moral and has a good heart. He has done some amazing things for this country and for the world, and he deserves thanks and honor and recognition for it.

All that said, Russell and I understand the problems involved and the nuances of the history and the law. It isn't as simple as some of his followers believe and it will all take time to resolve.

Any Nutter reactions of the "either/or" kind should be chalked up to ignorance and perhaps to foreign agents trying to get control of Russell in the same way that they have sought to control every other aspect of the prior Federal Government structures.

Let me just say that in my experience, Russell is very much a man of his own mind and he will evaluate things for himself and he will recognize it if anyone lies to him or tries to co-opt him. Those who do so, do so at their own risk.

We have a relationship with Russell that is honest and direct, and barring some unforeseen and insurmountable disagreement, we expect that relationship to continue and see no reason why it should not.

Fall Guys
The banks use bank trustees as "fall guys" and "flak jackets" and "insulation". They appoint bank trustees to run interference and take the heat, while keeping the bank at arm's length from transactions and decisions made about trust assets kept on deposit with the banks. Via their relationship (that of an employer) with the Bank Trustees, the bank keeps de facto control of everything, while shuffling off the liability.

The bank President can stand there with a straight face and say, "Uh, harrrumph, ah, I didn't know anything about Mr. Greene's dealings with the XRYT Trust. That was, uh, his responsibility."

So when it came to shuffling off responsibility for all the Special Deposit Accounts, aka, "Off-Ledger Accounts", containing actual physical assets belonging to private trusts, foundations, and individuals, the bankers followed the dictates of their Ancient Religion and the logic of their modern Fall Guy system by appointing a Female Bank Trustee to do the Negative Function of blocking accounts and transactions, and a Male Bank Trustee to do the Positive Function of opening and disbursing these accounts.

Both Bank Trustees are Fall Guys.
Neither Kim Goguen nor her male counterpart have any stake in the assets they administer, per se. Both are very frustrated and both would like to see the assets deployed to do good in the world and get things back on track.

But the fact is that without the participation and consent of the actual private trustees who were appointed by the Donors of these trusts, the Bank Trustees are very limited in what they can legally do.

They are stuck in what is -- in effect -- an interlocking trust directorate, needing to work with each other and with the private trustees to release the assets properly and legally.

Say that you are President of a corporation that is bankrupt and trying to avoid liquidation.
Say that you have friends and supporters who are trustees of private trust funds more than capable and willing to bail you out, but they can't help because there is a Bank Trustee in the way who won't work with them to release the funds....
Or, from the other side, say that there is a Bank Trustee who understands the crucial need to bail out the President and his corporation, but can't do it legally without the consent of the private trustees and he doesn't know who the private trustees are....

Quite a conundrum, isn't it?
If the President accepts the money from either Bank Trustee without the consent of the actual private trustee, he is the accomplice to a crime of major proportions. He can then be prosecuted as a criminal or blackmailed, whichever suits the bank.
Meanwhile, the banks that created the whole circumstance stand back fat and happy, and blame everything on the Bank Trustees.

What needs to happen is for President Trump to talk to me and the members of our trust association--- because we know who the Bank Trustees are and we know who the private trustees are and we can bring it all together to make a legal pay off possible. And it can happen fast.

The banks use Fall Guys like this, using the same basic script, throughout their operations--- including when they use the military and the police services as commercial mercenaries acting under color of law.

Think of LaVoy Finicum's ambush and murder by the "FBI, Inc." and the grossly ignorant "Sheriffs" of "State of State" county franchise corporations? Those same FBI Agents and County Sheriffs are the Fall Guys, already lined up to take the blame for their corporate bosses, who, when the time comes, will say:

"Uh, harrrumph, ah, I didn't know anything about Mr. Greene's actions. That was, uh, his responsibility."
It was ultimately ordered by the banks, just like the earthquake strike on Big Lake, Alaska, but they insulated themselves from liability through several layers of Fall Guys.

The US NAVY and USAF are on the hook for the Big Lake attack, but they have their own Fall Guys lined up to take the blame: clueless American White Hats supposedly operating under the direction of our friend, Russell-J:Gould.
Talk about trying to get many birds with one stone?

Take out Anna and Jim and blame Russell for it.
This is the way these Fakirs operate.

Fortunately for all concerned, they failed and their lies and malice are self-evident. And they can't stand there and tell us:

Day Five Disaster Update -- Incoming
Now we have "mysterious" 35-40 foot waves come at us from a non-descript focus point in the Pacific. No volcano. No earthquake. Just 35-40 foot waves out of the clear blue.

This isn't enough to get to us, because we are on high ground --- but is enough to play havoc with the Port of Anchorage and possibly a lot of other port facilities in South Central Alaska, making it very difficult to supply Alaska with the food and other supplies needed by a population of more than half a million people.

This on top of a 7.0 Earthquake and the Russians claiming that Jesus was a red-haired Russian called "Radomir".

Sometimes, faced with the whole panoply, one doesn't know whether to laugh or cry. Here are all these grown-up people causing trouble, and acting like children at the same time.

Absent the waves and whatever destruction they cause (I am assuming the same source -- US NAVY again.) we are back on our feet. Fuels are being re-supplied, messes chucked in dustbins, broken dishes and shelves and doorposts hauled away, food replenished.

Your contributions are allowing us to replace urgent losses and resettle people and functions and get on the road again and I do thank everyone who is tugging at the oars. We couldn't do this without you. As Q says-- Where we go one, we go all.

This is Day One for our team member who fell off her ice-covered second story porch yesterday and she is very, very sore. Somehow she avoided broken bones in a twenty foot fall onto frozen ground, which is a miracle in itself, but she has suffered bad muscle damage and is in a lot of pain. It will take several weeks before she is back to anything like "normal" and meantime, her husband faces bypass surgery. And both are now unemployed--- one because of the earthquake, and one because of the ice storm that has followed.

Sounds like a chapter out of "Doctor Kildare" or "General Hospital".
Many of the private and specialist clinics have been forced to close subject to inspections and gas shut-offs and other results of the earthquake, but the main hospitals have stayed open. This is making after-care and cancer care expensive and hard to find, but we are muddling through.

One of our members went through an especially awful wake up call. For reasons we don't understand, the mirrored glass closet doors in their kid's bedrooms shattered like shrapnel and the jagged pieces embedded themselves into the posts of two sets of bunkbeds and shredded the blankets, sheets and mattresses their children would have been sleeping on an hour or so before this earthquake happened.

If you are a parent you can appreciate looking at big jagged pieces of glass stabbing through your son's pillow, right where his head could have been--- and was, only about an hour and a half before this happened. Needless to say, the mirrored glass closet doors won't be replaced, even if it makes the room look smaller!

Other than getting the furnace re-wired we haven't had time yet to deal with other material losses. It has all been clean up and repair and restock.

And now we are waiting for "the Mother of All Bore Tides" ---- a series of "mysterious" breakers, 35 to 40 feet tall, three times larger than any normal high tide or storm breakers to hit the Knik Inlet and Anchorage Port, which could also take out the Anchorage railroad terminal for good measure and knock out railroad and highway bridges.

People are evacuating from low lying offices and facilities, but the only official warnings are coming from one radio station that is blaring it and alternate news sources.

This is NOT-- repeat NOT--- any normal after-an-earthquake tsunami. This is an "anomalous" ridge of water out in the Pacific that just appeared out of nowhere and which was not triggered by any normal seismic event or volcanic activity.

The profile of this onrushing wall of water is again consistent with the use of ULF and ELF Resonance Weapons operated by the US NAVY. So the idiots in Belgium are still trying to attack us and still trying to save their B.E.A.S.T. system long after any Prudent Man would know that the jig is up.

It's just destruction for the sake of destruction now. Spite vented on innocent people by criminals. Their "beautiful wickedness" is melting, melting.... and they will have to start all over again with some other schtick.

Next time you see the Babylonian Slave Masters sneaking into town, as they did during the reign of Queen Victoria, you will recognize them for what they are, and you will do exactly what George Herbert Walker Bush said you'd do: you will hang them.

Before Anyone Misunderstands or Misinterprets.....
My support for Russell-J:Gould to someday become President of a restored Federal Government does not imply lack of support for our current President or lack of sympathy for his very substantial burden.

We, as a country, have a lot of homework to do, and at the same time, bear many responsibilities with regard to the rest of the world. This makes this an extremely challenging time in history.

Let's begin with what I mean by a "restored" Federal Government and what the Federal Government is supposed to be.

There are supposed to be three branches of the Federal Government, and those branches are not "executive, legislative, and judicial" like you were taught in public school.

Those branches are supposed to be Federal, Territorial, and Municipal.
Nobody taught you that because the "Federal" part of the "Federal Government" has been usurped upon since 1868.

Our system is supposed to have States that hold the supreme power in international jurisdiction overall --- and those States then delegate a portion of their empowerment in the international jurisdiction of the sea to the Federal Government which is supposed to operate Federal States of States.

Alabama is supposed to be operating a Federal State of State called "The State of Alabama", but that Federal State of State was never reconstructed after the Civil War.
Instead, the Territorial Branch of the Federal Government usurped the position of the Federal Government and substituted Territorial States of State instead.

Instead of "The State of Alabama" they began operating as the Territorial "State of Alabama" and nobody but the lawyers were the wiser.

So, in order for our Federal Government as a whole to ever function as it should, those original Federal States of States have to be restored and in some cases, created for the first time ever.

Now a lot of people have asked me about this situation and wanted to know-- What's a Territorial State?

The key thing to know about Territorial States is that they are allowed to exist on a temporary basis by the Northwest Ordinance, which is one of the Four Organic Laws at the foundations of our government.
The problem is that these Territorial States have been in existence and usurping upon the responsibilities and empowerments of the intended Federal Branch of the Federal Government for 150 years.

Not exactly "temporary" even in the life span of a nation.

As new states were added to the Union, a Territorial State would be formed and organized into counties and populated and geographic boundaries would be surveyed and established and roads and post offices and bridges and other very basic infrastructure would be constructed.

Then, when enough people had "populated" the new State, its Statehood would be declared and voted upon and confirmed by the people living there, and then also confirmed by the Congress. The new State is then enrolled as a State of the Federal Union and entitled to operate a Federal State of State, too.

At that point, the Territorial State is supposed to recede and operate in the background, to serve its other designated and delegated functions.

That's the way it's supposed to work, with the Territorial State functioning as a temporary and purely transitional political entity on the way to full Statehood.

Since 1868, however, that simple "temporary" duty has been used as a means to bypass and usurp upon both the actual States and the Federal States of States.

(1) So, we have called the actual States to Assemble: Maine, Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin.....and all those Jural Assemblies are forming....

(2) And this is the prelude to restoring: The State of Maine, The State of Florida, The State of Ohio, The State of Wisconsin....

(3) And that in turn is the prelude to convening a Continental Congress of eligible Fiduciary Deputies from each of the States to officially enroll all the other States that have been formed since 1860: Wyoming, Utah, Nevada....

(4) Which is the prelude to creating for the first time ever: the Federal States of: The State of Wyoming, The State of Utah, The State of Nevada.....

(5) All of which is the prelude to forming a new Confederacy of Federal States of States to do the functions delegated to our Federal Government.

This is a lot of work and education to be done, with many fearful obstacles and opportunities to run off track or be commandeered or otherwise interfered with, but it is nonetheless what is required to restore our government as it was meant to be, and that is the First Step toward decisions about changing that government.

It has to be restored and then reformed, in that order, to make the whole transition both lawful and legal.
In the meantime, everyone has been running about like the proverbial headless chickens thinking that there would be no government in place and nobody in charge and no way to control the situation once the Territorial and Municipal Corporations were bankrupted.
That is not true.

The actual, factual States of the Union remain, and they are the Principals that delegated the powers to the Federal Government and its Branches in the first place.

We have acknowledged and accepted the return of the Delegated Powers due to the incapacity in bankruptcy of the Territorial and Municipal Branches of the Federal Government and also due to the moth-balled status of the Federal Branch of the Federal Government.

As the original Delegators, our States and our Federation of States doing business as The United States of America [Unincorporated], are able to function and exercise our own powers quite apart from any "Federal Government" or branch thereof.

We have invited Mr. Trump to step out of the Hot Seat, so to speak, and have bonded the actual Public Office of The President of The United States of America for him, if he should choose to step down from the lesser offices and administer the "Federal Government" via trusted subordinates.
