The large chain drug stores in the USA, CVS, Walgreen's etc., that administer "vaccine" injections in the stores will be given their allotment of the 400 million N95 masks that Biden administration purchased, probably from China, with our tax dollars and they should be received by late this week or definitely early next week, around Feb 24/25 or Feb.28.

These chain drug stores are just part of the whole big rotten BigPharma racket that has taken over the USA.

These masks are to be "free" and each person is eligible to receive 3 masks.

I am curious to see what data the recipients will have to provide in exchange for receiving the made-in-China masks.

The masks "don't work" and cause real harm in speech and learning development for children, a well as oxygen deprivation and bacteria pathogen build-up behind the mask. There are thousands of solid medical studies and journal articles attesting to these facts.
Yet CDC's Dr. Michaelle Zelensky is doubling down on her agency's recommendation for masks.

The health/life insurance company tidal wave is breaking.

Well, of course it is. Who did you think was going to be left holding the bag for all the unreported injuries and deaths stemming from the COVID vaccines?

These life insurance companies employ actuaries, and these smart guys predict the number of claims they’re going to pay out…and THAT’S how they decide what the policy holders must pay…in order for the companies to maintain their profits…

Except, the actuaries had no idea what was going to happen.

They didn’t realize how many injury/death claims were going to be filed, once the COVID killshots were unleashed on the world.

But NOW THEY KNOW.

Former NY Times reporter, Alex Berenson: “Welt, a major German newspaper, just ran an interview with Andreas Schofbeck, a board member for a Bavarian insurer called BKK Provita.”

“By itself, BKK Provita has 120,000 members. But it is a much larger consortium of so-called BKK insurers that are affiliated with German companies and collectively have 10.9 million members.”

“Here’s how Schofbeck described the [injury] claims in the BKK [company] database, according to one of the reporters who interviewed him:...‘a violent warning signal’.”

Schofbeck is reacting, with great alarm, to all the vaccine injury claims that have been filed---looking at data from 10.9 MILLION policy holders.

In other words, it’s OVERWHELMING.

Another Humpty Dumpty just fell off the wall and broke into pieces.

Obviously, health/life insurance companies around the world are looking at similar horrific numbers.

What are these companies going to do? Just sit there and suck up their huge losses?

No. For starters, they’re going to blame the vaccine manufacturers. That’s already quite interesting, even if news outlets aren’t reporting it. Because, as Edward Dowd, former portfolio manager for BlackRock, has been saying, WALL STREET will take notice.

430 to 144. Can you guess what those numbers represent? The all-time high peak of the Moderna share price, and the most recent closing price, as of this writing.

BANG.

61 to 46. The first number is the high, over the past year, for the Pfizer share price, and the second number is the most recent close, as of this writing.

These insurance-vaccine company developments were also inevitable, from the beginning of the fake pandemic.

Anyone who knows the real history of vaccines would have seen it in a second.

You rapidly shoot up the whole world with a new vaccine, and the injury-death numbers are going to go through the roof.

Insurance companies don’t like to be left holding the bag and absorbing the consequences of both the jab and the lies the vaccine front men have been telling.

Insurance companies are wired up to, heavily influence, and control all sorts of politicians and bureaucrats and public health officials. You can bet your bottom dollar these companies have been reading the riot act to their government puppets.

“Talk to nurse Jill or Susan Rice…”

And word of these conversations leaks out to Wall Street.

Look for new bailouts, and a plethora of cover stories to explain why insurance companies are suddenly inhaling hundreds of billions of government dollars (or more.)

Cover stories only the most naïve fools will believe.

Serial liar Tony Fauci may be able to tap dance with his media partners every Sunday morning on the news talk shows; but when giant insurance companies want him to pay for his sins, that’s a whole different story.

Tony could become yet another Humpty Dumpty…

All we need now---among all the insurance companies in the world---are five or six OUTRAGED big-time insurance execs to step out of the shadows with their hair on fire, completely fed up with the grand cover-up of vaccine injuries, and talking their heads off.

400,000 Cases of COVID Vaccine Injuries Found in Data Analyzed by German Health Insurer

A German health insurer BKK ProVita said an analysis of data collected from more than 10 million people suggests COVID vaccine side effects are “significantly” underreported. The company said its analysis revealed a “significant alarm signal” and said "a risk to human life cannot be ruled out.”

A German health insurance company this week said an analysis of data collected from more than 10 million people suggests COVID vaccine side effects are “significantly” underreported.

The company, BKK ProVita (BKK), said its analysis revealed a “significant alarm signal” and that “a risk to human life cannot be ruled out.”

Based on the data collected, BKK said the number of vaccine side effects is many times higher than the number officially announced by the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI), Germany’s federal health agency that monitors the safety of vaccines and biomedicines.

The PEI announced in a press release there were 244,576 suspected cases of vaccine side effects reported in 2021 following COVID vaccination, but BKK said its analysis revealed more than 400,000 cases.

BKK board member Andreas Schöfbeck told WELT, a German news publication, “The numbers determined are significant and urgently need to be checked for plausibility.”

In a letter, Schöfbeck said BKK analyzed doctors’ billing data from 10.9 million insured people and found 217,000 people received medical treatment due to vaccine side effects.

“In our opinion, there is a significant underreporting of the side effects of the vaccination,” said Schöfbeck. “According to our calculations, we consider 400,000 visits to the doctor by our insured persons due to vaccination complications to be realistic to date.”

Schöfbeck said if figures are extrapolated over a year for the entire German population of 83 million people, it is likely 2.5 – 3 million people in Germany received medical treatment for COVID vaccine adverse events.

“The data available to our company gives us reason to believe that there is a very considerable under-recording of suspected cases of vaccination side-effects after they received the [COVID-19] vaccine,” Schöfbeck wrote.

Schöfbeck sent the letter to PEI President Dr. Klaus Cichutek, the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds, the German Medical Association, National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, the Standing Vaccination Commission and BKK’s umbrella organization.

In another letter, the company suggested vaccine side effects across Germany are at least 10 times more common than what was reported by the PEI, the German newspaper Nordkurier reported Wednesday.

The letters did not disclose symptoms, the severity of adverse events or which vaccines caused the side effects.

Hungary’s 2000 Olympics gold medal winning gymnast Szilveszter Csollany has died of Covid-19 aged 51, local authorities said on Monday.

Csollany fell sick in December and was hospitalised and put on a ventilator.

While Csollany had shared several ‘anti-vax’ posts on his Facebook page, he had been vaccinated in order to work as a gymnastics coach, the newspaper Blikk reported at the start of January.
However, the publication said that it had been shortly before he fell ill which had not allowed him to develop a sufficient level of antibodies.

Reggie Dennis’ mother knew he had a gift for music from a young age.

When Reggie was a toddler, Theresa Dennis had to keep her son from flipping through the vinyl records she kept in the house: Earth, Wind & Fire, Rick James, Funkadelic.

And when she finally put them on, 5-year-old Reggie could pick out pieces of the songs that Theresa had never noticed herself.

“He would hear all of the instruments and recognize them,” she said. “He would hear things that I didn’t hear, that ordinary people didn’t hear.”

Reggie Dennis was many things over the course of his life in Charlotte: an artist, a mentor, a bandmate, a friend.

But first and foremost, Dennis was a lover of music. It was the thread running through the course of his life, what he lived and breathed.

“It was his life’s ambition,” said Letron Brantley, leader and saxophone player for Jazz Revolution, the band for which Dennis played bass guitar. “All he wanted to do was play.”

Reginald “Reggie” Lee Dennis died Feb. 3, 2022 at his home in Charlotte. He was 52. He is survived by his mother as well as several friends and family members.

Jamal Edwards, the British entrepreneur who founded the pioneering online music platform SBTV, has died at the age of 31.

Mr Edwards gained fame as the chief executive of SBTV, which helped to launch the careers of chart-topping artists including Ed Sheeran, Stormzy and Jessie J.

COVID case rates continued to free-fall over the last two weeks, with most states now reaching 50 or fewer new cases of COVID per day.

The big picture: The corresponding lifting of mask and other mandates is leading companies to start to set return to work dates.

By the numbers: Nationwide, the U.S. is now averaging roughly 82,000 new COVID cases per day — a 64% drop over the past two weeks.

The nation is averaging 25 new cases per 100,000 per day.
Only six states (excluding Maine due to data anomalies) have 50 or more cases per 100,000.
One state per the data, Washington, has reached transmission of fewer than 10 cases per 100,000 people a day.

Yes, but: There still are roughly 2,000 deaths from COVID in the U.S. a day, down 24% from two weeks ago.

And several states have case rates that remain stubbornly high.
Idaho and Kentucky saw cases drop 22% and 37% respectively, but still had at least 77 cases per 100,000 people. Alaska's cases dropped 65% over the last two weeks and its case rate was still at 75 cases per 100,000.

A German mathematician working with Dr Stefan Lanka has just published a report titled “Structural analysis of sequence data in virology – An elementary approach using SARS-CoV-2 as an example.” It provides even more evidence that the virologists are caught up in a world of computer simulations – simulations that are unreliable even on their own terms, not to mention being disconnected from reality. The analysis is an important contribution exposing another element of the anti-science being used to sustain this fake pandemic. Further, it is a technical dismantling of how all “viruses” are being invented and then “found,” in an ongoing game of deception.


The paper is very technical and requires some understanding of how the virologists create a “genome,” starting with a crude sample from an alleged infected “COVID-19” patient. To make it easier, I’ve produced a summary of the main findings as outlined below:

• None of the genetic sequences used in producing the “SARS-CoV-2” genomes were shown to come from inside any viruses. It is unclear where the genetic fragments originated from.
• The original de novo “SARS-CoV-2” computer-constructed sequence published by Fan Wu, et al could not be reproduced by the methodology described in their paper, raising questions about how they produced it and announced the new “virus” to the world.
• The PCR protocols are calibrated to sequences of unconfirmed origin that are clearly found in many humans and apparently other things as well. The PCR process was not shown to detect a “virus,” let alone diagnose an invented illness called “COVID-19”.
• The virologists are fooling themselves by running amplifications at 35 to 45 cycles, as it can result in “detecting” sequences that are not even present in the sample. In effect, the methodology can result in “detecting” whatever sequences they are hoping to find.
• Fan Wu, et al could have found better matches for “HIV” and “Hepatitis D virus” than “a new coronavirus” in their 41-year-old man from Wuhan, who presented with pneumonia as one of the first claimed “COVID-19” cases. If they want to find a “virus”, it all depends on what they ask the computer to look for.

Of course, it makes much more sense when you get to the root of the problem: “SARS-CoV-2” is nothing more than a computer simulation and there was never a virus to start with – the entire thing is a global fraud. Virology seems to be unaware that it is sinking further into an epistemological crisis and no more so than in the area of genomics, as outlined in this article by Mike Stone. In Stone’s article, I noticed in the comments section that Dr Valendar Turner of The Perth Group pointed out that the late Sir John Maddox, former editor of Nature, had issued a pertinent warning in 1988. It seems that those who become immersed in the world of indirect molecular detection techniques risk no longer seeing the wood for the trees as he presciently stated:

“Is there a danger, in molecular biology, that the accumulation of data will get so far ahead of its assimilation into a conceptual framework that the data will eventually prove an encumbrance? Part of the trouble is that excitement of the chase leaves little time for reflection. And there are grants for producing data, but hardly any for standing back in contemplation”.

We will endeavour to keep exposing these anti-scientific methodologies and encourage others to ask themselves if the multi-billion dollar virology industry and the associated bogus “treatments” coming from the behemoth pharmaceutical complex are actually helping anyone with their health. For those of us that can see there is no sound basis to any of it, there is no way we would heed any advice from the doctors and scientists who promote these sick models. And perhaps more importantly, we know not to take any of the fraudulent and increasingly perverse pharmaceuticals that are products of this pseudoscience, and used as vehicles to deliver nefarious and undeclared constituents. Once again, you can avoid all of these problems by pointing out:

Where is the virus*?*A tiny particle that is an obligate intracellular parasite (i.e. replication competent and transmissible) containing a genome surrounded by a protective, virus-coded protein coat.

We were clearly told that it was a natural virus that was just discovered. It was implied that the scientists at Wuhan, particularly the "Bat Lady" Dr. Shi, discovered this "novel", never encountered before, kind of one of the many coronaviruses. happened upon during their research activities which involved studying and using bats in their work. That has since been found to be a false assertion. That is just one of the many false ideas peddled in the beginning when fear was being hyped 24/7 in the media.

Then we went on to learn that there are questions about what are viruses and was there a true virus discovered, and on and on to other revelations about bioweapons and mysterious structures found in electron microscoped vaccine material and blood samples from sick people and vaccinated people.

That is one small example of the many deceptions inflicted on the people who were particularly susceptible to when they were in a state of heightened fear. The plotters of this PLANdemic know that people throw logic and critical thinking aside when they are panicked and afraid.

This same condition was operative right after 9-11-01 false "attack" and several articles were written about this phenomena.

Never before has the public had access to so much data on a virus and its effects.

Never before has the public had access to so much data on a virus and its effects. For two years, data festooned the daily papers. Dozens of websites assembled it.

We were all invited to follow the data, follow the science and observe as scientists became our new overlords, instructing us how to feel, think and behave in order to “flatten the curve,” “drive down cases,” “preserve capacity,” “stay safe” and otherwise deploy all the powers of human will to respond to and manipulate disease outcomes.

We could watch it all in real time. How beautiful were the waves, the curves, the bar charts, the sheer power of the technology.

We can look at all the variations and the trajectories, assemble them by country, click here and click there to compare, see new cases, total cases, unvaccinated and vaccinations, infections and hospitalizations, deaths in total or death per capita and we could even make a game out of it: which country is doing better at the great task, which group is better at complying, which region has the best outcomes.

It was all quite dazzling, the power of the personal computer combined with data collection techniques, universal testing, instant transmission and the democratization of science.

We were all invited to participate from our laptops to bone up on statistics, download and look, assemble and draw, manipulate and observe and be in awe of the masters of the numbers and their capacity for responding to every trend as it was captured and chronicled in real time.

Then one day, writing at the New York Times, reporter Apoorva Mandavilli revealed the following:

“For more than a year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has collected data on hospitalizations for COVID-19 in the United States and broken it down by age, race and vaccination status. But it has not made most of the information public …

“Two full years into the pandemic, the agency leading the country’s response to the public health emergency has published only a tiny fraction of the data it has collected, several people familiar with the data said.

“Kristen Nordlund, a spokeswoman for the C.D.C., said the agency has been slow to release the different streams of data ‘because basically, at the end of the day, it’s not yet ready for prime time.’ She said the agency’s ‘priority when gathering any data is to ensure that it’s accurate and actionable.’

“Another reason is fear that the information might be misinterpreted, Ms. Nordlund said.”

At the appearance of this story, my data science friends who have been digging through the databases for nearly two years all let a collective: argh! They knew something was very wrong and had been complaining about it for more than a year.

These are sophisticated people at Rational Ground who keep their own charts and host data programs of their own.

They have been curious all along about the exaggerations, the poor communication regarding the gradients of risk, the lags and holes in the demographic data on hospitalization and death, to say nothing of the strange way in which the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been manipulating presentations on everything from masking to vaccination status and much more.

It’s been a strange experience for them, especially since other countries in the world have been absolutely scrupulous about collecting and distributing data, even when the results do not comport with policy priorities.

There can be little doubt, for example, that the missing data bears on the issue of vaccine effectiveness and very likely demonstrates that the claim that this was a “pandemic of the unvaccinated” is completely unsustainable, even from the time when it was first made.

In the New York Times story, many top epidemiologists were quoted expressing everything from frustration to outrage.

“We have been begging for that sort of granularity of data for two years,” said Jessica Malaty Rivera, an epidemiologist and part of the team that ran COVID Tracking Project, an independent effort that compiled data on the pandemic till March 2021.

A detailed analysis, she said, “builds public trust, and it paints a much clearer picture of what’s actually going on.”

Well, if public trust is the goal, it’s not going so well. In addition to the failings revealed here, there are many other questions concerning cases and whether and to what extent the PCR testing can really tell us what we need to know, to what degree did the misclassification problem affect death attribution, and so much more.

It seems that with each month that has gone by, what seemed to be these beautiful pictures of reality have faded into a murky data quagmire in which we don’t know what is real and what is not. And ever more, the CDC itself has urged us to ignore what we do see (VAERS data, for example).

Dr. Robert Malone makes an interesting point. If a scientist at a university or a lab is found to have deliberately buried relevant data because they contradict a preset conclusion, the results are professional ruin. The CDC, however, has legal privileges that allows it to get away with actions that would otherwise be considered fraud in academia.

There are many analogies between economics and epidemiology, as many have noticed over the last two years. The attempt to plan the economy in the past has suffered from many of the same failures as the attempt to plan a pandemic.

There are collection problems, unintended consequences, knowledge problems, issues of mission creep, uncertainties over causal inference, a presumption that all agents obey the plan when in fact they do not and a wild pretense that planners have the necessary knowledge, skill and coordination required to presume to replace the decentralized and dispersed knowledge base that makes society work.

Murray Rothbard called statistics the Achilles heel of economic planning. Without the data, economists and bureaucrats couldn’t even begin to believe they could achieve their far-flung dreams, much less put them into practice.

For this reason, he favored leaving all economic data collection to the private sector so that it is actually useful for enterprise rather than abused by government.

In addition, there is simply no way that data alone can provide a genuine full picture of reality. There will always be holes. It will always be late. There will always be mistakes. There will always be uncertainties over causality.

Moreover, all data represents a snapshot in time and can prove extremely misleading with changes over time. And these can be fatal for decision making.

We are seeing this play itself out in epidemiological planning too. The endless streams of data over two years have created what Sunetra Gupta calls “the illusion of control” when in fact the world of pathogens and its interaction with the human experience is infinitely complex.

That illusion also creates dangerous habits on the part of planners, which we’ve seen.

There was never a reason to close schools, lock people in their homes, block travel, shut businesses, mask kids, mandate vaccines and so on.

It’s almost as if they wanted human beings to behave in ways that better fit their own modeling techniques rather than allow their knowledge base to defer to the complexity of the human experience.

And now we know that we’ve been denied information that the CDC has kept in hiding for the better part of a year, undoubtedly to serve the purpose of forcing the appearance of reality to more closely conform to a political narrative.

We only have a fraction of what has been accumulated. What we thought we knew was only a glimpse of what was actually known on the inside.

There is no shortage of scandals associated with pandemic policy over two years. For those who are interested in finding out precisely what caused the lights to be dimmed or even turned out on modern civilization, we can add another scandal to the list.

Pfizer and Bristol Myers Squibb this month revived the “No Time to Wait” ad campaign urging people experiencing heart issues to visit their doctors. The two drugmakers developed and market Eliquis, the top-selling drug for the very heart conditions associated with people who received Pfizer’s COVID vaccine.

Two major pharmaceutical companies chose February, the month of love — or hearts — to launch an advertising campaign urging people experiencing heart issues for the first time to visit their doctors.

Pfizer and Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) this month revived the “No Time to Wait” ad campaign, spending $1.28 million on TV ads alone.

The campaign warns anyone experiencing palpitations and shortness of breath that they may be at increased risk of developing atrial fibrillation (AF), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), other types of blood clots and strokes — the same types of cardiovascular ailments found among people who have received COVID-19 vaccines.

So the main serious side effect of taking the new drug, Eliquis, is bleeding.
The medicine causes the thing it is supposed to treat and cure. And all of this "bleeding" symptom is of a SERIOUS nature.
("Doctor" Dachsie deduces that taking this medicine Eliquis probably requires close monitoring by the prescribing doctor involving frequent blood tests and doctor visits.)

Side effects are not shown on the bascically blank paper in the package that contains the vial of COVID vaccine because these vaccines are classified as Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) / experimental / not approved.

Just to add a little more confusing information, abnormal vaginal "bleeding" and "clots" happen to unvaccinated females from living or working in close proximity to a vaccinated person. This is said to be caused by the "shedding" phenomena. something else most of our doctors do not tell us about. Don't even ask.

I have only listened to about the first half hour of this video and so I do not know what the " PI " variant is that THEY apparently are about to start pushing. I hope this is not "click bait" trick and you must listen to almost all of the video before you are told what the PI variant is.

Still this appears to be valuable general information about the latest information and propaganda and tricks and strategies used to put out this information.

I would comment that most people here now know not to take "the vaccine" at all under any circumstances, especially the more information we have that has come out about the FDA, CDC, and HHS / NIH and NIAID and how these federal agencies are totally under "regulatory capture", that is, they are owned and financed in various major and suspect ways by BigPharma. And there is no way we can give true "informed consent" to taking these vaccines.

(In many ways, it appears that the push for the vaccine is being slyly phased out now and there is a "new boss" being slyly pushed now, and "the new boss is the same as the old boss.")

However, what is being done to patients now is using of the "test" for COVID 19" in a coercive way. Thee tests are the new "proof of vaccine" that is, the new "passport."

There are three general categories of tests for "COVID-19":

the PCR test,

no longer authorized for use by the CDC as of 12-33-21. Long nasal swab of cribriform plate near brain. Results take several days to receive as are sent off to an out-of-state place.

the COVID 19 Rapid Antigen test

short swab in exterior part of nasal passage, immediate results on paper and/or tot your smart cell phone or ? to your email address if you don't have a smart phone ?.

at-home test
you get this test, a test kit, from a local drug store.

Results are fast but not immediate. Could take 24 to 48 hours.
Test results are digital only - a text to your smart cell phone
Dachsie does not think or see how the results from this at-home test could be used for official policy purposes by any entity. Too much room for error on the part of the patient in taking this at-home test. So I do not understand the purpose at all for these at-home COVID-19 tests. Perhaps just to train us Pavlovian dogs to training rules and impersonal procedures.

I think you must or may ? optionally register at an online web address and get a " code" and not exactly sure but think the code number must appear on the physical test sample you send in,

and not sure if your test submission is sent in by US mail or special mail service, whatever kit says.

My main point is that these test results are being used as acceptable for meeting the qualification requirement procedure for obtaining outpatient medical procedure at a hospital.

I do not know anything at all about the accuracy of these tests and do not know if the place where the outpatient medical procedure is to be performed notifies the patient that they may not get the outpatient procedure done if their test results show "positive" for having "COVID 19 virus."

These test results of "negative" or "positive" are just as suspect and meaningless as the PCR test. (We know about the "soup" that is the sample specimen that is examined under a lab microscope. We do not what is found to make the determination that the patient is "negative" for having "COVID 19 virus" or is "positive" for having "COVID 19 virus.")

Yet these tests are now required as "passport"or ticket to get outpatient surgery / / hospital medical procedure. IT is not known for sure how the test results, the passport, will be used by the outpatient procedure entity to determine whether you will be allowed to have outpatient medical procedure. It is assumed that this entity is separate from the medical care provider who will be performing the procedure, that is, "your doctor."

The word "Passport" is actually in the printed patient instruction sheet and is particularly offensive and suspect and authoritarian and coercive. (You cannot have medical procedure if you don't pass the test and provide proper proof of negative tests that are time/date certain. Your papers please!)

These tests are the new coercive trick to force behavior and submission on your part. We have zero information about the safety and effectiveness of these tests or meaningfulness of the test results.

Dachsie is even more puzzled by the fact that the FDA downloadable "Fact Sheet for Healthcare Providers" document appears to tell about a testing product made by a manufacturer / corporate entity which may or may not be a legally separate entity from the FDA ?.

Another vague area of information Dachsie perceives is that this IHealth COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test product is also under the FDA's classification as an "Emergency Use Authorization" EUA status.


Another vague area of information is that I do not know if IHealth test product is only one of several tests of several companies / corporations that have a similar test product now in use.

And I do not know if the particular brand name of the test that I may take at a local testing center is the Ihealth brand of test or if it is another brand and whether that other brand of test has the EUA FDA status of being "authorized."

And I do not know if the information fact sheet applies to the administrator of the test, the natural person, who gives the swab test to another natural person at a "testing center" or is there a different "FDA Fact sheet" for each different kind of EUA authorized test.

And I do not know if "testing center" is the correct legal term for a physical facility building / office where legally authorized COVID-19 tests are administered. Seems those "testing centers" ought to have the EUA official FDA designation too.
(I will not even think about who exactly owns stock in these testing manufacturers and testing centers.)

There is a current in-force legal judgement and injunction by the New York State Supreme Court that makes it illegal for schools or businesses to require people to wear masks, yet Hochul governor not happy and New York City ordinance ? executive order ? still requires schools and businesses to require students and people / customers to wear masks.

This appears to break the law and injunction but even though state of New York entities must follow the legal ruling, the City of New York appears able to ignore the law in this matter. Schools and businesses are still requiring masks within the boundaries of New York City.

I do not know what is really happening right now in New York and/or New York City as far as schools and businesses requiring masks to be worn and if there has been a change in the law since the January 25, 2022 legal ruling, I do not know about that either.

Dachsie always had the understanding that if there is a legal injunction in force on the state of New York, that injunction applies also to "cities," and all other legal subdivision governmental entities of the state of New York.

The second half of this reposted video shows how grant money was greatly increased to certain scientists by NIAID / Dr. Fauci, scientists who promoted and advocated for the "natural origin of the virus" part of the official narrative.

Then there is the matter of old King George, who really did not lose the revolutionary war. He did grant American's sovereign status in their States, as long as we used his bank.

I dp know that in the state of Texas, regulations are written based on statutory laws passed by the state legislature and those rules (regulations) go through a time period of public comment about the proposed regulation and then once the rule becomes accepted are then placed in and become part of the Texas Administrat8ve Code and The Texas Register publication which is The Texas registry entity.

The rule making procedure is followed by the particular state agency that is drawing up the rule and taking comments about the proposed regulation.
But it is the office of the Texas Secretary of State agency that publishes the Texas Register and posts the comments from the public in each weekly publication.
Then after the legally allowed period of time for public comments has completed and any and all public comments are considered, the regulation is "accepted" and the rule text, the regulation text, is electronically sent to the Secretary of State's office and there it is codified into The Texas Administrative Code and the fully accepted regulation is posted in the Texas Register AND is part of the Texas Administrative Code and is part of the "registry."

I think the state procedure is supposed the same format of procedures as for statutory laws made by the state legislatures and by the Federal regulations made by federal agencies.

It is pretty easy to see the vague nature of regulations and referring to them as "law" as though they were of the same nature and power as state or federal statutory law.

I have a big thick book that postulates that all state laws of Texas are lies and really not legal law at all. I have not looked at it in a long time,

Official data from Public Health Scotland confirms the vaccinated population have accounted for 4 in every 5 Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations and deaths over the past two months.

But a side by side comparison of those two months suggests the Covid-19 booster campaign has been a complete failure because the percentage of Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations and deaths have all gone down in the unvaccinated population whilst increasing drastically in the triple vaccinated population.

Nicola Sturgeon the First Minister of Scotland has insisted that mask wearing and vaccine passports will remain in Scotland despite Boris Johnson the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom scrapping both requirements at the end of January, and pledging to possibly scrap all remaining restrictions towards the end of February.

Mask wearing, as anyone with an oune of intelligence should know, is of course completely pointless because the virus is small enough to penetrate the holes found in surgical masks and FFP3 masks. So the cloth masks sold by Dr Julia Grace Patterson (an unregistered doctor who is really a psychiatrist) and her EveryDoctor venture are just borderline idiotic.

But what’s fast becoming even more idiotic is the idea that a vaccine passport system is the way forward, because official Public Health Scotland data shows it is the vaccinated who are most likely to spread Covid-19, it is the vaccinated who are most likely to be hospitalised with Covid-19, and it is the vaccinated who are most likely to die of Covid-19.

Covid-19 Cases

Public Health Scotland (PHS) publish a weekly Covid-19 Statistical report containing data on Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations and deaths by vaccination status.

The following chart has been collated from data found in table 11 of the PHS Covid-19 Statistical Report published 12th Jan 22, and table 12 of the PHS Covid-19 Statistical Report published 9th Feb 22, and it shows the number of Covid-19 cases by vaccination status betweeen 11th Dec 21 and 7th Jan 22, and between 8th Jan and 4th Feb 22.

Overall cases have dropped in the last month in all demographics significantly compared to the number of cases recorded between 11th Dec and 7th Jan 22, but in both months the vaccinated have accounted for the vast majority of cases.

The main difference between the two months is that the double vaccinated accounted for the majority of cases between 11th Dec and 8th Jan 22; recording 145,890 cases, but the triple vaccinated accounted for the majority of cases between 8th Jan and 4th Feb 22; recording 46,951 cases.

However, despite cases declining in all demographics over the past two months the data is still quite concerning in regards to the effectiveness of the Covid-19 injections, because as is illustrated in the following chart; the percentage of Covid-19 cases in the unvaccinated has descreased, whilst the percentage of cases among the vaccinated has increased significantly, but mainly in the tripple jabbed.

Between 11th Dec and 7th Jan 22 the unvaccinated population accounted for 15% of cases, but fast forward one month and we find that between 8th Jan and 4th Feb 22 the unvaccinated only accounted for 13% of cases despite the huge roll-out of the third dose to millions in December.

The vaccinated population accounted for 85% of cases between 11th Dec and 7th Jan 22, with 9% of those cases among the one-dose vaccinated, 32% of those cases among the triple vaccinated, and 59% of those cases among the double vaccinated.

But fast forward one month and we find that the vaccinated accounted for 87% of cases, with the one-dose vaccinated accounting for 4% of those cases, the double vaccinated accounting for 33% of those cases, and the triple vaccinated accounting for 63% of those cases.

This means that despite cases falling among all demographics they actually fell the most among the not vaccinated, single vaccinated, and double vaccinated, with the lowest drop coming in the triple vaccinated. This doesn’t make sense if the Covid-19 vaccines are effective. Clearly they are not, at least when it comes to preventing infection.

Covid-19 Hospitalisations

The following chart has been collated from data found in table 12 of the PHS Covid-19 Statistical Report published 12th Jan 22, and table 13 of the PHS Covid-19 Statistical Report published 9th Feb 22, and it shows the number of Covid-19 hospitalisations by vaccination status betweeen 11th Dec 21 and 7th Jan 22, and between 8th Jan and 4th Feb 22.

The main difference between the data on hospitalisations and the data on cases is that overall hospitalisations have increased in the most recent month compared to the number of hospitalisations recorded between 11th Dec and 7th Jan 22, but that increase is only down to a huge increase in hospitalisations among the triple vaccinated population because hospitalisations among all other demographics including the unvaccinated decreased.

Hospitalisations among the unvaccinated fell by -24% to 402 compared to 545 in December. Hospitalisations among the one-dose vaccinated also fell but by just -1.6% from 123 to 121, and hospitalisations among the double vaccinated fell by -28.7% from 763 to 544.

But hospitalisations among the triple vaccinated increased by 88% to 1,430 compared to 762 in December.

This again raises questions surrounding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 injections, because as is illustrated in the following chart; the percentage of Covid-19 hospitalisations in the unvaccinated has descreased, whilst the percentage of hospitalisations among the vaccinated has increased significantly, but only because of the triple vaccinated.

Between 11th Dec and 7th Jan 22 the unvaccinated population accounted for 25% of hospitalisations, but fast forward one month and we find that between 8th Jan and 4th Feb 22 the unvaccinated only accounted for 19.5% of hospitalisations despite the huge roll-out of the third dose to millions in December.

The vaccinated population accounted for 75% of hospitalisations between 11th Dec and 7th Jan 22, with 7% of those hospitalisations among the one-dose vaccinated, 46% of those hospitalisations among the triple vaccinated, and 47% of those hospitalisations among the double vaccinated.

But fast forward one month and we find that the vaccinated accounted for 80.5% of hospitalisations, with the one-dose vaccinated accounting for 6% of those hospitalisations, the double vaccinated accounting for 26% of those hospitalisations, and the triple vaccinated accounting for 68% of those hospitalisations.

This doesn’t make sense if the Covid-19 vaccines are effective. Clearly they are not, at least when it comes to preventing both infection and hospitalisation.

Covid-19 Deaths

The following chart has been collated from data found in table 13 of the PHS Covid-19 Statistical Report published 12th Jan 22, and table 14 of the PHS Covid-19 Statistical Report published 9th Feb 22, and it shows the number of Covid-19 deaths by vaccination status betweeen 4th Dec and 31st Dec 21, and between 1st Jan and 28th Jan 22.

Unlike cases, but just like hospitalisations, deaths rose overall between 1st Jan and 28th Jan 22 compared to the number recorded in December, and yet again this was solely due to the triple vaccinated population.

Deaths rose from 40 among the triple vaccinated between 4th Dec and 31st Dec 21, to a concerning 238 between 1st Jan and 28th Jan 22. This represents a 495% increase in deaths compared to just a 30% increase in deaths among the unvaccinated population at the same time rising from 46 to just 60.

This once again raises serious questions regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccines, because as is illustrated in the following chart; the percentage of Covid-19 deaths in the unvaccinated has descreased, whilst the percentage of deaths among the vaccinated has increased significantly, but again only because of the triple vaccinated.

Between 4th Dec and 31st Dec 21 the unvaccinated population accounted for 19% of deaths, but fast forward one month and we find that between 1st Jan and 28th Jan 22 the unvaccinated only accounted for 14% of deaths despite the huge roll-out of the third dose to millions in December.

The vaccinated population accounted for 81% of deaths between 4th Dec and 31st Dec 21, with 9% of those deaths among the one-dose vaccinated, 21% of those deaths among the triple vaccinated, and 70% of those deaths among the double vaccinated.

But fast forward one month and we find that the vaccinated accounted for 86% of deaths, with the one-dose vaccinated accounting for 4% of those deaths, the double vaccinated accounting for 32% of those deaths, and the triple vaccinated accounting for 64% of those deaths.

This doesn’t make sense if the Covid-19 vaccines are effective. Clearly they are not effective at preventing transmission or infection. They are not effective at preventing hospitalisation, and they are not effective at preventing death. They seem to actually make things considerably worse.

Pandemic of the Fully Vaccinated

The following chart shows the percentage of Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations by vaccination status in Scotland between 11th Dec 21 and 4th Feb 22, and the percentage of Covid-19 deaths by vaccination status in Scotland between 4th Dec 21 and 28th Jan 22.

Official Pulic Health Scotland data shows that the vaccinated population accounted for 86% of Covid-19 cases, 80% of Covid-19 hospitalisations, and 84% of Covid-19 deaths. Abstract

Preclinical studies of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2, developed by Pfizer and BioNTech, showed reversible hepatic effects in animals that received the BNT162b2 injection. Furthermore, a recent study showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNA can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the genome of human cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of BNT162b2 on the human liver cell line Huh7 in vitro. Huh7 cells were exposed to BNT162b2, and quantitative PCR was performed on RNA extracted from the cells. We detected high levels of BNT162b2 in Huh7 cells and changes in gene expression of long interspersed nuclear element-1 (LINE-1), which is an endogenous reverse transcriptase. Immunohistochemistry using antibody binding to LINE-1 open reading frame-1 RNA-binding protein (ORFp1) on Huh7 cells treated with BNT162b2 indicated increased nucleus distribution of LINE-1. PCR on genomic DNA of Huh7 cells exposed to BNT162b2 amplified the DNA sequence unique to BNT162b2. Our results indicate a fast up-take of BNT162b2 into human liver cell line Huh7, leading to changes in LINE-1 expression and distribution. Now that war has broken out in Ukraine, ginned up by the rhetoric from the Biden Administration and mainstream media, Americans and the world’s focus has shifted from COVID-19 deaths and the skyrocketing deaths and devastating neurological and heart damage following the experimental COVID shots to the new war with Russia over Ukraine. Drumbeats are starting to sound about China’s threats to invade Taiwan, the source of the majority of computer chips for the US and much of the world.

Why is there such intense attention to an overseas conflict at this particular moment, given pressing economic issues with escalating inflation, threats to medical freedom on all fronts, and talk of forced quarantine camps and compulsory vaccination? And all of this is hitting America in this critical mid-term election year that could upset Democrat control of the House and Senate –IF we have an honest election this time.

Recent interviews with courageous military whistleblowers, international attorneys, and retired military leadership outlined ominous connections between several major national and international converging events. Could these signal an orchestrated plan moving towards increasing totalitarian control over Americans and other western democracies?

The “Russia, Russia, Russia” chorus from U.S. officials and media—not Ukrainian officials—have now lit the fires of devastating armed conflict in Ukraine. An overseas military action not only serves as a massive distraction from medical tyranny in the U.S. but more importantly provides legal “cover” for planned forced vaccination of all military members, as well as forced quarantine and compulsory vaccination of American civilians similar to the violent tyranny taking place in Australia and Austria.

Purging our military of anyone who has requested a religious or medical exemption from the experimental COVID shots weakens our military readiness. COVID shots were mandated under an order issued by the Secretary of Defense, who is not legally authorized to require products still under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), and the medical complications have increased exponentially.

Meanwhile, other infectious disease threats are emerging. A hantavirus hemorrhagic fever broke out in China just prior to the Olympics, followed by the abrupt departure of President Vladimir Putin from China’s opening ceremonies when several of his security team reportedly became ill with this serious viral fever.

Then came reports of two other hemorrhagic fever outbreaks: Marburg virus cases in West Africa and South Africa, and two Lassa fever cases in Britain. Is the threat of hemorrhagic fever being used to cause more fear around the world, providing an excuse for more lockdowns and forced quarantine?

And what about the similarities of 5G radiation exposure damage-causing symptoms similar to hemorrhagic fever complications, and is hitting the same five categories of biological damage that COVID-19 illness causes, and the COVID-19 experimental shots are causing? These are issues the public needs to know but are not being discussed in the media, even though these connections threaten the health of all of us.

Marburg virus disease (MVD) can be spread through contact with infected people, African fruit bats, or monkeys, a non-human primate carrier. The incubation period ranges from a few days up to a month. Recall the truck crash that occurred in Pennsylvania, spilling cages of about 100 monkeys. One woman helping capture the animals was exposed to monkey secretions, but apparently was not quarantined for observation, in spite of early symptoms. Why wasn’t this person kept under observation for possible MVD? At the same time, those exposed to possible COVID-19 ARE forced to quarantine for 5-10 days, depending on vaccination status. The CDC appeared to have a concern about this, based on invoking the November 25, 2020, Marburg Prep Act in February 2022.

Arizona’s governor issued executive orders delegating unheard of emergency powers to the Arizona Department of Health, recently exposed in connection with several Arizona counties’ Inter-Agency Agreements with the federal government to create government-run “quarantine facilities” with the power to take people by force, without due process, into quarantine. A similar process is underway in New York state.

Military and Border Patrol whistleblowers report a greater than 1,000% increase in “masked flights.” These are private charters contracted by the Department of Homeland Security that originate from U.S. southern border airports and take planeloads of illegal migrants to facilities around cities across America—at taxpayer expense. Why is such a buildup of mostly military-age unvaccinated migrant males, in America illegally, taking place across America at the same time our own experienced military service members, who took an Oath to the US Constitution, are being purged from the military for requesting a vaccine exemption?

At the same time, Americans are subjected to draconian efforts to stifle free speech through the collusion of Big Tech, media, global corporations, and government at all levels, exemplified by the Department of Homeland Security’s recent designation of COVID and vaccine educational programs counter to the government narrative now being considered “misinformation” and a domestic terrorism threat.

The confluence of all these events, at the same time, that Canada has fallen to a totalitarian dictatorship, and the organizer of the Canadian Trucker’s Freedom Convoy was found dead in her jail cell, should concern every thinking American. We are next in the crosshairs of a global dictatorship.

There are many unanswered questions, but “connecting the dots” creates a potentially chilling picture. All of these events clearly combine to serve the globalist agenda of collapsing America as a Constitutional Republic and dismantling America’s Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

What does this agenda mean for Americans? Are globalists planning to trigger more fear and use it to take control of YOUR life under cover of “protecting” you from a crisis they are creating?

Action steps Americans can take to help save our Constitutional Republic include:

File criminal complaints with your state Attorney General.
Investigate the use of the surety bond process with public officials who are not following the rule of law and duty to serve the public.
Attend state legislature meetings and speak out.
Attend local school board, city council, board of supervisor meetings in your areas and speak out against their dictatorial edicts that violate our U.S. and state constitutions.
Set up your “emergency preparedness” kit of supplies with medicines, supplements, medical records, and other supplies you would need in event of any disaster such as hurricanes, winter storms, tornados, or a new pandemic.

No one is coming to save us from tyranny. Each American must act locally using the legal tools for us to so, and put a plan in place at home to protect our families. GET LOUD. GET INVOLVED. We are all that stand in the gap between freedom and utter tyrannical control of every aspect of our lives.

I do know that in the state of Texas, regulations are written based on statutory laws passed by the state legislature and those rules (regulations) go through a time period of public comment about the proposed regulation and then once the rule becomes accepted are then placed in and become part of the Texas Administrat8ve Code and The Texas Register publication which is The Texas registry entity.

The rule making procedure is followed by the particular state agency that is drawing up the rule and taking comments about the proposed regulation.
But it is the office of the Texas Secretary of State agency that publishes the Texas Register and posts the comments from the public in each weekly publication.
Then after the legally allowed period of time for public comments has completed and any and all public comments are considered, the regulation is "accepted" and the rule text, the regulation text, is electronically sent to the Secretary of State's office and there it is codified into The Texas Administrative Code and the fully accepted regulation is posted in the Texas Register AND is part of the Texas Administrative Code and is part of the "registry."

I think the state procedure is supposed the same format of procedures as for statutory laws made by the state legislatures and by the Federal regulations made by federal agencies.

It is pretty easy to see the vague nature of regulations and referring to them as "law" as though they were of the same nature and power as state or federal statutory law.

I have a big thick book that postulates that all state laws of Texas are lies and really not legal law at all. I have not looked at it in a long time,

The New York Times has finally caught up with what many of us have suspected all along—The Centers for Disease Control is withholding key COVID 19 data from the public, largely because CDC needs time to spin the data so it is not “misinterpreted.” Recent data released by the CDC about the effectiveness of boosters in the under-65 age range omitted large portions of the 18-49 year old population group. Earlier, CDC stopped releasing data on breakthrough infections of the vaccinated. The Times reported that Kristen Nordlund, a CDC spokeswoman, confirmed the agency has been reluctant to make public the data it has collected “because they might be misinterpreted as the vaccines being ineffective.”

This is government-speak for the data not measuring up to the propaganda. For example, the CDC not releasing information on breakthrough COVID infections only delayed the inevitable: the vaccines neither prevented infection or transmission, casting cold water on the CDC narrative of the vaccines being “safe and effective,” which remains a staple of CDC vaccine promotion. Withholding data on the 18-49 population is very likely covering up what a Columbia University study, data from One America Life Insurance, many funeral homes, and Pfizer’s own confidential submission to the FDA already have confirmed: There is a huge side effect and death rate increase among the vaccinated of this age group.

A Columbia University study concluded that VAERS deaths are 20 times higher than estimated (up to 400,000 deaths in the US) and that the risks of COVID vaccination outweigh the benefits in children, young and middle age adults, and in older age groups with low occupational risk. An analysis of 2021 deaths by actuaries of OneAmerica, a $100 billion, 145-year-old Indiana life insurance company, indicates a death rate increase of 40% from pre-pandemic levels, with an alarming majority of deaths in primarily working-age people 18-64. Another study of death certificates by The Epoch Times corroborates this phenomena, reporting deaths among people aged 18-49 increased “more than 40% in the 12 months ending October 2021 compared to the same period in 2018-2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Meanwhile, random reports from certified funeral directors and embalmers are surfacing that there is up to a 90% increase in deaths of COVID vaccinated people with veins and arteries clogged by “strange, rubbery, worm-like clots.” Executive Director of the Vaccine Research Center Steve Kirsch estimated that vaccine related deaths could be as high as 676,000 in the past six months. This outcome could easily have been predicted by the Pfizer adverse event report to the FDA—had it been publicly released. Reported side effects on pregnant women, heart conditions, blood clots, anaphylactic shock, and lack of efficacy were withheld from the public as the government propagandized that the vaccine was “safe and effective.” In fact, the Appendix of the report lists 9 pages–472 lines and 2072 words–of “Adverse Events of Special Interest.”

The funeral directors all said that they were concerned about speaking up about the vaccine-related deaths because those who come forward questioning the government’s vaccine narrative are mocked, ridiculed, and reputations ruined. This has been the same treatment doctors received when questioning CDC’s mandated COVID protocols they believe caused thousands to die in hospitals. At a time when the Department of Homeland Security warns in its terrorist advisory that COVID misinformation undermines public trust in the government, these studies and facts indicate the government is undermining its own trust. Give us the information, let us decide for ourselves. As Christ said in John 8:32, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Truth is in the best interest of the public trust. If you can handle it.

U S Poison Control centers have issued an official warning of toxic chemical in the kits.

The reagent liquid in the kit contains sodium azide which is used as a preservative in these kits.

There are things of same size, one is reagent liquid and the other is the swab in the kit. I think only the one labeled reagent contains the poison and is not to be used to swab inside the nose.

None of this made clear in these reports, not even the poison control report.

Lots of mistakes will be made by at-home users and these test results really cannot be counted on for anything, but they say the tests can recognize when "the virus antigens" are present in the sample and that is false. Show me the science for these tests.

Io do not know if the label clearly shows the ingredients - the sodium azide - on the box.

(These appears only use for lucrative NIH contract award to China company to pay off Hunter and the Big Guy.
Hopefully no one here ever buys and uses this test.)

Some at-home rapid COVID-19 tests contain a toxic chemical that may be harmful to both children and adults, according to health officials.

The Cincinnati Drug and Poison Information Center reported an uptick in accidental exposures to a possibly toxic substance, sodium azide, in at-home COVID-19 test kits, according to a blog post. Meanwhile, the National Poison Control Center issued a warning about the chemical.

“It is important to know that the extraction vial in many rapid antigen kits includes the chemical sodium azide as a preservative agent,” the center said. “The BinaxNow, BD Veritor, Flowflex, and Celltrion DiaTrust COVID-19 rapid antigen kits all contain this chemical.”

Sodium azide is a colorless, odorless powder that testers dip cotton swabs into. The chemical is found in herbicides, pest control agents, and airbags for cars.

“Small doses of sodium azide can lower blood pressure, and larger doses may cause more serious health effects,” an advisory from Health Canada also said. “ProClin is also found in many kits. It contains chemicals that can cause skin and eye irritation, as well as allergic reactions.”

Some hospitals around the United States say they have received a surge in phone calls about exposures to the chemical.

“We started getting our first exposures to these test kits around early November,” said Sheila Goertemoeller, pharmacist and clinical toxicologist for the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. “It was, really, all ages.”
“Mostly, I’ve been very worried about our young children.”

Accidental exposure is occurring among both children and adults, said Dr. Kelly Johnson-Arbor, with the National Capital Poison Center in Washington, told WNEP over the weekend.

“People might mistake them for eye drops. Children might drop it onto their skin. Adults will sometimes mistakenly put them into their eyes,” she said.

“You don’t want to leave it on the skin because it could potentially cause an allergic reaction or a skin rash.
“If someone drinks the solution, it’s really important to contact poison control right away. The solutions have different ingredients. Some have non-toxic ingredients and others have more dangerous ingredients.”

Officials told WNEP that there’s no need to throw away the test kits, but people should be mindful when using them.

“Use them properly, dispose of them properly, and it won’t cause an issue,” Dr. Jeffrey Jahre, with St. Luke’s University Health Network, told the outlet.

If you suspect you or someone you know has ingested the chemical, officials recommend not to make the person vomit. For eye exposures, rinse the eyes for 15 to 20 minutes with warm water. For skin exposures, rinse the skin well with tap water. Immediately check the Poison Control Center’s online tool for guidance or call poison control at 1-800-222-1222, the website says.
