CHD Appeals Dismissal of Lawsuit Against FDA for ‘Deceptive’ Approval of Pfizer’s Comirnaty Vaccine
The District Court should not have dismissed a lawsuit filed last year by Children’s Health Defense against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration alleging the agency’s licensure of Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine was deceptive and rushed, CHD argued last week in its brief.

The court should not have dismissed a lawsuit filed last year by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) alleging the agency’s licensure of Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine was deceptive and rushed, CHD attorneys argued last week.
In a reply brief filed May 6 in the U.S. 6th Circuit District Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Tennessee, attorneys for CHD argued the lower court erred when it ruled CHD lacked standing in the case.
“CHD satisfies the elements necessary for Article III standing as CHD members suffered an ‘injury in fact‘ when the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) required military personnel to take Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID-19 vaccines, claiming the vaccines were fully licensed,” said Ray Flores, attorney for the plaintiffs.
In its lawsuit filed in August 2021, CHD alleged the FDA’s licensure was a “classic bait and switch,” which allowed Pfizer, the Biden administration, the U.S. military and employers to exhort people to take “licensed” vaccines when in fact the vaccines available and being administered continued to be the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccines.
FDA attorneys argued CHD should sue the DOD, not the FDA. However, Flores said that because the FDA and DOD collaborated on the vaccine’s development, the military’s mandates were not independent third-party actions and rather were the result of a partnership with the FDA.
“Were it not for the FDA enabling the DOD to trick soldiers into believing all Pfizer vaccines were approved, the DOD wouldn’t have been allowed to mandate experimental vaccines or treat soldiers like human ‘guinea pigs,’” Flores said.
Attorneys for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), arguing on behalf of the FDA, asked the court to believe there is no difference between the Pfizer Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, stating the FDA approved and authorized a single vaccine.
According to the DOJ and HHS attorneys:
“In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, FDA has permitted the distribution of a vaccine [singular] manufactured by Pfizer and BioNTech, first pursuant to an EUA and then (under the trade name Comirnaty) pursuant to an approved biologics license application. For ease, this brief refers to the products [plural] as the Pfizer vaccine.”
Commenting on the above, Flores said:
“As Pfizer’s largest customer, why won’t the U.S. government buy the Comirnaty vaccine, which is available in other countries? And if the U.S. government was aware the licensed Comirnaty vaccine would not be available, then why did the FDA approve it? Wouldn’t Americans want a licensed product over an experimental one?”
By licensing the unavailable Comirnaty vaccine, the FDA led the public to believe the experimental Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine — the one being administered — is safe and effective, even though it is not licensed, Flores said.
“This ruse intentionally fills the public with a false sense of security and entices action through deceit,” Flores said.
The difference between an EUA vaccine and one that is licensed, or fully approved, is “more than academic,” Flores said, as licensed vaccines have heightened manufacturing standards and different remedies in the event of death or other adverse reactions.
Persons injured by EUA vaccines are entitled, “theoretically, at least,” Flores said, to limited compensation under the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program.
However, adults injured by a licensed vaccine can apply for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which allows for attorney fees, costs and other damages.
“The bottom line is the FDA approved and authorized dangerous COVID-19 vaccines,” Flores said. “The enormity of the harm, lost careers, educational opportunities, severe injury and death and, in more and more instances, segregation from participation in society itself — experienced at nearly every level of society — traces back to premature licensure and the FDA’s ‘bait and switch.’”
The appeals court is expected to hear oral arguments this summer.

The CDC’s website calls it a myth that the vaccines cause variants.
“FACT: COVID-19 vaccines do not create or cause variants of the virus that causes COVID-19. Instead, COVID-19 vaccines can help prevent new variants from emerging,” the website states.
“New variants of a virus happen because the virus that causes COVID-19 constantly changes through a natural ongoing process of mutation (change). As the virus spreads, it has more opportunities to change. High vaccination coverage in a population reduces the spread of the virus and helps prevent new variants from emerging,” it also says.
The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), a nonprofit, asked the CDC in Freedom of Information Act requests for documentation supporting the claim.
In one request, the group asked for “All documents sufficient to support that COVID-19 vaccines do not create or cause variants of the virus that causes COVID-19.”
Another requested “All documents sufficient to support that the immunity conferred by COVID-19 vaccines does not contribute to virus evolution and the emergence of variants.”
The CDC has now responded to both requests, saying a search “found no records responsive” to them.
If the CDC is making declaratory statements, the agency should have documents supporting them, Aaron Siri, an attorney representing ICAN, told The Epoch Times.
The responses are “very troubling,” Siri said. “I thought the CDC was a data-driven organization, that they made their decisions based on the studies and the science and the data.”

In my May 5, 2022, posting number 3055 in this thread, I posted on this limiting the use of J&J Covid 19 "vaccine" because of blood clotting condition an Epoch Times article.
This article today posted is by Children's Defense and extensively hyperlinked in the original does a much more "fair and balanced" discussion of the REASONS and TIMING of this current regulatory action by the FDA.
As you will see from reading this article we can rule out FDA motivation based on overarching concerns for the health of the people. The FDA gives ridiculous reasons for this action and shows that their overarching concern is that everyone be pushed into taking some form of one of the 3 brands of vaccines in the USA. The fact is that all three of the vaccines cause blood clotting problems, although not necessarily the TTP condition. Strokes and heart attacks are also blood clotting conditions.
The FDA wants to MAKE IT APPEAR that they are doing the right thing for the right reason. Not possible for the FDA as we know it.
The more reasonable speculation is that they can restrict the least administered J&J jab without much reduction in the overall number of vaccines administered.
This is doing the fake good thing for a no-good wrong reason.
The FDA's actions and patterns of policy and regulation operate with their same usual and customary evil political motivations.
The money and the bad medicine will keep flowing and keep killing.

FDA Limits Use of J&J Vaccine Over Blood Clotting Disorder, But Experts Say Pfizer, Moderna Shots Pose Similar Risk
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Thursday put strict limits on the use of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine, citing the risk of a blood clotting condition, but experts say that Pfizer and Moderna pose similar risks.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Thursday put strict limits on the use of the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine, citing the risk of a blood-clotting condition the agency described as “rare and potentially life-threatening.”
In a statement Thursday, the FDA said the risk of vaccine recipients developing thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) after receiving the vaccine “warrants limiting the authorized use of the vaccine.”
The FDA said it has identified 60 cases of vaccine-induced thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, including nine deaths, out of about 18 million doses administered — although the condition is likely underreported.
Women 30 to 49 years old are at the highest risk of TTS from the J&J vaccine, with about eight cases per 1 million doses of vaccine administered, according to the FDA.
According to the latest data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), between Dec. 14, 2020, and April 29, 2022, there were 13,873 reports of blood-clotting disorders following COVID-19 vaccines in the U.S.
Of those, 6,227 reports were attributed to Pfizer, 4,943 reports to Moderna and 2,662 reports to J&J.
In the U.S., 575 million COVID-19 vaccine doses had been administered as of April 29, including 339 million doses of Pfizer, 217 million doses of Moderna and 19 million doses of J&J.
The agency said the “known and potential benefits” of the J&J vaccine for preventing COVID-19 outweigh the known and potential risks for individuals 18 and older “for whom other authorized or approved COVID-19 vaccines are not accessible or clinically appropriate,” or “who elect to receive the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine because they would otherwise not receive a COVID-19 vaccine.”
The agency described TTS as “a syndrome of rare and potentially life-threatening blood clots in combination with low levels of blood platelets with onset of symptoms approximately one to two weeks following administration of the Janssen [J&J] COVID-19 vaccine.”

The updated restrictions to the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the vaccine, marketed under the Janssen brand, also apply to booster doses, CNN reported.
People who can still get the Janssen vaccine include:
Those who had a severe allergic reaction to the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna mRNA vaccine.
Those with personal concerns about the mRNA vaccines who would remain unvaccinated unless they can choose the Janssen vaccine.
Those with limited access to mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
Symptoms of TTS include shortness of breath, chest pain, leg swelling, persistent abdominal pain, neurological symptoms (like headaches or blurred vision) or red spots just under the skin called “petechiae” found beyond the site of injection.
Experts question timing, and why just J&J?
Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said limiting the authorized use of the Janssen vaccine “demonstrates the robustness of our safety surveillance systems and our commitment to ensuring that science and data guide our decisions.”
Marks said:
“We’ve been closely monitoring the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and occurrence of TTS following its administration and have used updated information from our safety surveillance systems to revise the EUA.
“The agency will continue to monitor the safety of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and all other vaccines, and as has been the case throughout the pandemic, will thoroughly evaluate new safety information.”
However, Brian Hooker, Ph.D., P.E., Children’s Health Defense chief scientific officer and professor of biology at Simpson University, had a different take on the news.
“It seems like the FDA pays lip service to the fact that the spike protein can cause clotting, and to the widespread reports of clotting, by punishing Janssen, who has become the ‘whipping boy’ of the COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers through the pandemic,” Hooker said.
“I believe this is partially because of the limited use of the Janssen vaccine in the U.S. as compared to Pfizer and Moderna,” he added.
Hooker said the FDA can limit the use of the J&J vaccine without significantly impacting vaccine distribution overall, “while having the appearance of addressing the myriad vaccine adverse events caused by all the types of COVID-19 vaccines.”
As of Thursday, CNN reported only 7.7% of those considered fully vaccinated received the J&J vaccine.
Dr. Pierre Kory, founder and president of Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance, told The Defender:
“My only hypothesis is this action is some attempt for the FDA to be able to claim that they took at least some action to protect the safety of the public, akin to ‘virtue signaling.’
“Having been a keen observer of their actions throughout the pandemic, I find this action to be completely insufficient and demonstrates a calculated attempt to ensure vaccinations with similarly dangerous vaccines continue.”
Dr. Meryl Nass questioned the timing of the FDA’s restriction of the EUA.
“Why did the FDA just throw the kill switch on the Janssen vaccine, when it knew of the thrombosis problems since the rollout?” Nass asked.
Nass told The Defender the FDA may have known about the thrombosis problem even before the Janssen vaccine rollout, “since the adenovirus vector platform is known to be associated with thrombosis” for “more than 15 years.”
Kory, who noted that all COVID-19 vaccines have had a high rate of adverse events, also questioned the timing of the new restrictions.

“I find the timing of this action to be both irrational and alarming given there is extensive data from around the world, much of it being censored from media and medical journals, that all the COVID-19 vaccines, not just Janssen, have long had unacceptable and diverse toxicity signals — beyond just clotting disorders from numerous pharmacovigilance databases and epidemiological and public health data reports,” Kory said.
As far back as April 2021, U.S. and European health officials were investigating whether the J&J COVID-19 vaccines were causing blood clots.
However, there was already mounting evidence the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines could cause similar adverse reactions. U.S. regulatory officials were alerted to this risk as far back as December 2020.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in December 2021 recommended the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID vaccines over the J&J vaccine due to the risk of blood clots, despite data showing the Pfizer and Moderna shots also cause blood-clotting disorders.
In January 2021, shortly after the rollout of Pfizer’s vaccine in the U.S., The Defender reported on the death of a 56-year-old Florida doctor who developed a blood-clotting disorder after the Pfizer vaccine and died 12 days later.
The Defender also reported on numerous other deaths related to blood-clotting disorders that developed after the Moderna and J&J vaccines.
The J&J vaccine received EUA on Feb. 27, 2021.
On April 13, 2021, the FDA and CDC paused use of the vaccine to investigate six reported cases of TTS.
The agencies lifted the pause only 10 days later, after confirming a total of 15 cases of TTS had been reported to VAERS, including the original six reported cases, out of approximately 8 million doses administered.

FOIA Docs: Pfizer Causes Miscarriages and Stillborn Babies

Among the first reports handed over by Pfizer was a ‘Cumulative Analysis of Post-authorization Adverse Event Reports’ describing events reported to Pfizer up until February 2021. But were there any real and objective statements and results?
If the results were real, and Pfizer was really safe, reports of stillborn babies from all over the world would not be on the rise.
Netflix reality TV star Maya Vander told her fans last week of her devastating grief after she delivered a stillborn baby at 38 weeks of pregnancy on December 9.
“Yesterday was the hardest day of my life,” Vander, 39, posted on Instagram, with a picture of new baby clothes in a memory box she was taking home from hospital instead of her baby boy. “I always heard of it but never imagined I’ll be part of the statistics.”
“After her loss, she wrote in Insider magazine that she had felt less movement from the baby a few days before she learned her baby had died and also that her husband and two children were COVID-positive, although she had tested negative. She said the baby, who was “perfect” and weighed seven pounds and four ounces, would be autopsied,” Life Site News reported.
“There was a flurry of sympathetic news coverage about Vander’s loss, but not one article dared to ask burning questions: did COVID shots during her pregnancy have something to do with this baby’s death? Or did COVID have something to do with it, and the COVID shots failed?”
Here’s the data Pfizer denied to give out, calling upon the FOIA, when it was specifically requested by a group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, after a judge ruled that the FDA and Pfizer would have to answer their FOIA requests. Among the first reports handed over by Pfizer was a “Cumulative Analysis of Post-authorization Adverse Event Reports” describing events reported to Pfizer up until February 2021.
“The drug behemoth received more than 150,000 serious adverse event reports within three months of rolling out its COVID shot, but here we will focus on Table 6 of the data on pregnant and lactating women who received the shots in the first few months of the rollout, which began December 11. Most of these women would have been healthcare workers because that was who the first rounds of shots went to. As the clinical trials preceding the rollout excluded pregnant women, these would have been the first pregnant and lactating women to have ever received the vaccines.
Table 6 states that of 270 “unique pregnancies” that were exposed to the vaccine, “no outcome was provided for 238 pregnancies.”
This leaves 32 pregnancies with known outcomes.
Pfizer’s report states that there were 23 spontaneous abortions (miscarriages), two premature births with neonatal death, two spontaneous abortions with intrauterine death, one spontaneous abortion with neonatal death, and one pregnancy with “normal outcome.” That means that of 32 pregnancies with known outcome, 28 resulted in fetal death.
Pfizer’s report states that there were five pregnancies with “outcome pending” as well as the 238 with “no outcome provided.” But 32 minus 28 equals four, not five.
Because of this confusion, I called Pfizer and emailed questions to their media rep. Were 28 of 32 known pregnancy outcomes actually fatal in the first 10 weeks that the vaccine became available, as their report suggests? That’s an 87.5 % pregnancy loss rate? And only one pregnancy outcome was “normal”? Please correct me if I’m wrong about this.
No reply.
The FDA would have had these data in their hands by the end of April. Maybe this is why they wanted to hide it for 55 years?
Ordinarily, when a new drug or medical device is put into action, the onus is, and should be, on the drugmaker to prove that any unexpected events that occur afterwards are not related to the product. “All spontaneous reports have an implied causal relationship as per regulatory guidance, regardless of the reporter’s assessment,” according to adverse event reporting guidelines. But Pfizer and the FDA ignored events with the temporal association and plausible cause for injury and have blithely declared the vaccine “safe and effective” for pregnant women.”

“Normally, it’s only five or six stillbirths every year. So, about one stillbirth every two months is the usual rate,” he said. “So, to suddenly get to 86 stillbirths in six months, that’s highly unusual. But, the most important confirmation that we have from the Waterloo, Ontario report was that all of the [mothers of the] 86 stillbirths were fully vaccinated,” Dr Daniel Nagase, an Alberta doctor who was ordered to leave his Alberta hospital for treating three COVID patients with ivermectin, stated for a local news report.

Given the high numbers of doses given, the number of adverse events continues to climb. VigiBase, the database of the World Health Organization, reports pregnancy complications including:
* 3,952 spontaneous abortions
* 353 foetal deaths
* 189 missed abortions
* 166 premature labours
* 160 premature babies
* 154 abortions
* 150 slow movement of unborn baby
* 146 hemorrhages in pregnancy
* 132 premature deliveries
* 123 fetal growth restriction
* 120 stillbirths
* 105 ectopic pregnancies
* 90 pre-eclampsia
Another study that’s being heavily relied upon by the “experts” is from the New England Journal of Medicine.
“Initially the study was published with Table 4 showing “Spontaneous Abortion” after vaccination. The authors claimed that 104 pregnancy losses divided by 827 pregnancies resulted in 12.6% pregnancy loss rate, which is within a normal range. However, as Deanna McLeod, a professional cancer data analyst from Kaleidoscope Strategic Inc.in Toronto, and her colleagues pointed out in a letter to the NEJM, in the tiny print below the table was a statement that a “total of 700 participants received their first eligible dose in the third trimester.” Since the definition of spontaneous abortion pertains to pregnancy loss under 20 weeks gestation, that meant 700 women didn’t belong in the denominator because when they were vaccinated, they were already past the point of being able to have a spontaneous abortion. So, properly read, the fraction changed from 104/827 to 104/127 (81.9%). Hence, an 82% pregnancy loss rate for the first trimester pregnancies.”

COVID has a case fatality rates and reproduction rates that are, frankly, not really much worse than a bad flu season. Yet we are pushing untested death jabs that are killing millions, shut down our economy, printed $4 TRILLION+ dollars that devalued the dollar for working Americans and gave it all to billionaires, and masked our entire nation to deal with this. Why would anyone do this?
The answer is not apparent but quite clear if you investigate deeply enough, this is a war on America, and it is NOT the only front. Let’s look at what has happened since COVID and what is coming. When COVID began, we shut down almost all small and mid-sized businesses in America - the engine of our economy - while allowing big businesses (Walmart, Amazon, etc.) to stay open. This destroyed much of our middle class and transferred a MASSIVE amount of wealth to billionaires and away from the lower and middle classes.
While our businesses were closed, we saw months of riots, purportedly over the death of George Floyd. Regardless of how we feel about BLM or the Floyd PROTESTS, the riots were completely unacceptable but allowed to continue for months. In fact, while this was happening, instead of increasing law enforcement so legitimate protestors could do so safely and peacefully, we defunded the police in many places to allow for the law-breaking rioters to completely discredit any legitimacy there ever was to the real question of the realities of racism in law enforcement. Further, these riots destroyed numerous cities and small businesses (including minority businesses) and facilitated even more wealth transfer to the ruling rich by allowing them to snatch up more market-share and prime properties at a major discount.
Then we have the election. I do not care whether anyone reading this liked Trump or liked Biden, the reality is that this election was not safe and not secure. COVID was used as an excuse to alter election safeguards and procedures on a national level, and we now know conclusively that fraud did occur. Does this mean I can prove Donald Trump won; no, it does not. What I can say is that we did not have a fair and honest election and that it is quite suspicious that no one is considering the massive amounts of evidence (2000 Mules, Lindell, Pulitzer, etc.). If the machines were secure, then let us open them up, if the ballots were legitimate then let’s do an audit (not a recount), and if there is nothing to hide then let’s prove it so we can move on (unless there is something to hide). Regardless, the point is that the election is another example of an attack on America because, fraud or not, it has further divided us (and gave us the worst President in history).
With all that was happening, particularly including a terrible streak of PR for the death jabs, the President badly needed a distraction, so then we start on Ukraine. War is terrible and I always feel bad for the people suffering through war but isn’t it ironic that the same Democrats that had a conniption about the war in Iraq (where there were mind-boggling human rights abuses) simply could not stand by while a war occurred in Ukraine? The reality is that the Ukraine was the money-laundering capital for the global billionaire crowd and the attacks on Ukraine were attacks on the mega-rich (as well as Hunter Biden and “the big guy”) and that could not stand. At the same time Ukraine was a great distraction from the continual leak of truth about the death jabs and a phenomenal opportunity to print more money and launder it through Ukraine to the same corrupt billionaires (this is a whole other article). More inflation for Americans, more gifts to the rich.
After the election we started hearing about food shortages. These are not fully here yet, but they are coming. Right now, we have a baby formula shortage created by the FDA’s inexplicably long closure of one of the major producers of formula and shortages of raw materials due to policies implemented by the administration (all of which benefit billionaires while hurting the working class). Meanwhile, Biden is doing nothing about the moratorium on fertilizer shipments that Union Pacific and implemented, for literally no real reason, during the growing season. Union Pacific’s main owners are Blackrock and Vanguard and, let me assure you, the billionaires and leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (who control those companies) will not be going hungry but the lower- and middle-class American people will continue to see food prices skyrocket while many food items simply will not be available.
While much more is coming (new variants, the energy shortage, the currency collapse and financial crisis) the next immediate step is the “summer of rage”. Take a look at this:

Does this seem unbiased to anyone? The billionaires and the Anti-American crowd are now preparing for Roe v. Wade riots and if the SCOTUS does not overturn the case, they will find something else.
The important thing to understand is that all of this is about the war on America and our freedoms. A violent overthrow is not in anyone’s interests (Americans have too many guns) but the destruction of our nation through the destruction of our foundational values is absolutely occurring.
At this point we should be preparing for a “summer of rage”, the continued collapse of our financial system (inflation, gas prices, food prices, etc.), an upcoming energy crisis, and more new global diseases/variants. These “crises”, or similar “crises”, are coming. The question will be whether the American people simply stand and say no to this corruption or whether we lose our freedoms forever.

The Biden administration is paying hospitals to use remdesivir as the primary treatment for Covid despite the drug being highly ineffective against the virus and routinely causing severe adverse reactions, a top physician noted.
"Despite its horrible track record, the U.S. government actually pays hospitals a 20% upcharge for sticking to the remdesivir protocol, plus an additional bonus. Hospitals must also use remdesivir if they want liability protection," Dr. Joseph Mercola wrote for The Defender on May 12.
"Incentives like these have turned U.S. hospitals into veritable death traps, as more effective and far safer drugs are not allowed, and hospitals are essentially forced to follow the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention," Mercola wrote.
Remdesivir is also an extremely expensive drug, costing between $2,340 and $3,120 depending on your insurance.
Ivermectin, meanwhile, which has been very effective against Covid and shown to outperform other drugs, costs between $48 and $94 for 20 pills depending on your location. The average cost is said to be about $58 per treatment.

In late April, the FDA approved remdesivir as the first and only Covid treatment for children under 12, including babies as young as 28 days. The drug is also approved for outpatient use in children.
It has been known for more than year that remdesivir is not an effective Covid treatment. The World Health Organization (WHO) in November 2020 advised against using it for Covid patients.
"Curiously, while Big Tech — aided and abetted by the U.S. government — has spent the last two years censoring and banning any information that doesn’t jibe with the opinions of the WHO, the U.S. government has completely ignored the WHO’s recommendation against remdesivir," Mercola noted.
Forbes science reporter JV Chamary noted in a January 2021 article titled “The Strange Story of Remdesivir, a COVID Drug That Doesn’t Work”:
“The drug proved ineffective against the Ebola virus … yet was still subsequently repurposed for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. News media prematurely reported that patients were responding to treatment. But the published data later showed that 'remdesivir was not associated with statistically significant clinical benefits [and] the numerical reduction in time to clinical improvement in those treated earlier requires confirmation in larger studies.' "
In an April 30 blog post, Dr. Meryl Nass raised concern about the FDA’s approval of remdesivir for outpatient use in babies, stating: “Remdesivir received an early EUA (May 1, 2020) and then a very early license (October 22, 2020) despite a paucity of evidence that it actually was helpful in the hospital setting. A variety of problems can arise in its secondary use, including liver inflammation, renal insufficiency and renal failure."
In fact, Mercola noted, all Covid treatment drugs recommended by U.S. health authorities and pushed by their allies in Big Media "have been disastrous in one way or another."
Paxlovid "will in some cases cause the infection to rebound when the medication is withdrawn," Mercola wrote. "Molnupiravir (sold under the brand name Lagevrio) also has serious safety concerns. Not only might it contribute to cancer and birth defects, it may also supercharge the rate at which the virus mutates inside the patient, resulting in newer and more resistant variants."
"The fact that U.S. health authorities have focused on these drugs to the exclusion of all others, including older drugs with high rates of effectiveness and superior safety profiles, sends a very disturbing message," Mercola wrote. "They’ve basically become extensions of the drug industry and have abandoned their original purpose, which is to protect public health — by ensuring the safety and efficacy of drugs, in the case of the FDA, and by conducting critical science and data analysis in the case of the CDC. Instead, they seem to be doing everything they can to protect Big Pharma profits, even if it costs you your life."

It’s no mystery that chronic fatigue syndrome (or myalgic encephalomyelitis [ME]) is a viral disease, according to Hillary Johnson, author of “Osler’s Web: Inside the Labyrinth of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Epidemic.”
“There’s one infectious agent that causes ME, just as there’s one infectious agent that causes tuberculosis [and] one infectious agent that causes syphilis,” Johnson told Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on a recent episode of “RFK Jr. The Defender Podcast.”
“It’s not some ‘big stew’ or some combination of things that produces this extremely discrete disease,” she said.
Johnson and Kennedy discussed the origins of ME, which date to the late 1970s and early 1980s, around the same time AIDS emerged in the U.S.
From the beginning, experts commonly dismissed ME, with some disparagingly calling it “yuppie flu,” Kennedy pointed out.
He reminded listeners that when people first started taking notice of what came to be called chronic fatigue syndrome, which appeared mainly in women, some attributed it to “the incapacity of women to perform corporate-type jobs.”
Psychiatrists and public health officials “blamed this on women,” he said.
In the early 1980s, health experts wondered whether ME was a sort of “subset” of AIDS, or if AIDS was a subset of ME, because cases of the two diseases were “exploding simultaneously,” said Johnson.
She said the term “chronic fatigue syndrome” was coined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 1988.
“It was a name that was really conjured to cover up the severity of this disease, which actually for decades prior to ‘88, was known ‘myalgic encephalomyelitis,’” she said.
One of the reasons ME was ignored, lied about and underfunded is that it is a disease of women, said Johnson.
“Certainly men do get this disease,” she said, “but statistically it’s very well known and documented that women get this disease in a ratio of … 3 to 1 [or] 4 to 1 … [it] could be [that] as many as 80% of people who suffer this disease are women.”
By conservative estimates, Johnson said, about 1% of the world’s population has ME.
“That is shocking and appalling — to think that one out of every 100 people is suffering from this absolutely devastating, disabling disease,” she said.
NIH, CDC obfuscate ME severity, origins
The term “chronic fatigue syndrome” was a sort of “corporate brand” the CDC created to obfuscate the severity of ME, said Johnson.
She added:
“This is very likely a transmissible infectious disease and it can be lethal. People do die of it. The morbidity is simply unknown.
“I think one of the biggest misnomers about ME is that it’s mysterious and very little is known about it. And in fact, it’s not mysterious and a lot is known about it. You just would never know that because the NIH [National Institutes of Health] and CDC have kept such a tight grip on information about ME.”
Kennedy brought up the theory that polio vaccine contamination may have introduced a simian virus (SV40) into the population, causing an outbreak of ME. He also proposed the possibility that ME is caused by chemical exposures or vaccines.
“The problem with a disease like this is whatever’s causing it is almost certainly emblematic of a failure of government regulation,” Kennedy said.
But Johnson said she strongly believes ME is caused by a virus.
“You always have to come back to what is the most rational explanation,” she said. “The polio vaccine hypothesis has never really been proven … some people say, ‘oh, it’s a combination of toxins in the environment and stress’ … but not everybody with ME has been exposed to chemicals … not everybody with ME is under stress.”
These things “don’t add up,” she said.
She raised the possibility that AIDS patients with weakened immune systems may have picked up the virus that causes ME and “served as a vector to spread the ME virus into the general population.”
“The immunology of ME absolutely screams infection,” she said. “Every abnormality in the immune system that you look at in this disease — it suggests there’s an antigen present. The response of the immune system is exactly what you would see when there’s an infection.”
Plus, Johnson added, the only risk factors for ME that we know of so far are being human, being female and coming into contact with another person with ME.
Kennedy and Johnson agreed it is difficult to get funding for research into ME. This year, Johnson said, the NIH proposed to fund three scientists with only approximately $7 million for ME research. “Anything under like $10 million or $15 million at NIH is considered ‘fairy dust,’” she said.
The two also agreed the NIH is wasting money looking for genetic causes of diseases.
“Genes don’t cause epidemics,” Kennedy said. “You need an environmental toxin or you need a microbe.”
“There is a limited universe of what can be causing this, and we should identify those 20 or 30 causes and then eliminate them with science one at a time,” he added. “That’s what NIH ought to be doing.”

And further analysis shows this issue is actually getting worse, with the numbers for 2022 so far revealing a 73% increase against the historical average.
Meanwhile, data published by the Office for National Statistics show that between January 2021 and January 2022, double vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds in England were on average 92% more likely to die than unvaccinated young adults of the same age.

In January 2021 the mortality rate per 100,000 person-years among the partly vaccinated equated to 119.9. Meaning the mortality rate was 77% higher than the mortality rate among the unvaccinated. This then fell to 68.3 deaths per 100,000 in February, before climbing to 90.1 in March, then 108.8 in April.
This means at this point the mortality rate among the partly vaccinated was 193.3% higher than the mortality rate among the unvaccinated. But not long after following the second dose being administered things get even worse.
The highest mortality rate among the double vaccinated (at least 21 days ago) occurred in September 2021, with 125.9 deaths per 100,000 person-years. In the same month, the mortality rate among the unvaccinated equated to 46.8. Meaning the double vaccinated mortality rate was 169% higher than the unvaccinated mortality rate.
But the largest statistical difference occurred in November 2021. The mortality rate among the unvaccinated equated to 33.4 deaths per 100,000 person-years, whereas the mortality rate among the double vaccinated equated to 107. A difference of 220.4%.

I remember author Dr. Russell Blaylock, retired brain surgeon and university professor, from the old days when I used to do transcripts of guests on shows of "Radio Liberty " Dr. Stan Monteith. Dr. Blaylock was one of the first M.D.s to point out the uselessness and harmfulness of the flu shots, and he recommended extreme cautiousness in choosing which vaccines and in which form your children will take. I remember he said that each Fall flu season there are new strains of coronavirus influenza but the flu "vaccine" that is available in the current flu season is made up of "virus" strains of previous years so they are of no use. That was shortly after Gates, who has received four of the jabs, said he had tested positive for Covid.
"The prevailing medical Gates advice on COVID shots seems to be if at first they don’t succeed, try, try again. And then some," Washington Times columnist Cheryl K. Chumley noted in a May 16 op-ed.
"Gates is the guy the media crowned altruist of the year for pouring millions of his own dollars into COVID-19 vaccine research — and then pooh-poohed any kind of in-depth coverage about his conflicts of interest of earning big bucks back from the very vaccines he promoted and pushed as necessary to save the world from pandemic deaths (despite early data that showed recovery rates ranging from 97% to 99%)," Chumley wrote.
A clue to the altruism of Gates?
From CNBC in January 2019, before the pandemic — this headline: “Bill Gates: My ‘best investment’ turned $10 billion into $200 billion worth of economic benefit.” The story went on to mention that Gates found “investing in global health organizations aimed at increasing access to vaccines creates a 20-to-1 return,” while “putting $10 billion into the S&P 500 would have grown only to $17 billion over 18 years.”
"No wonder he wants booster upon booster upon booster," Chumley wrote. "No wonder he wants whole populations of the world reliant on shots at six-month intervals, no, wait, maybe four-month intervals, no wait, maybe 'shorter' than that."

I do not in any way want to negatively criticize his work.
However, when I read the following phrases, I think this does not make sense to me.

What is the definition of "COVID" and what is the definition of "vaccine."
It is my understanding that almost all doctors and scientists now are in agreement that the "COVID - 19 vaccines" ARE NOT true "vaccines" and do not meet any definition of "vaccine."
I have never read any clear definition of "COVID" or "COVID-19" and have seen several doctors and scientists and scholarly commentators use the terms in varying ways, sometimes being synonymous with "virus" and "SARS CoV-2 virus" and sometimes indicating it is the infectious symptomatic contagious phase of "this virus" but is not the same thing as "SARS CoV 2. (Testing is a whole other big story.)

We never have been provided a consistent discreet definition of "COVID" so how could we count how many "died from COVID" ?

is the same thing that is IN "the vaccine."
So those unvaccinated people with "COVID" are the same as people who have the vaccine inside of them.

I was selected to give a 3-minute comment
You can watch it live on May 19, 2022. The purpose of the meeting is to approve the COVID booster for kids 5 to 11.

The meeting starts at 11am Eastern time. The public comment section starts at 1pm EDT.
Sadly, my personal experience has been that my speech will not make a difference. I’m sure they will unanimously approve the booster for kids 5 to 11. I’m sure none of them will reach out to me to see the data. None of them will share their data publicly because they don’t have it. I guarantee it.
However, I learned early in life that nobody ever won a chess game by resigning. So at least I will have done my part to save the lives of our kids.
My 3 minute speech
Hi. My name is Steve Kirsch. I am executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation. I have no conflicts.
I urge you not to approve the boosters because we now have new direct observational data that shows very clearly that the vaccine is killing more kids than it saves.
But you shouldn’t take my word for it.
There is a simple “reality check” that every member of the committee should do before this vote.
And you must do this research because the CDC death data for those under 25 is not complete for any date after January 2021. And the CDC death data does not indicate suspected COVID vaccine deaths. There is no post-marketing data on this.
In short, the government has not provided you with the key data you need to make an assessment. They have assumed that the vaccines haven’t caused a single death. That simply isn’t true.

The ONLY way to get the data you need is to do your own post-marketing survey.
Fortunately, there is an easy way for you to do this and I want to share the method I used. You can copy my method or come up with your own method.
Here’s what I did….
I have hundreds of thousands of followers on social media.
I asked my followers, “Do you know any children who have died since Jan 2020? How many died from COVID? How many might have died from the vaccine?”
Recall shouldn’t be a significant bias because a child death from either COVID or the vaccine is an event that nobody forgets. So even if there is a bias towards recalling more recent events, the bias affects both options equally.
If COVID and the vaccine have the same kill rate, we’d expect to have four times as many COVID deaths reported than vaccine deaths since the time period was more than four times larger for COVID than the vaccine for this age range (29 months vs. 7 months).

If the CDC is correct that the mRNA vaccines haven’t caused any deaths, the numbers should be very lopsided with dozens of COVID deaths and 0 vaccine deaths.
What I found was the exact opposite:
There were 0 reported deaths from COVID, but there were 6 deaths that were judged to be vaccine related
All 6 deaths were unexpected and happened to previously healthy kids shortly after vaccination
In 80% of all cases, autopsies were done.
I am happy to share the details of each of these unexplained deaths with the committee so you can do your own independent investigation including viewing the autopsy reports. None of these deaths was reported to the VAERS system.
If you cannot explain the result I got, you should not approve these boosters at this time. The data I received clearly shows the vaccines are doing more harm than good in this age group. There is simply no other explanation.
It is not hard to see that for yourself if you are open minded. Do you want to see the data before you vote today?
Summary
I stayed up all night writing this. I hope it will make a difference, but I’m not optimistic. The committee members typically “tune out” during public comments. I have never seen them reference anything that is said during the public comment period. But at least I tried.
I know that the chair is listening because she stopped me when I insulted the committee in an earlier appearance. But she ignores everything I say otherwise.

CDC Advisory Panel Approves 3rd Dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine for Kids 5-11
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s independent vaccine advisory panel today endorsed the use of a third Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 - 11, two days after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted Emergency Use Authorization for the booster.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) independent vaccine advisory panel today endorsed the use of a third Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 – 11.
Eleven members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted in favor of the booster shot.
Dr. Helen Keipp Talbot, associate professor of medicine and health policy at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, voted against endorsing the shots. Dr. Kevin A. Ault, with the department of obstetrics and gynecology, University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, Kansas, abstained.
The ACIP’s recommendation came two days after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted Pfizer’s request for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of a single booster dose for this age group, saying the third shot should be administered at least five months after completion of a primary series with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky is expected to sign off on today’s ACIP committee recommendation, clearing the way for healthcare workers to begin administering the shots.
During today’s meeting, Pfizer presented data from a small group of 30 children ages 5 to 11 showing that a third dose boosted infection-blocking antibody levels against Omicron 22-fold one month after administration compared to two doses, CNBC reported.
Dr. Charu Sabharwal, Pfizer’s director of vaccine clinical research, said the increased antibody levels should confer real-world protection against the Omicron variant, though the company did not present efficacy data during Thursday’s meeting.
However, as The Defender reported, antibody levels alone are not indicative of immune protection. When it comes to COVID-19, T-cell and natural killer cell responses are the crucial part of immune protection.
The FDA asserts the presence of SARS-COV-2 antibodies is not necessarily indicative of immune protection from COVID-19.
Moreover, the FDA’s Vaccine and Related Biological Product Advisory Committee last month reached a consensus that antibody levels cannot be used as a correlate for vaccine effectiveness.
Nevertheless, the FDA used immunobridging as a means to justify authorization of the Pfizer primary series vaccine to children ages 5 to 11, as explained in The Defender here and here.
The FDA and CDC this week used the same data to support authorization of boosters for children this age.
The FDA’s authorization of the boosters earlier this week came despite data showing higher infection rates among fully vaccinated children in the 5-to-11 age group compared to unvaccinated children, no studies testing the efficacy of the vaccine against the current dominant BA.2 COVID-19 variant and two new studies showing that for vaccinated people who get Omicron, the infection provides better protection against future infections than a second booster dose.
The FDA analyzed data from an ongoing Pfizer clinical trial in which a small subset of only 67 children in the age group had higher antibody levels one month after receiving a booster dose.
The FDA said it did not identify any new safety concerns and found the children in the trial experienced the same mild side effects other people do after receiving a booster.
However, a subset of only 67 children is not large enough to detect potential adverse events like myocarditis, and it is unknown how rapidly any protection provided wanes because trial participants were not followed beyond a 28-day period.
Pfizer’s application for EUA for the third shot, submitted on April 26, was based on data from a small study involving only 140 children 5 through 11 years old who received a booster dose six months after the second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine as part of the primary series.
Pfizer said 30 children who participated in the study revealed a 36-fold increase in virus-fighting antibodies — levels high enough to fight the Omicron variant.
“The clinical trial used to support the notion of a COVID-19 booster for 5- to 11-year-olds is entirely inadequate to make any such recommendation,” Brian Hooker, chief science advisor at Children’s Health Defense, told The Defender.
“This small-scale, limited-time trial contains only 140 patients, which is not sufficiently sized to assess vaccine adverse events at all, especially rarer injuries such as the devastating medical maladies sustained by Maddie de Garay — an adolescent injured in the original Pfizer clinical trial.”
Hooker said he was also concerned there are “no data on the prevention of COVID-19 infection, only neutralizing antibody titers, which are not necessarily predictive of transmission and severity of the disease.”

Christine Grady, who heads up the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center, was one of the authors of a study which not only defended but encouraged corporations to put pressure on employees to get the Covid vaccine and to stigmatize workers who resisted getting the jab.
As it happens, Christine Grady is Anthony Fauci's wife.
In March, Grady was one of the authors credited on a study titled “The Ethics of Encouraging Employees to Get the COVID‑19 Vaccination” which was bankrolled by the NIH's Clinical Center and the National Human Genome Research Institute.
The study focuses on the “ethics of encouragement strategies aimed at overcoming vaccine reluctance (which can be due to resistance, hesitance, misinformation, or inertia) to facilitate voluntary employee vaccination.”
In the study, Grady and her three co-authors outline how it is “ethically acceptable” to “subtly pressure employees to get vaccinated”:
“While employment-based vaccine encouragement may raise privacy and autonomy concerns, and though some employers might hesitate to encourage employees to get vaccinated, our analysis suggests ethically acceptable ways to inform, encourage, strongly encourage, incentivize, and even subtly pressure employees to get vaccinated.”
The study was published after attempts by Team Biden, led by Covid czar Fauci, and Democrat politicians across America to mandate the Covid jab for federal and state workers.
The study by Grady and her co-authors advise corporations it can “be ethically appropriate” to press employees to get the shot and to issue “clear articulation about the consequences of not complying with the policy.”
“In that circumstance, employees have a choice between getting vaccinated or accepting the consequences of a choice to remain unvaccinated,” the study says.
Those "consequences" include stigmatizing employees who refuse the vax.
“There can be social consequences associated with peer communication about vaccination, such as stigma and ostracization of those not vaccinated,” the study asserts. “Individuals who choose to make the workplace less safe for others through their vaccine refusal should be able to foresee the possibility of this kind of social consequence,” it continues, appearing to endorse the aforementioned “stigma and ostracization” of individuals unvaccinated against COVID-19.

Monkeypox, a rare viral disease, has found its way into the headlines and it is apparently spreading across the United States. A New York City resident has tested positive for the virus that causes monkeypox, state health officials announced late Friday.
As governments around the world intensify mass vaccination efforts and point to pandemics as a pretext for infringing on civil liberties, it is worth noting that an influential global security organization known as the Nuclear Threat Initiative published a wargame document in March 2021 that specifically predicted a monkeypox outbreak in May 2022.
“A year ago, at a munich conference [sic], the NTI predicted a monkeypox terror attack in May 2022 in a germ game, except it appears they were the terrorists,” TheBlaze Senior Editor Daniel Horowitz reported.
The wargame document provides a valuable glimpse into how national governments and intergovernmental organizations intend to prepare for the next pandemic.
“In March 2021, NTI partnered with the Munich Security Conference to conduct a tabletop exercise on reducing high-consequence biological threats,” the conference paper read. “The exercise examined gaps in national and international biosecurity and pandemic preparedness architectures—exploring opportunities to improve prevention and response capabilities for high-consequence biological events. This report summarizes the exercise scenario, key findings from the discussion, and actionable recommendations for the international community.”
“Developed in consultation with technical and policy experts, the exercise scenario portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual strain of monkeypox virus that first emerges in the fictional country of Brinia and eventually spreads globally,” the document states. “Later in the exercise, the scenario reveals that the initial outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack using a pathogen engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and biosecurity provisions and weak oversight. The exercise scenario concludes with more than three billion cases and 270 million fatalities globally.”
“As part of the scenario development process, NTI conducted a virtual consultation with experts in December 2020,” NTI adds.

On Friday, the World Health Organization confirmed around 80 cases of monkeypox with recent outbreaks reported in 11 countries, according to its statement. The outbreaks are ‘unusual’ because they are occurring in nations where the virus is not ‘endemic,’ the WHO added.

AdvertisementsIn its Foreword, while studiously avoiding any mention of the Wuhan laboratory, NTI discusses how future biological threats may be caused by “deliberate misuse” of biological pathogens or “laboratory accident.”
“Over the past two years, the world has faced the devastating impact that a biological event can have on human health, economies, and political stability,” the document states. “As of this writing, the SARS-CoV-2 virus has infected more than 250 million people, killed more than five million, and caused trillions of dollars in economic losses.”
This is typical obfuscatory language that elides that coronavirus response measures, such as lockdowns, have been evaluated as failing to stop the spread of the disease or reduce excess mortality, while inflicting devastating tolls on societies and economies.
“COVID-19 has revealed that national governments and the international community are woefully unprepared to respond to pandemics—underscoring our shared vulnerability to future catastrophic biological threats that could meet or exceed the severe consequences of the current pandemic,” the NTI document goes on. “Although national and global leaders are appropriately focused on the immediate demands of the COVID-19 response, the international community cannot postpone implementing the steps necessary to protect against future biological threats. This must include the recognition that while naturally emerging pandemics continue to pose a significant threat, the next global catastrophe could be caused by the deliberate misuse of the tools of modern biology or by a laboratory accident.”
The Nuclear Threat Initiative describes itself as a “nonprofit, nonpartisan global security organization focused on reducing nuclear and biological threats imperiling humanity.” Furthermore, NTI “collaborates with governments and organizations to raise awareness, advocate, and implement creative solutions,” according to its official website.
NTI was founded in 2001 by CNN-founder Ted Turner and former Democratic U.S. Senator from Georgia Sam Nunn. It is currently led by the Co-Chair and Chief Executive Officer Ernest J. Moniz, who was the U.S. Secretary of Energy prior to the Trump administration.
As disclosed in its 2021 annual report, dozens of charities, foundations, and national governments contribute to NTI’s operations, including: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the MacArthur Foundation, and The Rockefeller Foundation.
The timing of the monkeypox outbreak coincides with an aggressive push for the World Health Organization to accrue vast new powers, including to unilaterally declare “pandemics” that would compel signatories to enact measures, including vaccine mandates.
President Joe Biden and world leaders recently made it clear at the recent ‘2nd Global Covid Summit‘ that response measures to the novel coronavirus were just the beginning of government efforts to counteract pandemics.

“The World Health Assembly this month, WHO will present a plan to strengthen the global architecture for health emergency preparedness, response and resilience,” WHO Director Tedros Ghebreyesus said. “This includes the creation of a financial intermediary fund to support equitable access to life saving tools in the face of future epidemics and pandemics.”
“And we’re increasing our support for new pandemic preparedness and global health security fund that will be established at the World Bank this summer, with $450 million in seed funding,” Biden added.
“It is clear that a coordinated global response is required to combat future health emergencies,” Indian Prime Minister Narenda Modi said.
The Biden administration is spearheading an initiative to amend International Health Regulations with a proposal (Provisional agenda item 16.2) to the World Health Assembly that was made public in April.

(a) Contingency plans are in place to ensure that health care worker movement and supply chains are facilitated in a public health emergency of international concern;
(b) Travel restrictions do not unduly prevent the movement of health care workers necessary for public health responses;
(c) Trade restrictions make provision to protect supply chains for the manufacture and transport of essential medical products and supplies; and
(d) The repatriation of travellers is addressed in a timely manner, given evidence-based measures to prevent the spread of diseases.
Legally, any and all international agreements and foreign treaties must abide by the rights and powers delegated to the U.S. government under the Constitution or else be rendered null and void as “unconstitutional.”

Dr. Elizabeth (Betsy) Eads is back to update us from the frontlines of medicine and the growing problems of CV19 vax induced AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). Dr. Eads is treating patients who have been injected with the experimental CV19 so-called “vaccines,” and new data is showing the injections are causing the explosion of many types of extreme disease. We start with a recent patient Dr. Eads has that got her CV19 booster, and not long after that got cancer. Dr. Eads says, “I basically told her this is most likely vaccine induced cancer. We know cancers are up, according to Dr. Ryan Cole and several other pathologists . . . They are up close to 2,000%. . . . I told her to find an oncologist . . . who is awake to those types of aggressive cancers. I am seeing a lot of unusual cancers, and so is Dr. Ryan Cole.”
Dr. Eads says the CV19 vaccines are causing a form of AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). Dr. Eads explains, “It’s a common misconception that acquired immune deficiency is only caused by HIV. It’s simply not true. There are other secondary reasons for AIDS. I am going to read a few to you: Radiation and chemotherapy, of course, HIV, Leukemia, malnutrition, drugs, medications and now vaccines are included.”
The DOD is also seeing exploding illness in the military population that started after our service men and women were coerced to be injected. Dr. Eads says, “Let me read you the latest Department of Defense numbers, and these just came out: “Myocarditis is up 2,800%, cancer is up 900%, infertility both genders is up 500%, miscarriage is up 300%, neurological disorders are up over 1,000%, demyelinating disorders are up over 1,000%, Multiple Sclerosis is up 600%, Guillain-Barré, which is a progressive paralysis, that’s up 500%, HIV is up 500%, pulmonary embolism, which are blood clots in the lungs, are up over 400%. Those are the equivalent of the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) for the Department of Defense.”
Dr. Eads says there are treatments for vax injury, but Dr. Eads says totally stopping the ill effects from the CV19 injections are not known. Dr. Eads says, “We don’t know what the mechanism is to turn this off. Right now, there is no way documented to turn that off. So, if you got the Pfizer or the Moderna, that mRNA is going to continue to make spike protein. We do not know the endpoint. We need to study this, and we are in the process of doing that. . . . but we know the effect of the spike protein on the immune system and the fact it is dysregulating . . .and causing cancers. We are two years out, and my feeling is we are going to continue to have spike proteins made over the next x-number of years until we figure a way to turn off the lipid nano mRNA envelope.”

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) knew from the early stages of the Covid vaccines being distributed that the shots could cause viral reactivation of diseases like the varicella-zoster virus (shingles) and chose not to disclose it to the public, the original inventor of mRNA and DNA vaccine technology said.
“They knew about the viral reactivation,” Dr. Robert Malone said during a recent panel discussion hosted by Del Bigtree with fellow Global COVID Summit physicians Dr. Ryan Cole, and Dr. Richard Urso.
Malone said it was a mistake to assume that the FDA and CDC — because they stayed silent — were unaware of the risk of viral reactivation associated with the Covid vaccines.
“They absolutely did know, and they did not acknowledge it. It’s another one of those things that is inexplicable,” Malone said.
Malone said he had been “very actively engaged” with senior personnel at the FDA in the Office of the Commissioner when the vaccines were being rolled out. The group, he noted, included Dr. William DuMouchel, the Chief Statistical Scientist for Oracle Health Sciences.
“We were talking by Zoom on a weekly or twice a week basis,” he said, regarding the early data on what risks were associated with vaccines. This is the group that first discovered the signal of the cardiotoxicity. They also knew at that time — one of them actually had the adverse event early on of shingles. They knew that the viral reactivation signal — which the CDC has never acknowledged — was one of the major known adverse events.”
The CDC on May 13 released new data showing a total of 1,261,149 reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines that were submitted between Dec. 14, 2020, and May 6, 2022, to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
According to the data, there were a total of 27,968 reports of deaths in that time frame, and 228,477 serious injuries.
Despite the data, the FDA on Tuesday approved of a booster dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot for children ages 5 to 11, even though research shows that the shots provide no benefit to children, and can, in fact, cause serious adverse effects and death.
Malone said that, when it came to developing the Covid vaccines, "regulatory bodies gave the pharmaceutical industry a pass," adding that Big Pharma also “misrepresented key facts about their product.”
“You have to characterize where it goes, how long it sticks around, and how much protein it makes, or what the active drug product is. None of that stuff was done very well. It wasn’t done rigorously, and there was a series of misrepresentations about what the data were,” Malone said. “And the thing is, the FDA let them get away with it. They did not perform their function. They’re supposed to be independent gatekeepers.”
Because of the "pass" regulatory bodies gave Big Pharma on the Covid shots, doctors "assumed that this was a relatively benign product that didn’t stick around in the body. All of that is false,” Malone said.
“Many of us have been wracking our brains as you have to understand how this could possibly happen, why it’s possibly happening, and why is our regulatory apparatus, which we as physicians had all come to assume had a function that actually did the job that we could believe in and trust, and what we find out now is the whole house of cards is rotten to the core,” Malone concluded.
