It was a witness that was in the theater, in a phone interview that gave the 20 minute number. What really jumped out at me was after this was stated, the interviewer did not question this timeline.

The Communist Nooz Nyetwork is reporting he used an AR-15 along with the shotgun and a Glock .40.

CNN with all their gun-grabbing cohorts are pounding the gun control mantra.

In a situation like that, I bet the time seems a lot longer than it really is.
