and only about 70 mil economic units in the USA to start with, perhaps it would be in order for you to reassess your "target marketing."

Nothing left for quickie/siren marketers around here such as you've presented yourself unless you are seeking dross, table crumbs, and perhaps a pile of frosting scraped off of the cake knife in a big blob on the edge of Mouse's yummy double choc cake when she was slicing up the desert

For example, I was an broker back in the day and had CME, COMEX, KCBOT and CBOT, plus the Minneapolis as my playground for quite a spell. I was earning my daily bread before indices on futures were conceived let alone put into our playbook. If any here have had questions in the past, I've been one of those happy to respond within the scope of my experience and formal training, both book learning and from occupying a "desk." Take my word or it. We are an informed and savvy bunch here.

As far as your "FREE BOOK" gig, using Amazon as your distributor, you might need to be reminded many of us on here are also "sellers on Amazon" and know exactly how the delivery system works there, and how personal information is collected, distributed, and tracked.

I'm not in charge of who breaks the rules around here. Doesn't keep me from breaking balls when I see an interloper who is hustling other valued forum members. While you may have motives pure as the driven snow......well, I'll let you finish that sentence.

Just reduce your "helping thousands" rhetoric by about...oh, the number of GS active membership. Then you may be received as more truthfully speaking.

The book has been downloads thousands of times. The beginning in terms of people interested in this market hasn't even scratched the surface yet.

Yes. The book was written for beginners. No one gets under my skin. This is actually a very entertaining break from my real work every once in a while. I'm certainly not going to roll over for any muppets though.
