"To Live, and Not Die"
I have a friend who has for many years struggled to build a functional, practical Utopian community grid--- to find ways for people to trade without usury, to live without pollution, to have local control, to have clean food and water, to contribute to the rest of the world --- all the things that have to happen if our race is to endure upon the Earth.

Today, he called to tell me about all the support he has found for his efforts and the progress he has made. It was a little like talking to John Galt. He is building his "Gulch", but it is a hideaway meant for all humanity. A little phrase he used caught my attention: "To Live, and Not Die".

Our Creator has urged us to make a choice and to choose life, to live and not die. That choice is clearly set before each one of us, and in front of us all, but we don't think about it much.
Do we choose life and take the actions necessary to preserve life, or do we choose death for ourselves and our planet?

Peace is necessary for life --- our lives and other's lives, too.

We have by the Grace of the True Lord of Heaven been given marvelous technological superiority, overwhelming power and protection. But this was given to us so that we can freely choose life. And peace. It was given to us because our hearts and minds are open books and He knows that we will faithfully prefer and choose life for this planet and everyone on it.

It is only with great sadness that we announce that any further deployment of weapons of war against American soil by any party will result in the full force of their intended strike being reflected directly back at them.

In other words, while we will not take aggressive action to harm anyone ourselves, any action against us or our country will result in the strike being literally returned to the senders--- reflected right back at them.

In this way, those who choose war and death will be destroyed with pinpoint accuracy and will receive back exactly what they chose.

It has been confirmed that yes, the strike on Big Lake, Alaska, that resulted in the 7.0 earthquake, was done by the US NAVY and USAF acting under the instructions of Russell-J:Gould and other complicit former Americans pretending to be "White Hats" and instead being set up as scapegoats.

No actual White Hat attacks his own soil and his own people.
And it is apparent that Russell has been hired to in his words, "perform" these functions for the French-Belgian-Swiss cabal.

For some months, Russell has been facing financial dire straits and no doubt that that circumstance and promises of quick political power seduced him and others into these acts of violence and has left them open to charges of treason.

As all my readers know, I started my life as a mathematician. So when David-Wynn:Miller and Russell-J:Gould showed up claiming that they had "discovered" (actually re-discovered the old Parthian grammar) the "mathematical interface" with language and grammar, it intrigued me.

Being a mathematician I didn't bother to study the grammar which is merely the supposed result of the mathematics. I studied the mathematics and found it to be deeply flawed.

In other words, the whole reason we are being sold on using PARSE -- that it is "mathematically correct" ---- is wrong, and provably so, without breaking much of a sweat.
This, then, undercuts the entire supposed validity and “correctness” of PARSE and also, together with the fact that PARSE is not the official language of this country, destroys all claims that the Constitutions are void because they didn’t follow PARSE SYNTAX.

I meant to discuss this finding with Russell at a later date and to further explore the idea of improving communication using mathematical principles---which isn't a bad idea. Now it appears we won't have the opportunity to sit down over a friendly cup of coffee and do that.

It's important for everyone to understand that the "Federal Government" operates entirely under “delegated power” with respect to us and has no power of its own. It’s simply a subcontractor obligated to provide the enumerated services expressed as “Powers”. Period.

It is also a matter of international law that our States, not any “State of State”, holds the actual power.

As a result, nothing that has happened to any of the Federal, Territorial, or Municipal Branches can affect us, beyond obligating us to either: (a) hire new subcontractors or (b) do the work ourselves.

No corporation or individual acting as a franchisee or originator of a corporation can claim to own our flag, our Post Office, or much of anything else that ultimately belongs to a sovereign state. Such a premise would argue that corporations created by men are “equal to or greater than” the people creating those corporations.

By Maxim of Law, the creation is never greater than the creator.

Whatever he might say about the importance of what happened in 1999, Russell-J:Gould is in the same basic position as Keith Livingway with respect to his claims to “own” the Title IV Flag and other property. Unless he returns all claim of ownership back to the States and People, he is, like Livingway, simply a later pirate in possession of stolen goods.

Livingway claims to “own” The United States of America because he went to a Naval Yard Sale and bought an original copy of The Articles of Confederation, and similar assertions, but what he in fact acquired was the detritus of a bankrupted Scottish Corporation that had infringed on our copyrights and was in possession of our property via fraud.

Russell-J:Gould is claiming to “own” the Title IV Flag defined by another usurping foreign corporation, the Roman Catholic version doing business as “the United States of America”, which was bankrupted in 1933 and came out of bankruptcy in 1999, when Russell, like Livingway, came forward and claimed it. However, just like Livingway, he is in possession of our stolen property.

First pirate: the Scottish “ringer” doing business as “The United States of America, Incorporated” – property picked up out of bankruptcy by Keith Livingway.

Second pirate, the Roman Catholic Delaware corporation doing business as “the” United States of America, Incorporated – property --including the Title IV Flag used by that corporation, picked up by Russell-J:Gould.

Same schtick, same logic, same circumstance.

In both cases, these men are in receipt of stolen property belonging to The United States of America [Unincorporated], our States, and our People.

When I talked to Russell last year he seemed to clearly comprehend the necessity of returning the so-called Title IV Flag and all other property rightfully belonging to this country to its lawful government. Apparently, he (a) lied through his teeth or (b) never actually and clearly understood the facts and the law.

In any event, if he has in fact collaborated with the French-Belgian-Swiss Cabal and fired weapons against American soil and caused millions of dollars-worth of damage to Alaska and its people, he must be considered a traitor and a violent traitor, too, together with all the men with him. They are responsible for the death of two innocent Alaskans.

I very much suspect that they have all been set up as Fall Guys as part of a US ARMY PsyOp and I am grieved for them and for us all.

Day Six Disaster Update
I will make this short and sweet.

Everything is returning to normal. We have, all together as a group, sustained about $40,000.00 worth of damage and various physical injuries that are not life-threatening and on the way to healing. We continue to need donations to make everyone whole and continue our current operations.

The "weird tsunami" has petered out and downgraded over the course of the night from a fifty foot wall of water to a twenty foot "high storm surge" which may cause some damage to the docks and similar facilities, but doesn't pose any very great danger to life or hard to replace or repair infrastructure.

We have chucked the family china and crystal into the dustbins and shuffled large amounts of "broken everything" out to the curb. It's odd looking at the empty shelves and cupboards and facing Christmas Dinner using paper plates.

So much for GHW's "kinder and gentler" world--- a world in which everything would be taken from the Americans, even our Good Names and our national borders.

Next time you hear the awful statistics about families and lives decimated by the Opium Drug Epidemic, you know who to thank.

A Fundamental Understanding:
When any -- ANY -- incorporated entity attacks an unincorporated entity, a crime occurs.

Pure and simple.

When the "United States,Inc." attacked the Confederate States of States, they also damaged the actual States and People. Thus, a crime occurred.

Thereafter, the Vermin responsible (mostly Railroad Barons) bankrupted the "United States, Inc." so they wouldn't have to pay for all the damage they caused, and together with dishonest politicians and bankers, fronted the Scottish impostor doing business as "The United States of America, Incorporated".

More crimes perpetuated by incorporated entities against unincorporated entities occurred--- fraud, usurpation, breach of trust, etc., etc.,----all criminal activities carried out by incorporated entities against unincorporated entities.

The Pope as Trustee of the Air Jurisdiction and the Roman Curia should have stepped in immediately and liquidated the offending corporations, but they didn't. Instead, they acted in Breach of Trust and profited from these immoral and criminal organizations.

Same thing with the British Monarchs that were supposedly acting as our Trustees on the "High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways" ---- they should have been riding herd on the Scottish Government and should have prevented any member of the United Kingdom Government from preying upon us, and instead, they acted in Breach of Trust and profited from these immoral and criminal organizations.

Now we have the French-Belgian-Swiss rot-mongers fronting other incorporated entities (US ARMY, USAF, US NAVY for example) making attacks on living people and actual land masses using incorporated entities as "fronts".

At each and every time that this happens, these corporations are functioning as criminal organizations and are subject to immediate liquidation.

The Law is: any incorporated entity that does anything unlawful against an unincorporated (sovereign) entity is guilty of crime and subject to immediate liquidation.

That's why we are still standing and they are not.

Please note that the saying, "The meek will inherit the Earth." may also be interpeted as, "The Miq will inherit the Earth."

The Miq is the ancient Moral Code of Commercial Law. If that Moral Code is followed, all these corporations that have done these evil things must be liquidated and their assets must returned to the people and countries they have harmed.

The Saga of the Philippine Gold
What happened is that "The United States of America, Incorporated" was preparing to go bankrupt circa 1907, and using our money as investment capital, they bought the land mass of the Philippine Islands from Spain. We have all the paperwork on that. So, then, the U.S. Army which was made responsible for the safe-keeping of our money as of 1863, began preparing a place to stash gold that should have been in Fort Knox in the Philippines --- bear in mind that this is all gold belonging to the American States and People.

They were hiding it to keep Secondary Creditors of the bankrupt Scottish corporation dba "The United States of America, Inc." (wink, wink) from trying to seize upon it, which is good, but since this was all very secret and hush-hush for obvious reasons, it also meant that fewer and fewer people knew what happened to our gold and that also meant that the temptations for fraud and theft proliferated.

One of the first acts of the 73rd Congress in 1934 was to establish a "totally independent government" for the Philippines. They did that so that the Philippine Government (which they still de facto controlled because of the land ownership already in place) could act as Trustee over our gold reserves stored over there and our gold would again be protected from claims from Secondary Creditors of the bankrupt Roman Catholic Delaware corporation doing business as "the" United States of America, Inc.

Everything that has happened since, the Japanese discovery and looting of the horde in WWII, the role of the Marcos regime---all that involvement of the Philippines in monitoring and holding and guarding our gold stems directly from the fact that "we" bought the land mass of the Philippines from Spain and the U.S. Army used locations in the Philippines to store our gold.

So, yes, we know that the American States' gold is cashiered in the Philippines and has been for over a hundred years. And yes, it is provably ours.

As for it supposed to be used for "philanthropic" purposes, nobody with authority to decide that has ever weighed in on the matter. The U.S. Army can't do it without our consent and the Government of the Philippines can't either, because they are merely trustees and we did not appoint any Committee of 300, any Tri-Lateral Commission, or any Bilderburgers to mess with it, either.

The gold needs to be returned to The United States of America [Unincorporated] first and foremost for the needs of the States and People to underwrite our own gold-backed currency and to pay off any actual debts that we may owe. After that, we can talk about philanthropic purposes for our own people and the rest of the world.

Americans are generous and practical people. We want to see everyone safe, fat, and happy--- or as the Bible put it, each with their own vineyard and fig tree and abundant peace. Now that the odious Doctrines of Destiny, Discovery, and Scarcity have been overturned and the Saturnine Brotherhood has been removed from power, there is really no reason that we can't all have abundance and peace.

That is certainly what I wish for and what all right-thinking people want. Please let our friends in the Philippines know that the actual, factual American Government is still alive and kicking, a bit battered around the ears and kept in the dark by those who owed us better service, but still here, still functioning, still populating this country and still standing as sovereign States of the Union Federation.

We would very much like to meet with them and sort this whole Mess out at the earliest opportunity, because it just delays things and makes everything more difficult when the actual Powerholders are not at the table. Thank you for helping to get this message out.

Modus Operandi
A quick overview of some very common diabolical practices and truisms that we all need to know about the common Enemy of Mankind:

1. The Lies are always complex and convoluted and full of verbiage and detail. The Truth is always simple.

Let your "yes" be "yes" and your "no" be "no". When it comes to any business agreements or legal communications or anything else of that sort, more is truly less.

This is one of the flags that immediately concerned me about PARSE SYNTAX --- it is endlessly complex with all sorts of strict punctuation.

2. Whatever the Vermin are doing or trying to pull off themselves, is what they will accuse others of doing. The English saying is: "The pot always calls the kettle black."

If they are lying, they will accuse their opponents of lying --- so "always carefully consider the source".

3. The Vermin function according to duality --- by setting up two "sides" to everything, and then pitting the two sides against each other, while they sit on the sidelines and benefit themselves from the conflict they have created.

For example: the Civil War, the Israeli-Palestinian fight, and the current situation in which the US NAVY (municipal corporation) has attacked Alaska. The Vermin love to fool us into fighting ourselves and hurting each other--- and then sanctimoniously blaming us for the conflict they engineered.

4. The Vermin have also adopted the Hegelian Dialectic: they create a problem [like fiat money] and then they come forward with the solution to the problem they created [like gold-backed money] and everybody stupidly thanks them and keeps them in power and lets them profit like bandits from their guile.

5. They will sacrifice small fry and low-hanging fruit to save themselves and draw attention away from their own actions. These distractions have allowed them to get away with horrendous crimes in the past, and we just keep on getting suckered into and distracted by the mini-dramas they create.

I have every reason to expect that there will indeed be a great many arrests of crooks in every state who are guilty of crimes ranging from pedophilia to Medicare Fraud to securities fraud to embezzlement.

As outrageous as all this may be, keep your eyes on the ball. All the kickback scandals you are about to see were only made possible by mismanaged federal programs and far larger federal kickbacks and pay-offs made to Territorial and Municipal States of State as bait to gain control of these organizations and enroll them as franchises of the parent federal corporations.

Remember when Wyoming refused to accept federal education funding grants because they knew that they would lose control of their schools and the curriculum being taught to their children? Same thing all across the board. Buying into the Nanny State means that you give up all your wealth and control and self-determination in exchange for Federal kick-backs. And where does all that "Federal Money" come from, but from your own assets that you have foolishly given to them?

In other words, the source of all this misappropriated money at the local and State of State level is an even bigger "Kickback Program" hosted by the Federal Government. Don't miss the forest for the trees.

6. Most of all, these creatures PRETEND TO BE THEIR ENEMIES. They insinuate themselves and infiltrate all the groups, especially religious groups, they wish to undermine. They have done this to Judaism for Millenia.

For some reason people think that Jesus was being poetic or euphemistic when he called them "the Synagogue of Satan" and they misread the other Bible passages that speak of those "who appear to be Jews, but are not". This is literal. This is accurate.

They pretend to be Jews, but are anything but. In the same way, they pretend to be Catholic or pretend to be Muslim. Often, they present themselves as being "More Jewish than Jewish" or "More Catholic than the Pope" or among the most passionate followers of Islam---- and it is all a big joke to them.

In fact, the easiest way to catch them out is by recognizing it when they go over the edge hamming it up.

If you are going to effectively combat the wiles and intrigues and poisonous, diabolical wit of these creatures, you must have your own head very firmly screwed on and your observational skills well-honed. Be forewarned and aware of these things I am telling you and don't let yourselves be tricked into forming "sides" and fighting each other. Look carefully and you will see what I am telling you is so.

Yes, It's True
The Federal Government does not have any life of its own. It functions on Delegated Powers with respect to us, and it has recently lost those Delegated Powers as a result of its own mismanagement.

The Territorial and Municial Branches of the Federal Government are both in bankruptcy and receivership and the Federal Branch of the Federal Government has been moth-balled via fraud, deceit and treachery since 1868.

As a result, all branches of the Federal Government have failed and we, the Delegators of all the Delegated Powers, have stepped forward and received them back.

This situation is not hard to understand.

You hire someone to mow the lawn, but "whatever" happens and he can't do it.

Is this the end of the world for you? Hardly.

You have to find someone else to mow the lawn or do it yourself.

The French-Belgian-Swiss cabal was running the municipal operations of the "Federal Government" via corporations including the FBI, US NAVY, USAF, FEMA, etc., etc., and they naturally thought they were going to just create another new corporation and continue skating, re-assume the service contract and do whatever they liked to their employers.

Instead, we declined their "services" as we were not well-served by them during their tenure. In response, they have thrown what can only be described as a temper tantrum and attacked our soil and our people with both the California Fires and the Big Lake Earthquake in Alaska and their attempt at causing a Tidal Wave.

As a result, they are no longer even in the running to get a service contract from us and we are not accepting their debts.
We are calling for the immediate and permanent liquidation of their parent corporations and all their municipal subsidiaries as criminal organizations and criminal-linked organizations.

If they continue any of this crappola using weather weapons or other exotic means of retribution for our business decisions, we shall (1) reflect and return all such strikes directly to sender and (2) raise hell with the United Nations because they are abusing "non-domestic" targets.

We and our States and our People are all non-domestic with respect to THEM.

Arkansas is "Blowing Apart"
One of the most colorful parts of my husband's life as a young man involved working in the oil fields and mining districts, where he met larger-than-life "characters", some of whom became friends for life and some of whom were shady at best.

These latter sorts as my Grandmother would say, "bore the mark of Cain" and couldn't tell right from wrong or up from down. As a result, they had a talent for confusing everyone else, too.

It would start out with something small and a rationalization --- for example, you had to travel forty miles out of your way because of a landslide to get to work, so you snitched a couple gallons of gasoline from the Company tank.

Well, you had to get to work, didn't you? The Boss would have split a gasket if you didn't show up on time, right? And it wasn't your fault there was a landslide! Why should you have to make up for that by spending your gas as well as your time?
You all see how this works.

As above, they rationalize a petty theft, and if the employer doesn't catch it, things just sorta expand from there until over time, you have entire generations of people and networks supporting them, who take criminality and racketeering for granted.

I've had judges who appear to be rational men tell me, "But this is the way we do it. This is how we have always done it....." because during the entire course of their long careers, they've been doing it wrong.

Back in the 1980's we had a real eye-opener related to this in Oklahoma. The FBI did a sting operation and as a result, stumbled onto widespread corruption at both the county and state levels throughout Oklahoma.

They started walking into County Clerk Offices all over Oklahoma and asking the Clerk for "The Kickback Book" and the Clerks all dutifully went and got the book where they recorded all the kickbacks being paid to officials and contractors. They didn't know any better. That's the way things were done.

Oklahoma got cleaned up, but Arkansas was still just as bad and the Oklahoma crooks just moved on to Arkansas and set up shop.
And now all of it is blowing "sky high", with Arkansas politicians and judges and agency heads being indicted, and their ties to both the Clinton and Bush Presidencies coming to light.

Whereas most of the corruption in Oklahoma was of the petty ante kind, the present day crimes in Arkansas are much more sophisticated, more serious, and are international in nature.

They have tie-ins with international crime syndicates in the pharmaceutical, communications and entertainment industries, with international mining conglomerates, with human trafficking organizations including forced prostitution and pedophilia.

In a word, this isn't Joe and Amos filching a few cans of motor oil out of the shop shed.

This is Big Time crime being exposed in Arkansas and as Arkansas goes down for its part in the blossoming of international crime in America, Nevada is close behind. And then, New Mexico. And then California. And then New York. And then Illinois. And then.....

It will surprise nobody who has been awake the past fifty years that both the Bush and the Clinton Administrations and the CIA and the old DOD and the "Alphabet Soup" Agencies in general, are up to their necks in this. And because half our military and intelligence forces were involved, all this crime was "protected" in the "National Security Interest".

I would love to ask these men and women --- "Which nation's security were you protecting?"
It surely wasn't ours.

When you start pulling on one thread of a spider's web, you quickly find that its all connected, and so as this criminal Empire and the criminals running it are exposed, you may be sure that the thread of this corruption will lead all over the world.

Just as "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" was incorporated as a Scottish LLC and "The Republic of the United States of America" was incorporated in France, many other "governmental services corporations" like "AUSTRALIA" and "CANADA" have been incorporated in the United States via abuse of our Patent and Trademark and Copyright Offices.

This in turn created a sort of "double-blind" system in which we were responsible for their governments and they were responsible for ours, to keep all the crooks honest with each other.

We see the same principles at work with the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFRs) -- the parent corporations had to compile this information for their own use to ride herd on their franchises and keep the franchises from siphoning off too much, so, ironically, all that information is now available to us.

All of this outrageous fraud against the sovereign governments, both national and state, appears to have been conceived and directed by an interlocking trust directorate engineered by the Holy See and the Universal Postal Union and the old Vichy French (Nazi) UN Corporation, seeking to create a worldwide control center governed by the B.E.A.S.T -- the Belgian Electronic Asset System.

Just imagine MERS only a couple hundred times larger, and just as quick, as feral, and as bogus.

Sitting here this morning with my coffee cup in hand surveying the view, I have to shake my head. If they had tried to do nothing at all but completely mess things up, we'd be looking at the same result: nobody knows the value of anything anymore, nobody knows who owns what anymore.

I've been getting comments about our situation in America from people all over the world. Some of them think that we are unique and that this is our problem and not theirs, but in fact, this same rot has infected virtually every country.

The same process of rooting out corporate crime syndicates like the Carlyle Group, Inc. and re-establishing control over all the other corporations ---including governmental services corporations --- has to take place.

The Federal Code is Dead
For all those who did not listen the first time: The Federal Code is dead and has been gone a long time. It's an artifact for "historical reference". The only a very small part of it has been actively administered since 1999 --- a tiny section of The Trading With the Enemy Act.

So you can all stop referencing Federal Code and all the Agencies can stop the sham also and the Judges can hang up their robes and stop pretending, too.

The United States Statutes-at-Large still stand in their Unrevised form.

The Revised U.S. Statutes-at-Large were never actually adopted, and couldn't be, for the same reason that some States are still not States of the Union 150 years after their Statehood Declarations were published.

All this craziness has to end and it might as well end right now.

These things posing as governments are all corporations in the business of providing government services, just like Burger King, Inc. is in the business of providing burgers and fries.

So what happens when they go bankrupt?
Imagine that Sears, Inc., goes bankrupt and J.C. PENNY receives all their assets as a result. For its own reasons, J.C. PENNY executives decide to "retain the Sears brand name", so that everything appears to be business-as-usual at Sears, and the public is none the wiser.

Yet a profound change has happened inside the operations of Sears -- new management is in place, new corporate policies are in place, new corporate objectives are in place.

The Federal Code was adopted first by The United States of America, Incorporated (Scottish, 1868-1907, bankruptcy settled 1953) and then adopted and enlarged upon by the United States of America (Roman Catholic Delaware Corporation, 1925-1933, bankruptcy settled 1999).

The new kids on deck in 1946, the UNITED STATES, INC., didn't adopt the Federal Code and has instead operated using only a tiny part of The Trading With the Enemy Act, which it had to retain in order to claim that their own activities here were legal.

That means that as of 1999, the entire Federal Code except for that tiny portion of The Trading With The Enemy Act, went out the window.

Well, we all know what to think about that.

As it is unlawful for any corporation to engage in unlawful activity and such corporations become subject to liquidation if they do engage in unlawful activity, it doesn't really matter if what they did was "legal" or not.

These corporations have engaged in vast fraud, racketeering, false imprisonment, prisons for profit, false claims in commerce, impersonation, barratry, embezzlement, kidnapping, press-ganging, conspiracy against the Constitution owed this country, extortion, inland piracy----- the list goes on.

The men in charge of these renegade corporations are also criminals, indeed, they are criminal master-minds, who have operated in secrecy to defraud and prey upon the public in this country and many other countries, too.

Those responsible are not owed any protection in bankruptcy or benefit of the corporate veil. They are crime syndicates operating in concert with other criminal corporations like the Carlyle Group and Lockheed-Martin.

The IRS has to end, the USAG has to come clean and release the names and property assets of all Americans claiming their State National political status---and this country has to get back on track regardless of the sins of the Hired Help.

The sooner, the better.

So, How Am I?
One week out after the 7.0 Earthquake targeted on me....

First, we are slowly but surely securing the loose ends and beginning to buy replacements for lost and damaged equipment, which thanks to all of you, is made possible by your donations. We thank you all!!!

Second, we are closing in on the United Nations members who have violated their own Treaty agreements by firing upon non-domestic targets.

Third, we are seeking immediate and permanent liquidation of all municipal corporations that engaged in this profoundly destructive, immoral, and unlawful activity. If the intended jolt hadn't been dissipated, most of the west coast of this continent could have been detached or underwater.

Fourth, I was profoundly saddened to be presented with irrefutable proof of Russell-J:Gould's involvement in all of this. Nothing in my discussions with Russell ever indicated that violence and self-service were any part of his agenda.

Fifth, hard on the heels of all this, we have begun unearthing the role of the Railroad Barons in promoting the Civil War and the Federal Reserve. These so-called Captains of Industry and their European allies provided the money to buy off the Rump Congress politicians and elements in the pre-Civil War military. This enclave included the Vanderbilts, Hills, Stanfords, Hopkins, Crockers, Huntingtons, Carnegies, Goulds, Winchesters, Rockefellers, and others.

It was all about obtaining millions of acres of land and transportation conduits across America subject to international jurisdiction law, and the use and control of these transportation conduits and elements of infrastructure for unfettered private commercial gain--- for which these Vermin were more than willing to sell this country and everyone in it down the drain.

Only Henry Ford and those lost aboard the Titanic remained above the slime pit these industrialists created, and again, gold fever was at the root of it. The California Gold Rush more than any other single thing created the impetus for the vast criminality that created the so-called American Civil War and which has served to preserve and institutionalize that criminality to the present moment.

As for me, I have been through the Refiner's fires and honed to a hard edge, prepared for my task, armed with the truth, and protected by faithful angels. My body may crumble and I may be killed in this earthly form, but my spirit has summoned forth the trumpet and shall never call retreat.

These corporations, these "legal fictions" --- all entities with no natural right to exist, are going down, and the evil men who have used them to perpetuate these crimes against mankind are going with them.

December 7th, Seventy-Seven Years Ago Today
Seven is the Biblical Number of Completion of Tasks. Today, we, as a nation, are completing a task. We are cleaning up the detritus of the so-called Civil War, restoring our lawful government, and learning the truth about men and institutions that many of us were taught to trust and venerate.

We were set up by corporate interests and FDR's Administration, and it is clear that the end result of December 7, 1941--the bombing of Pearl Harbor, was a set up, too. The "infamy" that lives on, is all FDR's, Stimpson's, Hoover's, and the rest.

It was another heartless, mercenary betrayal of the men sacrificed in yet another burning "holocaust" to the False God of these monsters.

We all need to send a Bill for Damages to the United Nations Secretary General and to the Queen and to the Pope, charging at least a trillion dollars each for every American lost at Pearl Harbor and throughout the rest of World War II, to make the point explicit.

Co-Inhabiting Nations
There is nothing difficult to understand about our situation. Cats and dogs can inhabit the same house, though they are of distinctly different nations:

Please note the definition of "Nation" from Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, and especially note the little "exception" ----- "generally, but not necessarily, living under the same government and sovereignty":

"A people, or aggregation of men, existing in the form of an organized jural society, inhabiting a distinct portion of the earth, speaking the same language, using the same customs, possessing historic continuity, and distinguished from other like groups by their racial origin and characteristics, and generally, but not necessarily, living under the same government and sovereignty. See Montoya v. U. S., 180 U. S. 201, 21 Sup. Ct 358, 45 L. Ed. 521; Worcester v. Georgia, 6 Pet. 539, 8 L. Ed. 483; Republic of Honduras v. Soto, 112 N. Y. 310, 19 N. E. 845, 2 L. R. A. 042, 8 Am. So, America, at first blush, doesn't seem to pass the test to be a nation as we are not united by any single similar racial origin or characteristics, though we are united by a well-stated and well-defined moral imperative and Will asserting the existence and the value of universally held "natural and unalienable rights" belonging to Mankind as a whole, and we do live together in geographically defined areas enabling us to establish a "national identity" as, for example, Floridians or Texans.

Thus, unlike other nations who declare their nationality based on unique racial and ethnic characteristics, in America, our "nationhood" depends on shared ideals and where we live--- on our values and the geographic location where we make our permanent home, instead of our blood and religion and ethnic heritage.

Like proverbial cats and dogs and guinea pigs, our country has been co-inhabited by approximately 248 Native American Nations, by British Territorial Citizens and by American State Nationals, all sharing the same geographic space since the beginning.

The Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, describes the American State Nationals as "the free, sovereign and independent people of the United States" and then also refers to the "Inhabitants" --- the British Territorial Citizens who remained on our shores after the Revolution to provide, as the Constitutions later put it, "essential government services".

These are people from separate nations co-inhabiting the same geographic space, one group that is permanently at home here and supposed to be self-governing, and the other group that is "residing" here on a purportedly temporary basis to provide us with essential government services, all of whom are subject to the Queen.

And then you have all the Native Nations.
So....248 Native Nations.....50 States.....1 Territorial Democracy with 50 State of State franchises....1 Municipal Oligarchy with 50 (totally unauthorized) STATE OF STATE franchises..... if this was a bowl of jelly beans there would be at least 400 different colored jelly beans representing different "nations" co-inhabiting our space.

And it gets crazier still, as at least one totally foreign country, Morocco, has --by treaty-- preserved the right of any American to declare himself a "Moor" instead.
You would think that some enterprising History or Social Studies or Civics teacher along the way would have bothered to explain this complex reality we live with every day, but no.

I think of this Melting Pot as a wonderful stew combining all the strengths and beauties and resources and traditions of all the world's cultures in a unique way. I think our complete and utter lack of homogeneity is our silver lining, the thing that buffers us, come what may.

I think of the Navajo Code-Talkers in World War II. I think of our Japanese-American troops fighting in Europe for the country they loved, despite being shamefully mistreated at home. I think of being able to touch down in almost any city in America and savor the cuisines and traditions of the whole world.

It's unique and I love it, and I don't mind that we are all a "bunch of mutts", because it makes us stronger and more adaptable, more multi-faceted, more aligned, and more engaged. It brings us closer to everyone else, even if we never step foot outside of Buffalo, New York.

So here's to the 400 nations (give or take a few) and the 50 States and the one country that we all live in and which despite everything, we love.

And now you are in a better position to understand what has happened.
We have been misidentified as "U.S. Citizens" --- that is, as British Subjects, merely "residing" here on a temporary basis. Various records have been falsified to that effect, and unless and until we object and take exception to that, that is the political status "presumed and conferred" upon us.

Why? Because the British Monarchs acting in Breach of Trust and various corrupt American politicians, most especially Franklin Delano Roosevelt, have contrived to pull a fast one and press-gang us into the service of the British Empire for the duration of a war that ended in 1945.

Once these legal presumptions were in place they just stayed in place and the British Monarchs in control of the British Territorial United States and the Popes in charge of the Municipal United States continued to ride us like horses in the name of only God knows what besides criminality and greed.

They have stolen-embezzled-transferred trillions of dollars worth of American labor, natural resources, and commodities that they can't repay, and more importantly, they have cost millions of innocent lives in endless wars for profit and mercenary conflicts like the so-called Civil War and the "Vietnam Conflict" and "the Cold War".

They have done this in Gross Breach of Trust via the unauthorized and unreasonable creation of public trusts that they have plundered under color of law.

So, if you don't care for this to continue and don't wish to be treated as a slave of the Queen in your own country, then it is high time that you woke up, smelled the java, looked around, and realized that what I am telling you is true ---and that you need to set the record straight about your political status as an American State National and re-claim your own good name and estate and get involved in restoring and participating in your own jural assembly.

Yes, of Course, I Noticed....
I am not clueless or unaware of American History. Of course, I recognized the name "Gould". I even noticed all the transliterations: "Gold" and "Ghouled"---as in someone possessed. Sure.

But, I don't judge people by race, creed, ethnicity, age, sex....or, in this case, by family history.

I judge people one by one by one--- and just for themselves, according to what they say, and even more importantly, what they do.

Russell-J:Gould is an exceptional man and everything I said about him is true; but, unfortunately, Benedict Arnold was an exceptional man, too.

It isn't our family that dictates our ends. Our own decisions, our own weaknesses, our own strengths determine that. I would have happily worked with Russell and helped him to achieve much, if not all, that he told me he wanted to achieve.

I am very, very sad that all this has happened, and that he became involved in an attack on American soil and on innocent Alaskans, including me. But the evidence is the evidence ---and the evidence is compelling.

Please Note:
I am highly irritated by people who don't read what I actually write, and then comment on it unfavorably based on what I didn't in fact say.

Here's an example.
I have had people commenting that, of course, the British United States has a life of its own. After all, isn't Puerto Rico a (bankrupt) British Commonwealth?

Yes, indeed it is. The more is the pity for the Puerto Ricans.

What I said was this:
"The Federal Government does not have any life of its own. It functions on Delegated Powers with respect to us, and it has recently lost those Delegated Powers as a result of its own mismanagement."

Note the small but important phrase, "with respect to us".
The British Territorial United States must be viewed in context, and I very clearly stated my context---- "with respect to us" --- meaning the actual States and People of the Federal Union that they, the "citizens" of the British Territorial United States are supposed to be providing Good Faith "essential government services" to. And are not.

Likewise, nothing I said about the gold in the Philippines implied that "all" the gold cashiered in the Philippines belongs to us. But we do know how much was shipped there and what does belong to us and we want it back, payable to The United States of America, our member States and People.

We also take objection to the Talon(g)s claim to own the Philippines; having once sold the Philippine Islands to us in 1898, and never having purchased it back with blood or money, we find their claims unfounded and offensive.

There was plenty of American blood spilled on top of everything else to secure and reclaim the Philippines in World War II, and we have never been repaid for that, either.

Their presumption in claiming our estates in 1953 for the British and Spanish Monarchies, after failing their Fiduciary duties to notify us and acting in pure, gross Breach of Trust, is odious in the extreme.

They and other parties have been making use of our assets in our "absence" and have not by any means functioned as faithful stewards, whereupon we note that the probate of our estates never closes and now that we are "home" again, must be provided back to us, free and clear of debt and encumbrance, together with all leases, fees, tithes, insurances, and other payments due the lawful landlords.

We are not acting in any oppressive or unfair way.
We are simply demanding our due, the return of our assets, and no further monkey business.

Everyone read that twice to be sure what I actually said.

Eight Days In
Tonight when I got home, I found dinner waiting for me and a glass of red wine poured in the only wine glass left in the house, never mind that the base of it is chipped.

I had to laugh.
Remember the old saying about whether the glass is half empty or half full? The actual point is that the glass can hold liquid, and can be refilled again.

And that's about where we are in Alaska. Three of our schools won't reopen this school year, scores of stores and other business locations are still not reopened.

In the midst of this, the imbecile Commander of Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, who failed his duty to protect us from a scalar weapons attack, has kept up a constant unremitting practice artillery bombardment for a solid week.

Only God knows how many of the over 2,000 "after-shocks" are actually attributable to heavy artillery rounds being shot off by this cretin, no doubt for some idiot reason like, "Uh, we have to use up the rounds by the end of the year or we won't get new supplies."

Can you imagine? We've all just lived through a 7.0 Earthquake, and we suffer with unnecessary artillery bombardments that shake the ground for a solid week afterward?

Exactly who is in charge of the insane asylum?

Why No Political Organization?
From the very first, people have been wanting to get "organized" and form "political action committees" and create logos and emblems and that sort of thing and some of them have been openly hostile toward me because I won't be that kind of leader for them.

The short answer is --- I don't "do" politics because politics is part of the problem, not the solution.

An actual government is not made up of political parties arguing over who gets to divide the spoils this year.

An actual government is made up of elected fiduciary officers whose job it is to run the business of a country. Prudently.

Your actual government hasn't gone anywhere. You have forgotten how to operate it properly, but it is still here.

There are people running around like headless chickens claiming that nobody is in charge and that our government no longer exists and all sorts of silly rot, because the corporate nature of the federal subcontractors has been re-discovered by a dumbed-down generation.

The 1824 Webster's Dictionary gives the word "contract" as a synonym for the word "federal" --- so the "federal government is a "contract government" --- under contract to provide certain enumerated services.

As for the Act of 1871, all that aimed at (and didn't accomplish, as it was repealed three years later) was to create an incorporated business structure for the District of Columbia. This Municipal Corporation was eventually formed in a piecemeal fashion and it did do a lot of damage to our country, but no, that isn't the big "problem" either.

The real problem is our own guileless ignorance about politics.
Ask yourself--- what are these political parties? Republican and Democrat?

They are lobbyists.
Lobbyists are supposed to be going to Washington, DC, to plead for this or that special favor from the elected fiduciary officers. Instead, we have lobbyists running the government.

Think about that.
Calling them "political parties" instead of "lobbyists" doesn't change the nature of the beasts. They are still just as nasty, unaccountable, deceitful, self-interested and ruthless in promoting agendas calculated to benefit themselves and their patrons. They certainly aren't there to serve anyone but themselves and their own clique.
It's like we went mad and turned the government over to two Booster Clubs.

Instead of "Republican" we should have called it the "Capitalist Lobby" and instead of "Democrat" we should have called it the "Communist Lobby" and then maybe people would have gotten a clue long before this that their actual government --- the federal government they are owed --- is missing in action.

It's missing in action because it has been moth-balled, waiting for us to assemble our States and reconstruct the "missing" Federal States of States.

So, what we need to form are our jural assemblies, not more or different political parties. We need to form our Public Courts and elect our Public Law Officers, not spin off more or different private "security" services.

Do you realize that all the police and "law enforcement agencies" in this country are organized under Pinkerton Laws and are technically only authorized to provide security for the mail and the railroads?

Every corporation now --from the State of Illinois to Walmart-- has their own private security service, aka, "Pinkertons" and the only difference is that the State of Illinois is operating under color of law, while Walmart is being relatively honest about it.

Practically none of them have a thing to do with the mail service or railroads, but there they are, swaggering around in uniforms with bully sticks and guns, terrorizing the populace. One only has to blink twice to see the enforcers of feudal landlords riding down the valley, a black robed Inquisitor at the lead.

So, now again, you can see the urgent need of reclaiming your Good Name and Estate and declaring your political status as an American State Citizen and forming up your State Jural Assembly and electing actual Sheriffs to enforce the Public Law, instead of letting unauthorized gangs of Pinkertons rampage around under color of law.

Along with the complaints about my refusals to spawn a new political party --- when I firmly believe and with good reason that political parties should be outlawed --- I get complaints from people who say (quite rightly) that the world today is about leverage and enforcement and that a law is worthless if you can't enforce it.

This is just an observation about how lawless this country has become.
What can you expect, if the only people tasked with enforcing the Public Law --you and I-- are left unaware of their right and their obligation to do so?

Every single one of us has the right and the obligation to enforce the Public Law, to form our jural assemblies, elect our Sheriffs, and stand ready to serve as jurors and as deputies and as marshals.

The job of all these private corporate police forces is to protect the property of their employers, not to enforce the Public Law, even though many of these "agencies" and "State of...." organizations operate under color of law and deliberately give people the impression that they are public law officers when they are not.

And of course, the Pinkertons don't want us to catch on, because when the people of this country step forward to do their lawful duty, it cuts down on demand for them and their jobs. It also vastly undercuts their perceived authority and ends their relative immunity from prosecution.

When we form our Jural Assemblies and form our courts and elect our land jurisdiction Sheriffs, the bought and paid for "Sheriffs" working for ABC, Corp. get put in their places, because suddenly it's not the resources of a multi-national corporation pitted against little Joe Average.

Remember John Wayne deputizing members of his posse? A lawfully elected land jurisdiction Sheriff can deputize as many men as he needs to enforce the Public Law. And if necessary, we can kick Pinkerton ass from here to breakfast.

It's just a matter of remembering who you are and who they are, picking up the reins, and operating your own actual government instead of mistaking their bankrupt political sideshow as anything having to do with you.

Of course, it very much helps if we all work together and in large numbers, but it doesn't require any new political parties or fancy logos. The same Grand Old Flag and our same old government structure will do: all we have to do is operate the actual government we are heir to.

All it really requires is you, and your understanding of the situation, and your willingness to take action. Educate yourselves. Declare and record your political status. Form or join your already organized local jural assembly. Elect your court officers, including your Sheriffs.

And if anybody asks you anything about it, you look them in the eye and you say, "I am doing my Public Duty to uphold and enforce the Public Law."

Motors Running
Well, well, well! I have finally struck a nerve!

Who knew that the lobbyists had taken charge in DC? Who knew that the police are all acting as Pinkerton Agents? ---aka, hired mercenaries operating under color of law?

I did. I thought everyone knew. But that has proven to be a mistake on my part in the past, so I just thought I'd mention it in passing, and now this is creating a hullaballoo, too.

Apparently, my comment that we should call the Republicans the Capitalist Lobby and the Democrats the Communist Lobby for clarity was the real knee-thumper yell-producer.

Rather than go all "Politically Correct" and apologetic, I will add that changing the names and the understanding of people about which party is which, might also clarify things better for the politicians themselves.

In recent years the Satanist Vermin among us have been pulling their old tricks of infiltrating the ranks of the opposition and pretending to be their opposition.

Thus we have "RINOs" and "DINOs" --- people who are "Republicans in Name Only" and "Democrats in Name Only" and while some of these individuals appear to be genuinely confused or to honestly straddle traditional party lines, most of it is just Satanic horse-play to cause trouble and confusion and see how far they can get.

Renaming the political parties for what they truly are would bring attention to the fact that no, we shouldn't have political lobbies running our government and if you are going to join one, they really should make the effort to trim their gig lines and sell an honest product.

Truth in advertising and all that.

The Implications for Police
Following my apparently earth-shattering comments yesterday revealing that the police are not functioning as Public Law Officers and that they are in fact organized under Pinkerton Laws that allowed the railroads and the Pony Express to establish private security agencies to protect the mail and the transportation corridors (the US Marshals Service is the only legitimate present-day heir to all that specific legislation) there have been a lot of comments asking:

Have you talked to all the Sheriffs and people involved in "law enforcement" about this?

God knows, I've tried.
We have 3,100 elected County "Sheriffs" in this country, most of whom are good and honest men who respect the lives and property of their constituents. Of course, we also have some real cads who have gotten into office, too, and a fair number of what in the military are called, "flat asses"-- men who think that their job is to sit at a desk and mark time.

The cads don't want to hear what I have to say because its bad for business. The flat asses don't care about much of anything. And the good men usually react in denial of the, "That can't be right!" kind.

But I am right about this, and it is true.
They are all "private security personnel" if they are working for incorporated "States of States" or incorporated "Counties" and most if not all of them are acting under color of law.

Most of them don't even know this.
They think that they are Public Law Officers, just like the people assume they are Public Law Officers. They assume that they are occupying an elected Public Office and working under a Public Bond--- and they are not.

Those elections are all private in-house corporate elections decided by "registered voters" --- corporate franchisees, and there is no public bonding for their "State of State" and "County" offices, either.

Why? Because the "State of Tennessee" is a private corporation and so is the "STATE OF TENNESSEE". And so are all their incorporated "Counties". They all have EINs, CAGE numbers, are registered on Dunn and Bradstreet, identified on Thomas.com, on Manta.com, and traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Do we all need baseball bats over the head before the reality of this travesty and lawlessness and ongoing unauthorized plundering of the "Public Trust" sets in?

We have court cases in which the judges (including US Supreme Court Justices) have very flatly told the public that policemen are not obligated to protect their lives or property.

We have the Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc. Supreme Court case that "allows" private security personnel to enforce the Public Law, including the Constitution, if the individual "Sheriff" feels the whim to do so.

And if he doesn't, well, that's okay, too.
Many of my readers well-remember and my website fully documents letters that I sent to the "County" "Sheriff" in Grant County Oregon and to "County Sheriffs" in general at the time of the Milleur Wildlife Refuge Occupation in an effort to explain exactly these issues --- and to encourage the individuals to exercise their "prerogative" guaranteed by Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc. to enforce the Public Law and uphold the Constitution.

The information fell on deaf ears. The Constitutional guarantees owed to the Bundys and to the others were trampled.

Instead of securing the life, person, and property of LaVoy Finicum, the "County" Sheriffs conspired with equally private and unauthorized "law enforcement agents" working for the "FBI" [which was and so far as I know, still is, owned and operated by the same private municipal corporation as the "BLM"] to ambush and murder a completely innocent American under color of law.

In the aftermath of that shameful and still-unpunished crime, the "County" Sheriffs involved and the FBI all closed ranks and lied through their teeth about the whole operation, which led to two more years of false arrest and detainment and abuse of the Bundys and their Co-Defendants.

Please bear in mind that the Bundys and those with them would still be in jail and being subjected to torture, solitary confinement, etc., etc., etc., if not for one very courageous and determined Witness against this criminality and corruption.

There was still one American left in the FBI who knew his duty to the Public Law----and owned it.

The plain fact is that none of these men-- these "Sheriffs" and "FBI Agents" have any public office at all, and no authority even based on the Pinkerton Laws, because nothing they are doing has anything to do with the mail service or the railroads.

So far as we are concerned, if we call it for what it is, they are simply armed thugs operating under color of law at the behest of private for-profit foreign corporations and their local franchises.

They have, as I told the "Sheriff" of Grant County, exactly the same authority and status as a floorwalker at Walmart-- except for the fact that these "Sheriffs" and "Agents" are operating under color of law, and the floorwalker is being honest about what he is doing.

If you dig a little deeper into the quagmire of racketeering, injustice, and insanity this has inspired, you will find a great many good men being blackmailed because they have in fact committed gross crimes while unaware of their status -- crimes like the murder of LaVoy Finicum, the attack on Ruby Ridge, the Branch Davidians, and literally millions of lesser offenses, like the seizure of private property --- automobiles and home and land, etc., under false pretenses.

Having once stumbled into the mud, it must seem to them that there is no way out and that they have to continue to lie and do the bidding of the perpetrators of all this corruption.

There are in fact several options made available to them by Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc. and by the actual Public Law of this country.

They can en masse turn "state's evidence" and report all the crimes to the public and plea for amnesty.

They can individually decide to enforce the Public Law and the guarantees of the Constitution and do their Public Duty--- which includes arresting any federally-connected employee who violates the rights or steals the assets of any American.

And that includes the District Attorneys as well as FBI Agents.

We have a real problem in this country that is caused by malfunctioning and corrupt District Attorneys, who protect corrupt "Sheriffs" and attorneys as employees of the same corporations the D.A.s work for, and who also knowingly or unknowingly mis-direct the "Sheriffs" and attorneys.

After all, who was it at Waco, directing the fire bombing of the Branch Davidians and grossly violating their right to life as well as their right to religious freedom? Murdering little children and innocent women in the name of saving them?

People sometimes ask me how I got to be so smart. I prefer to think of it in terms of ---how did everyone miss this?

Now, it's true that I continued to educate myself throughout my life. I didn't just leave school and never pick up another book, so that is probably part of the story--but, I actually think that it also has to do with a peculiar kind of mindset that is more common among mathematicians and scientists.

Here is an example of it gleaned from the Christmas Card rack:

"Christmas is a strange season. We sing songs in front of dead trees and eat candy out of our socks." --- John Wagner

There's a dispassionate observer in me that doesn't have a dog in the fight. I can just stand back and look. And when you do that, it's surprising what you see both in terms of forests and trees.

This Christmas is going to be different. No big family dinner. Probably no Christmas tree, either. Darn few presents, if any. I just don't have the energy and "heart" and money for it after all that has gone on here---- but Christmas will come anyway, just like it came for the Whos down in Whoville.

Christmas for us is a time to remember the widows and widowers, the elderly, the sick, the prisoners --- all those who feel forgotten and alone and left out. It's a time to make sure children have what they need as they face a long winter, not a time to con them with lies about Santa Claus.

So I am writing Christmas cards to men who are falsely detained and imprisoned, away from their families and friends for no good reason. I am stocking up depleted shelves at the food bank. I am "making my rounds" to the elderly and the sick and the widowed. I am lighting my one little candle in the dark.

Mother Theresa was right. It's not the grand gestures and tons of money that matter. It's the small things done with love that add up, and that create happiness and peace of mind.

So I look at our one tattered string of Christmas lights that are still hanging on our porch rails and which, thanks to my husband plugging them in, are shining their bright colors against the December night ---- and I smile.

It's not just what we do at Christmas, it's what we do all throughout the year. No doubt that is a big reason that I don't feel the stress most people do, and just plod along being pleased with whatever I can do, to smile a little brighter and be a littler kinder this time of year.

That's what I am doing in the midst of the earthquake disaster, and it's what I recommend to all of you. Just call it quits to all the craziness and be at peace. Wait for the season to come to you. Watch for those times when you can be of service and notice all the people around you, some of whom need some extra care.

Last night as I was leaving the grocery store I stopped to stuff a fiver into the collection pot for the Salvation Army. When we had the Miller's Reach Fire disaster, they were the first group that came to help and they were the last to go, and now with the earthquake, here they are again. If I have any change at all in my pocket, their bell-ringers never go without a donation.

The man doing the collection was old and black as coal and he had been standing there alone ringing his bell for a long time, with all the busy, distracted holiday shoppers rushing past him. I was the only one in that whole big crowd to stop and fumble with my purse and smile at him as I folded the bill and stuffed it into the familiar metal pot.

"Thank you!" he said. I paused and looked him in the eye, and said, "Thank you, for being here." He gave me back a tired smile and a look of rapid understanding. He was standing there for you and me and everyone else, doing our good works for us.

That's why when I hear the bell-ringers of The Salvation Army, I don't cringe and look away; in fact, I lift my head and feel a little lighter, as if some unseen yoke shifted off my weary shoulder. There are good people in this world. They might not be fashionable, but they are true, and day after day and year after year, like the Gideons, they quietly serve their mission.

My Predictions
Everyone who is upset with all the flak I am getting, please bear in mind four things:
(1) you don't catch flak until you are right over the target; and,

(2) a lot of Americans are just now waking up, so we are seeing a lot of "Hibernating Bear" responses; and,

(3) the Bad Guys are going down. You can't expect that to happen in a Garden Party atmosphere; and,

(4) I have already outlined our Action Plan:

(A) Declare and record your correct nationality and political status and

(B) Organize your local and State Jural Assemblies and

(C) Elect your own Justices, Court Officers, and Sheriffs to enforce the Public Law, and

(D) Otherwise, we mind our own business and let the Federales take out their own dirty laundry.

The step-by-step restoration of our lawful government may sound boring to those who crave drama, but it is peaceful and orderly and gives the Vermin no excuse to interfere with us and our affairs. Those who are rampaging around like bulls calling for "war" of any kind are playing into the hands of the thieves
and murderers responsible for this whole situation.
Be gentle as doves and wise as serpents.

If you are an American, all the nastiness taking place in DC, all the criminal actions and bankruptcies and drama --- all that has nothing to do with you. That is all the business of your subcontractors, the "U.S. Citizens". It's their mess. Leave them to clean it up, while you clean up your side of the fence.

Imagine that you are the Lord of the Manor (because you are) and you are looking out your window. You see your Lawn Care Company employees and your Waste Management Company employees duking it out on the front lawn. Both companies are in receivership and its a real donnybrook melee.

Does that have anything to do with you? No.

Send their bankruptcy trustees a bill for damaging your grass and move on.

You have your own business to attend to. Keep your pert noses out of the Federales' fights and address your own affairs.

Many of the "LEOs" --- Law Enforcement Officers --- have been blackmailed and more have been betrayed by leaders and fraternity brothers they trusted.

It's not a pretty situation. Many of them are still ignorant and have no idea that what they are doing is wrong.

NYPD was asleep and its conscience was stone dead until they got a load of what was on Anthony Wiener's laptop. It was only when these men could finally see what they were protecting, and what was actually going on, that the worm turned.
Since then the "Revolt against the Revolting" has spread from the NYPD to the FBI to Treasury to DOJ to the USAG to the Inspector Generals. Good men in all these LEO organizations and in the military are rallying.

Just as the Vermin have deliberately confused America with "the US", they have deliberately confused the United Nations with "the UN" and they have used us and our churches and our lawful institutions as storefronts that they have usurped upon and tried to "eat out" from the inside, like tape worms.

The only way these commercial criminals could succeed was by deceit and secrecy and by co-opting decent people. That's why all the "Secret Societies" and "Secret Orders of Knighthood" and "Secret Fraternities", all the payola, all the strict compartmentalization of knowledge exists---to bribe, to entice, to control, to enforce, to blackmail.

Now, people are waking up.
Mr. Trump and an Alliance of White Hats will clean up the Municipal United States and all the renegade alphabet soup agencies that the Enemies of Mankind intended to use as a mercenary "ARMY" already in place and operating under color of law on our shores.

Trump will do this in spite of great resistance from guilty members of Congress, some members of the "Senior Executive Service" and guilty senior Agency personnel.

The ax has already fallen in the "STATE OF ARKANSAS". I predict that the next bastion of criminality to go down will be the "STATE OF NEVADA".

As the wheels of Justice begin to grind, the extent of the corruption and the horrendous nature of the corruption will be exposed. You will see how good men were drugged and tempted and lied to and then systematically forced to do hideous things by blackmailers.

You will see how bad men rose to power and how they used political power and legal chicanery to undermine our lawful government, while protecting themselves from the consequences of their own criminality.

If anyone from the UN CORP wants to complain about it, they will be facing a new coalition of nationalist governments.

The Territorial United States has been under martial law since 1863, so that is no news at all. Recent reports that Russia is mobilizing have implied that they are doing so to attack us. Not so. They are actually sending a very stern message to the EU, especially France and Benelux and Switzerland.

Russia has saved our bacon on at least three occasions, and is preparing to do so again, because a nationalist America helps preserve other nationalist governments worldwide, including the nationalist government that has developed in Russia over the past four decades.

The riots you are seeing in France and Germany mark the realization of the rank and file population that they are being taxed to death for no reason, and that this is being shoved down their throats by globalist corporations and political puppets that have no loyalty to France, no loyalty to the French People, no loyalty even to common decency. Ditto the same in Germany.

As these criminal corporate interests are rooted out and exposed to the light of day and the various schemes that they have used to defraud and oppress people under color of law are unraveled, a Great Awakening worldwide will come.

People will finally understand what "self-government" requires of them. They will understand money and credit, too. All the snake-oil and idolatry of Babylon will be revealed and in the revealing, it will be overcome.

Join with others on the road and form up your lawful Jural Assemblies. Elect your Justices of the Peace and your Unincorporated County Sheriffs.

Name One -- Day Eleven
This morning I realized that the light fixture above my bed is still hanging at a crazy angle as a result of the earthquake and that two shelves of books are still laying down sideways.

That's the way it is in a disaster. It's too much to take in all at once. It was the same way with the Miller's Reach Fire back in 1996. You keep on reaching for things that are no longer there, or trying to find things that were thrown out by someone else.

It's crazy.
And the "recovery" goes on and on and on, as you discover new things broken, or go into the garden shed for the first time in two weeks and realize, OMG! Another mess from the earthquake!

Sigh. It gets tiring. So does the stress from the after-shocks. [Either they ran out of ammo at Fort Rich or someone got to the Commander and told him to stop all artillery barrages in the wake of an earthquake.]

The dogs have gotten sensitized to the rumbling and jerking and now bark in advance, which could be good--- but isn't, because we Dumb Humans don't know if they are barking to warn us of an impending earthquake after-shock or just objecting to a cat crossing the yard or the UPS man making a delivery next door.

We'd all love to take a nice, long, hot bath or shower, but really can't, because the after-shocks keep us ready to bolt out the door, so we dance through the shower in record time and get dressed like we are late for a fire alarm. Really, truly, this isn't fun.

But we are muckling it, as my Mother used to say at moments like this, and stumbling our way forward. I was able to get a few gifts off to friends and family in time for Christmas-- just enough to say, "I'm still here! I still care!" So I won't feel utterly bad about Christmas. I had forgotten a stash of presents I bought earlier this year, and they survived the wreck.

It may sound stupid, but the sense of connectedness and empowerment that you lose in a disaster is close to being the worst of it. One moment you are in charge of your world and have a clear view of tomorrow, and the next, well, the next... you can't even guarantee sending a Christmas card.

There have been a couple nasty surprises in the aftermath -- things that waited a day or two to fall over, give way, slump -- after the main earthquake. I am told that is normal and to expect more damage to appear in the spring when the ground melts. Oh, joy.

It doesn't feel or look like the normal holiday season here. We have our one string of lights turned on and one distant neighbor also has a single string of lights lit.

That's it. No wreaths, no swags on mail boxes, no kitschy blow-up Santa Clauses, no reindeer, no pink flamingoes with wreaths around their necks and Santa hats. I almost miss the flamingoes, with their wry, determinedly jaunty plastic stare. Almost.

Even my Obnoxious Neighbor (everyone has one, right?) hasn't put up his traditional decoration: a single giant glowing can of SPAM.

It's an Alaska thing.
Long after WWII we were eating the leftover rations: drinking canned milk and eating SPAM casseroles.

And then to top off the general sense of loss and hard times, my ExO walked in this morning shaking his head.
"I've been thinking," he said gloomily.
With him, this is always an ominous prelude.
"....and I can't think of a single world leader I can name, who really seems to have the good of the people at heart. Not one."

Of course, I tried to help him with the search. After a few seconds I shrugged and looked at the wall.

The new guy in the Philippines appears to be making a Good Faith effort to clean out the drug pushers and thugs. Trump promised to end the Chem Trails.

But as usual, I had to admit that my ExO is right. I couldn't put my finger on any declared Knights in Shining Armor championing the cause of Mankind. All the world's leaders are mostly too busy trying to clean up after themselves, like Macron, or too intent on keeping a low profile to avoid past misdeeds, like the Queen, or just plain obscene, like Trudeau.

Not a happy rumination, but one we need to make.
What more or better can we expect, when we choose our leaders according to accidents of birth or which lobbyist group promises the most generous kickbacks?

Bah, humbug.
Macron promises a dollar more an hour for minimum wage. Eight dollars a day, average 23 work days a month, times 12 months = $2,208. That would keep Macron in cigars for a week, but after taxes, amounts to a net gain of about $1,400 for an average French worker with a family of four. Enough to buy a half-decent bicycle, so Dad can get to work.

No, no heroes anywhere in this cold and dark December. Its just you and me, Jaime, and of course, the chickens. It is apparent that if any meaningful help is to come, it must come from within ourselves, among ourselves, by people making their own stand for Mankind and for decency. We must be our own heroes, our own leaders.

Many thanks are being sent to all of you who have shouldered that extra burdern this Christmastime, and who have shared our losses. The need is still heavy, but we don't feel alone--- and we may be depressed by the entire situation, but, there is progress.

Bit by bit and piece by piece, the Great Fraud is being unraveled and the criminals are being exposed. More and more people are waking up worldwide.

With this week's clean up of the more corrupt elements in the "US" military--- the old DOD, US NAVY, USAF, US ARMY, PENTAGON--- all of which are commercial corporation franchises of the French-Belgian-Swiss UN CORP engaged in commercial mercenary activities under color of law, we reached the Tipping Point.

I feel confident that the Swamp is in fact being drained and despite all the rhetoric and attacks by the corrupt demagogues in Washington, Donald Trump is keeping his word. He may not be a Knight in Shining Armor, pure in thought, word, and deed--but among the world leaders, he is coming close to that.

Dorothy, Come Home!
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz was published in 1900, so all those people who are drawing upon the obvious similarities between Dorothy's trip out of Kansas and our jurisdictional kidnapping must be wrong..... or are they?

Everyone forgets that there was an earlier bankruptcy than the one in 1933, the bankruptcy of the Scottish Interloper doing business as "The United States of America, Incorporated" from 1868 to 1953.

That first bankruptcy technically began in 1896 and went to court in 1907 and was in process until it finally settled in 1953. Frank L. Baum had plenty of time, if he was an Insider, to contemplate the impacts of this first bankruptcy and write it all down as a children's story.

By the time the second bankruptcy of the Roman Catholic Delaware Corporation doing business as "the" United States of America, Incorporated hit in 1933, our land resources were already impounded as security for the first bankruptcy and weren't available. So FDR used us, our bodies and our labor and our private assets, to back-stop the debts of the second bankruptcy.

That's why the results that Frank L. Baum presented originally in 1900 didn't become as obvious as he assumed until the 1930's.

We have been "transported" to the foreign jurisdiction of the British Territorial United States and then kidnapped again into the foreign jurisdiction of the Municipal United States --- and all without any Due Notice or Due Process from our unfaithful servants.

At which point, it's time for "Dorothy" to click the heels of her Ruby Slippers three times and realize --- "There's no place like home...."

If you are missing America the way it should be, then it is more than past time for you and millions of others to take up the challenge posed by these Usurpers and False Trustees.

Donald Trump is doing his best, but he can't do it alone from his side of the fence. It requires a collaboration. Dorothy and Toto have to do their part, and then the Good Witch Glinda has to do hers.

If you've been in the proverbial "Land of Oz" as long as you care to be, then get started on the road home. Declare and record your correct nationality and political status, and either join or start your own County Jural Assembly.

There are a lot of people out there selling one idea or another, focusing on one part of the fraud or another, but the only ultimate solution is to go home to Kansas and restore the lawful government and the Public Law you are owed.

Donald Trump is the President of a bankrupt foreign corporation. About the best he can do is keep the boat afloat and fend off false claims against the cargo by would-be pirates. The real solution and the only real solution that there is, is up to me and you.

Money and Favorite Uncles
I had five Uncles on my Mother's side of the family, and they were all favorites--- in different ways.

There was Julius, the hunting, fishing, orchard-pruning, campfire- making, ghost story-spinning Uncle. He would pack an extra bologna sandwich and take me along just because he missed his own daughter who was all grown up.

And Gene, the High Society Uncle, with the fancy suits and Lincoln Continentals and an addiction to good whiskey. He was so handsome the women used to literally gasp. Not that they meant to. He'd blow into town like a High Wind and take us all to the movies or the Strawberry Festival or whatever else was going on.

And Merrill, the Bonne Homme Uncle, who taught me how to catch a Snapping Turtle with a willow branch, how to lay a straight course of bricks, and who could name all the constellations in the sky. He was the quietest Uncle, but also the most observant. That's why I got the most spankings from him....

There was Merton, my Mother's Fraternal Twin, the dreamy musician and mathematician who could play any instrument in the band, do any kind of sum in his head, and make a stone grow. He was a Radio Operator in Patton's Third Army, and I don't think he ever really came home.

And finally, Henry, who was a Pilot in the US Army Air Force flying giant transport planes "over the Hump" in World War II; he had a smile like Henry Fonda and everyone loved him, even me, though he teased me without mercy and was forever pulling sly jokes.

Henry was the kind of Uncle who would pull quarters out from behind his ears and pretend to have captured your nose, the kind of guy who would tell you that your face was covered in purple spots for no reason at all, who would switch his empty can of pop for your full one if you let him, who would ask what time of day it was at ten o'clock at night....

You had to stay on your toes with Henry.
Not one of us kids was slow on the uptake, and it was largely because of him.
He was always up to something. Some joke. Some deceitful prank. Some silly observation that was a combination of cynical and sweet.

It's because of Henry that I recognized the con job of money early on.
It was plain to me that no piece of paper was equivalent to candy bars. Even at age four.

I said to him one day, "Why are all these people pretending about money? Is it some kind of game?"
He coughed rather violently, then gave me a slow, considering stare.
"Well, yes, I suppose it is," he said. "But it's a game nobody has any choice about playing."

That set my young wheels spinning again. Okay, it's a game, but we don't have a choice? Since when are games mandatory?

The plain fact is that money is a con game worse than any sideshow scam, is now and always has been. And just as Henry said, we are being forced to play this con game via "Legal Tender Laws" which are themselves illegal.

Can you all say, "forced and inequitable contract"?
For over a hundred years, we have been treated to the spectacle of otherwise sane Americans accepting nothing but an I.O.U. from the Federal Reserve in exchange for our apples and widgets and labor.

That's where the staggering "National Debt" of the Municipal and British Territorial United States comes from --- from all the credit that we have extended to them under force and duress of "Legal Tender Laws". And that's what makes us their priority creditors.

Paper really isn't equivalent to chocolate bars.
That, and the fact that we paid the blackguards up front face value for their otherwise worthless script. We, ourselves, underwrote the currency even before anyone began trading it, which adds another whole layer to the fraud.

Robbed, embezzled, conned --- call it what you will. Our public servants have done this to us all and the banks have colluded with them on it.

The day is going to come when you are all going to wake up and shake your heads like Rip Van Winkle and say, "What is all this nonsense?"
And you will know, as I have known all these years, that money is nothing but a game that you've been forced to play by people having less than zero authority to impose Legal Tender Laws on you in the first place.

When you finally realize that its all just an ugly joke, that you have been a fool, and that "the government" is at fault for this, you will no doubt be angry, too.
And you will wonder---- oh, my! oh, my! --- what do we do?

The first thing most people do is run headlong down to the jewelry store or gold exchange and start buying gold coins and bullion and stock in mining companies, but there, too, you are being short-changed.

It's the whole proposition of money that stinks, not just the form of it.
It doesn't really matter what you use "as" money --- paper or metals or plastics. Wampum beads will do as a cure. It's all just nothing but Flim-Flam de Jour.

And that is the part where most people balk and blink and think: what? There's no good alternative? It's not even a matter of alternatives? It's all just bunko in the first place?

But if there's no money --- no money at all --- what then?
Then we finally deal with the reality of life and our need to be able to translate bongo drums into shoe leather and pig snouts into pomade. And we deeply consider --- maybe for the first time ever --- how to construct a monetary system that is honest?

Why PARSE is Another Fraud
I could explain it in mathematical terms, but most people are not mathematicians and it would be as useful as speaking Greek to my Labrador Retriever. Everyone would cock their heads, look polite and concerned, then go chase more rabbits.

So, let's discuss this in terms everyone can understand.
All languages on Earth --- Swahili, English, Ancient Hebrew --- all our various languages ancient and modern use just three (3) operations to produce the infinite possibilities of grammar.

This underlying simplicity makes it possible to test the grammatical construction of all languages in exactly the same way.

It also means that if PARSE is true for English, it must be true for all other languages worldwide. It must be as applicable to Chinese and Ancient Hittite as modern English, so that forms the means to check our work. We "do the problem" in English and then we do it in Chinese. All results should tally.

All grammar and all variations of grammar are the product of three (3) operations:
1. We add words: "You say so." becomes "Did you say so?"
2. We change the form of words: "I eat beef on Sundays." becomes "I ate beef on Sundays."
3. We change the order of words: "This is sweet!" becomes "Is this sweet?"

In addition to the three operations, there is punctuation, which is not really grammar but notation. Similar to notation in mathematics, punctuation tells us how to order and group and value words.

In evaluating PARSE the first thing you notice is that everything is in capital letters. Capital letters is the form of Ancient Latin and also the form of DOG LATIN, which has been used for centuries as a means to defraud and enslave mankind. (See "The Justinian Deception" and the work of the Australian, Romley Stewart, on this subject.)

Also bear in mind throughout this discussion: Latin is not the official language of The United States of America, and it hardly matters if it's Ancient Latin, Church Latin, Dog Latin, Pig Latin, or a mish-mash of all four, which on the surface of it, is what PARSE appears to be.

The next thing you notice is that PARSE follows conventions of both Ancient Latin and Dog Latin in its use or failure to use hyphens between words.

In Ancient Latin, a space is the equivalent of a period so that the name ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER written without hyphens reduces to ANNA(.) MARIA(.) RIEZINGER(.) ---that is, it is as if we were talking about three different entities, and it renders the "Dog Latin" name "ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER" as gibberish.

"Gibberish" is one of Russell-J:Gould's favorite words, but in fact, he is rendering language that is perfectly intelligible English into "gibberish" by applying foreign language conventions to English.

This is a fundamentally deceitful act that changes the meaning of an English text while appearing to still be written in English---when it is actually a bastardized combination: English written in the form of Latin.

Russell and his friend, David-Wynn, attempted to explain this away by calling it "PARSE SYNTAXING" as if this mixing of Latin and English were some legitimate normal function of linguistics, when it's not.

Thus, when Russell talks about being "correct" he is certainly not talking about any form of correct English or correct Latin, either. He is talking about his own peculiar copy-righted Vatican-approved hybridization of both languages, which functions according to rules of punctuation and grammar that he made up himself the same way an inventor may patent a widget. And like an inventor claiming the excellence of his new product design, Russell preaches the supposed advantages of PARSE.

When you get a bit deeper into analyzing PARSE, you find a virtual phobia being applied against five out of eight parts of English speech:
(1) pronouns, (2) indefinite articles, (3) adverbs, (4) adverb-verb combinations and (5) adjectives.

If Russell has his way we will be reduced to talking like Tarzan and thinking like Tarzan, too. Why not just gesture and grunt and shuffle off into the bushes?

The argument against these parts of speech (which is not grammar, but which both Russell and David-Wynn describe as grammar) is the idea that they introduce elements of vagueness and opinion into communications. This is hardly a new complaint.

English developed a complete set of descriptive pronouns in every grammatical case to answer the pronoun problem of which "he", "she", "it" or "they" we are talking about, but it is still necessary to read and write carefully to avoid confusion.

The alternative is to spell out every name, every time, in every sentence:
"Ann took Ann's seat and handed Ann's homework to Ann's teacher and Ann told Ann's teacher that Ann was sorry that Ann's homework was late."

This approach presumes that we are not intelligent enough or honest enough to figure out the context and apply the correct interpretation to pronouns and must instead have everything literally spelled out for us. That is, it is an attempt to correct a character defect (dishonesty) or mental incapacity by using only Proper Nouns.

It's arguable, but if a man wishes to be dishonest, he will be dishonest, and if we lack the mental capacity to use pronouns we should not be entering into contractual agreements, should we?

The phobia against indefinite articles is similar. Do you really want to give up the ability to talk in theoretical terms about "a herd of cows"? Or less-than-exact amounts, such as "a pinch of salt"?

Not everything is exact and specific in life and we should not limit our imaginations-- or our language--- in an effort to pretend otherwise. Russell likes to bang on about "correctness" but correctness is dependent on truth, and the truth is that somewhere "a herd of cows" exists and there is an amount of salt pinched between my fingers. Go figure.

The rant against adverbs, adverb-verb combinations, and adjectives are all related to the idea that these parts of speech introduce elements of opinion and vagueness and possible confusion into our communications. It's easy to see why:
"He was running slowly toward the bridge." invites us to ask --- who is "he"? and what does "running slowly" mean? How slowly? Can you run and still be slow about it? What bridge? Which bridge? At what point in the past?

Someone or something (possibly a horse or dog or...?) of the male gender was running in the direction of a bridge at some point in the past and that is about all we can say about that.

We have to add and change and rearrange words --- all three operations of grammar --- to get a more specific result:
"Sunday afternoon Tom Chambers jogged up the hill to the Catahooli Bridge near Memphis, Tennessee."

This version of the same basic information still doesn't nail down specific time or date. We could add those details and a couple prepositional phrases to further clarify our whole message:
"On Sunday, October 2,1988, at three o'clock in the afternoon, Thomas Chambers jogged up the hill on the eastern side of the Catahooli Bridge near Memphis, Tennessee."

This version of the same basic information doesn't tell us which "Thomas Chambers"..... so, we go back to the drawing board in search of exactitude:
"On Sunday, October 2, 1988, at three o'clock in the afternoon, Thomas Chambers, an unemployed blacksmith born and raised in Lowery Gap, Kentucky, jogged up the hill on the eastern side of the Catahooli Bridge near Memphis, Tennessee."

We now have a much more complete and precise description of who, what, when, where --- but still no why, which is another detail we can add to complete the whole picture:
"On Sunday, October 2, 1988, at three o'clock in the afternoon, Thomas Chambers, an unemployed blacksmith born and raised in Lowery Gap, Kentucky, jogged up the hill on the eastern side of the Catahooli Bridge near Memphis, Tennessee, to take in the view."

What do we notice about this process of grammatical changes -- adding words, changing words, and rearranging words?
First, there are a lot more words to answer a lot more questions. Second, this process requires many prepositional phrases.... on Sunday.... at three....in Lowery....up the.... on the... near Memphis.... to take in the view. Third, the information being conveyed is much more specific. Fourth, a change from the more complex "was running slowly" to "jogged" side-stepped the issue of "how slowly" was he running and centered attention on the fact that he was moving faster than walking, but not sprinting.

This is all very good. What else do we notice?
If we have the information and if we are willing to share the information, we can use our language just as well or better than PARSE to communicate to anyone else.

These two conditions: (1) having the information and (2) being willing to share it, are what mathematicians call "necessary limits".

If you don't have the information you can't share it via any language or grammar.

Imagine the very first sentence in a specific context -- "He was
running slowly toward the bridge." -- being spoken by an eye-witness to an accident in which a jogger was struck and killed by a drunk driver veering onto the shoulder of the road.

The Witness doesn't have all the information to fill in all the blanks, so the communication isn't dishonest nor is it incorrect.
The second condition being willing to share the information is again a matter of honesty.

Suppose that the Witness knew the victim, but for reasons of their own, chose not to reveal that to the police investigating the accident.

That's the other necessary limitation of honest communication.
Both of these necessary limitations apply to PARSE just as they apply to Latin and English.

Finally, every word in a mathematically interfaced system of language is a unique alpha-numeric operator. PARSE obligates you to ignore that fact and pretend that "cucumber" and "pickle" are equivalents and also ignore the fact that "aqua" and "Turquoise" are not the same thing. When you have more than one word describing the same or even multiple things that may or may not be associated there is no such absolute mathematical truth involved.

"Please peel the cucumbers." and "Please weed the cucumbers" aren't in the same ballpark, as one refers to the fruits and the other to the vines, and neither one implies anything about "pickles".
"Turquoise" may describe a range of blue-green colors (including "aqua") or a stone.

You can do the same test in any language on Earth and get the same negative results. PARSE does not and cannot address these factors much less reduce them to any absolute meaning.

At the end of the day it all still comes down to the "necessary limitations" -- how much information you have and how much information you are willing to share. These limitations are the "Prime Operators" in any communication system, and the grammar used --- as we have just demonstrated --- is then secondarily deployed according to one of the three operations: adding to, changing, or re-ordering of words, orchestrated by a common and agreed-upon system of punctuation.

So there is no actual benefit to PARSE and no basis for the claim of a valid mathematical interface. Even the symbol logos is flawed. There is no provision for double letters, no provision for letter conversions like "w" versus "v" and "v" or "j" for "i" and we could go on.

Suffice it to say that PARSE is just another attempt to baffle and bamboozle with arcane fakery being offered to us on the part of the Municipal Government(s) administered by the Vatican and a con game by men who are either (1) shysters or (2) who have been co-opted in ignorance or (3) are being blackmailed to act as front men.

There are two real dangers to PARSE.
The first is that when you go into a court and start presenting Russell's language to the Judge you identify yourself as belonging to Russell's corporation, which is a Municipal Corporation of the old French-Belgian-Swiss UN CORP Cabal and the UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION which is also affiliated with them, so all you have accomplished by adopting PARSE is to move to a different pen in the same feedlot as you have been in since 1946. It's just not operating under the name UNITED STATES anymore.

This sad outcome may not be what Russell intends, but that is what the practical bottom line of it is. He may think he has escaped and formed a whole new world construct, but in fact, the same old webmasters own him and own his inventions, his patents, his copyrights and everything else.

The second danger of PARSE is even more insidious.
Those of you who have studied government and history for any length of time have become aware of the fact that "Federal Code" is literally written in code, so that only members of the government corporations, their employees, and their subcontractors know what the lingo actually means.

For example, in Federal-ese, the word "person" means "corporation". And we are all considered "non-resident aliens" for the purposes of the Tax Code.

It's all like Buck Rodgers and his famous Decoder Ring.

As PARSE is a made-up language copyrighted by Russell-J:Gould he gets to encode whatever meaning he wants to encode, and change the meaning of words and punctuation to suit himself. Not only that, PARSE is so obtuse and complex and picky as to be: (1) unintelligible and (2) difficult to write.
All this expands the ability of the Vermin to make things say whatever they want them to say, based on an extra space between words, or the use of a semi-colon instead of a full colon, or an accent mark or a hyphen. It becomes the "Ultimate Code" and its purpose is not to clarify, but to hide the meaning of things except to the acolytes---- the members of the Bar Associations and the Vatican Municipal Government network.

If you thought "Legal-ese" was nasty and difficult to deal with, just adopt PARSE instead.

This is one old Grandma who has been up the hill, down the valley, and up the other side, and I am not going back again. I've been victimized by these fakirs for most of my life, but I haven't been deceived. And that is where the sticking point is.
In order for the Vermin to get away with their crimes under Roman Civil Law, which is commercial law, they have to be able to claim that their victims allowed themselves to be deceived.
And that ain't happening.

Calling Out the Roman Curia
Any thing that is incorporated is a lie. It is called a "legal fiction" because it is a fiction---- made up out of thin air. A lie, in other words. And all lies have their genesis with who?

The Father of All Lies.
A corporation is allowed to exist by "wink and a nod" consent and because the Roman Curia that dreamed up and invented all the various forms of corporations -- S Corps, B Corps, C Corps, Non-Profits, Foundations, Trusts, etc., etc., etc.,has promised the rest of the world to destroy any corporation that indulges in unlawful activity by liquidation.

But, surprise, surprise, surprise! The people responsible for creating these humongous "Whoppers" in the first place, have been remiss in their duties.

They've stood by and profited themselves and let the very worst offenders against Mankind and against the Public Law grow fat and sassy on insurance fraud and bribery, racketeering, and kidnapping and press-ganging and inland piracy---- and then claim bankruptcy protection for themselves.

So these evil lawless corporation have been allowed by the Roman Curia to run rampant, to lie, steal, kill, fornicate, kidnap, enslave and profit from all their crimes ---- then turn around under a different name and do it all again, seeking and receiving bankruptcy protection each time, while the victims of all this take the pie in the face and pay the bill for it.

Well, fellas, let's just say ---- not anymore?
It's the corporate version of absolution for a price. Indulgences for the 1%, screw you for everyone else, especially the little children.

"Oh, I know I am a Sinner, but I am really sorry now that my Creditors are here upon me! Oh, grant me bankruptcy protection and I promise I won't do it again (at least, not under the same name!)"

The Scottish Government of the UK infringed on our Good Name and Sovereign Patent in 1868 by incorporating "The United States of America, Inc." and stealing our identity and hacking into our credit. The King who was supposed to be our Trustee turned a blind eye and took kickbacks. The Pope, too.
And when the fraud was discovered, they asked for bankruptcy protection and got it, leaving us to pay their bills.

Now they are right back at it. The Scottish Government of the UNITED KINGDOM is again infringing on our Good Name and Sovereign Patent and has incorporated THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, LLC and is proposing another round of fraud and credit theft and hypothecation of debt.

We want to cut out the "sinning" part and cut right to the part where the Scottish Government and their Templar Bankers are down on their knees confessing and begging for protection.

Let's all just "edit the film loop" so that as soon as any entity on Earth tries to incorporate anything in our Good Names or the name of our Federation or of any member State, it just rolls over and goes----- zip! Error! Error!

And let's then skip to the part where the Curia orders the liquidation of the offending corporations and says, "We may be required to forgive, but we are not required to forget. You are confirmed and stubborn Sinners, and must pay the penance owed directly to the victims."

And then they can do the same Reality Edit on the government of FRANCE, BELGIUM, and SWITZERLAND and the UN CORP for trying to do the same thing as the Government of Scotland and the UNITED KINGDOM.

In fact, as far as we are concerned, the liquidation of all Municipal Corporations would be a step in the right direction, not just the UNITED STATES, not just the DOD, the PENTAGON, the US NAVY, and all the rest of the alphabet soup agencies.

The duty of the Roman Curia in these matters is painfully clear. They are on the hook to liquidate all corporations that function in an unlawful manner. All of these entities made of hot air need to disappear like the puffs of smoke and demon's breath they represent.

Notice to the Roman Curia: we aren't members of the Hellfire Club and aren't going to pay any dues or accept any Odious Debts. Take that one to the BANK OF SCOTLAND for us, even if you have to paddle all the way to China.

Michael Hayden: Post-Truth Society?
There I was, innocently writing Christmas cards and listening with half an ear to some vacuous PBS programming, when what (and who) to my wondering eyes did appear, but Michael Hayden, former Chief Goon of both the NSA and CIA spreading good cheer, and the news that the Truth no longer matters to anyone here.

We live in a "Post-Truth Society" and he quoted a dictionary as proof, that some slum-dweller swaddling in the deep urban blight has labeled our condition and says Hayden, has shown a great light.

According to Mr. Hayden we are all clueless and brain-dead and immoral prigs with the instincts of starved dogs and a dearth of common sense. According to him, we have gone over the edge, and no longer bother with truth, only bald avarice.

We care nothing for truth every day of the year and wallow instead in self-pity and beer.

Oh, no, says the Durge King as he sounds the Death-Knell of our world and our nation and our dear ones as well. Give up your grey cells and your logic and your happy sleigh bells.

Forget what Mom taught you and your Dad, just as well. Forget your code of honor --if you had one to start. Admit you are a pathetic sleazy bastard, with an ice pick for a heart.
I"m the expert, he purred, though that's not what he said. His words were ingratiating as they poured forth from his head.

We must forgive people, he implied, for their delusional spells. They've been misled and poisoned and gone through sheer Hell. No wonder they are sick and reduced to blind rage, political correctness, and swear words for prayers.

Kill the IRS? It's Already Dead.
Ever heard of a "dead man walking" -- well, that's the IRS. Not only has it been gutted and most of its work force laid off, but it has no contract and no real purpose.

As the Grace Report revealed in 1980, all the money collected by the IRS didn't even pay the interest on the National Debt of the Territorial United States. That wasn't the point.

We were misled into assuming that our tax dollars were paying for public services, but that paradigm went out in the 1930's. No, actually, the only function of all the tax payments extorted out of the majority of Americans was to act as a "valve" to control the money supply and moderate the growth of inflation.

Inflation continued to act as a merciless silent tax and to gnaw away at the value of the U.S. fiat domestic currency, but those annual collections slowed the process down to the Frog Boiling Temperature preferred by the banks, who naturally wanted to milk the embezzlement and racketeering and keep "the Natives" from figuring it all out as long as possible.

Haven't you all noticed that the Federal Reserve building in NYC is all boarded up and how many of the IRS Offices have closed their doors? Their mail is being forwarded. They can't find enough Americans who will work for them anymore.

All the "agents" have false names, but now the false names are things like: "Amber Gouderaineroneff" and "Malcolm Flackenbuster" and they tend to have foreign accents.

They are scurrying around, head down, eyes scanning the periphery and quickly glancing behind. They can feel the flames licking at their boot heels. They know the jig is up. Even the dumbest among them has heard the word and seen the pink slips.

Well, what's the use of collecting up the I.O.U.'s when the Federal Reserve System is bankrupt? Force of habit?

Still trying to claim that there is some kind of a war on somewhere, as a justification for not ending The Victory Tax that should have ended --- no questions asked --- in 1945?

Reminds me of my Uncle Jesse Myrick on my Father's side of the family staring dolefully at the clock:
"Damn!" he say sadly, "it's only four o'clock and I would love a cold beer......"
He'd drum his fingers on the table, glance around to see where his wife was, give me a sidelong look and say in a stage whisper, "Oh, well, it must be five o'clock somewhere!" --and begin making himself a Red Beer.

They, the members of Congress, have cause to know that the government isn't funded with tax dollars.

They know that except for Slush, there hasn't been a rational excuse to continue collecting taxes since the Federal Reserve bankrupted the trademarked Federal Reserve System in 2009, but they've kept up the fraud and racketeering just the same.

It's all been business as usual. Until now, when the Municipal Government has been left unfunded and without a contract for cause.

Shame on them and shame on us for letting the members of the US CONGRESS and their Agents get away with defrauding and harassing and plundering us for the better part of a hundred years.

Let's finish it and be wise enough not to accept their "offer" to establish a 17% sales tax, either. Such proposals should be taken in light of what they already owe us.

As Regards Martial Law
If they are going to arrest 66,000 miscreants and boot out all illegal aliens martial law is what they will need to do. We are at a point where we have been slowly invaded by Mexicans and others and have no choice.

Recent findings of vast widespread organized vote tampering and gross corruption in state and county courts is also going to require drastic action. In order to re-establish a just society we can't continue to have private courts functioning as money laundering operations for the banks and local crooks. All these people will face charges and/or need re-training. The corruption has gone on so long that they don't know they are doing anything wrong.

Organized crime networks have been discovered in Arkansas, Nevada, New York. California, and elsewhere that operate internationally and which have ties to everything from gambling and prostitution to drugs and back again. In far too many of these cases the local police are either incompetent or colluding. All that has to be addressed, too, and is connected to the first problem I mentioned -- the 66,000 indictments and the unsecured borders that have allowed vast numbers of foreign nationals to come and go as they please.

On top of that the old MUNICIPAL Government run as an Oligarchy by Congress has been proven to be operating in a totally illegal and unlawful fashion.

They were limited to the ten square miles of the District of Columbia for a good reason and they grossly usurped against that limitation. Since 1946 they have been bilking the States and the American People and deliberately undermining every principle this country was built on.

There are now over 200,000 "municipal corporations" in this country and I am calling for all of them to be liquidated, nationalized, and returned to local control.

The idea that a group of people can form a foreign independent city-state in the heart of America and just do whatever they please is totally whackjob and is nowhere allowed in any Founding Document.

Think about Phoenix declaring itself a "sanctuary city" and acting against the Public Law. Think of New York City declaring itself "the capital of the world" and operating apart from the State and People of New York. Think of all these foreign corporations seizing the power to arbitrarily tax our people? And then think about the endless corruption and misery of Detroit, one of the first victims of this madness, spreading like a social and economic disease throughout this country?

All these municipal corporations are de facto crime syndicates on our shores, born and functioning in an unlawful status from inception. None of them have any right to be here and most of them have done nothing but promote crime and bilking of public resources for private business interests.

Literally trillions of dollars have been embezzled and siphoned out of this country by these foreign municipal corporations and some of them have done far worse things, too.

Take the Municipal Corporation operating as the US NAVY for example.

That's not our Navy.
It has been reconfigured as a private mercenary force and has used a deceptively similar name to enable it to act under color of law.

If you go to the Patent Office and start looking at the US NAVY-held Patents you will see how they have enriched themselves and been part and parcel of the scheme of the Big Banks to take over the whole world and undermine all national governments including ours by a process of deceit, identity theft, falsification of records, odious debt accrual and embezzlement. You will also see the horrific processes and patents that these goons have developed in contravention of international law.

And all this rot has been promoted by just one municipal corporation. Imagine the damage that 200,000 of these things, all operating under color of law, all being interfaced with and being mistaken for legitimate parts of the American Government can do?

Think of the IRS, FEMA, DOJ, BATF, FBI, CIA--- all these "agencies" formed back in the 1930's by the Roosevelt Administration? They are all municipal corporations and they have been operating on our shores as foreign "service" organizations under the control of a foreign government--- the Municipal United States oligarchy run by the US CONGRESS -- which is supposed to limit its operations to the ten square miles of the District of Columbia.

All of these "Alphabet Soup Agencies" have been heavily armed by the schemers and many lesser-known organizations that we don't normally think of as parts of the government, but which we can readily identify as government contractors-- municipal corporations like GENERAL ELECTRIC --have been "militarized" along with lots of local franchise branches like the STATE OF ARIZONA and WASBACH COUNTY, VIRGINIA.

Billions of rounds of ammunition and guns of all kinds, military track vehicles and armored trucks and millions of body bags and "FEMA Camps" have been prepared, along with designated mass burial grounds --- all in preparation for the moment when all these foreign municipal corporations would be mobilized by the bankers and used as an already de-ployed supra-national mercenary force already supplied and in place and operating under color of law on our shores.

This is what my husband and I addressed with the Joint Chiefs of Staff beginning in 2005 and which led to the issuance of the General Civil Orders of 2014.

Other national governments also "woke up" and realized that they, too, were sitting ducks. And the word was passed down the line from officer to officer, policeman to policeman, vet to vet. Not just here, but all over the world.

In 2015, the Municipal Government operations involved in these heinous acts were de-funded, but via private sources (think George Soros and the Chicago racketeers under Rahm Emmanuel and the New York Mob operating out of Nevada) they continued to operate as corporations and to take on a life of their own.

Since then there has been an internecine "war" between these elements of the old Municipal Government and the Territorial Government. Because, for example, the functions of the Municipal US NAVY were tied to the functions of the actual United States Navy, it has been a cat-and-mouse game of trying to determine who was loyal to this country and who was not.

The Globalist Scum finally got so frustrated that they played their hand in the open and deployed against California by using Directed Energy Weapons to burn out a corridor for one of their envisioned railroad projects, and a different Scalar Resonance technology was deployed to cause the Earthquake in Alaska.

Those actions allowed us to observe exactly who was involved and what kinds of technology they have and how they operated these weapons. And that "tipping of their hand" is proving their downfall.

All the shuffling and re-shuffling you are seeing in Washington now is a direct result of all of this coming to a head.

It is believed that when all this is exposed a majority of Americans --even those involved in working for municipal corporations- will understand the necessity of dismantling this threat to our own national security and will comply with the order to liquidate these corporations.

There will, of course, be exceptions. Hard-core Globalist Fascist and Communist "cells" do exist and they are embedded in all levels of business and society in this country and internationally.

Often times the Fascist and the Communist diatribes are so closely aligned that it is hard to tell them apart except that they are all liars and hypocrites.

They talk about peace and promote war. They appear to advocate "tolerance" and "respect" while in fact being intolerant toward anyone who does not share their exact views. They attempt to use "herd mentality" to drive "social justice" agendas which never result in social justice, but which reliably line the pockets of the perpetrators.

It's not about what they say, it's about what they do, and the obvious dissonance between the two.

We have lived under soft martial law all our lives and this evil has spread until it had "captured" its own branches of what appeared to be our own military. Think about that.

The Road Home we have embarked upon is difficult at best. Most people in America are still sleeping. They will need our help to make sense of all this, but once they find their feet and get their heads screwed on, they will know what to do and who to believe and that will be the deciding factor in bringing all these evils to an end.

Agencies -- A Clarification for Boneheads
In my recent article, "As Regards Martial Law" I posed the following question: "Think of the IRS, FEMA, DOJ, BATF, FBI, CIA--- all these "agencies" formed back in the 1930's by the Roosevelt Administration?"

Just a few days ago, I reported the history of the Department of Justice which was created in the 1870's, so obviously, the word "formed" as used above does not mean "created". I am not saying that all these agencies "came into being" in the 1930's.
The word "formed" means "the shape or configuration of something" or "the mold used to impose a specific shape or configuration on something".

So I am talking here about the "formation" not the "creation" of these agencies--- how they were all uniformly re-defined and empowered.

Prior to the 1930's all the agencies created by the Federal Government had a mandate and a set of laws created by the Congress which the Agencies enforced. Period. Their nature was that of an "enforcement agency" --- a means by which the laws promulgated by Congress could be enforced.

If anything changed, the Congress had to change it. If anything was added, the Congress had to add it. And if anything was subtracted, the Congress had to repeal it.

Under this system, the Congress remained accountable for the administrative actions of the Agencies and the Agencies remained strictly under the supervision of Congress and acted only upon the authority of laws passed by Congress.

Any politics that entered into the creation of the law entered in at the level of the Congress.

But in the 1930's the Congress did something that strictly speaking the Congress is not allowed to do. It shuffled off its own powers to the Agencies and enabled the Agencies to promulgate their own "laws" in the form of "Administrative Code".

So all the Agencies started promulgating their own internal "administrative laws" and developing their own "Administrative Code" and enforcing it "as" law----and suddenly instead of having one Federal Code and one Federal Legislative Power vested in the United States Congress, we have had dozens if not hundreds of "Agencies" ramming around creating "law".

I have witnessed this process first-hand as a former employee of the "STATE OF ALASKA - DEPARTMENT OF LABOR" which is a corporate franchise of the Federal DOL. Part of my job involved participation in "Administrative Tribunals" and interpretation of "Administrative Code".

The Agencies, which we never authorized to do any such thing, have been acting as mini-Congresses within their area of expertise, and as they have been under the direction of political appointees, their actions have been highly politicized, too.

By allowing the Agencies to promulgate de facto "law" in the form of Administrative Code (think of it as dozens of little "Federal Codes" springing up all over) the Congress gave away its own power to un-elected and unaccountable subcontractors, put these Agencies under the control of political appointees, and let them loose on the Public.

And that, similar to Congress's similar granting away of its power to the Federal Reserve, is the crux of the matter and the problem I am discussing.

Congress has "delegated away" it's own powers and responsibilities to un-elected bodies and there is no suggestion anywhere in any form of Federal Constitution allowing them to do this.

That's a very serious problem in and of itself.

We have to deal with the problem of gross Municipal Government overreach and with the unauthorized promulgation of Administrative "laws" by un-elected persons and with the similar grotesque abdication of responsibility for our monetary system.

I have had some boneheads jumping up and down and saying I "lied" because they don't know the difference between the words "formed" and "created". That's their problem, not mine.

The very much greater problem that we all have is failure to understand how the Agencies have been allowed to usurp and exercise dictatorial powers as un-elected mini-legislatures, and then also act as their own executive enforcement branch.

Thanks to the multiple abdications of the Congress, most of which took place in the 1930's, we have had foreign bankers in charge of our monetary system and credit, and have had un-elected political appointees running parallel min-governments controlling virtually every sector of our economy.

This is the process and the problem that Ayn Rand described so eloquently in her book, "Atlas Shrugged". And like her and her hero, John Galt, I am suggesting that we all go on strike and put an end to this foreign usurpation of our powers.

The members of Congress are and have been in a state of insurrection against the Constitutions --- all three of them, for decades. Its high time we called the cards for what they are.

This Ship of State has been off-course and drifting toward a reef for longer than I can remember and it is largely because of the "formation" of a foreign municipal and administrative government using Agencies overseen by political appointees and un-elected bureaucrats to supplant the authority and responsibility of the government we are owed.

Most, but not all this damage was done to us in the 1930's, via such acts as the Emergency Banking Act and the re-structured Sheppard-Towner Maternity and Infancy Act and by Executive Orders issued by FDR.

The Democrats among us who don't like to hear the facts are invited to research the issues for themselves, own up, and take correction. The Republicans who didn't do the right thing then are invited to do the right thing now.

And we are all obligated to do our part to get this mess straightened out once and for all.

If it takes Martial Law to make the necessary correction, so be it.

If it takes arresting and unseating three-quarters of the members of Congress and new elections, so be it.

If it takes the wholesale dismemberment and liquidation of entire Agencies and the end of all related Federal "services"---- so be it.

We did not create this government to lord over us in every detail of our lives, nor did we authorize it to steal our identity, change our political status, and confiscate our assets. These are all activities which have been engaged in via the unauthorized and politicized "Administrative Government" and the members of Congress, with the bulk of the wrong-doing coming to fruition in the 1930's.

As I observed in my article, "Dorothy, Come Home!" the rot began in the 1860's and we had already suffered a whole round of "national" bankruptcy fraud in the early 1900's, so what happened again in the 1930's must be viewed in the context of the groundwork already established by prior events.

At the same time, the 1930's does have to be viewed as "the" time when the worst of the offenses occurred and the worst of the changes were made, especially as regards the usurpation of power by the Municipal Corporations and Agencies.

Anyone who wants to argue about it can go back to the Federal Register and start reading from 1928 forward.

I have been waiting for this specific footage to become widely available, because although we can describe Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) it is much more effective to show the affects.

For those who may be a bit confused by the satellite images and what they reveal, please note the first red spark of fire that appears on the screen as a very small dot of red light, and then, within one second, the very much larger circular red dot that appears on screen and which then drifts in the direction of the original spot of red light, overtaking and consuming it.

No natural forest fire on Earth acts in this way or this quickly.

Some conspirator(s) on the ground lit the signal fire, and those operating the DEW system then instantly responded and killed the team on the ground and tried their best to consume the evidence of their crime.

If this had been a natural forest fire following the pattern demonstrated on the screen, sparks and burning debris from the original campfire would have to have time to develop and then "jump" approximately a quarter of a mile on the prevailing winds to start a second much larger fire to account for the second much larger dot.

Those of us who have a lot of experience burning wood for campfires and in wood-burning stoves can testify to how quickly a fire can develop in dry wood, but even in true tinderbox conditions, it takes far longer than a second or two to burn enough debris to drift a quarter of a mile, much less ignite an instant secondary blaze two or three hundred times larger than the first.

Now note the shape of the dots.

The first dot is irregular, as if someone jabbed a pen-point into paper at an angle, with the thrust of the point being bent to the East, as you would expect given the prevailing Westerlies blowing over California. The second dot is almost perfectly round and it stays round as it drifts slowly westward --- that is, strongly and steadily against the direction of the prevailing wind in California.

Not natural. Not even possible behavior for a natural forest fire.

Instead, this is the pattern of a satellite-directed DEW attack as the satellite established the beam and then itself continued in its eastward orbit. In essence, it had to reach backward from the direction of its own orbit to continue the attack and this caused the apparent drift of the red circular dot against the direction of the prevailing wind on the ground.

We've just witnessed another Holocaust, akin to 911, carried out by disloyal "US" mercenary Municipal United States forces (US NAVY, USAF, US ARMY, etc.) directed by madmen bankers against the rest of us, using equipment paid for with money and credit that they have stolen from the victims of this atrocity.

It's time to take up the pitchforks, in whatever form of "pitch fork" we may wield --- with pen and paper, with email and bank balance, with telephone calls and court actions, with the re-deployment and re-direction of our own Armed Forces, with complaints to the United Nations concerning the deployment of these weapons against "non-domestic targets", with destruction of the offending equipment and with the arrest of the personnel operating it.

We know where it started, when it started, and we can triangulate the exact position, ownership, and nature of the satellites used to do this act of Terrorism. In fact, that has already been done and the man-hunt for those responsible is on.

I just wanted you all to see it for yourselves. Watch now before the censors get busy.

Also note that we have similar though not as visual information on the Big Lake Earthquake, demonstrating that that was not natural, either.

It was intended as a direct strike on me and as a "warning" to all those who are awake and moving to put an end to this crime spree.

The depth of the quake (25 miles) is a dead giveaway, and the location of the secondary "ping-pong" quakes around the world serve the same function as the triangulation of the satellites. We know where the "hit" was generated and we can deduce who the guilty parties are --- the same old Nazi "UN CORP" that has been responsible for so much of the war and misery in the world.

The perpetrators of this crime meant to open up the whole West Coast Earthquake Fault Zone like a zipper, but it didn't work. They encountered a shield they weren't expecting that dissipated over 90% of the energy they intended to unleash and which saved millions if not billions of lives around the Pacific Rim.

The sheer magnitude of the disaster they intended to create speaks volumes about the evil nature and yes, the literal insanity of the perpetrators.

Big Lake is still standing and will continue to stand, but the men responsible for these acts won't be. They will be hunted down and removed from the company of other people, which is the least of the punishments which they deserve.

ET Propaganda and the Seventh Seal
I've been seeing a lot of ET Propaganda. It's usually nothing but fear-mongering combined with flim-flam science and testimony by experts, most of whom don't recognize the aliens they see every day.

People often ask me --- do you believe in ETs? This is usually accompanied by a wide-eyed stare.

Excuse me, but I grew up in a Christian community where almost everyone believes in ET's by definition.

Ever heard of "angels" both good and bad? Ever considered the nature of "God"? --- He just showed up out of nowhere in Genesis, took a stroll on the dark waters, and....

Well, you know the rest of the story, don't you?

Please note that His Will was exercised by His Voice -- by sound. Also note that He said, "Let there be light!" --- not "Let there be darkness!" ---- so, light created and defined the darkness, not the other way around.

Things are seldom what they appear to be, and yet the Truth is not hidden from anyone.

The "fallen from the sky" angels are ET's who are pirates and outlaws on their home planets. Earth is being used as a pirate base.

What's hard to understand about this?

ETs are really no different than anyone else you encounter. There are the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. Each individual has to be evaluated, one at a time, to arrive at the truth.

Satan is a seraph, but, so then is Michael.

Yesterday, December 15th, at about 4:15 Alaska Standard Time, I felt the first release, the sudden shift and correction of the energy flow of the Earth.

Imagine the wave of your compassion regaining momentum and passing on and washing over the rest of Britain and the European Continent, over Asia, over the Pacific, over America, and finally back to Bardsey Island on the West Coast of Britain.

Sink the wave of healing deep into the land soaked with the blood of 20,000 martyrs and tell them its okay now. They can go home at last.

Or, imagine your force field as a transparent shimmering wall of energy moving deep through the ocean bottom and high into the sky, or like a curtain sweeping through and over the depths of the ocean, and passing through Bardsey Island from the roots of the rock buried in the sea floor to the crest of its highest hills, and sweeping through, clearing the air above it.
Feel how the ocean purifies itself and how the air, also, responds.

Feel the balance returning to everything. Breathe deep. Feel the natural flow of energy moving outward and onward, no longer held back by anything. This is your true power, the reality of your imagining, the power of your will.

Let it be like a prayer without words, a firm envisioning of cleansing, clarity, release, and peace.

When the Seventh Seal goes, you will all know it. Every creature on Earth will know it and feel relieved. I have no doubt that I shall live to see this happen and I am storing up my tears of gratitude for when it does.

"National" Bankruptcies and Qanon
It is impossible -- literally impossible -- for such a thing as a "National Bankruptcy" to exist with reference to a sovereign state.

A sovereign state is never eligible for bankruptcy protection, which means that any "nation" being bankrupted has to be a "dependent sovereignty" and cannot be the actual country or people of a country.

Thus, if we are all being made to suffer for the sins of a wasteful and criminal political minority living among us, it is more than past time for us to recognize what these people are doing and how they are doing it, and put a stop to it.

The Qanon motto: "Where We Go One, We Go All" is a fine enough and catchy sentiment. I like it, but I observe that up until now, that has not been the reality.

Instead, we've had a determined, crooked, and reprehensible minority of political lobbying interests camped out in Washington, DC, exercising authority never granted to them under the pretense that our States magically disappeared simply because our Federal States of States were destabilized in the wake of the illegal commercial mercenary conflict known as the "Civil War".

[Please note how fond the Liars are of the oxymoron : "civil war", "sovereign citizen", "liberal Left", etc., etc., etc., ]

The actual duty of both the Territorial and Municipal United States Governments should have been to help us reorganize the Federal States of States, not tidily moth-ball them without proper Notice and substitute their own franchises instead. So, "Where We Go One, We Go All" was certainly not our experience with any Federal entity to date and we are curious to know what Qanon intends?

A reversal of past practices that divided America into American Slaves, Territorial Slaves, and Municipal Slaves?

What now? Are we all to become UN Slaves?

Or is this slogan meant to represent a truly reformed American Government that includes Territorial and Municipal citizens as equals along with everyone else---free to enjoy their Natural and Unalienable Rights along with the rest of us?

This latter proposition I could support, as the entire idea of having different "kinds" of citizenship in America, some of them being second-class and some being third-class, is against our founding principles and common sense.

But as long as Qanon remains in the shadows and doesn't explain things in a forthright fashion, I assume nothing.

Making assumptions is how we all got into this mess in the first place.

Remember reading about the "Reconstruction" in U.S. History 101, and assuming that because all that happened 100 years ago (150 now) it had to be all complete, finished, over and done with?

Right.

The Fastest Move Ever Against the IRS
Now I know many of you are suffering the plague of the IRS or from fear of the IRS, or both.

And we all know that everything has been politicized by these vermin infesting DC, so that if you do anything at all to displease one of them or have anything that they want, they sic the IRS on you as their first move.

So there is need for a fast and sure remedy, an answer for all classes of people, in all various political statuses.

Here is the fastest move ever against the IRS, brought to you by one of my friends, Vern.

It's not the kind of permanent solution that revocation of election offers, or that forcing them to admit lack of jurisdiction offers (the Texas Method) --- but it stops them dead and then leaves them abruptly beating feet out of Dodge.

That can be a very handy thing to have in your back pocket, so here it is to know and to share:

The only domestic currency that the Federales have had since 1913 is the Federal Reserve Note, which by definition is a Promissory Note --- an I.O.U. which is evidence of debt, not evidence of income.

So as long as they don't pay you anything but their eternal indebtedness, you have no profit, and if you have no profit you have no income, which is defined as "profit separated from capital".

This also proves that at least since 1913 they have been knowingly collecting Federal Income Taxes under false pretenses and owe everyone --- including federal employees --- the return of all that credit plus interest.

What were we thinking? What were we allowing them to do?

First, they got our goods and labor for nothing but hot air and paper, and then they taxed us heavily for the privilege.....just another little fact that needs to be brought home to the perpetrators.

The glory of this reply is that it works for everyone at all times and in all circumstances. It doesn't matter if you are a federal employee or working in the private sector. It doesn't matter if the "PERSON" being taxed is an "individual" or a business. It doesn't even matter that the entity being addressed is a PERSON and not a member of the people.

There's no profit in a debt and never has been.

Committee of 300 v. 7,000,000,000 Victims
I just received Notice from the Committee of 300 that Queen Elizabeth II will be stepping down as leader of this group of psychopaths in favor of "someone" younger -- yet to be announced.

Join me in recognizing the fact that the "Committee of 300" and the interests that these "Thirteen Bloodline Families" represent are all either: (a) criminal enterprises or (b) criminally connected enterprises, that need to be liquidated and the assets and profits returned to the victims.

The Danger of "Fraternal" and "Secret" Organizations
I've had faithful members of various "Secret Societies" ---organizations like the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elk and members of not-so-secret societies like the AmVets -- contact me and ask questions and complain about my considerably unfavorable opinion of fraternal organizations and especially secret fraternal organizations including the Freemasons of all sorts, stripes, kinds and varieties.

Sure, there are great and loving people involved in these groups. That's how these groups gain and keep credibility and maintain their ability to thrive in the midst of our communities. Sure, many of these organizations are involved in doing good works. But to the extent that they harbor secrecy, they also provide a platform for deceit and criminality, and there is also a very, very dark side to many of these organizations and various individual local chapters.

My first argument against them and against supporting them or joining any "secret" fraternities or organizations closed to the public is that there are no secrets. In the greater realm in which we live, all "secrets" are known in excruciating detail.

Once people realize this -- and the sooner they realize it, the better --- the entire motive for lying and hiding and worrying about keeping "secrets" will be gone.

And that will be a good thing. No end of crime and injustice is caused by this one delusion --- the idea that secrets exist and that you can hide what you are doing and why you are doing it from Our Father and from his Appointed Ones. It simply isn't possible. Believe me -- its all known. Period.

Just think of when you were a child and doing something naughty, either by yourself or with a group of your friends--- what did you do? You got off in a corner or hid behind a building or under a bush and plotted and schemed "in secret"--- and unfortunately, adults do the same thing, because they still haven't learned and accepted the fact that there are no secrets.

Among the worst secret fraternal organizations, though we seldom think of them this way --- are college fraternities and sororities that serve as gateways to debauchery and conspiratorial crimes and "graduation" to far darker secret societies run by adults too despicable to easily contemplate.

The infamous "Skull and Bones" group at Yale is merely an example of the breed.

The so-called "Grand Masters" seize upon the young and impressionable and corrupt them at an early age, involving them in crimes from which they can later never escape.

Blackmail then becomes the Order of the Day, and whenever and whatever the Grand Masters crave, the slave is obligated to produce. Even their own children as "sacrifices", even their own wives as concubines, are then subject to the Grand Masters, too, and rapidly, whole families are obligated and compromised and enslaved.

You can see their rationale and how they operate from the recent example of what was done to Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and his family during the nomination review process. Apparently, Brett Kavanaugh somehow eluded them and kept his nose clean in college, so they had to reach all the way back to High School to try to find some plausible circumstance in which he may have been compromised by what they gloatingly describe as "moral taint".

Far from being discouraged or negative in its connotations, these people regard moral taint as desirable and even necessary. The more moral taint, the better for their purposes. It gives them the leverage to blackmail later on and so, people who are free of moral taint pose a challenge to this whole system of things and are viewed as dangerous outsiders and loose canons: hence the hysterical opposition to Kavanaugh.

Often, promising young people are deliberately ensnared and drugs are used to manipulate them into compromising sexual activities. We are all familiar now with "date rape" drugs and should be familiar with methyl-ethyl amphetamines used to provoke both seemingly "super human" abilities and insane sex drives and violence. These are both older versions of the drugs being used now to deliberately "taint" young people and dig them deeper into the snarly ugly world of the so-called elites.

Any sane person can see how this works and why these organizations deserve no place on our public university and college campuses. The so-called "Greek Fraternities" are the worst and most famous of these induction organizations, but so-called academic fraternities like Phi Beta Kappa are not immune. In fact, the academic fraternities are subject to additional manipulations and agendas.

Not only do academic fraternities and sororities suffer the usual sex-drug-alcohol crimes and shaming set-ups, with Phi Beta Kappa and other academic fraternal organizations, you encounter "head hunters". These are older initiates, usually early thirties, good-looking, well-traveled, whose job it is to snag the best and brightest into careers as spies and agents and industry snitches. They seduce and indoctrinate the younger victims, even as they are themselves groomed and used by the higher ups on the totem pole of crime.

The National Testing Organizations do sequential testing to identify the brightest people in the next generation. It starts with the standardized tests that we all remember as young people and progresses through more batteries of tests, with each level of testing weeding out more candidates. This is above and beyond the tests that we all normally undergo like the SATs and MCATS and LSAT, etc.

These additional tests are usually administered on different standard deviations and often under false pretenses, but involve evaluating the various ways that you think, your greatest fears and antipathies, your moral character, your ability to persevere at a task, and many other attributes of your intellect and your character. This is all geared toward evaluating your ability and your malleability--- that is, whether they can control you.

My husband was given 29 tests when he entered the Air Force in the early 1960's and had the highest scores on record for 26 of those tests, but after two years of trying to break him down, they had to release him as "unadaptable" because of his character. Many of us have suffered the same kind of evaluation and abuse at the hands of other branches of service and various Think Tanks that are engaged in this same kind of recruitment activity, even at the High School and Junior High levels of Academe.

Certain private schools that are "feeders" for the Ivy League, like Eagle Crest, and British boarding schools like Eton, are even more heavily saturated with this kind of activity and more coercive training agendas that seek to mold the character of these young people into that of conscience-free sociopaths who have no sense of morality apart from peer group morality.

That is, they are taught to only value the opinions of their teachers and their peers, with no reference to any identifiable greater ethics or religious code. They are also indoctrinated to think that they are elite and above judgment or law by anyone but the members of their group.

Of course, these schools often project sanctimonious images and even religious affiliations, but the fact of the matter is that the success of their graduates and therefore their own wealth and standing depends on their graduates entering and navigating the system of crime and privilege, not the system of honor and rights.

This makes it possible for otherwise sane young men and women to accept horrific standards of behavior as normal and to accept "maze-rat" rewards systems of gratification as normal. The behavioral modification techniques that began with Pavlov's dog and B.F. Skinner have been refined and applied to children beginning in their cradles, and when they are older "they do not depart from" these vicious and alien standards.

They are taught, for example, that all that matters is winning -- not how you win, but that you win. This is how you breed military leaders like Colin Powell and politicians like Bill Clinton, and also how you shelter them with a surrounding social and cultural elite that will serve as Teflon for their crimes.

After college and the feeder system of fraternities and sororities and the testing gambits have done their worst, come the "guilds" and the adult versions of the same evils. Unlike fraternities and sororities which tend to be more open and careless about their agenda, adult secret societies are rigidly compartmentalized so that some initiates know the dirt and others are kept spotlessly ignorant and convinced of the righteousness of the organization.

This goes back to the Ancient Pillars of the Temple, Boaz and Joachim, the so-called "pillar and the post" --- as in "postman", and to witchcraft and the so-called "left-hand path" of deceit and the "right-hand path" of wisdom.

It is an under-appreciated fact that every President of the United States has been left-handed. The wild improbability of that being a coincidence and the arcane association needs to be remarked upon more often.

In Europe we have all the familiar organizations from Knights of Malta and the various Freemason groups to the Guild System, which is, in my opinion, far worse overall. The Freemasons grew out of the Guilds and were in fact a counter-culture against the oppressions and criminality of the Guilds which have been in operation since the Middle Ages and which have done more to impede the advance of knowledge and ensure the corruption of human government than any institution except perhaps the churches.

The Millennium Report coverage of the Pedogate/Pizzagate scandals http://themillenniumreport.com/pizzagate/ from March 2017 delivers an extensive recount of how the "Sisterhood" of the Crown Agents has employed women to mastermind and implement large portions of the criminal enterprises which have compromised the decency and safety of the entire world including national defense systems, commercial relationships, monetary systems, and politics.

The plain fact is that while men have been widely regarded as the Power Players in the world for the many centuries since the Roman Empire eclipsed the Ancient Sumerian-derived cultures of the Middle East, more attention has been focused on men and their activities, while women have been largely disregarded except as sexual objects and pawns. This then opened up a situation where women could be more effective as agents of evil and provoke less scrutiny of their activities.

The Grand Masters as in "Post Masters" and "Pillar Masters" were not slow to take advantage of blackmailing both sexes and employing women to do things that were formerly done by their husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons.

Hence we have Hillary Clinton functioning as the Patent Lawyer for the US NAVY and selling off 20% of American Uranium to Russia, and as detailed by the Millennium Report, members of the same "Sisters of the Crown Agents" group performing every role from running the "Pig Farm" prostitution/sacrificial cult operation to spying on United Nations Security Council "Top Secret" operations and Secret Space Program initiatives.

The Grand Masters (Post on land) and Grandmasters (Post on sea) and the more secretive Pillar Masters (Pillar on land) and Pillarmasters (Pillar on sea) have an equal-opportunity policy and conscription program. They will make use of anyone of either sex, and use the same induction and tainting process, the same blackmail protocols, the same reward-punishment behavioral conditioning protocols with women as with men.

So--- my advice? Bust these organizations.

Catch them in criminal activities, including criminal conspiracies among their members, and then bust the organizations wholesale, outlaw them, and liquidate their assets. Rigidly test and monitor the academic testing organizations and access to the information these organizations produce. Clear the fraternities and sororities and similar "secret" campus groups off our college and university campuses. Outlaw the "Guilds" and similar secret professional societies caught in criminal activities.

I don't advocate a wholesale destruction of groups like the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks or The Lions Club or Freemason groups like the Shriners --- many of which do good public works and serve good purposes, but all of these groups should realize that there are no secrets in fact and that all this "secret knowledge" cachet is in fact not necessary to any good purpose and is actually an endangerment to them and their members.

They can be too easily confused with the actual perpetrators of gross evil, like the Crown Agents, that also style themselves as "secret membership organizations" and will not hesitate to use the Freemasons (who are, after all, competitors of the Guilds) as scapegoats by those organizations in a pinch that is likely to come sooner than later.

The same goes for church-sponsored secret membership societies like the Knights of Malta and the Knights of Columbus. The more transparent you are about your aims, finances, and teachings, the better.

Some entire churches, like the Latter Day Saints, are well-advised to do the same kind of owning up for public scrutiny, as they are in danger of being targeted as "cults" and if co-opted by these evil Principals, will suffer the same prosecutions. There are indications that LDS has, for example, been involved in money laundering and employed in some parts of the Birth Certificate enslavement scheme as a result of their interest in genealogy.

This isn't saying that these churches or organizations are evil or criminal in intent or in program, only that they --- like individual people --- are subject to being used and manipulated and co-opted and "tainted" by the criminal masterminds behind the old Babylonian Pillar-to-Post organizations. Any lapse by unwary, naïve, or corrupt leadership offers an opportunity for these older and far darker secret membership organizations to infiltrate and co-opt and "make use of" the more public and younger organizations.

The Guilds and certain Labor Unions, for example, will naturally infiltrate and use and abuse the Freemasons and other "Brotherhood" organizations.

We are now facing a time when public awareness and scrutiny of all of these institutions is not only desirable, but necessary, and those having knowledge of nefarious activities of these organizations must come forward and have opportunity to spill the beans in a protected environment. A degree of amnesty for past crimes must be afforded to individuals in order to prosecute the criminality that has been fostered by many of these secret societies.

And for all these organizations from the Knights of Malta to the Bar Associations and Phi Beta Kappa and the Sisterhood of St. Jean, it is high time to face the truth --- that there are no secrets. Premising whole organizations on the idea of "secret knowledge" and "secret initiations" and all this hoo-ha is damaging, not helpful, and not truthful and not necessary.

If you are organized for a lawful purpose, let that purpose be fully known-- and if you are not organized for a lawful purpose, this is your warning to: (1) permanently clean up your acts or (2) disband without further ado, because all organizations promoting "secrecy" and seeking to operate in a clandestine fashion will be scrutinized and infiltrated and held to account.

Churches will also be scrutinized and "religious freedom" will not be any sufficient excuse for criminal activity including child abuse, misapplication of church records (such as trading "souls" using baptismal certificates and other outrageous activity) and money laundering.

Unfortunately, some "Patriot" groups are also falling under this same delusion and onus and getting caught in the same traps. Observe my own "no secrets" policy and if you are wise, do the same. Be completely explicit and above board at all times, tell the truth insofar as you know it at all times, and live your lives according to an unimpeachable openness that despite what anyone else may think, allows for no secrecy at all.

Why?
Because there are no secrets.
The sooner you disabuse yourself of the delusion that secrets exist, the sooner you can experience the freedom and honesty and self-acceptance that you are meant to experience, the sooner your natural empowerment will be yours instead of theirs, and the sooner the evils generated by these "secret organizations" can be overcome.

Are You One of Those Appointed?
There are in the Kingdom of Heaven those who are "Anointed" as Priests of the All-Mighty, Guardians of the Kingdom like Jesus and the Archangel, Michael.

And then, there are the "Appointed" by the Anointed, those who also serve, but in a lesser or more specialized capacity.
These Servants of the Living God serve in a wide variety of roles and have many different powers.

They are appearing among us now, but they, too,suffer memory-erasure and may be disoriented and discomfited by their own abilities and gifts, which can be problematic..

Just recently several people have contacted me who have struggled all their lives with secret abilities that they themselves don't fully understand. Their gifts range from being able to channel vast amounts of energy, to being able to heal physical illnesses and deformities, to being able to restore damaged ecosystems, to being able to communicate with animals like Doctor Doolittle and many more "gifts".

None of these people have received any comfort, direction, or training and many of them are not yet in any direct connection with their spiritual roots. Some have suffered terrible experiences as a result of their abilities -- rejection by mates, friends, and family. Attacks from superstitious religious zealots. And perhaps worst of all, deep questioning of their own nature and "weirdness".

I know a man who, like Jesus, can heal any illness or disease, so long as the person suffering it is willing to be healed. This is literal fact, which I have experienced myself (He healed me of a back injury and chronic pain that I endured for 31 years simply by hugging me and saying a few words in my ear.)--- yet he keeps his gift strictly secret and lives on a farm out in the hills like Tom Bombadil.

The alternative is to be inundated with constant pleas for help from the sick and the dying, which is bad enough, but also to run the risk of being attacked by Big Pharma and the government, and either killed outright or arrested and "studied" like a slime mold.

While he heals by word and touch, as Jesus did, there are others who have a similar gift of being able to restore health using the sounds of musical instruments that are properly turned to the full frequency of the natural harmonic octaves.

When you realize the importance of the Voice of God in creating the Earth and all that lives upon it, and realize that Satan was the Archangel in charge of music -- you can easily see how music has been abused and changed from its natural health-giving frequencies to unhealthy, incorrect, out-of-tune frequencies.

David Rockefeller, one of the most evil and able perpetrators of the gross misalignment of our world, actually and deliberately had the musical notes redefined and re-calibrated to frequencies that cause disease and anxiety. We are just now facing up to the death toll and misery this one act has caused and begun the discussion of "musical ethics" and importance of properly attuned whole notes and whole tones.

Properly calibrated, music brings relief and restorative energy and serves to attune us in the same way a tuning fork can be used to tune a piano. Our biological framework resonates in sympathy to the "whole tones" of the natural musical scale and responds by correcting physical and chemical imbalances.

There are already Appointed Ones among us who are experts in this field and who naturally are attuned and able to directly impact and heal the health of the entire biosphere, but they, too, are often astonished by what happens as a result of their gift and don't dare to come forward for fear that they will be attacked as "freaks" and arrested. .

There are many, many more gifts and different kinds of Appointed Ones at work on Earth. It was of them that Jesus spoke when he foretold that His Followers would do even greater miracles than He showed us, so there is no reason to be afraid or confused by the presence of these gentle Healers and others sent to us at this time.

How can you tell if you are one of the Appointed Ones? Most likely you have always had a sense of being different and been aware of your gifts, but perhaps not known how to cope with them or properly develop them.

One common trait is the ability to "draw down" electricity from streetlights and even main transformers; without consciously desiring to do so; you simply pass by and take out whole city blocks of streetlights or blow transformers.
Another common trait is melancholy and introverted habits. The Appointed tend to be saddened by the misery of the Earth and the people and animals on it, which gives rise to a certain element of melancholy many of them share. They also tend to be loners or to have only a small circle of friends, and to dislike being the center of attention.

They are often uncomfortable in crowds or even in places like grocery stores, because they are intensely aware of the jostling and often unhappy energies that people project.

Another commonality is that for whatever reasons, people and animals naturally trust the Appointed Ones.
It is a common experience for the Appointed Ones to hear the most intimate details of the lives of strangers --- people will just walk up to the Appointed Ones and tell them things they wouldn't tell their spouse or their best friend or their Mother.

It is also common for otherwise vicious guard dogs and wild animals to accept the presence of the Appointed Ones and to be friendly and to not be alarmed by the presence of these Servants of the Lord.

If you have a gift that you find troubling or troublesome or simply one that you don't quite know what to do with, and you experience any of the things described above, take heart. You are not alone on the Earth. There are many others here working to restore health and balance and compassion and logic--- and to do the work each one has been appointed to do.

Over the Hills and Far Away
Dateline: December 24, 2018

As the year comes to a close massive changes are being prepared which will include the final liquidation of the Municipal United States Government corporation and the agencies associated with it.

This American Cabal has ruled the roost since the first Scottish Interloper calling itself "The United States of America, Incorporated" went bankrupt in 1907.

While there is a lot of hype and conjecture about this it is really nothing but what is necessary when a corporation of such size and longevity has operated as a crime syndicate and is under liquidation.

The Muni Government began here in 1878 and was quickly expanded and redefined worldwide in the 1880's as a separate government infrastructure. It was this already existing infrastructure that received the Lion's Share of power coming out of the 1907 bankruptcy and which resulted in the creation of the Federal Reserve System and ultimately the 1933 bankruptcy of "the" United States of America, Incorporated.

And at least in this country, this entire system of municipal government should never have been allowed.

It was the Municipal Government structure that David Rockefeller used to create his Grand Plan serving the interests of the old Robber Barons in their play to create and maintain a system of Commercial Feudalism supported by the Holy See and defended by the British Crown--yet largely under the control of an American criminal elite.

Over the past century we have seen the growth of this feudal system on a global scale with the major pieces of the current apparatus falling into place after the Second World War.

This consolidation began in 1948 via a joint operation of and de facto merger of the Council on Foreign Relations and the US STATE DEPARTMENT. The Bilderburger organization came on board soon afterward and was followed by its off-shoot, the Trilateral Commission.

All of these now-familiar, if shady, organizations functioned as "advisory" and "consulting agencies" of the US MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT and actually served as the vanguard advocates of global commercial feudalism and cradle-to-grave enslavement of living people as chattel underwriting the costs of this foreign government system operating on our shores.

Those familiar with my writings know that this system was imposed by a system of identity theft, falsification of public records, impersonation, credit theft, unlawful conversion of assets, and conscription that ultimately kidnapped the victims and shanghaied them into the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea, where they could be pillaged and plundered at will.

Please note that all of these municipal corporations and this entire foreign government structure and foreign form of government were never supposed to extend outside the ten miles square of the District of Columbia.

At the time of David Rockefeller's death, he was celebrating the success of his "Councils of Local Governments" organizations which seek to form de facto states within our States and Supra-County local government units --- all as outgrowths of the Territorial United States Government operated via Municipal Corporations.

That is, we had two layers of foreign government on our shores, one Territorial and one Municipal, neither one authorized to act in the capacities they usurped--- and now, finally, we are getting rid of one of them.

That is unavoidably going to cause major upsets and changes and in the midst of it we cannot forget that the Territorial Government which is finally enforcing the Constitution with respect to the Municipal Government---isn't our friend, either, and that it's failures are primarily the cause of the Municipal Government usurpation.

In other words, if the British Territorial United States Government had done its job according to our constitutional agreements instead of playing footsie with the Muni Government interlopers, we wouldn't have this problem in the first place.

Don't forget that fact going forward.
You will see great and much- needed changes in the weeks and months ahead. With the protesters in France shouting, "We want Donald Trump!" and Qanon handling the propaganda rolling off of this, it will be easy for many people to forget or never know the fundamental fact that the Territorial Government betrayed us and our interests long before the Municipal Government ever did ---and if we don't continue to ride herd, they will have the opportunity to betray us again, just as they did in 1868.

Nationalism, in my view, is a necessary evil, especially when observed in the face of a monolithic slave empire aiming to take control of the entire planet.

But what remains for Americans to define is--- "Which nation?"-- is to survive?

The British Territorial United States is meant to serve our interests and obligated to defend our constitutional system of government-- which it hasn't done for the better part of two centuries.

The fact that it is finally doing its job now is --and is not-- cause to celebrate. As good as it is to sweep the Globalist Dream of planetary rule under Commercial Feudalism out the door, we will still face other hurdles.

We still have to realize that the Territorial Government is Foreign with respect to us, too.

We still have to navigate a restoration of the actual Federal States of States and an orderly transfer of power.

We still have to deal with a legal system that is hopelessly compromised.

And we still have to deal with the banks.

Donald Trump has made a brilliant start but it is absolutely necessary that we all finish what he has started -- including the final restoration and "reconstruction" of the government we are actually owed.

With guarded optimism and a few caveats-- welcome to 2019!

Why Fight So Hard for the Life of a Dog?
As many of you know, my dog, an elderly (by most standards) Yellow Labrador Retriever, has developed a mysterious malady that has yet to be diagnosed after four months of trying. He has trouble breathing when he gets excited, and being a Labrador, that means most of the time.

First, I was told that he had lymphoma, a form of cancer that affects the lymphatic system. Next, I was told that he has a rare but by no means unknown condition --- paralysis of the vocal cords, which results in obstruction of the air channel.

Now nobody knows what is true or what to do, other than to sedate him with mild sedatives and try to keep him calm, which is a tall order for a big, happy, always overly-enthusiastic and playful dog.

The ongoing tests and consultations with specialists is onerous at best, and cuts into what I have "left over" at the end of the month to donate toward the work of The Living Law Firm --- but what can I do?

My "Golden Boy" is a member of the family, and even though at 13, he is old for a Labrador, he is barely middle-aged for one of my dogs. My dogs routinely live to be 18 to 25 years of age, even from so-called short-lived breeds.

Why?
Because I take my contract with the animals seriously.
My dogs never eat commercial dog food except as emergency rations, and I have studied dog nutrition and observed dog habits and needs and oddities from my own childhood onward.

Just like people, dogs function best having multiple small meals of high quality food spaced more or less evenly through the course of the waking hours. My dogs eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner like the rest of the family, and get a bedtime snack meal -- a total of four feedings a day.

And the food they eat is just an altered version of what the rest of the family eats, too. Dogs don't respond well to salt, spices, white potatoes, bamboo shoots, grapes in any form including raisins, chocolate, and a few other substances we cook with--- but for the most part, a careful cook can make a no salt, no spice, no potato version for the dogs and then add the salt and spices, etc., later.

Having oatmeal with raisins and apples for breakfast? Great. Just make the apple and oatmeal mixture first, take some out for the dogs, and then add the raisins for the "people version".

My dogs eat whole grain cereals with milk and fruit just like the rest of the family. The fruit keeps them regular and provides anti-oxidants, and the milk helps meet their calcium demands.

Dogs need a diet of two parts meat, one part whole grains, and one part veggies--- just a slight adjustment from our own dietary needs with are two parts veggies, one part whole grains, and one part meat.

This results in Rover getting the lions share of the meat (proportionally) in the household and may cause some consternation when Hubby first realizes that the dogs get more of the Sunday roast than he does, and its all for the best health of everyone concerned that it works that way.

The calcium requirements of a dog are large and are only partly met by letting your dog chew on bones. To deal with the need, you have to make bone broth for your dogs regularly and to supplement with treats high in calcium.

I just get a rotisserie chicken and share it out for dinner, then boil the bones and make bone broth for the dogs. Instead of buying commercial dog treats I buy them a bag of cheese curds and a bag of dried mangoes which are high in calcium. They get a piece of mango as their treat after breakfast and a cheese curd or two as a treat after lunch.

Other treats include apples, blueberries, raspberries and dried cranberries -- "craisins" --- all of which dogs love and need for the anti-oxidants and other vital nutrients in fruits. We aren't talking large quantities here --- just a couple tablespoons of berries for a large dog, a quarter of an apple, a small handful of craisins once or twice a day.

As for veggies, dogs love and do well with sweet potatoes and yams, peas, carrots, and mashed lentils. They tolerate cabbage, broccoli and even Brussels sprouts, but these veggies are tougher and more fibrous and a dog's much shorter intestinal tract is not able to digest these as well, resulting in gas and other problems --- so I help them out by chopping these vegetables up into smaller, easier to digest pieces or even puree them into a soup--- Cream of Broccoli is always a hit.

Dogs also tolerate cooked tomatoes in small amounts, as when they are added to a soup or in a casserole.
So with a few timely additions and deletions, your dog can eat pretty much the same fare as you, and the cost ---except for a little more awareness on your part --- is, in my experience anyway, considerably less than trying to buy them decent dog food.

People often forget or underestimate the water needs of a dog, which are substantial. The Water Dish needs to be cleaned and refilled at least once a day, and I usually do it twice a day, morning and evening. The rule is to keep the water fresh, plentiful, and clean. That includes cleaning the water dish.

Good hygiene with the pet food dishes is also important. Bits of food clinging to the inside of a dog bowl become home to all sorts of bacteria that then infest your dog's teeth and gums along with his next meal. Better that you "do the drill" and wash Rover's bowl after every meal or treat him to having several dog bowls so that he always has a clean bowl to eat from.

Most of all, your dog needs time with you. Dogs have an insatiable relationship with love. They give it and they need it in return like the air that they breathe. If you are going to have a dog, make space in your life for long walks, petting time, "conversations", and play. Every dog I have ever had has cherished time together and needed exercise on a daily basis.

If you will give them this time and consideration and meet their needs, they will give you a lifetime of companionship and unconditional love -- which is a rare commodity in this world.
And you can hope to, on average, double your dog's life expectancy.

So, in answer to why fight so hard for the life of a dog?
1. Because I value life.
2. Because I have a "contract" -- unspoken, unwritten, but still valid, to care for my dog faithfully through all the ups and downs of life --- just as he keeps his contract to guard the house.
3. At 13, my Labrador has no other ailments. He is playful and nimble and happy and able to enjoy life to the full. If my past experiences are any guide, he may easily have another five or more years of good health and good life -- if he gets past this crisis.

I have already had Vets suggesting that I put him down, mainly because of his age and because they haven't been able to come up with a definite diagnosis or treatment. The idea that he is expensive and inconvenient seems to be on the tips of their tongues. It would be so much easier to just put him to sleep.... he's a Labrador Retriever and he is thirteen years old.

Their wisdom is that his lifetime is over .... but then, they probably never saw a healthy 25 year-old German Shepherd or an 28 year-old Skye Terrier or an 18 year-old Brittany Spaniel. That kind of longevity and health right up to the end is possible for a dog --- certainly possible and common among my dogs.

So they will just have to wag their heads and wonder why I would fight so hard for the life of a dog.

Tin Hats United
It is just over three weeks since the Earthquake that hit my hometown, tiny Big Lake, Alaska. My fingertips are sore as I type, from tiny cuts from shattered glass embedded in throw rugs that I have had rolled up, waiting for thorough cleaning, glass picking, and washing.

It's a nasty and perilous job. Fingernails get nicked, fingertips suffer jabs, but someone has to do it. The only alternative is the throw the rugs out and there have already been enough losses.
Thanks to all of you, we are beginning to get things back in order much more quickly than would have been possible otherwise. I have just received a computer to replace the one we lost in the power surge and a new monitor screen, too.

Thank you, Allen and Family! You went the Extra Mile!

For those who have never been through a real honest-to-God disaster--- recovery is a long process. It takes time. You plod through it, day by day, chiseling away at what has to be done, assessing what is lost, finding what is damaged, and just toughing it out.

Yesterday, I found a can of beans that had rolled behind a shelving unit and discovered that all the blades for my food processor had been bent in an odd collision with a freezer, which also got dented. I can hardly imagine how much force was involved. The blades must have slid under the freezer at the exact moment it was in the air and then the foot of the fully loaded freezer came down and crunch!

Even stainless steel is not immune. I have proof.

But, that's okay. I went to Walmart for something unrelated (extra foam insulation to help a friend re-caulk around replacement windows in his home office) and there in the vast pile of dented and damaged goods was a brand new food processor for less than half the original price, complete with the blades. Only the carton and the instruction book were mashed.

That's the way things happen in a disaster. You zig and you zag your way through it. One thing goes up, and another goes down, and we do the Hokey Pokey and we turn it all around---- and three weeks later, I guarantee you, my basement looks WORSE than it did two weeks ago.

It's the same process as house cleaning. You have to tear everything apart before you can put it back together? And as you do this, everything gets more messed up instead of less for a while? We are in that stage of recovery and it will probably take months to get back to being truly organized.

My books, for example, are all back on shelves. That was a major endeavor all by itself. But they are in no particular order anymore, so it's good-luck-hunt-and-peck to find the volume I am looking for, because it might not be in the same bookcase, much less the same shelf.

Now apply that to almost all the paperwork in a Law Office..... thank God my super-competent Executive Officer has his own way of segregating and organizing all the most important and current work, or we would have been up the proverbial creek.

We still face months of reorganizing older files and correspondence and considerable furniture moving and repairs to undertake that will take time and energy, but, with enough thrust even pigs can fly.

It is a real satisfaction to me that our lowly Food Storage Club now has six more families signed up. They are mostly shame-faced neighbors who showed up at my door in search of food, fuel, and water. And blankets. And medicine. And do I have an extra emergency cook stove they could borrow?

We just smiled (maybe a little grimly, remembering how these same people made fun of us) and took care of them. Count that as six more American families wearing Tin Hats and damned proud of it. Next time the world burps or burns or floods, they, too, will be as ready as they can be to deal with the situation.

It's just too bad that so many people have to actually experience a disaster before they understand how important all the things they take for granted really are. Just stop and think.

What would you and your family do if the lights went off and didn't come back on? Where would you get water? Where would you get food? How would you stay warm?

Trotting down the street to Anna's house might not be an option for you, so best to address these questions before you are standing there going --- "Uh-oh! Now what?"

The Tin Hats came through again. And as usual, the "government" did nothing timely or useful beyond a week of Free Dump fees.

When push comes to shove in a real disaster, it is always the same: what you've got to work with is limited to your own resources and pre-planning, and whatever help you can reach out for from family and friends and other private networks like clubs and churches.

To the extent that most communities in America have a disaster plan, it is limited to how to save public buildings, not individual families. Take note. That means you. And yours.

The "government" isn't going to feed you, supply your with water, or guarantee you any shelter or medical care. In most cases, the "government" isn't even going to be present for days after a disaster. If you live in urban areas, the grasshoppers among us will be looting and rioting on top of everything else. .
The fabric of society quickly breaks down in a disaster. When people get scared and hungry, all sorts of things happen. What happens in a disaster that continues for more than a few days?
As one of my more sardonic Tin Hat friends grimly remarked, "In three weeks, it would all be over."

Most of the grasshoppers would be dead of starvation, thirst, dysentery, or killed in the mob violence that results from thirst and starvation and uncontrolled sewage.

Most Americans don't know how to dig a latrine.

It's time we all remembered the Basics of life on Earth and planned for our own needs and the needs of our families in case of a disaster. It just makes good common sense--- if there is any of that left outside the Tin Hat Community.

My husband and I and our little group of like-minded friends prepared for a lot of eventualities, but once you get beyond your own little circle it is painfully apparent how many of your neighbors didn't plan and now are in desperate need of help.

We have people here digging out holes for rocket stoves in the dead of winter, minus 14 temperatures. That's the kind of thing that happens in a disaster. And of course, there's no extra money tor these emergency needs, either, even if you can find the parts or order them from somewhere.

So we've got guys in garages "making do" and cutting sheet metal with pliers, constructing things the old-fashioned way, thanking God that some of the Old Timers still know how and still have the right tools squirreled away.

We've got women baking bread in outdoor ovens in this kind of weather, too. We've got our Sourdough Crocks sitting in the warmest spot in the house, next to the cat, of course. This earthquake has been quite a wake-up call and motivator.

This whole last week as I have been "shoveling" through things, I've been pulling out children's toys and games left over from my own kids umpteen years ago and recycling these treasures to children who won't be having much of a Christmas this year.

It's amazing how much a dog-eared Monopoly set can mean to a family with no TV, no computer, and nothing but a couple oil lamps to read by at night. For them, the technological advances of the last two centuries just about disappeared.

I've also been sharing out my vast collection of children's books and rummaging through the closets for old flannel sheet sets and shirts that don't quite fit and jeans that are too small and all those other things that tend to collect. They are all going out the door to new owners.

A disaster has a way of "tuning people up" --- making them more aware, and more grateful for the little things that too often get taken for granted. It's Christmas Eve. We are still bundling up care packages for those in need.

We are very grateful to be warm and fed, to have good water and good friends. It's going to be an odd Christmas, but a good Christmas, too----one that forces us to remember all the things that are most important.

I found enough plates in the wreckage (not all the same pattern, but what the hey?) to serve dinner. There's still one string of Christmas lights blazing away. My husband is stomping the snow off his boots. My son is curled up with his dog in front of the fire. He will get three small presents tomorrow -- things I bought early and squirreled away earlier in the year.

Every spare penny is being parceled out for practical things now -- to keep the work going and the people going. The Tin Hats United have stepped to the plate, and so far, somehow, we are all getting through the earthquake, the holidays, and the winter.
