If anyone of us were on the Jury they would not receive a single conviction. But since the Feds pick and choose the Jury they'll most likely be convicted of all counts.
They should challenge jurisdiction immediately.

All in all, I'm very disappointed with the ranchers who quoted extensively from the constitution and acted like they knew the score.
Then they hire bar attorney's, which automatically will wave their right to challenge jurisdiction as they have already conceded.

Correct, when one retains an attorn-ey one surrenders to an officer of the court and therefore cannot challenge jurisdiction.

A person is a word, an action or representation. You are the creator of each. Retaining an attorney is an action as well as representation. Equity acts upon the person. There is no doubt about jurisdiction at this point.
When you don't appear you don't exist.
Don't worry though. They are working on correcting this. Like thought crimes. Thinking wrong thoughts is criminal which means the system is working on making thinking criminal. When this happens there should be a war on legal fictions and all other types of persons if anyone real is left around to do it.

I put a lot of effort into pursuading them to challenge jurisdiction. But it appears they are going to hang with the advice of their bar attorners (pun intended).
