Baby neck floats are under fire again after the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned against their use in water therapies following the death of one baby and hospitalization of another in unsupervised usage.

“Do not use baby neck floats for water therapy intervention,” the FDA wrote in a media statement released on June 28.

“Especially with babies who have developmental delays or special needs, such as spina bifida, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) type 1, Down syndrome, or cerebral palsy. The use of these products can lead to death or serious injury.”

Though these events are rare, the FDA advised that they can happen, with both of the cases happening when a caregiver was not directly monitoring the baby.

Neck floats are inflatable plastic rings that can be placed around babies’ necks and allow them to float freely in the water.

Parents and caregivers use these products while bathing a baby or when babies are swimming, and also during physical therapy for babies with developmental delays or disabilities. Some floats are marketed for babies as young as 2 weeks old, as well as for premature babies.

The agency said companies are marketing their neck floats for water therapy, claiming improvement in motion, muscle tone, lung capacity, and better sleep, among many other benefits.

However, these products have not received official approval or clearance as physical therapy tools, nor has their effectiveness or safety been fully established.

Not the First Warning

It is not the first-time baby neck floats are under fire from public health scrutiny.
In 2017, health experts warned against the use of baby neck floats.

Associate Professor Kyran Quinlan of Rush University Medical Center and former chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Council on Injury, Violence and Poison Prevention, called them “potential death traps.”

“Neck floats for babies scare me to death, and I hope they scare parents,” he said on WDSU.
“These are potential death traps … to have your precious baby one poorly sealed seam away from going under at the pool is frightening.”

Other experts also warned against air-filled swimming aids, including armbands, as any deflation takes away their buoyancy. The media scrutinized Otteroo, a major baby neck float company for recalling 3,000 neck floats in 2015 due to 54 reports of deflation.

Though the FDA warned that the benefits of a baby neck float as a form of water therapy have not been established, some studies have suggested the use of the company’s neck floats improved motor skills in babies and have potential as a form of aquatic therapy. One study’s author later became a consultant for Otteroo after publishing the paper.

The Otteroo website also posts anecdotal testimony from parents who report seeing physical improvements in their premature and developmentally impaired babies’ development since using Otteroo as water therapy.

In response to the negative media attention on Otteroo and other baby neck floats in 2017, the company released a statement in 2018 stating that the product “is not a death trap and not dangerous,” but also that the product is not a babysitter, nor a life-saving device, and that it is not for swimming and did not give neck strain.

Jeffrey Sachs is the most esteemed economist of his generation. Hired by Harvard at the tender age of 26 he became a full professor with tenure at 28. Whoa. Over the last 40 years Sachs has had a hand in many of the biggest economic projects in the world — crushing inflation (and civil society) in Bolivia, advising the Russians on the transition to capitalism, crafting Millennium Development Goals for the U.N., and running the Earth Institute at Columbia.

(For the record, Jeffrey Sachs blocked me on Twitter back in 2013 when I pointed out that he screwed up the transition to capitalism in Russia and created the mafia oligarchs who had already begun to destroy the world).

Jeffrey Sachs is the ultimate insider, the golden boy that capital can always turn to in order to make things right so that they can return to conquest (while feeling great about it).

So of course The Lancet named Sachs to head its blue ribbon commission to look into and cover up the origins of SARS-CoV-2.

Well, apparently the lies about SARS-CoV-2 were too much even for Dr. Sachs and at a recent conference he revealed that the best evidence points to SARS-CoV-2 originating from a bio(weapons) lab — IN THE UNITED STATES!

Like the horror movie cliché, the call is coming from inside the house.

Sachs is presumably referring to the Baric Lab at the University of North Carolina but there could be many other suspects.

This is a massive story — literally the story of the century — that the mainstream media will completely ignore and censor as they have done with nearly all important news since the start of the pandemic.

But even with this massive revelation, the story of the origins of SARS-CoV-2 still does not add up. So I turn to you today not with answers but with questions. I have some of the pieces but I’m asking you to help fill in the rest.

First principles: As I have pointed out before, there are a quadrillion x quadrillion viruses in the world (more viruses on earth than stars in the universe). We know a little something about a few hundred of them. There is absolutely no reason to create more viruses. Gain-of-function research (to make viruses more lethal) is always bioweapons development. It has no civilian purpose. It has never produced a usable human product.

Like most developed countries, the U.S. has a massive bioweapons program. During the Cold War it focused on countering or perhaps conquering the Soviet Union. As Kris Newby reveals in the absolutely brilliant book Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons — U.S. bioweapons labs were keenly focused on using fleas, ticks, and mosquitos to transmit gain-of-function viruses and bacteria to kill our enemies. The U.S. military tested the delivery mechanisms for these weapons (including the use of fog machines mounted on ships) on the U.S. population. The book presents fairly convincing evidence that the spirochetes that cause Lyme Disease originated in a U.S. bioweapons lab and somehow escaped into the population (not a big surprise because leaks often happen at these labs).

We know that the Obama Administration banned gain-of-function research in 2014. We also know that there was still money in the NIAID pipeline that had not been spent so Fauci laundered it through the EcoHealth Alliance to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). We know that WIV was splicing pieces of HIV into bat coronaviruses.

If SARS-CoV-2 originated in the U.S., which lab did it come from?

If SARS-CoV-2 originated in the U.S., when was it invented and did the inventors violate the ban on gain-of-function research?

If SARS-CoV-2 originated in the U.S., how did it first infect humans? Who was patient zero?

If SARS-CoV-2 originated in the U.S., how did it get to Wuhan, China? And why only Wuhan at first?

Meanwhile similar gain-of-function research was also going on in China as funded by the U.S. If this research was already happening in the U.S., why also fund it in China? And why China — literally our biggest military adversary? U.S. Department of Defense, DARPA, and BARDA surely knew about this project and signed off on it.

So the U.S. and China are allies now? And the enemy is… us?

Why did the French help build the bioweapons lab in Wuhan?

France and China are allies now? And the enemy is… us?

This is by far the biggest act of treason in U.S. history. Politically, this is a fat slow pitch right over the middle of the plate. Yet only two national-level Republicans — Ron Johnson and Rand Paul — know how to hit this pitch??? What on earth.

If Republicans ran on this (as they did in connection with an ill-advised press release after four Americans were killed in Benghazi) they could sweep nearly every Congressional seat in the midterm elections. One might think that the opposition party would be interested in making hay out of this situation. Yet the Republican party bosses are SILENT on the fact that the highest paid federal bureaucrat in D.C. killed 1 million Americans and 6 million people worldwide?

What on earth is going on?

Republicans and Democrats are allies now? And the enemy is… us?

As you can see, I’m out of answers, so I’m looking for someone to explain it to me. I dislike conspiracy theories because they are usually unnecessary — if you just follow the money you can usually figure out what happened and create the leverage for criminal convictions or revolution. In this case, we just have scattered fragments of the story. 27 months into the pandemic, no government agency, public health official, nor media source is the slightest bit curious about how it all started. This is the ultimate “dog that didn’t bark.”

I’m hoping that one of you can make it make sense because I cannot.

Sachs will likely be forced to walk back his statement by the end of the week but the cat is already out of the bag (download the video before Google deletes it).

If we determine that SARS-CoV-2 came out of a laboratory, then we know that the USA was in on it from the beginning.

What helped me to make sense out of this was how very much all of this did not make sense to me from the beginning. That is what prompted me to start this thread and start collecting articles and videos with many different opinions.

The leading sheep of a flock, known as a bellwether for the bell on its neck, tells you which way the flock is headed. California still serves as the Nation’s bellwether for political and social movements.

Consider ten bills that were introduced in the California State legislature in January 2022:

SB 871: adds covid vaccine to required immunization schedule for all private and public schools, regardless of whether these vaccines receive full FDA approval.

AB 2098: classifies any medical opinion that runs contrary to the establishment’s covid narrative as “misinformation” and subjects physicians expressing such views to charge of “unprofessional conduct” which is subject to discipline by the medical licensing board.

SB 866: lowers the age of covid vaccine consent to 12 years without parental notification or consent.

SB 920: authorizes medical board to inspect a doctor’s office and medical records without patients’ consent.

SB 1464: requires law enforcement to enforce all public health guidelines or lose their funding.

SB 1479: requires schools to create long term testing plans, test children without parental consent, and report test results to the CA Department of Public Health.

SB 1390: prohibits any person/entity from making statements the government deems “misleading” by any means including internet or ads.

SB 1184: authorizes school health personnel to disclose children’s health information to a third party without parental consent.

AB 1797: creates an immunization tracking system giving all government agencies complete access to vaccination records for all citizens.

AB 1993: requires proof of covid vaccination for all employees and independent contractors working in CA.

If this unholy decalogue is passed legislatively, Californians would live under a regime that allows: (1) the state to force on children medical interventions that are not FDA approved, (2) the state to muzzle the speech of physicians and decide which interpretations of scientific or medical evidence are correct, (4) the state to censor online information it does not like (5) the state to act as surrogate parents for 12-year-old children who are not yet cognitively and emotionally capable of giving free and informed consent to medical decisions that have potential lifelong ramifications, and (6) the state and its agents to access your personal medical records without your consent.

Furthermore, these measures would require

(1) law enforcement to enforce arbitrary, capricious, and often unscientific public health measures mandated by unelected bureaucrats, such as indoor masking requirements,

(2) schools to become medical centers that routinely administer medical tests to your children without consent and share that private information with third parties without your knowledge,

(3) the state to track and share private health information across government agencies, (4) the state to force novel medical interventions on all competent adults as a condition of working.

In these proposed laws we see the features I’ve sketched in previous posts on the Biosecurity Surveillance Regime unfolding around us: the welding of public health, digital technologies, and the police powers of the state into an invasive model of surveillance and control.

Uruguay suspended COVID-19 vaccines for children under 13 after a judge on Thursday issued an injunction halting vaccinations in that age group until government officials turn over its contracts with Pfizer.

Uruguay suspended COVID-19 vaccines for children under 13 after a judge on Thursday issued an injunction halting vaccinations in that age group until government officials turn over its contracts with Pfizer.

Uruguayan government officials and Pfizer were ordered on Wednesday to appear in court after judge Alejandro Recarey gave them 48 hours to present detailed information on Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine while the court considered an injunction request to halt COVID-19 vaccinations for children 5 and older.

The government said a confidentiality clause in the contract prevents it from producing the documents, The Washington Post reported.

According to ABC News, the judge received answers to 18 questions about the safety and chemical composition of COVID-19 vaccines, signed by Health Minister Daniel Salinas, but did not turn over the contracts.

It is unknown whether the answers provided by government officials adequately addressed the questions posed by the judge, who ultimately ordered an injunction based on what was provided.

Salinas, after the court’s ruling, strongly defended the government’s vaccination plan and criticized the judge for questioning the safety of vaccines.

Alvaro Delgado, the secretary of the presidency, said the halt is a threat to public health.

“We’re convinced that it’s crazy to suspend voluntary vaccination because it has a strong scientific backing,” Delgado said at a news conference.

Vaccinations for those older than 13 will continue, the Health Ministry said in a statement.

The government plans to appeal the decision, according to ABC News.

As The Defender reported Wednesday, judge Recarey of the Administrative Litigation Tribunal used his inquisitorial powers to demand the Uruguayan Ministry of Public Health, State Health Services Administration and the President’s Office submit all information regarding the contracts for the purchase of COVID-19 vaccines, including contractual information related to any clauses of civil indemnity or criminal impunity of the suppliers in the event of adverse effects.

The judge is seeking, among other things, to know whether there are clauses in the contracts that promised pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer civil and criminal immunity for adverse effects caused by their vaccines.

Judge Recarey posed a series of questions to government officials and Pfizer regarding the chemical composition, efficacy and safety of COVID-19 vaccines, and required Pfizer to state whether it has “admitted, in any area, internal or external to it and its partners, the verification of adverse effects” of its COVID-19 vaccines in children.

I am recalling what we wrote about Blessed Vasyl in a previous newsletter now because part of his white martyrdom was to be subjected to forced injections with drugs intended to break down his resistance to interrogation so that he would betray the members of his underground flock to his communist captors. We urgently need to invoke Blessed Vasyl now, as a special intercessor against the forced injection of children with experimental COVID shots, here in the United States and in other countries around the world.

Covid Shots for Children: An Abominable Abuse of Science and Medicine

According to an article on the Children’s Health Defense website:

The rate of COVID-19-associated hospitalization among children aged 5 to 11 is just 0.0008%. In real-world terms, that’s so close to zero you basically cannot lower it any further.

Despite that, the vaccine advisory panel — the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) — of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on June 15 unanimously approved granting Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to Pfizer’s and Moderna’s COVID shots for infants and young children.

Pfizer’s EUA is for a three-dose regimen (3-microgram shots) for children 6 months to 5 years old; Moderna’s EUA is for a two-dose regimen (25-microgram shots) for children 6 months to 6 years.

In granting this EUA, the FDA again ignored injury and death data and swept medical ethics aside.

The drug companies need this last remaining age group to be included under the EUA, because once the emergency is finally declared “over,” the next phase of liability shielding requires that the shots receive approval by the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Once the vaccine is on the childhood vaccination schedule, the vaccine makers are permanently shielded from liability for injuries and deaths that occur in any age group, including adults.

This insanity could only be tolerated in an atmosphere of collective amnesia in regard to the original divine design of the human body and the perversion of medicine’s vocation from one of drawing upon the divine design of the body and mind to achieve healing of disease or injury to one which sees the human body as the result of a random process of material evolution and which arrogantly seeks to “improve upon” evolution’s handiwork by modifying the human body with gene-altering vaccines. What makes the whole situation even more diabolical is the way that officials in government agencies charged with protecting public health have manipulated the statistics from vaccine trials with children to conceal the harm that the experimental Covid shots have inflicted upon them. According to a July 1, 2022, article by the Free Press International News Service:
New evidence indicates that FDA and CDC officials manipulated statistics to hide adverse reactions in order to make the Covid vaccine falsely appear safe for children.

“It is the most chilling thing I’ve ever read,” reports Toby Rogers, PhD, adding, it “is absolutely sinister.”

Dr. Rogers, who formerly worked under labor secretary Robert Reich, studies regulatory corruption connected to big pharma.

A study out of France showing a 44 times increased incidence of myocarditis following the Moderna mRNA vaccine raised new questions this week about the data behind the FDA’s emergency use authorization for the vaccine in children as young as six months.

Prior to this authorization, which took place on June 17, the Moderna mRNA shot had been held up for a year because multiple earlier international studies reported disqualifying increases in myocarditis, particularly among boys.

In a Substack article, and subsequent livestreamed roundtable, Rogers explains the statistical manipulation that the FDA and CDC employed to make a dangerous medical product with no benefit for children appear safe and effective. His work is featured regularly at Children’s Health Defense.

“I was curious to see how the FDA would attempt to get around this. And it’s all right there on pages 19 and 20,” he recounts, referring to the 190-page risk benefit document Moderna delivered to the FDA only two business days before the June 14-15 authorization meeting.

What Rogers found shocked him.


"Remember, the Moderna shots produced NO reductions in severe outcomes because the risk of Covid-19 in this age group is infinitesimally small (see studies: here, here, here, and here)," Rogers writes.

By the summer and fall of 2021 there were already multiple studies out of the UK, Canada, and Nordic countries showing between 2x to 7x increase in the risk of myocarditis from the Moderna shot. By May of 2022 additional studies out of Italy, France, Denmark, and other Nordic countries found between a 3x to 7x increased risk. Even the CDC’s own study of the Vaccine Safety Datalink found a 2x higher risk.

All told, the FDA cited 26 studies demonstrating these heightened levels of risk.

Yet, remarkably, the FDA concluded not only was the increased risk not the 200% to 700% these studies reported, but that it was only 7% to 50%, which FDA officials also then deemed not statistically significant.

Even more remarkably, Rogers discovered that it was not Moderna employees who manipulated the data, but FDA and CDC officials who did so on behalf of Moderna.

“The FDA, CDC, and Kaiser Permanente put their fixers on the case,” Rogers writes. “It was the same fixers who they always use — Tom Shimabukuro and John Su — whose entire job is making vaccine safety signals disappear. Those guys are absolutely going to hell.”

The FDA's Matthew Oster, MD, and Kaiser Permanente’s Nicola Klein, MD, PhD, were also involved, Rogers added, speaking by phone with WorldTribune.com.

Statistical "fixers" massage data to eliminate safety signals by eliminating participants with problematic outcomes for trivial reasons, clustering participants in ways that obscure statistically significant measures, and other methods. For example, Rogers notes that to prove efficacy Moderna switched from measuring beneficial health outcomes, which were nonexistent, to measuring antibodies. But, even there, "Moderna threw out about 90% of the sample and only looked at the bloodwork of about 300 kids in each age group. No explanation was given for the criteria they used to exclude 90% of the sample," Rogers notes.

“How they rig the data to license a product they know will cause myocarditis in kids. It’s sinister,” Rogers said.

Tom Shimabukuro, MD, Deputy Director of the Immunization Safety Office at the CDC, may by now be familiar to WorldTribune readers as one of two individuals who in a joint FDA-CDC meeting in October of 2020 appears to have consciously concealed extensive lists of anticipated adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines, which have since been widely reported by chronic sufferers.

If the myocarditis rigging is chilling, the use of placebos is perhaps even more so.

The placebo group of 2- to 5-year-olds experienced an extraordinarily high incidence of adverse reactions to the placebo—35%, compared with 40% in the vaccine group, a difference which could then be claimed insignificant.
Healthy young children do not have a 35% adverse reaction to saline. The implication is that Moderna “researchers” knowingly administered dangerous toxins as a placebo in order to induce adverse reactions numerous enough to be approximate the number resulting from the shot.

“The dirty little secret of the vaccine program is that manufacturers almost always use rigged placebos to create an artificially high 'background rate' to hide adverse events,” Rogers explains.

He is not alone in this point of view. “The brilliant quant Jessica Rose made a similar observation,” Rogers notes, “in her analysis of the FDA risk benefit document.”

“I still have a very strong suspicion that these ‘placebos’ are not saline,” Rose comments. She believes the placebo may have contained lipid nanoparticles, which are the “delivery vehicle that Moderna uses to get mRNA into the cell,” and may have pathogenic qualities, Rogers explains.

“The FDA has officially abandoned science altogether,” Rogers said in an interview with Steve Bannon. By a vote of 19 to 2, “they approved a covalent COVID-19 shot with the Wuhan strain and the Omicron variant. . . This is a strange thing to approve. The Wuhan strain is no longer in circulation. They are vaccinating against a strain that no longer exists. And the Omicron variant that they are going to put into these shots is Omicron version BA.4 and BA.5. There is no efficacy data whatsoever on vaccine efficacy against Omicron BA.4 and BA.5.”

"Every time that I think I'm too cynical, it turns out that I'm not cynical enough," Rogers reflected with emotion.

A month ago, world renowned CV19 critical care and pulmonary expert Dr. Pierre Kory, said ,” “This is a humanitarian catastrophe, and it has been ignored. It has been suppressed. It has been censored.”

Well, the dark powers who pushed the vax bioweapon have stopped ignoring the growing massive deaths and injuries and are now trying to shut people up. Namely, doctors like Perrie Kory, who is under investigation by his certification board for so-called “misinformation” about treating Covid and vax injuries that have followed the injections. The facts and data show Dr. Kory has been right all along. Dr. Kory explains, “I definitely think, and Dr. Robert Malone agrees and says, they are getting really nervous on the inside. There are a lot of people that promoted these policies and pushed this vaccine campaign, aggressively, even when the data was coming out that the initial trials were fraudulent. They mischaracterized and manipulated the data and ignored safety signals. . . . The stopping point for these vaccines was probably reached in the second week of January 2021. There were enough deaths being reported and enough injuries being reported that had the FDA been functioning as it should have, the vaccine campaign should have been stopped back then. We are at 15 months now. They are still pushing boosters. We are vaccinating toddlers. There is no limit to this vaccine obsession . . . . This is absolutely terrifying to behold.”

Dr. Kory says the people are waking up to CV19 vax nightmare. Dr. Kory sees vax deaths and injuries accelerating in his own practice. Dr. Kory says, “You can tell the population and the average Joe who have been lied to, drowning on propaganda, and censored from really accurate and appropriate guidance and data are figuring this out. You cannot hide a humanitarian catastrophe of this scale. You cannot hide it even with all the propaganda and censorship. You have young people dying everywhere for no good reason. That can no longer be ignored.”

Dr. Kory also says, “The excess mortality that we have seen and are seeing, first of all, it’s historically unprecedented. A few months ago, a number of life insurance companies were reporting increases in life insurance claims for young working age Americans 18 to 65 . . . up to 40%. Lincoln Financial, the fifth largest life insurance company in the country, just a week ago, announced in the last quarter of 2021 there was a 163% increase in life insurance claims over historical baselines. Those are the drop-deads, heart attacks and strokes. The excess mortalities of cancers we are seeing are going to continue to rage throughout the vaccinated population. That’s going to be going on for some time.”

While the medical boards keep trying to silence and punish people like Dr. Kory, he is still treating patients with vaccine injuries. Kory says, “Almost all the patients we are seeing are disabled (from the CV19 vax) and they cannot work, and if they can work, they are very limited. That is one pattern. Another is they get vaxed and they get sick, and then they get better, but a week or two later, weird stuff starts to happen. The most common symptom that is I see is #1 fatigue. The vast majority are having a chronic fatigue syndrome presentation.”

Dr. Kory is trying a variety of new treatments for the vax injured, but his baseline go-to drug is still Ivermectin because it binds to the spike proteins and removes them from the body. Ivermectin is also a very good anti-inflammatory, according to Dr. Kory. The good news is he is finding ways to help people with vax injuries and is learning more every day.

What to know about Lina Hidalgo, as the investigation into Harris County offices continues

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has faced scrutiny after the Texas Rangers raided her offices in March as part of an investigation into a COVID vaccination outreach contract.

Since the raid on administrative offices, Houstonians have been searching for answers.

With three Harris County staffers now facing criminal charges, Google shows that many around Houston are asking about Hidalgo and the raid over the controversial $11 million contract. Here's what we know.

What does Lina Hidalgo do, and is she a real judge?

Hidalgo is Harris County's chief executive – an elected position titled "county judge" even though it has no role in adjudicating cases or law enforcement. The history of the name goes back to the Republic of Texas, where the position was originally known as a "chief justice" and was appointed by the Congress of the Republic of Texas, according to the Texas State Historical Assocation.

As county judge, Hidalgo has influence over the county's budget for funding law enforcement and county courts. She also serves as the county's emergency manager.

Hidalgo, who was elected in 2018 in a county-wide vote, serves alongside four county commissioners elected from their respective county precincts. She is seeking a second term this fall as the Democratic nominee.
Why were Hidalgo's offices raided?

On March 11, the Harris County district attorney's office and the Texas Rangers, the state's law enforcement agency, executed search warrants on county administrative buildings, including the downtown Preston Street building that houses Hidalgo's main office, Dylan McGuinness reported.

The raid, in which the agencies seized phones and computers on a warrant signed by a judge, was part of an investigation into a controversial $11 million contract for vaccine outreach that was rescinded in September, after accusations that Hidalgo’s office steered it to a political consultant with ties to local Democratic elected officials. In November, the Harris County district attorney’s office issued subpoenas related to the contract.

The search warrant affidavits, released on March 18, revealed the Texas Rangers had begun investigating possible misuse of information, providing false statements and tampering, Nicole Hensley reported.

According to the affidavits, the investigation is focused on several county employees under Hidalgo's office — including chief of staff Alex Triantaphyllis, policy director Wallis Nader and former senior adviser Aaron Dunn – for exchanging text messages with Elevate Strategies founder Felicity Pereyra months before the county issued a request for proposals for the vaccine outreach contract Elevate eventually won, Hensley reported.

Pereyra previously worked on the 2015 Houston mayoral campaign of Precinct 2 commissioner Adrian Garcia and assisted Hillary Clinton with her 2016 presidential campaign. Elevate's proposal was chosen over a $7.5 million bid from UT Health by a 5-member reviewing committee that included Triantaphyllis and two other staffers from Hidalgo’s office.

During a break in a March commissioners' court meeting, Dug Begley reported that Hidalgo declined to address the ongoing criminal investigation in detail, stating that the warrants provided only one side of the story.

“What I can say is this, I followed the law,” Hidalgo said to reporters March 22.

Hidalgo's lawyer, Eric Gerard, said in a statement that the affidavits contained a "misleading storyline" and was "the latest act of political theater from a politically motivated investigation." Lawyers for Hidalgo and her aides say one of the documents was sent by mistake and another was sent as part of an unrelated project.

On April 7, another search warrant emerged, showing Texas Rangers ordered Google to seize records from seven people — including Hidalgo herself.

Dunn, Nader and Triantaphyllis now each face charges of misuse of official information and tampering, according to district clerk records. Lawyers for the three could not be reached for comment.
Is Hidalgo popular?

Hidalgo, who is running for a second term as county judge, won the support of just over 75 percent of Democratic voters in the Texas primary elections on March 1.

However, overall turnout for the primary, the nation's earliest, was low. Just under 160,000 Democrats voted, representing 6.4 percent of Harris County’s 2.5 million registered voters, compared to 183,507 Republican primary voters, or around 7 percent of the electorate.
Where did Hidalgo grow up?

Hidalgo was born in Colombia in 1991. After spending her childhood in Colombia, Mexico and Peru, she emigrated to the U.S. in 2005.

Hidalgo attended Seven Lakes High School in Katy, where she graduated in 2009.
Where did Hidalgo go to college?

Hidalgo earned a bachelor's in political science from Stanford University in 2013. Two years later, she enrolled in a joint law program at New York University and a master’s program in public policy at Harvard University.
Why did Hidalgo run for county judge?

Hidalgo has previously said she decided to run for local government after the 2016 presidential election of Donald Trump. She put her graduate studies on hold to return to Texas in the summer of 2017, hoping to identify an office to seek.

Hidalgo ultimately ran against longtime incumbent Ed Emmett, with a platform focused on flood control, criminal justice reform, and increasing accountability. She defeated Emmett by fewer than 18,000 votes, becoming the county's first-ever woman and Latina to be elected to the position.
Do you need a law degree to be a county judge in Texas?

County judges do not need to have a law degree or be a practicing attorney, according to Texas law.

Instead, a candidate must be a U.S. citizen age 18 or older who has lived in Texas for 12 consecutive months and in the county for 6 consecutive months. They also must be registered to vote in the county.

It is logical to ask WHY the federal government of the USA (FDA, NIH, CDC and other "public health" agencies) is so bound and determined to get all children "fully vaccinated."

The simple money explanation is the follow-the-money answer to WHY explanation.

The FDA officially grants EUA status, Emergency Use Authorization status, to "COVID vaccines" to children as young as 6 months.

Once that particular vaccine for very young children has EUA status, then that makes it possible, and basically a sure thing, that that vaccine will be put on the official required immunizations for children LIST.*

But anyhow, once those "COVID vaccines" for very young children get on the EUA list, the big drug companies, BigPharma, have automatically sold huge sales of their products through a large permanent secure contract sale of their products.

THAT is the reason WHY the big push by our government to get EUA status for very young children to be eligible to get the "vaccine. THAT reason alone could fully explain WHY.

But as Dr. Stan Monteith used to say, and I as a traditional Catholic Christian believe,

"Between God's plan in eternity and man's plan in time there is an infinite quality of difference."

God can and will somehow deal with this evil.

Expose this evil and Pray.

* I tried and tried to get the official FEDERAL list of required immunizations for children and tried also for the official name of that list for my state, Texas.
I could not find the names of that list but I know there are official names for these lists promulgated by respective federal and state agencies.

There may be only a REQUIRED list in connection with ability to be admitted to public schools in the USA. Not sure. Maybe all of the other lists are RECOMMENDED lists of immunizations.

As I understand things, there is no "right" enumerated in the U S Constitution that makes it law for a natural person to have to receive an experimental substance into his or her body.

Although the hospital has not conceded that their change in course was the result of the lawsuit, WTP USA and the Campaus are hailing this as a victory for medical and religious freedom.


"We are so thankful for the quick and laser-focused help we received from We the Patriots USA when we reached out for legal assistance. We are convinced that their facilitation of legal defense was absolutely the reason that Alisa has now received the medical evaluations that were previously denied," Jenna Campau, Alisa's mother, said in a statement today. Campau added, "Without their help, we are certain that Alisa would still be denied access to these evaluations, which are a necessary prerequisite for placement on the kidney transplant list. Given these new developments, and after prayerful consideration, we have decided to withdraw our lawsuit against the hospital. However, we reserve the right to re-initiate legal action in the future if necessary to protect Alisa's medical and religious rights, and will continue to support others who are on similar journeys to protect their own medical freedoms and those of their children."

Several months ago, Elon Musk offered to buy drug and vaccine giant, Pfizer, for $44 billion. After internal wrangling, the Pfizer Board agreed to the offer.

However, Musk had attached a condition to his proposal. He wanted Pfizer to present him with all the data it collected during and after clinical trials of the COVID RNA vaccine, so he could study the performance of the vaccine.

At first, the company balked. Finally, it opened its records.

Today, Musk released the following statement. “I was horrified to see the information Pfizer was obviously trying to hide. Several clinical trial centers had assembled sloppy and incomprehensible data sets. Certain key groups of people were left out of the clinical trials altogether." Apparently, Musk was referring to pregnant women and very young children.

“Furthermore,” Musk stated, “I couldn’t establish that people in the clinical trial who received the vaccine fared better, in terms of health outcomes, than those who had been given a saltwater placebo shot. This was quite disheartening. But perhaps the biggest shocker was the actual design of the clinical trial. It was geared to prove nothing more than the ability of the injection to prevent mild flu-like symptoms. There was absolutely no reason to believe the vaccine could prevent serious illness, hospitalization, or death.”

Musk told the New York Times his butler had showed him the US federal database, which records reports of vaccine injuries and deaths. “I had no idea this database exists. When I saw there were 1.3 million COVID vaccine injury reports, I couldn’t believe my eyes.”

Musk’s retraction of his $44 billion offer to buy Pfizer has sent the company Board into a state of panic, observers say. One person familiar with the situation told the Washington Post: “Although Pfizer is suing Musk to force him to buy the company, this is not likely to turn out well for Pfizer. At trial, or even in a settlement, more damning data about the COVID vaccine would emerge into the light of day. For instance, many cases where vaccinated people suddenly developed serious heart conditions or dropped dead.”

Musk reasserted his position strongly. “Suppose I were poised to buy a social media company. Wouldn’t I want to know how reliable its data were? How many accounts belonged to actual humans, as opposed to bots? Why is this situation any different? I mean, everyone assumes the COVID vaccine is performing well, but everyone isn’t shelling out billions of dollars. I am. That is, I was going to. But not anymore.”

Hordes of people on Twitter and Instagram are attacking Musk for his turnaround, and they’re defending Pfizer and the COVID vaccine. Asked about this, Musk said, “Why should I care what people are tweeting? What is a tweet anyway? It’s just a fast comment made by a slow mind. If a person can’t write a coherent argument backed up evidence, he tweets. It’s pathetic. The fact that these social media outfits have attracted so many users is a sad commentary on the state of our education system. What’s next? Drag queens teaching young children about sex in classrooms?”

COVID-19 hospitalizations hit highest national average since March

COVID-19 hospitalizations have steadily increased to reach the highest national average since early March, with more than 33,000 people in U.S. hospitals with coronavirus on a given day.

Hospitalizations are up 18 percent nationwide over the past 14 days, with a daily average of 37,472 people hospitalized with COVID-19 as of July 11, according to HHS data collected by The New York Times.

Southern states have seen the greatest jumps over the past 14 days, with South Carolina reporting a 54 percent increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations (daily average of 436); Arkansas reporting a 47 percent increase (daily average of 365); Alabama reporting a 46 percent increase (daily average of 675) and Louisiana reporting a 42 percent increase (daily average of 420).

In California and the Bay Area, COVID-19 hospitalizations have reached their highest point since February, when the region was still coming out of the winter omicron surge, The San Francisco Chronicle reports. The state is reporting a 28 percent increase over the past 14 days with a daily average of 4,360 hospitalizations.

The CDC's latest variant proportion update for the week ending July 2 showed the omicron subvariant BA.5 accounted for nearly 54 percent of all cases. The subvariant is particularly adept in evading immunity from vaccination and prior infection. Researchers from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston recently found neutralizing antibody responses against BA.4 and BA.5 were twentyfold lower than against the original omicron strain.

The size of the BA.5 wave is muddled because most people are testing at home or not testing at all, resulting in undercounts. The CDC in the past week has reported a little more than 100,000 new cases a day on average.

It was interesting to learn more about the blood test for "SARS-CoV-2–neutralizing antibody geometric mean titers (GMTs)” .

It was also interesting to see that Emergency Use Only status "vaccines" can be and have been added to the "CDC’s immunization schedule".

It is doubtful that "Comirnaty" product can ever have the liability shield and even if it became officially added to the "CDC’s immunization schedule" (as both an "approved" fully licensed status AND an EUA Authorized-only status at the same time). That condition would seem to make this shell game scam of the FDA and Pfizer an exercise in futility. After all, where's the advantage in "worth it"* maiming and killing of large numbers of children if there's no money in it.


Pfizer and the FDA have decided to double down on approving and authorizing, secret and experimental, medically unacceptably risky and life threatening products on the USA public. We have just as much reason to trust the integrity and consistency of what is actually in a vial and what is printed on a vial label as we have reason to trust the integrity of Pfizer and the FDA.

While all this paper shuffling is happening, let's see how many more lives will be lost or made seriously injured and disabled and not protected from contracting or spreading any "virus" or "virus variant."

‘Head-Spinning’: FDA Quietly Grants Full Approval of Pfizer Comirnaty Vaccine for Adolescents

In a move Children’s Health Defense President Mary Holland called “head-spinning,” the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday granted full approval of Pfizer-BioNTech’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine for adolescents 12 through 15 years old.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Friday granted full approval of Pfizer-BioNTech’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine for adolescents 12 through 15 years old.

In an FDA press release, the agency said full approval of Comirnaty follows a “rigorous analysis and evaluation of the safety and effectiveness data,” and the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine “has been, and will continue to be authorized for emergency use in this age group since May 2021.”

Pfizer’s press release announcing the approval said the Comirnaty vaccine has been available under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) since May 2021 for the adolescent age group.

Yet, Comirnaty is not available in the U.S for any age group and is not the same formula as the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine currently authorized under EUA and being distributed as a “fully approved” vaccine.

“The approval of Comirnaty for adolescents 12 to 15 is head-spinning,” said Mary Holland, president and general counsel for Children’s Health Defense.

Holland added:

“The FDA failed to convene an expert committee and failed to appropriately weigh the risk-benefit profile of this vaccine for this age group. Even Vaccine cheerleader Dr. Paul Offit acknowledged FDA decisions are being made based on political pressure, not science when, in commenting on the agency’s vote last week to allow reformulated booster shots, he said it felt like ‘the fix was in.’”

Holland said that at base, “this is a move by pharma to ensure liability protection” under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Some states likely will attempt to put Comirnaty on the childhood vaccine schedule, despite the myriad known and unknown risks, Holland said.

“Pfizer‘s fraud and collusion with government is becoming more evident by the day,” Holland said. “CHD, already challenging the authorizations for those six months through age 11, will be at the forefront of challenging this approval for teenagers.”

Efficacy claims based on old analysis of 16- to 25-year-olds — before Delta, Omicron variants

Pfizer said Friday’s approval is based on data from a Phase 3 clinical trial of 2,260 participants ages 12 through 15.

About half of the participants, “elicited SARS-CoV-2–neutralizing antibody geometric mean titers (GMTs)” demonstrating “strong immunogenicity in a subset of adolescents one month after the second dose,” Pfizer said.

It is unknown what happened to antibody levels after one month, but peer-reviewed research suggests vaccine protection conferred by second and third doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine wanes rapidly against the Omicron variant.

“Our study found a rapid decline in Omicron-specific serum neutralizing antibody titers only a few weeks after the second and third doses of [the Pfizer-BioNTech] BNT162b2,” said the authors of a May 13 study published in JAMA.

To further support its claim that Comirnaty is effective in the 12 to 15 age group, Pfizer used an old analysis of 16- to 25-year-olds conducted before the Delta and Omicron surges.

“The efficacy analysis was conducted between November 2020 and May 2021, which was before the Delta and Omicron surges,” and the “only SARS-CoV-2 variant of concern identified from the confirmed COVID-19 cases in this age group was Alpha,” Pfizer said in its press release.

FDA experts question neutralizing antibodies as standard for vaccine effectiveness

During a June 28 meeting of the FDA’s Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), vaccine experts raised concerns that neutralizing antibodies did not correlate to clinical protection — noting Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine had a two-fold increase in neutralizing antibody levels compared with Pfizer’s vaccine during clinical trials, but it did not translate into a clinically significant difference in terms of protection against severe disease.

Dr. Ofer Levy, VRBPAC member and infectious disease physician at Boston Children’s Hospital, said during the meeting there is still “no established correlate of protection,” referring to the level of antibodies needed to confer protection.

“You have a lot of data now,” Levy told Pfizer. “What is your relative protection?”

“I would say there is no established correlate of protection,” Kena Swanson, Ph.D., vice president of viral vaccines at Pfizer, told Levy.

Levy said:

“I would like to hear from FDA what their overall approach will be around improving our understanding of correlate protection. We spend a good amount of time reviewing antibody data. We have no doubt antibody data is important. We don’t have a level of antibody that anybody is comfortable stating is correlated [with] protection.

Levy, who said antibodies are important, but T cells are more important, called for federal leadership to establish a “standardization of the T-cell assay and encourage or in fact require the sponsors to gather that information.”

“So what is the effort to standardize the pre-clinical assays?” Levy asked. “This is an effort that’s critical not just now but for future cycles of vaccine revision. If we aren’t able to define a standard for correlate protection we are fighting with one arm behind our back.”

Dr. Peter Marks, head of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, acknowledged the importance of Levy’s question and said they are “having conversations” with colleagues at the National Institutes of Health and throughout government about how they might move forward, but it is something they “don’t have an answer to yet.”

Marks said as vaccines are developed in the future, it will “become even more important” to define a standard of correlate protection because “we won’t be able to have a large naive population to vaccinate with newer vaccines.”

“We will need to understand the T-cell response better,” Marks said. “I take your point, it’s just that we haven’t solved the problem yet.“

Comirnaty not available in the U.S.

According to Pfizer’s press release, Comirnaty was previously made available to the 12 to 15 age group in the U.S. under EUA and 9 million U.S. adolescents in this age group have completed a primary series.

“The vaccine, sold under the brand name Comirnaty for adults, has been available under an emergency use authorization since May 2021 for the 12-15 age group,” Reuters reported. “It will now be sold under the same brand name for adolescents as well.”

Yet, Pfizer’s information hotline says it has no specific information on when Comirnaty will be available.

The FDA said Friday the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine “has been, and will continue to be, authorized for emergency use in this age group since May 2021.”

The CDC’s website states that Comirnaty is “not orderable.”

A branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services overseeing the Strategic National Stockpile indicated Comirnaty was not available because Pfizer did not have time to change the labels.

According to FDA documents, Comirnaty is not available in the U.S. and nobody has received a fully approved and licensed COVID-19 vaccine.

“Comirnaty has not been made available under EUA,” said Dr. Madhava Setty, physician and senior science editor for The Defender.

Setty added:

“The FDA and Pfizer have already stated very quietly, that they have no intent of manufacturing Comirnaty for distribution. Everyone is getting the non-licensed formulation that carries no liability for pharmaceutical companies.”

The CDC website confirms this, stating the Comirnaty formulation “will not be manufactured or made available in the near term even if authorized.”

The FDA on Aug. 23, 2021, approved Pfizer’s biological licensing application (BLA) for its COVID-19 vaccine named Comirnaty for people age 16 and older.

CHD challenged FDA on Comirnaty ‘approval’ for adults

As The Defender reported, there were “several bizarre aspects to the FDA approval” that proved confusing — which led to CHD suing the FDA over its approval of Comirnaty.

The FDA acknowledged that while Pfizer had “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine, there was “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under EUA — still available for use.

The FDA said the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under EUA should remain unlicensed but could be used “interchangeably” with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.

The FDA also said the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine were “legally distinct,” but proclaimed their differences did not “impact safety or effectiveness.”

Yet, there is a “huge real-world difference” between products approved under EUA compared with those the FDA has fully licensed.

EUA products are experimental under U.S. law and cannot be mandated. A licensed vaccine, such as Comirnaty, can be mandated by employers and schools.

Although Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine can be mandated, it has no liability shield. Vials of the branded product, which say “Comirnaty” on the label, are subject to the same product liability laws as other U.S. products.

Only COVID-19 vaccines distributed under EUA — which in the U.S. includes Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson — have liability protection under the 2005 Public Readiness and Preparedness Act (PREP).

Under PREP, the only way an injured party can sue a pharmaceutical company for an injury caused by an EUA vaccine is if he or she can prove willful misconduct and if the U.S. government has also brought an enforcement action against the party for willful misconduct. No such lawsuit has ever succeeded.

Comirnaty cannot receive liability protection unless it is fully approved for children and added to the CDC’s immunization schedule bringing it under the auspices of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty vaccines aren’t interchangeable

The FDA on Oct. 29, 2021, authorized a manufacturing change to allow an additional formulation of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine that uses tromethamine (Tris) buffer instead of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) used in the originally authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA on Dec. 16, 2021, approved a supplement to the Comirnaty BLA to include a new 30 mcg dose formulation that uses the Tris buffer instead of the PBS buffer used in the originally approved vaccine.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine may contain either the PBS buffer or tris buffer, except for the 5 to 11 age group. The Comirnaty vaccine contains the Tris buffer.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine used for the 5 to 11 age group uses a Tris buffer, despite clinical trials having been conducted using Pfizer’s vaccine containing the PBS buffer.

According to Pfizer’s July 8 press release, the FDA relied upon studies conducted prior to the formula change to justify the approval of Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine for adolescents ages 12 to 15.

The type of buffer used in a COVID-19 vaccine can affect the potency of the vaccine, how it is stored and the propensity to develop potential adverse events, TrialSite News reported.

​​According to Cleveland Clinic, Tris is commonly used for the prevention and treatment of metabolic acidosis associated with various clinical conditions such as heart bypass surgery or cardiac arrest. It is also used in other vaccines, including Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, dengue, smallpox and Ebola vaccines.

The FDA categorizes tromethamine as a category C drug and suggests using tromethamine only if clearly needed.

It is unknown if tromethamine will harm an unborn baby, but animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus, and there are “no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans.”

“The FDA-evaluated manufacturing data [to] support the change in this inactive ingredient and concluded it did not impact the safety or effectiveness of the product,” Marks, said during an October 2021, press briefing.

According to the FDA’s Letter of Authorization, reissued on Oct. 29, “analytical comparability assessments” revealed the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine formulations containing Tris and PBS buffers were “analytically comparable.”

Yet, no human or animal trials were conducted to determine the safety or efficacy of the new formula.

In the report of June 24, 2022, the WHO noted a further rise from 450 cases to 920 cases of acute hepatitis in children worldwide from May 26 to June 24, mostly (78%) in children under the age of 6 years. Unfortunately, forty-five children required liver transplants and 18 children died. Most children have been diagnosed in the UK (367), US (305), Japan (58), Mexico (58), Italy (34) and Spain (39).

Out of 100 probable cases with available clinical data the most commonly reported symptoms were nausea or vomiting (54%), jaundice (49%), general weakness (45%) and abdominal pain (45%).

Researchers and medical doctors are still investigating the origin of the mysterious rise in hepatitis with a focus on a possible viral origin. In 45% of the cases in the US a positive PCR test for adenovirus was found, with 75% of the cases in the UK and in more than 50% of the cases in Europe. A positive PCR test for SARS-CoV-2-virus was found in 15% of the cases in Europe and 10% in the US.

Although the PCR test for the adenovirus was run with two probes, Ct values for a positive test were almost all above 30, indicating most of the cases had a low infection risk. Furthermore, histological findings were non-specific and not consistent with known viral causes of hepatitis.

Analysis by Liquid Chromatography/High Resolution Mass Spectrometry detected several therapeutic moieties including antibiotics, ursodeoxycholic acid, vitamins, paracetamol, and fluconazole. Some have been administered in hospital as part of the case management.

Paracetamol, fluconazole and mycotoxins (foodborne toxins) are thought to be highly unlikely. Though, Salmon and Palmer argue that the spread in age of cases is a possibility of food contaminated with mycotoxins. They refer to a Salmonella outbreak in Canada and the US that was recently linked to peanut butter.

Both the CDC and the WHO have ruled out Covid-19 vaccine as a causative agent, as most of the children did not receive the vaccine prior to hepatitis. Based on preliminary reports the WHO still considers the adenovirus as the most possible causative pathogen.

Seeking Illness

Since the start of the pandemic the focus of seeking the cause of illnesses has been a screening on viral infections. Unfortunately, a positive PCR test is not able to distinguish between a piece of dead material (RNA, DNA) or a virus able to cause an infection. How long a piece of RNA or DNA may remain in the body that can result in a positive PCR test is not known. The preliminary reports do not write about an infectious virus that has been cultured.

More observations on children’s health are alarming. Health experts in the US are seeing children in the middle of the summer testing positive for as much as seven common viruses-adenovirus, rhinovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, human metapneumovirus, influenza and parainfluenza as well as coronavirus, with most of them having two or three combined.

Experts say COVID measures have worn down the immune system and made children more vulnerable for infections that normally do not occur in summertime and don’t need hospital visits. The explanation is that children are less exposed to these viruses and therefore not able to deal with the virus appropriately.

Children returning to school after two years of lockdowns have been observed to be too weak to walk, not knowing how to play and communicate, depressed, anxious, angry, and not potty trained at the age of 5.

More children than ever are being prescribed highly addictive drugs like Valium. Mysterious rises in diseases in children are being noticed. Unfortunately, all symptoms might be linked to similar underlying causes that have not yet been investigated while a generation is being over-medicalized and steered towards diagnoses that could result in surgeries and lifelong medication.

Environmental Induced Liver Cirrhosis-Related Malnutrition

During the past two years children have been frequently exposed to microplastics, graphene oxide, titanium dioxide, silver oxide, fluorocarbon (PFAS), methanol, hypercapnia, and hypoxia by wearing face masks, frequent testing and disinfectants adding up to damage the liver, the controller of the immune surveillance system.

In addition, it is acknowledged that the ministry of Health from Spain has been using aerial techniques with toxic antiseptics and chemical disinfectants (Chemtrails) spraying over the population to reach all surfaces quickly as part of the program for the management of Covid.

Before and during the pandemic in many countries children have been exposed to PFAS (per and polyfluoroalkyl substances), a group of 4,700 heterogenous chemicals with amphipathic properties and exceptional stability of chemical and thermal degradation.

A recent peer reviewed study from Keck School of Medicine found that people exposed to synthetic forever chemicals PFAS, PFOS (perfluorooctanoic sulfonic acid) and PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) and PFNA (perfluorononanoic acid) are all connected with elevated levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALAT), a biomarker for liver damage.

The children with acute hepatitis all had increased ALAT levels. ALAT is also increased in humans with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), a condition when excess fat builds up in the liver that can end in liver cirrhosis, suggesting a link with PFAS. According to the authors of this article it is expected that in 2030 about one-third of all adults in the US will be diagnosed with NAFLD. For years it has been known that PFAS is weakening the immune system and may cause cancer. It’s reported to reduce the antibody response to vaccines. The latest research showed that people with high levels of PFAS in their blood had a higher risk for severe COVID-19 due to a poor immune system.

Synthetic ‘forever chemicals’ means they will be permanently in the environment. In recent years much attention has been given to the possible harm of PFAS in drinking water which has lowered the concentrations that are allowed. Unfortunately, there are other ways to be exposed to PFAS which are a great risk for children.

Once people have been exposed to PFAS it remains months to years in the body depending on the specific compound. Up to now there is limited attention for the possible harm of these chemicals in children. Very high levels of PFAS values have been found in the blood of young children living next to a 3M plant in Belgium. As children are more prone to liver damage by exposure to toxic chemicals and PFAS they may accumulate more over time. Experts acknowledged the increased risk for thyroid diseases, elevated cholesterol, liver damage and kidney and testicular cancer.

Countries with the highest number of children with severe hepatitis reported are known to have problems with high levels of PFAS exposure. An expert opinion appeared in the UK in 2021 “Is the UK sleepwalking into a PFAS contaminating nightmare?” In Japan PFAS contaminations had broad attention the past two years, as well as in Italy, Mexico, Spain and the US.

Have the children been poisoned? It is highly likely that children may experience toxic-induced liver cirrhosis-related malnutrition due to the increasing toxic chemicals exposure during the past years to their small bodies that are less capable of detoxifying.

Malnutrition, An Orphan Disease in Healthcare

In 2019 UK Malnutrition Week focused on liver disease and malnutrition. Malnutrition is when a person’s diet does not contain the right amounts of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Many acute and long-term health conditions including liver and gut diseases are associated with malnutrition risk. Poor nutrition is common in patients with liver failure or cirrhosis and can lead to muscle wasting, weakness, and fatigue. Around three million people in the UK were in 2019 either malnourished or at risk of becoming malnourished. Now more than two years into the pandemic, this number may be far higher.

Lockdowns and school closures resulted in most children being less exposed to sunlight. Among other communicable diseases vitamin D deficiency is involved in the pathogenesis of chronic liver diseases by viruses.

A fifth of all Covid-19 deaths of under 5 worldwide were recorded in Brazil, with half of them in one of the poorest regions of the country. Most of the children who died were between the age of 29 days to 1 year. Also, in Brazil bioaccumulation of PFAS in a tropical estuarine food web has been reported.

Each child is exposed to different loads of environmental chemicals and has a personal physiological and metabolic condition. Many might have been unknowingly in a certain stage of malnourishment before the pandemic. The grade of intoxication and malnourishment influences the vitality of the liver, gut permeability, microbiome, and inflammation of the digestive system that influences the nutrition available for a proper liver-gut-brain functioning.

This interplay of chemicals and nutrients may explain the variety of problems among children currently being observed from mental and/or physical problems to infectious disease, psychomotor disorders and organ failure. A possible relation between prenatal PFAS exposure and psychomotor development during the first two years of life has been found in an observational study in Spain.

Exposure of Children to High Levels of Chemicals

Fluoropolymers and nanoparticles are essential parts of green technology like electric vehicles, solar panels, Artificial Intelligence and more. The ban of these chemicals makes a green agenda far more difficult to realize. Although the green agenda’s aim is a less polluted and healthier world, limited attention has been given to possible harms.

Evidence from observational and real-world data on the damaging effect of the exposure of children to high levels of chemicals like PFAS, biocides, heavy metals, methanol and microplastics that have been poorly or never investigated for cytotoxic and genotoxic effects continues to grow. The scattered evidence worldwide needs to become actionable evidence with a measurable impact worldwide to prevent further harm. A realistic harm-benefit analysis is highly needed.
Too Much Harm

Evidence of overdiagnosis and overtreatment continues to grow. Seeking illness is a profitable business, which is amplified by the Covid pandemic. On the other side an increasing population suffers from underdiagnosis.

Many children remain underdiagnosed and untreated. It is time to fight childhood undernutrition and dehydration. Most people associate malnutrition with poverty. Unfortunately, chemical-associated malnutrition and dehydration exponentially grew during the Covid lockdowns to become a widespread and urgent problem all over the world.

Malnutrition is responsible for significant abnormalities of physical and mental development. Undernourished children have diminished cognitive performance and learning difficulties, and a poorly functioning immune system. Better nutrition of a now pathologized generation will have a positive impact on the health of future generations.

A report that was quietly published by the UK Government, just hours before Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced his resignation, reveals that Covid-19 deaths have risen dramatically among the triple vaccinated population in England over the past couple of months whilst declining drastically among the unvaccinated population.

With the most recent figures showing the vaccinated population in England accounted for a shocking 94% of all Covid-19 Deaths in April and May, and 90% of those deaths were among the triple/quadruple vaccinated population.

On the 7th July, Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, announced he was resigning. Since then the Mainstream Media in the UK have distracted the public with 24/7 news on that announcement and speculation on who could replace him.

It’s times like these that you ought to watch what bad news is being quietly published in the background in the hope that it won’t receive much attention, and it just so happens that hours before Boris announced his resignation, his Government published new data that proves things have been terrible for the vaccinated population in England over the past couple of months.

Back in March 2022, the UK Health Security Agency announced that from April 1st 2022, they would no longer publish the vaccination status of Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations and deaths in England.

At the time, the UKHSA claimed this was because the UK Government had ended free universal Covid-19 testing and this therefore affected their “ability to robustly monitor Covid-19 cases by vaccination status”.

However, this was a lie.

The UK Health Security Agency had been looking for an excuse for months to stop publishing the data because it clearly showed the vaccinated population were suffering immense immune system damage, with case, hospitalisation, and death rates per 100,000 highest among the fully vaccinated population.

This was nowhere near the claimed 95% effectiveness by Pfizer was it?

But now we have more evidence to both prove the UKHSA was lying, and that the current mainstream media storm surrounding the resignation of Boris Johnson is just a distraction.

This is because another UK Government agency, known as the Office for National Statistics (ONS), has just published data on deaths by vaccination status.

The latest dataset from the ONS is titled ‘Deaths by Vaccination Status, England, 1 January 2021 to 31 May 2022‘, and it can be accessed on the ONS site here, and downloaded here.

Table 1 of the latest dataet contains figures on the mortality rates by vaccination status for all cause deaths, deaths involving Covid-19, and deaths not involving Covid-19. And it is here that we are able to ascertain the vaccination status of everyone who has died of Covid-19 since the beginning of April 2022, when the UKHSA claimed they could no longer reliably report the figures.

Here’s how the ONS presents the figures for the month of April 2022 –

We’ve taken the figures provided by the ONS for both April and May 2022, and produced the following chart showing Covid-19 deaths by vaccination status in England between 1st April and 31st May 2022 –

In all, according to the ONS, there were 4,935 Covid-19 deaths over these two months, and the vaccinated population accounted for a shocking 4,647 of those deaths. But what’s even more shocking is that the triple vaccinated accounted for 4,216 of those deaths, with just 288 deaths recorded among the unvaccinated population.

In March 2022, there were 321 Covid-19 deaths within 60 days of a positive test among the unvaccinated population according to the UKHSA Week 13 Vaccine Surveillance Report, as detailed in the following chart using data extracted from table 13b of the report –

This means there were 33 less deaths among the unvaccinated over two months (April and May) than there were in the whole of March.

Unfortunately, the opposite is true for the vaccinated population, especially the triple vaccinated. There were 911 more deaths among the vaccinated over two months, and 1,161 more death among the triple vaccinated.

This means deaths have fallen drastically among the unvaccinated but increased significantly among the vaccinated population since the UKHSA claimed they could no longer reliably publish the data.

The quietly published figures reveal that the vaccinated population as a whole accounted for a shocking 94% of all Covid-19 deaths in April and May 2022, with the unvaccinated accounting for just 6% of all Covid-19 deaths. But the most horrific statistic here is that 90% of the deaths among the vaccinated were among people who had been given at least three doses of a Covid-19 injection.

However, many in the UK have been given a fourth dose of a Covid-19 injection since the spring, and judging by the latest data from the Government of Cananda, it’s likely many of those deaths could actually be among the quadruple vaccinated.

The most recent Government of Canada figures show that there were 521 Covid-19 deaths between 6th and 12th June, and the vaccinated population accounted for 485 of them, with a shocking 242 deaths among the quadruple vaccinated population, meaning they accounted for 50% of Covid-19 deaths among the vaccinated in the second week of June 2022.

These aren’t the kind of figures you would expect to see if the Covid-19 injections really are up to 95% effective at preventing death, are they?

So there you have it, whilst you’ve been distracted by Boris Johnson’s resignation as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, the UK Government quietly published a report just hours before his announcement containing data they previously claimed they didn’t have, which confirmed the vaccinated now account for 94% of Covid-19 deaths in England, and 90% of those deaths are among the triple vaccinated.

With news like this being swept under the rug by the mainstream media, it makes you wonder what else they will attempt to hide in the coming weeks?

Overcoming debilitating injuries from an adverse reaction after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine, Steve Wenger has become a powerful advocate for vaccine victims’ rights.

On May 18, 2021, Wenger received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Less than a month later, he entered the emergency room crawling on his hands and knees. He stayed there three and half months. For two of those months, he became a quadriplegic, ultimately diagnosed with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a severe form of Guillain-Barré syndrome attributed to the vaccine.

After leaving the hospital, “I had to relearn to walk I had to relearn to dress myself. I had to relearn to do everything that you do in your daily life," Wenger recalls. "It was a long brutal road.”

Shortly after leaving the hospital, Wenger became an advocate for those injured by Covid vaccines.

A face-to-face meeting with his member of Congress, Arizona Republican Rep. Debbie Lesko, led to a number of initiatives including a letter signed by eleven Republican congressmen calling for reforms in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) to include Covid-19 vaccines.
He is working to build a bipartisan coalition to address their needs. He directs those injured by Covid-19 vaccines to React19.org.


The Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program CICP is designed to assist those injured by vaccines not yet recognized by the VICP, according to Wenger. However, the program has been highly unresponsive, Wenger describes, in which cases are determined by bureaucratic functionaries and victims are not allowed legal representation.

“They have paid like eight actual claims over the course of twenty years, out of 7,000,” Wenger says. “All these other claims have been denied. Now all of the sudden, the CICP is getting hit with hundreds of thousands of requests for these Covid vaccines.”

“My mission had become to get those Covid Vaccines moved over the the VICP, which is the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program,” where “your issue actually goes before a judge and you can have a legal team to plead your case,” Wenger says. “And to get myself and everybody who has been affected by this the financial help they need.”

Another part of the problem, is fear among doctors to officially certify Covid vaccine injuries.

“My team of neurologists at Mayo Clinic was phenomenal. Those guys were straight up with me. They would say to my face, ‘What you are dealing with was definitely caused by the vaccine.” No question about it. Definitely caused by the vaccine — timeline, [inaudible], everything just tied back to my vaccine date,” Wenger recounts.

“Would they put that in writing and put their name on it?” Wenger continues, “Absolutely not.”

The result, in his experience, is that news stories on vaccine injuries simply don’t get published, because doctors are afraid to state publicly what they know and share in private. A result is that the public isn’t informed or aware of the risks.

As is typical for severely injured Covid vaccine victims, the financial effects also were devastating. Wenger's medical bills and sudden inability to work wiped out the family savings.

It has been “a financial wrecking ball,” Wenger says. “Our savings is gone. A year ago at this time, I had a ton of money in a bank account—an emergency fund. . . Thank God we had that, but that emergency fund is gone.”

Previously debt free except for mortgage and car payments, Wenger now describes tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt and medical expenses owed.

Unable to afford the mortgage on their home, the Wenger’s uprooted and moved out of state, where his wife received a higher paying job as the sole earner.

Wenger counts himself lucky.

“I talk to a lot of vaccine injured and while what I went through was a horrific, miserable, nightmarish experience, I credit myself as being lucky, because I had a clear-cut diagnosis.”
For Wenger, the urgency of his work is a consequence of the enormity of the plight: "If you look at the VAERS data (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) for the last twenty years — every adverse event reporting for all those vaccines," Wenger observes, "add them all together and take that number — there were more reports of Covid vaccine adverse events reported in 2021 than every other vaccine for twenty prior years total."

As with every Covid-19 vaccine victim interviewed by Broken Truth, Wenger’s injuries were anticipated by the CDC and FDA back in October 2020, well before release to the public. Guillain-Barré syndrome and CIDP figure prominently in a recovered slide from a presentation by Dr. Tom Shimabukuro, MD, the CDC’s Deputy Director of the Immunization Safety Office.

My journey after receiving the J&J Covid-19 vaccine.

I see that the Whitehouse is still pushing these killer jabs and cannot articulate any rationale that sounds rational. They are pushing now the second booster that does not address BA 5 subvariant of the omicron variant. All the doctors I have listened to say "For people that already got the basic 2 jabs of the main killer jab, whatever you do, 'DON'T get a booster or another booster.' That is the way you can keep from harming yourself further. Notice they are especially pushing getting the second booster now to elder people and teenagers who are immunocompromised. I guess the reason the White House Doc is recommending this is because those people are most likely to be killed or injured by getting the second booster. That sounds like what they would consider to be right thinking.

Then when Fall flu season comes around, they are going to be pushing a brand new "vaccine" that does addresss BA 5 but no telling how many new variants and subvariants they will identify in the Fall.
So expect more gobbledygook advice from the White House in the coming months.

White House outlines strategy to combat BA.5: 3 COVID-19 updates

Officials in President Joe Biden's administration are considering plans to make second COVID-19 boosters available to all adults as part of the White House's larger strategy to combat a rise in cases and hospitalizations driven by the BA.5 omicron subvariant.
Second boosters would become available to all adults pending sign-off from the FDA and CDC, according to several administration officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity, The Washington Post reported July 11. Second boosters are currently available only to people aged 50 and older and those 12 and older who are immunocompromised.
"I know that the FDA is considering this and looking at it ... and I know CDC scientists are thinking about this and looking at the data as well," Ashish Jha, MD, White House COVID-19 response coordinator, said during a July 12 media briefing.
In the mean time, health officials urged people to get their initial booster dose, available to those aged 5 and older, if they have not done so yet.
"If you haven't, don't delay. Do it now," Dr. Jha said, adding that getting a booster now will not prevent people from getting an omicron-specific vaccine in the fall or winter, when they're expected to become available.
Dr. Jha urged those 50 and older to stay up to date with vaccines and get their second booster. "If you have not gotten a vaccine shot in the year 2022 ... please go get another vaccine shot ... it could save your life," he said. CDC director Rochelle Walensky, MD, referenced data underlining the value of a second booster among those 50 and older.
"Those vaccinated with a primary series and only one booster dose ... had four times the risk of dying from COVID-19 compared to those who had a primary series and two or more booster doses," Dr. Walensky said. CDC data shows just 28 percent of people 50 and older have gotten their second booster.
COVID-19 hospitalizations in the U.S. have risen 18 percent over the past two weeks, with a daily average of 37,766 people hospitalized as of July 11. This marks the highest national average for hospitalizations since March and comes as the highly transmissible BA.5 variant accounts for 65 percent of cases, according to the CDC's latest variant proportion update.
"The key feature of BA.5, that we know about, is its immune evasiveness — you can be fully vaccinated and boosted and still have a risk of breakthrough infection," Dr. Jha told The New York Times July 11. "You can be previously infected — even as recent as the last couple of months — and have a very high rate of reinfection." CDC data shows just 28 percent of people 50 and older have gotten their second booster.
Two more updates:
1. The White House released a fact sheet on its strategy to manage BA.5 July 12. Aside from pending plans to expand eligibility for second boosters — which was not explicitly mentioned in the fact sheet — the strategy is similar to plans to combat earlier strains. The White House said it plans to work with stakeholders to drive additional booster and vaccine uptake; increase access and awareness of treatments like Paxlovid; and make free tests and masks widely available.
2. Experts are keeping a close eye on BA.2.75, the latest omicron relative gaining traction in India. In the U.S., three cases have recently been identified on the West Coast. Experts have expressed concern the subvariant could be even more transmissible than BA.5, since it appears to have a large number of mutations that could make it even more adept at evading immune protection. It's still too early to draw hard conclusions about the strain, experts say, adding that information will become clearer over the coming weeks.

Pfizer is developing a “universal vaccine,” which can modify the new mRNA vaccines to fight against new viruses as they emerge. The new type of vaccine isn’t just being developed by Pfizer either, and officials including Dr. Anthony Fauci have touted the vision of the vaccines as being an end-goal of dealing with COVID-19.

The agenda behind universal vaccines goes far beyond COVID-19, however, with Fauci discussing the idea going back as far as 2009. And Pfizer, meanwhile, has also pushed for a similar agenda under the banner of an annual vaccine.

FDA Authorizes ‘Traditional’ Novavax COVID Vaccine, But Critics Question Safety Claims

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today granted Emergency Use Authorization to the Novavax COVID-19 vaccine. Portrayed as a more “traditional” vaccine that could sway the unvaxxed, some experts said it’s not as “safe” as FDA claims.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the Novavax COVID-19 vaccine for adults 18 and over.

The EUA is for the two-dose primary series targeting the original Wuhan SARS-CoV-2 virus, limiting the vaccine’s use, as about two-thirds of Americans already have completed a primary series of either the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) still needs to sign off on Novavax’s vaccine before pharmacies and other healthcare providers can start administering shots.

The vaccine maker’s stock rose 3% earlier today, after Politico reported yesterday that the FDA would likely announce the decision today.

The Biden administration on Monday announced a deal with Novavax to purchase 3.2 million doses of the vaccine.

Under the taxpayer-funded deal — which the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said was contingent on the vaccine receiving EUA and formal recommendation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — the U.S. government will provide the vaccine to states, jurisdictions, federal pharmacy partners and federally qualified health centers.

Advisors to the FDA last month recommended the agency accept Novavax’s EUA application, but the agency delayed issuing the authorization pending FDA review of the Maryland-based company’s manufacturing process.

Novavax already is available in other countries, including Canada and Australia, under the name Nuvaxovid.

The Novavax vaccine relies on a protein-based technology used for decades, leading some media outlets to portray it as a “traditional” vaccine compared with other COVID-19 vaccines that use newer technologies.

Politico reported last month that FDA committee members expressed interest in making available a vaccine that uses a different technology than the mRNA vaccines widely used in the U.S., “in hopes of convincing unvaccinated holdouts to change their minds.”

According to Politico, Novavax “may appeal to the sliver of the population allergic to components of the messenger RNA vaccines developed by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, or who are skeptical of those shots’ newer technology.”

But according to Dr. Meryl Nass, an internist with a special interest in vaccine-induced illnesses, chronic fatigue syndrome and toxicology, the media’s portrayal of Novavax as a more traditional vaccine is not accurate.

Nass, a member of the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) scientific advisory committee, pointed out that the Novavax shot contains a novel adjuvant, Matrix-M, “so it is not really an old-fashioned shot.”

Nass raised safety concerns specific to the adjuvant, while others voiced concerns about Novavax being linked to heart inflammation and blood clots, and the fact that the vaccine was designed for use against the original Wuhan strain of SARS-CoV-2 — not the various Omicron variants that are dominant today.

How does Novavax differ from other COVID vaccines used in U.S.?

Novavax is a subunit protein vaccine. It uses the spike protein, which it delivers directly to the host cell, from the viral coat of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, as the antigen — the part of the vaccine that provokes an immune response.

The mRNA-based shots — Pfizer and Moderna — use a lipid nanoparticle to encapsulate the mRNA and usher it into the host cell. Then the host cell’s own machinery produces the spike protein.

“Unlike mRNA vaccines, the spike protein is already premade in the Novavax vaccine, said Dr. Diana Florescu, who led the Novavax clinical trial. “It’s a shortcut. All the synthesis happens outside the body and we just give the end product: the spike protein.”

Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 shot is a viral vector vaccine. It also causes cells to produce the spike protein, but in a different way than the mRNA shots. It uses a virus called adenovirus, familiar as a common cause of respiratory infections.

The DNA in the adenovirus is modified so that when it enters the host cell, it causes the cell’s own machinery to produce the spike protein.

The adenovirus is also modified so it cannot replicate itself, which is why it is called a replication-defective recombinant adenoviral vector vaccine.

Adjuvant used in Novavax linked to autoimmune disease

Because Novavax is a protein subunit vaccine, it uses just the spike protein as the antigen rather than the whole pathogen (an inactivated or attenuated virus). Using the whole pathogen would expose the host to the virus’ entire protein coat instead of just one protein.

Protein subunit vaccines are often less immunogenic (less likely to provoke the immune system) than vaccines that use whole pathogens as the antigen, and may not generate a strong enough immune response.

That’s why they require the use of an adjuvant — in this case, Matrix-M — in addition to the antigen to get a stronger immune response.

However, few adjuvants are both potent and non-toxic enough for clinical use.

The proposed primary series for Novavax is two intramuscular injections 21 days apart at the dose level of 5 µg of the recombinant spike protein and 50 µg of the Matrix-M adjuvant.

Matrix-M, originally called QS-21, was one of the saponins derived from Quillaja saponaria, which is the soap bark tree native to Chile.

Some reports point out that the Matrix-M adjuvant — unlike the polyethylene glycol (PEG) lipid used in mRNA vaccines — is not linked to anaphylaxis (a severe allergic reaction), making it more attractive to people who are allergic to PEG.

But according to Nass, while it’s true that Matrix-M — which is not found in any other vaccines in the U.S. — isn’t linked to anaphylaxis, it is linked to autoimmune diseases.

“While touted as a replacement for the PEG lipid found in the mRNA vaccine, Matrix-M is less likely to cause anaphylaxis but more likely to cause autoimmune diseases,” Nass said.

Nass voiced other safety concerns about Novavax technology, including the use of moth cells.

According to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where Novavax Phase 3 clinical trials were conducted, the Novavax vaccine uses moth cells to create a nanotechnology version of the COVID-19 spike protein.

Nass said insect cells can be used to grow proteins rapidly. “There is one flu vaccine made the same way: Flublok,” Nass said. Flublok is one of two egg-free flu vaccines licensed for use in the U.S.

“How many insect and viral proteins or other molecules are being injected into you when you get the Novavax vaccine — which is a function of how purified the vaccine is — is unknown,” Nass said.

Novavax still uses the spike protein

The SARS-CoV-2 virus encodes 29 proteins, but Novavax — like Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson — chose to target only the spike protein.

As previously reported in The Defender, it is not known if the spike protein itself is safe.

“We have known for a long time that the spike protein is a pathogenic protein,” said Byram Bridle, Ph.D., assistant professor of immunology at the University of Guelph, Ontario. “It is a toxin. It can cause damage to our body if it gets into circulation.”

According to Brian Hooker, Ph.D., CHD’s chief scientific officer, “If you wanted to pick the most toxic protein, you know what represents the highest virulence, the highest amount of damage on the COVID-19 virus? You would pick the spike protein.”

The spike protein “has been consistently shown to create clotting issues in the blood,” Hooker said.

Novavax downplays link to heart issues

According to the briefing document for the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee meeting on June 7, severe local adverse events occurred in 1.2 to 7.2% of Novavax recipients, and systemic adverse events occurred in 2.4% to 12.1% of Novavax recipients.

These adverse events were more frequent after the second dose than after the first dose.

As previously reported in The Defender, there are concerns that Novavax is associated with myocarditis and pericarditis, just like the mRNA vaccines.

Reuters reported that the FDA asked Novavax to “flag” myocarditis and pericarditis as an “important identified risk” in its materials accompanying the vaccine. It is not known if the vaccine maker agreed to do so.

Novavax denied the connection between its vaccine and the reported cases of heart inflammation, claiming that “natural background events” of myocarditis can be expected in any large database.

“Based on our interpretation of all the clinical data supporting NVX-CoV2373 [Novavax]… we believe there is insufficient evidence to establish a causal relationship,” Novavax stated.

Does it work against the Omicron variant?

Like the other COVID-19 vaccines available in the U.S., Novavax’s vaccine was developed against the ancestral Wuhan strain of SARS-CoV-2.

In the FDA’s June 7 briefing document on the vaccine’s efficacy and safety, the FDA stated:

“The study enrollment and efficacy follow-up occurred during December 27, 2020, to September 27, 2021, and mainly when the Alpha variant of SARS-CoV-2 was predominant and prior to the emergence of Delta and Omicron variants.

“Relevant data to assess effectiveness of NVX-CoV2373 [Novavax] against the Omicron variant and sublineages, including observational data from use in other countries where the vaccine has been deployed, are currently unavailable; however, based on the efficacy estimate in the clinical trial of this vaccine, it is more likely than not that the vaccine will provide some meaningful level of protection against COVID-19 due to Omicron, in particular against more severe disease.”

The FDA briefing document also stated that due to the limited length of follow-up, “it is not currently possible to assess sustained efficacy over a period longer than 2 months.”

Bruce Gellin, chief of global public health strategy at the Rockefeller Foundation, was the lone abstaining vote on the FDA committee that voted to recommend Novavax on June 7.

Gellin said he abstained because the committee wasn’t given data on how the vaccine performs against the current Omicron variants, or for how many months its protection lasts.

Will Novavax convince the unvaxxed?

CNET last month reported that more than two years into the pandemic, a majority of Americans (about 67%) are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and many have been boosted.

A Kaiser Family Foundation poll found 75% of adult Americans self-report that they are already vaccinated.

Meanwhile, those hesitant or opposed to COVID-19 vaccination seem to be firm and consistent in their opinion, according to the Kaiser poll.

Kaiser has tracked the “public’s attitudes and experiences with COVID-19 vaccinations” since December 2020. During that time, the percentage of American adults who answered the poll and said they would “definitely not” get vaccinated ranged from 12% to 17%.

In April, the most recent month reported, 17% of those polled said they would “definitely not” get vaccinated against COVID-19.

Millions of Americans have already been infected with COVID-19 and recovered. As of February 2022, the overall seroprevalence rate (indicating previous COVID-19 infection) in the U.S., determined by random antibody testing, was 57%.

The FDA just approved the Novavax vaccine for COVID under EUA. It won’t be available until the CDC outside committee approves it. The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices is scheduled to meet July 19.

I have nothing personally against Novavax. It might turn out to be the safest COVID vaccine to date. But “safest” and “safe” are two different animals: one is relative and the other is absolute.

Here are my top 5 reasons to say “No” to Novavax:

COVID is a disease which is easily treatable. Why would you take a risk on a new product with unknown risks when you don’t need to?

As Andrew Wakefield and others point out, we’ve never had a vaccine where the benefits > outweigh the risk. While this might be the first one, you’ll want to wait for an independent study that proves it.

They have to come clean and admit their issues before we can ever trust them again.

You run the risk of original antigenic sin (OAS) and/or antibody dependent enhancement (ADE). In short, you run the risk of making yourself worse off.

We just don’t know. We don’t know anything about their adjuvant — Matrix M. We don’t know anything about safety. We don’t know if they can manufacture it properly (they are now on their third contract manufacturer).

The Biden administration sent a memo late Wednesday to over 60,000 pharmacies across the country warning them that they are legally obligated under federal law to fill orders for contraceptives and abortion-causing drugs regardless of patients' pregnancy status. “Under federal civil rights law, pregnancy discrimination includes discrimination based on current pregnancy, past pregnancy, potential or intended pregnancy, and medical conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth,” reads the memo.

The "Biden administration" has no business telling what prescriptions for medicines pharmacies should fill or not fill.

Doctors should be able to prescribe medicines that they think are best for their patient's health, of course observing proper regulations. and expect the prescriptions to be filled.

Ivermectiin and hydroxycloroquine are safe and effective medicines and pharmacies should fill these properly prescribed medicines by doctors, and these medicines actually have something to do with health not harm.

The documentary, produced by Dr. Andrew Wakefield and Children’s Health Defense, "illustrates the depopulation agenda is not a conspiracy theory. It’s reality, and it’s happening worldwide," Dr. Joseph Mercola noted in a July 11 report on the documentary for The Defender.

"The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine and the COVID-19 shots also have adverse impacts on fertility that are being ignored," Mercola noted.

The WHO "has been caught more than once deliberately deceiving women into thinking they were vaccinated against tetanus, when in fact they were being sterilized. This is an ethical and moral low that is hard to beat," Mercola added.

Wakefield, in an interview with The Defender, said the documentary presents a “very important story, and it’s a story that I’d been aware of for some years. I think a lot of people heard about this intentional infertility vaccine program being conducted, primarily in women in developing countries. But it had gone into abeyance so I hadn’t paid due attention. I should have paid more attention to it, because people had asked me over the years, ‘Do you think there is a population control agenda?’ …

“The allegation had been that the World Health Organization, under the guise of a neonatal tetanus prevention program, had been deliberately sterilizing women [in Kenya] — either using a vaccine to abort existing pregnancies or to prevent future pregnancies. They had done this under the guise of protecting children rather than actually reducing the population.”

Wakefield said it is no secret that the WHO had been working on an anti-fertility vaccine since the 1970s.

Papers were published, and the WHO itself even admitted it.

"The real issue here is that of informed consent," Mercola wrote.

The documentary details how, in 1995, the Kenyan government launched a WHO vaccination campaign against tetanus among women of childbearing age.

Dr. Stephen K. Karanja, former chairman of the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, became suspicious of the program when he learned that involuntary sterilization programs posing as tetanus programs had occurred.

Also in 1995, the Catholic Women’s League of the Philippines won a court order halting a UNICEF tetanus program that was using tetanus vaccine laced with hCG. Anti-hCG-laced vaccines had also been found in at least four other countries.

"This anti-hCG-laced tetanus vaccine perfectly matched the anti-fertility vaccine the WHO had announced in 1993," Mercola noted.

The paper trail reveals that by 1976, WHO researchers had successfully conjugated, meaning combined or attached, human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) onto tetanus toxoid, used in the tetanus vaccine. As a result, when given to a woman, she develops antibodies against both tetanus and hCG.

HCG is a hormone that is produced as soon as the sperm enters the egg and the embryo begins to form. In response to this signal, the woman’s ovaries then produce progesterone, which maintains the pregnancy to term. The conjugated vaccine effectively ends and prevents pregnancy as her own immune system will immediately attack and destroy the hCG as soon as it forms.

The WHO abandoned the 1995 campaign without explaining why. But, in 2014, "they were back with a neonatal tetanus program," Mercola wrote. "Girls and women, 15 to 49 years of age, were instructed to get vaccinated with a series of five injections, six months apart. Suspiciously, this is the exact schedule required for the anti-fertility vaccine to produce sterility. Regular tetanus prevention requires only one injection every five to 10 years, and under no circumstance would you need five of them."

The Catholic Church collected three sample vials directly from clinics during the 2014 campaign and had them tested by three independent laboratories. As feared, they contained hCG. Another six vials were then collected and tested. This time, half were found to contain hCG.

When the Catholic Church went public with the findings, urging girls and women to not comply with the vaccination campaign, the Kenyan government went on the defensive, insisting there was nothing wrong with the vaccine.

Wakefield noted: “They used the media to demonize the Catholic Church and insinuate there had been deliberate contamination of these samples with hCG to produce the result they wanted. That’s where it remained until — and this is where it gets really interesting and where the film really comes into its own — our cameras were invited back into the laboratory where these tests were done … [and] the truth was revealed.

“It came down to a resolution of this key question of who was lying and who was being honest? Who was cheating, who was not? It’s really an extraordinary story that woke me up to the importance of this issue. There is an extraordinary prophetic statement at the end from the late Dr. Karanja, OBGYN from Africa. who was at the heart of all of this.

“He said, ‘When they are finished with Africa they’re coming for you.’ ”

Mercola pointed out that "it’s important to realize that no study has ever proven that any of the vaccines on the childhood vaccination schedule are safe, especially when given in various combinations." That includes the Covid vaccines.

As noted by Wakefield, vaccine manufacturers and people like Dr. Anthony Fauci present " 'an almost kindergarten-like approach' to safety."

The blanket statement given is that vaccines in general, and the Covid shots in particular, are “safe and effective,” and that they have no adverse effects on reproduction and fertility.

"This, despite the fact they’ve done no reproductive studies at all," Mercola wrote. "Women who hear such assurances will assume the necessary studies HAVE been done when, in fact, that’s a complete lie. The reality is, that you cannot find evidence of harm if you’re not looking for it."

In some of the Covid vaccine trials, "they actually used a completely inert placebo (although some vaccine makers used another vaccine). But then note what happened," Mercola noted. "Before the trial was over, they unblinded everyone and offered the jab to everyone in the placebo group, effectively eradicating the control group altogether! Then, they tried to bury the data under red tape for 75 years. Thankfully, a sensible judge didn’t let them get away with it."

Wakefield added: “They [Pfizer] knew there were problems. They had identified the problems doing the appropriate study, at least to start with, until they gave the crossover group the vaccine. Then they tried to hide the data because they knew it revealed the seriousness of the adverse reactions to their vaccine. The court overruled them and now those data are being analyzed, and they are terrifying.”
