The Trump raid scandal may reach the Biden White House, according to new documents allegedly obtained by Just the News. It claims that the White House facilitated the Department of Justice criminal probe into former President Donald Trump, which raises deeper questions over a political motivation.

Meanwhile, Dr. Anthony Fauci announced his plans to resign in December from his positions as chief medical adviser to Biden and as director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Despite this, however, Republicans are saying Fauci’s resignation will not shield him from investigations into his handling of COVID-19 if they retake the House in the midterm elections.

It is great to here Fauci will be investigated by congress, but as I understand it, the most powerful action that could come from such an investigation would be a "criminal referral" to the US Dept. of Justice for prosecution. That is where the matter dies a quiet death unless the Attorney General and his whole gang of attorneys can be impeached or fired or whatever. There will be no accountability and justice for any top bureaucrat connected with the PLANdemic unless there is a clean sweep of the DOJ and the FBI.

Whistleblower faces involuntary separation from Army

A medical Army officer who discovered a sudden increase in disease coinciding with reports of side effects alongside COVID-19 vaccines—which the Army has dismissed as a data glitch—said he faces involuntary separation after being convicted but not punished for disobeying COVID-19 protocol.
In January 2022, First Lt. Mark Bashaw, a preventive medicine officer at the Army, started noticing some “alarming signals” within the defense epidemiological database.
The Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), which tracks disease and injuries of 1.3 million active component service members, showed during the pandemic a significant increase in reports of cancers, myocarditis, and pericarditis; as well as some other diseases like male infertility, tumors, a lung disease caused by blood clots, and HIV, Bashaw said.
Several of these illnesses are listed in FDA documentation as potential adverse reactions associated with COVID-19 vaccines, Bashaw told EpochTV’s “Crossroads” program in an interview on Aug. 1.
Seeing increases in cases of these illnesses as high as 50 percent or 100 percent in some situations, Bashaw stepped forward as a whistleblower to raise concerns about his findings.
Bashaw’s whistleblower declaration, submitted to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) who is facilitating the sharing of information from early investigations of COVID-19 products with Congress, said he saw the increasing incidence of these disorders observed in DMED as “very troubling.”
Specifically, the number of cancer cases among active service members in 2021 nearly tripled in comparison with the average number of cancer instances per year from 2016 to 2020, Bashaw said in his declaration.
Bashaw’s responsibilities as a preventive medicine officer, with a specialty in entomology, include “participating in fact-finding inquiries and investigations to determine potential public health risk to DoD [Department of Defense] personnel from diseases caused by insects and other non-battle related injuries.”

A week after this information was brought out in January in a “COVID-19: Second Opinion” roundtable organized by Johnson, the data in DMED changed, Bashaw said, and all of these troubling spikes in diseases and injuries “seemed to have disappeared and been realigned with previous years.”
Curiously, the glitch didn’t affect the data from 2021, which remained the same. Instead, the corrected data saw the data for prior years increased, which made the 2021 data look normal and in line with the running average, Bashaw explained.
In response to the whistleblower claims, spokesperson for the health agency of the Department of Defense Peter Graves told The Epoch Times that the data in DMED “was incorrect for the years 2016-2020,” so the system was taken offline to correct the root cause of the data corruption, which didn’t impact data from 2021.
After the roundtable, Johnson sent three letters to the Department of Defense (DoD) requesting an explanation of the sudden increase in medical diagnosis and the changes in the DMED data.
“The concern is that these increases may be related to the COVID-19 vaccines that our servicemen and women have been mandated to take,” Johnson said in one of his letters.
The senator also sent a letter to the technology company that manages DMED asking for clarification of all data integrity issues uncovered in the database.
Although Johnson received some responses from the tech company, there has not been still a “solid, rational explanation” as to why a glitch occurred in the database and what it was, Bashaw said.
After the glitch, Bashaw pulled out data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) for injuries related to viral vaccines to compare to his findings on DMED. He compared the average of the last 24 years to data for 2021 and found an eleven-fold increase in the number of suspected adverse incidents reported in 2021.
“I compared it to the average of the last 24 years, it’s a 1,100 percent increase in 2021. And the only difference we had in 2021 was the rollout of these experimental emergency use authorized COVID-19 vaccines,” Bashaw said.
VAERS is managed by agencies of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and serves as “a national early warning system to detect possible safety problems in U.S.-licensed vaccines,” according to HHS’s website.
Though reporting to VAERS is voluntary for individuals, “healthcare professionals are required to report certain adverse events, and vaccine manufacturers are required to report all adverse events that come to their attention,” the website says. However, non-professionals are also able to make entries.
Emergency Use Authorized Products

Bashaw tried to raise his concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccines to his leadership at the army through the proper channels, recommending that it change its risk communication strategy for the vaccine from ”safe and effective “ to “there might be some problems.”
However, his concerns were not addressed, Bashaw said. “And then, later, I was targeted due to my own [COVID-19] vaccination status.”

Bashaw said he was “forced into an experimental emergency use authorized testing protocol, which was only for the unvaccinated.”

He questioned the policy, saying that forcing unvaccinated individuals into such a testing regimen seems “coercive” and “kind of punitive.”

Bashaw invoked the provisions of the United States Code, which gives liability protection for epidemic products authorized for emergency use to manufacturers and distributors of the product, the government, and medical personnel who administer the product.

However, the perspective of the individual who chooses to use these products or to whom the product is administered is not considered by this law despite their taking on all the burden of risk. “For this reason, [they should have] the ability to accept or refuse these products,” Bashaw said.

“It’s my job as a medical officer in general, to warn individuals, or at least try to communicate [to them] what they might be getting themselves into with these products.”
Bashaw pointed out that the individual’s right to accept or refuse administration of these products and to informed consent has also been written down in the United States Code, specifically 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3.

Individuals to whom the product is authorized for emergency use should be informed “of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown,” the said law stipulates.

This applies not only to the experimental vaccines but also to COVID-19 testing procedures and the wearing of masks, Bashaw said.

Targeted for Disobeying COVID-19 Rules

Bashaw has been court-martialed for disobeying the mandated COVID-19 protocol. He challenged the accusation saying that the order to follow the protocol disregarded the individual’s right to informed consent guaranteed by U.S. law.

The court convicted Bashaw, but the judge did not hand down any punishment and recommended to the commanding general to drop the conviction, Bashaw said, but the general upheld the conviction.

After the conviction, the Army initiated Bashaw’s involuntary separation from service after 17 years of honorable service. His expected promotion to captain was also withheld, the officer said.

The justification for his discharge was that the army lost trust in his “capabilities as an officer over the past seven months,” Bashaw explained.

Bashaw filed a rebuttal, hoping to reverse its course.

In addition, Bashaw filed a whistleblower complaint at DoD, but the decision was made that there was no retaliation against him, and the case was closed out. He said that he then filed another complaint which exercises his right guaranteed by the code of military justice to challenge such decisions.

The Epoch Times reached out to the Army Public Health Center and the Department of Defense for comment.

Recently, Bashaw has petitioned the Judge Advocate General of the Army, asking the general to review what he has brought forth in official documentation.

This is concrete evidence, and it is well founded on the law to protect service members and individuals in general, Bashaw said. “I wouldn’t be risking 17 years of my service [and] the health and welfare of my family on some flimsy argument.”

Bashaw said that he is concerned with the integrity of the data that the leadership is basing their strategic decisions upon. If data is being manipulated in some way, or if there is a data glitch, then these senior-level leaders make decisions “based on something that might not be the case,” he explained. It is especially “a serious sign of concern” if a private contractor manages the medical information of service members and has glitches with it.

“And so it’s super important to have solid data and trustworthy sources.”

Bashaw said he decided to bring his concerns to his leaders’ awareness to honor the oath he took to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to glorify God.

“I will absolutely do everything in my power to warn my brothers and sisters in uniform. And that’s my job as a medical officer, to communicate risks and potential harms,” Bashaw said. “That’s my duty.”

The orchestrated attempt to stop us from sharing the truth with more than half a million followers comes on the heels of rapidly increasing criticism of our public health institutions and recognition of their pandemic policy failures. Look at the key events that preceded our deplatforming:

June

Reports of pharmacies, states and federal entities discarding more than 82 million doses of tax-payer funded COVID shots despite the push by public health agencies to inject as many people as possible.

July

Following FDA approval of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for COVID-19 injections for children as young as 6 months old, COVID-19 Vaccine Monitor survey by Kaiser Family Foundation reports 43% of parents would not give the injection to their young children.

UK’s Office for National Statistics, published a dataset on deaths by vaccination status in England between Jan. 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022, revealing that one in every 482 people vaccinated against COVID-19 in England died within a month of receiving a dose of a COVID-19 injection.

During a live interview with Neil Cavuto of Fox News, former White House COVID-19 response coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx said she "knew" that COVID-19 vaccines "were not going to protect against infection." Birx also stated, “And I think we overplayed the vaccines …”

A study published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine found that individuals fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 actually recover markedly more slowly from the illness and remain five times more contagious 10 days after infection.

August

News surfaced that pro-vaccine advocate Dr. Peter Hotez, who previously criticized any congressional scrutiny into Wuhan Labs and the origins of SARS-COV-2, helped fund a Wuhan gain-of-function study. While Hotez scoffed at those who expressed any concerns about Wuhan’s labs, he conveniently omitted his own connection to a National Institutes of Health grant and his project involving a laboratory-generated chimeric SARS-related coronavirus.

About a week prior to our deplatforming, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) quietly walked back many of their previous COVID-19 policies, essentially making them null and void, abruptly changing course and advocating for the personal choice that we have fought for from the beginning.

Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) data released by CDC showed 1,385,401 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID-19 vaccines, including 30,347 deaths and. 252,294 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 12, 2022. These numbers continue to rise each week and still represent only a small fraction of total injury and harm occurring.

Within less than two hours of CHD being deplatformed, CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky announced plans to overhaul the agency while also admitting to a flawed response to the pandemic. However, these changes won’t separate their "unholy alliance” with Big Pharma.

Our ongoing censorship lawsuit against Meta, the parent company for Facebook and Instagram, is currently being appealed with the 9th Circuit Court. CHD provided the court with CDC-produced documents the agency shared with Facebook. These documents are titled “COVID Vaccine Misinformation: Hot Topics.” In an outrageous abuse of authority, the CDC asked tech giants to “be on the lookout” for various topics they consider to be misinformation including: COVID-19 vaccine shedding, VAERS reports, spike protein data and more.

In the ongoing case of Missouri v. Biden, the States of Missouri and Louisiana (“the States”) filed suit against President Joseph R. Biden, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other federal officials and agencies, to enjoin their ongoing collusion with social media platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc., to “suppress disfavored speakers, viewpoints, and content on social media platforms by labeling the content ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation,’ and ‘malinformation.’
”
And finally, we have yesterday’s news that Dr. Anthony Fauci will step down from his role as the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The highest-paid government employee, who pushed pandemic policies that destroyed millions of people’s health, livelihoods, economy and our communities, now wants to disappear from the national stage precisely when the missteps of the past two years are all being revealed.

This is, as I say, the crucial point; because, once we snap out of that fond fantasy of their benevolence, and face the fact that, yes, they are that evil, and (worse yet) that all the institutions we’ve been taught to trust from childhood on—the government at nearly every level, the medical establishment, “higher education” and (above all) “our free press”—have been corrupted by that evil, and are now part of it: once We the People, or enough of us, stop thinking that that can’t be true, then everything will change.

Only when enough of us accept that shattering fact will everything begin to change—and fast. It is to keep those millions in denial, and thereby prevent the global Reckoning to come, that the government-and-media’s gigantic propaganda chorus keeps assuring them that, no, it isn’t true, that all our evidence (of every kind) is “conspiracy theory,” all our facts “disinformation,” all those sudden and untimely deaths and grievous disabilities entirely normal, and yet also due to anything and everything but the “vaccines” that have obviously caused them. And as the propaganda chorus struggles to prevent that Day of Reckoning by doubling down on all its Oceanic lies, it also ever more extensively, and desperately, blacks out whatever findings, facts, perceptions and/or arguments might help snap people out of their hypnotic trance: Google (for example) quickly took down Dr. Nass’s piece, when she posted it (or tried to) on her blog.

Effective as such Nazi stratagems may be in keeping some of us asleep, those Big Lies can’t keep working as they did between the rollout of “the virus” and the second year of universal “vaccination,” nor can the censorship, however sweeping it may be, keep everyone completely in the dark. Sooner than you think, the people (or enough of us) will see, and not deny, that those “vaccines” are killing and disabling people in unprecedented numbers—killing children in unprecedented numbers—and yet all those august institutions keep on pushing still more “vaccination” anyway. And when that happens, everything will change, and not the way Klaus Schwab et al. have hoped.

D.C.’s Dangerous and Divisive Vaccine Mandate

While the attention was focused on Mar-a-Lago, Denmark made major news by banning the COVID-19 vaccine for children under age 18. You read that correctly: The Scandinavian nation, often heralded by pro-vaccine liberal politicians as a health model for the United States, issued a policy declaring it “no longer be possible” for young people to get vaccinated, citing the low risk posed by the virus.

Meanwhile, back home, the Biden administration, whose inner circle includes secret consultants for Pfizer, is for the most part letting states move forward with a similar laissez-faire attitude toward vaccination requirements with one notable exception: Washington, D.C., which is requiring all students over the age of 12 receive a vaccine.

The discrepancy between the treatment of children in our nation’s capital and the rest of the country reflects a deeper disconnect ripping our nation apart. It also undermines President Biden’s commitment to racial equity. On the campaign trail, Mr. Biden, who owes his 2020 victory to Black voters in South Carolina, turned heads by declaring, “if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump then you ain’t Black.” On Inauguration Day, he signed an executive order outlining his “comprehensive approach to advancing equity for all.”

Yet when Team Biden moved back to Washington, they found a region moving away from its “Chocolate City” roots. In 1977 when Mr. Biden was a first-term senator, D.C. was 77% Black. Today, that number has been cut nearly in half to just 41%.

The city’s gentrification has deepened inequality. Every latte shop or yoga studio in the Navy Yard or Logan Circle pushes lower-income Washingtonians east of the Anacostia River, where Wards 7 and 8 remain nearly 80% Black and with average income less than half its counterparts across the river.

If enforced, Washington’s vaccine mandate would bar nearly two-thirds of Black adolescents from attending school, creating another obstacle for a population government should be empowering. The elite ruling class is happy to plaster “Black Lives Matters” stickers on their Teslas while supporting policies that hold back the next generation mere miles away.

Over socially distanced glasses of chardonnay, well-to-do Beltway residents cling to their COVID-19 narrative where vaccines funded by the big pharmaceutical companies offer the only hope. In their world, no one — not even children — is safe without a vaccine. Anyone who dares deviate from the company line is dismissed as a backwater Trump-supporting conspiracist, even lifelong Democrats like me.

They ignore data that challenges their point of view, including data finding 70% of U.S. public schools reported an increase in students seeking mental health services since the start of the pandemic, or a Harvard University study showing “remote instruction was a primary driver of widening achievement gaps.”

These districts are not in places where parents can earn their six-figure salaries from Zoom, ordering Uber Eats and enjoying a steady diet of Netflix.

As a medical doctor who has helped more than 700 patients recover from COVID-19 and its complications, I have treated numerous adults and children injured by the vaccine and can assure you that there is a significant cause for concern. I’ve outlined the large and growing body of data on the injury risks of COVID-19 vaccinations — particularly among healthy children — which you can read in a vaccine exemption letter that I provided to concerned parents who wanted to send their children to summer camp without exposing them to these risks.

The true scope of harm is difficult to grasp because our public health agencies refuse to engage in the debate for fear of undermining their preferred narrative. But there are plenty of signals. Consider the large, unexplained rise in U.S. life insurance claims among working Americans of ages 18-64 beginning in early to mid-2021, when the vaccination campaign began. A similar trend is evident in German health insurance claims data — and the CEO of one of the country’s largest health insurance companies was fired for releasing data suggesting the government was concealing the extent of vaccine injuries.

Two years ago, candidate Joe Biden pledged to “shut down the virus.” Now, with more deaths on his watch than his predecessor’s, he and his allies still refuse to change course. Instead, they are clinging to a failed political agenda, sacrificing the next generation at its altar. Washington’s vaccine mandates will hurt Black children the most, undermining Mr. Biden’s equity agenda. In November, let’s hope a reckoning is brewing for those who have suffered the most from a failed public health response. Our children, especially the most underserved, depend on it.

I created a form to ask healthcare workers to speak anonymously about what they are seeing.

Here’s what they said in their own words.

Here is a quick summary of some of the things they said:

They are afraid to come out publicly due to intimidation tactics such as loss of job and/or license to practice medicine.

Unvaccinated healthcare workers are extremely upset with the medical community. They feel they have been treated unfairly.

It is the vaccinated workers who are getting sick with COVID, but it is the unvaccinated who are punished with constant testing, restrictions, and threats of losing their jobs.

The COVID shots are a disaster. Even for the elderly which is supposed to be the most compelling use case, death rates in elderly homes went up by a factor of 5 after the shots rolled out. Each time the shots are given, the deaths spike. Nobody is talking publicly about this. It’s not allowed.

Doctors are seeing rates of injury and death increase dramatically in all ages of people. The injuries are only happening to the vaccinated. There is no doubt that this is happening but many doctors have so much cognitive dissonance that they don’t see it.

One nurse with 23 years of experience says she’s never heard of anyone under 20 dying from cardiac issues until the vaccines rolled out. Now she knows of around 30 deaths.

“I have been a nurse for 36 years. I have NEVER witnessed people in their 20s and 30s having strokes, atrial fibrillation, or cardiomyopathies until the Covid vaccines. I work in cardiology. When I mention that someone should look at the vaccines as a possible reason, I am immediately silenced and told, “It is NOT from the vaccine.””

Doctors aren’t recording vaccination status in the medical records so that all the deaths are attributed to the unvaccinated.

Doctors are deliberately ignoring the possibility that the vaccines could be the cause of all the elevated events. The events are simply all unexplained.

Many doctors have either quit or will quit.

Some doctors and nurses at top institutions such as Mass General Hospital have falsified vaccine cards. They publicly toe the line and encourage their patients to take the shot knowing full well it is deadly. They value their job more than the lives of their patients. The important thing is they are risking 10 years in jail for doing this. These highly respected medical workers are telling the world that these COVID shots are so dangerous that they are willing to risk 10 years in prison to avoid taking the shot. That’s the message America needs to hear. And if Biden were an honest President, he would call for full amnesty and protection from retaliation for all these cases if people admitted publicly they did this. He’d be amazed at the number of responses he’d get. But he won’t do that because it would be too embarrassing for his administration.

Things don’t seem to be getting any better.

The medical examiners all over the world are not doing the proper tests during an autopsy to detect a vaccine-related death. Without doing the necessary tests, it is very hard to make an association. There isn’t a single “guidance” document from any medical authority anywhere in the world to do these tests on people who die within 3 months of their last COVID vaccination. This is why no associations are found: they aren’t looking and it is deliberate. The mainstream press doesn’t call them out on this either.

Doctors are being forced to take other vaccines so the hospital can meet their quota. This was admitted to them.

The document paints a very troubling picture of healthcare in America

It is very difficult to read that document and come away thinking that everything is working fine.

You work at the CDC, FDA, or NIH

The glaring problems and unanswered questions many of us had from Phase 1 of the PLANdemic are still glaring and unanswered now in Phase 2 of the PLANdemic.

I always wanted a clear and thorough explanation of the new kind of "diagnostic" testing that was reported to become the standard after PCR nasal-swab testing was discontinued on December 31, 2021. It think the new testing involves two or three versions of an antigen test. It was communicated that the new testing would find and differentiate the influenza pathogens from "COVID 19" pathogen, though symptoms are the same or very similar for all. I find the Phase 2 explanations of testing equally inadequate in every way.

The CDC is basically admitting that their Phase 1 guidelines were substantially wrong. And we now can find no reasons to believe that their new guidelines are based on "better science" or new or better understood data and information. The new guidelines have the same perceived flawed foundations as the old. The foundational premise of Phase 1 is that there was a "novel coronavirus" from the SARS CoV-1 virus manifesting as "COVID-19" and that it was a lethal, highly contageous illness spread in many different ways. What part of that has changed or are those premises still as unscientifically proven now as they were then?

CDC Backtracks on COVID Guidance — Is It a Political Ploy?

Without fanfare, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Aug. 11, reversed all its COVID-19 guidelines — was the move politically motivated? And what happens after the midterms?

Aug. 11, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reversed its COVID-19 guidelines, thereby vindicating every “misinformation spreader” out there.

The CDC is now advocating for taking personal responsibility and for everyone to decide for themselves “which prevention behaviors to use and when (at all times or at specific times), based on their own risk for severe illness and that of members of their household, their risk tolerance, and setting-specific factors.”


The CDC is also giving up on discrimination based on COVID-19 jab status, stating, its “COVID-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person’s vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur.” They also admit natural immunity exists and works.


Testing is now reserved for those who “are symptomatic, or have a known or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19,” isolation is only for those who are symptomatic and have tested positive, and contact tracing is now restricted to health care settings and select “high-risk congregate settings.”


The CDC’s about-face appears to be politically motivated, to give the Biden administration a “win” before the midterm elections. Post-election plans include “the biggest vaccination campaign in history,” so tyrannical overreaches may later resume, even as mounting data show the COVID-19 shots are causing depopulation.


Without fanfare, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Aug. 11, reversed all its COVID-19 guidelines. In fact, many have noted it appears the CDC wanted to bring as little attention to it as possible.

This is understandable, considering the new guidelines more or less admit the original rules were in error, without actually stating as much.

The new guidance is listed in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) under the title, “Summary of Guidance for Minimizing the Impact of COVID-19 on Individual Persons, Communities, and Health Care Systems — United States, August 2022.”

As noted by Jeffrey Tucker, founder and president of the Brownstone Institute:

“It would have been fascinating to be a fly on the wall in the brainstorming sessions that led to this little treatise. The wording was chosen very carefully, not to say anything false outright, much less admit any errors of the past, but to imply that it was only possible to say these things now.”

The CDC insists that while COVID-19 infection continues to be a reality around the world, “high levels of vaccine- and infection-induced immunity and the availability of effective treatments and prevention tools have substantially reduced the risk for medically significant COVID-19 illness … and associated hospitalization and death.”

Consequently, COVID-19 countermeasures that create “barriers to social, educational, and economic activity” can be ditched and everything can go back to normal.

CDC introduces personal responsibility

Considering how hard health officials have fought to segregate, bully, demonize and dehumanize people who didn’t agree with their tyrannical and irrational COVID-19 measures over the past 19 months, the new guidelines are refreshing, but they’re still like a slap in the face.

First and foremost, the CDC is now suddenly advocating for taking personal responsibility — for everything:

“Persons can use information about the current level of COVID-19 impact on their community to decide which prevention behaviors to use and when (at all times or at specific times), based on their own risk for severe illness and that of members of their household, their risk tolerance, and setting-specific factors. …

“Education and messaging to help individual persons understand their risk for medically significant illness complements recommendations for prevention strategies based on risk.”

Individual risk assessment and risk-based countermeasures are both something we “misinformation spreaders” have called for from the beginning. The risk is not identical for all; hence, risk reduction strategies should not be uniformly applied. Finally, 19 months late, the CDC agrees.

Under the subhead, “Protecting Persons Most at Risk for Severe Illness,” the CDC now takes a page straight out of the Great Barrington Declaration and recommends focused protection, meaning protecting those “at particularly high risk … because of older age, disability, moderate or severe immunocompromise, or other underlying medical conditions.”

Need anyone be reminded that doctors and scientists have been defamed and dragged through the mud for saying this?

And Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and his former boss, Dr. Francis Collins, then-director of the National Institutes of Health, were the masterminds behind the effort to discredit and take down the authors of the Barrington declaration.

CDC reneges on discrimination

The CDC is also giving up on discrimination based on COVID-19 jab status:

“CDC’s COVID-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person’s vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur …”

They even admit that “persons who have had COVID-19 but are not vaccinated have some degree of protection against severe illness from their previous infection,” and therefore are not to be treated any differently than someone who has received the COVID-19 jab.

As noted by Tucker:

“Remember when 40% of the members of the black community in New York City who refused the jab were not allowed into restaurants, bars, libraries, museums, or theaters? Now, no one wants to talk about that.

“Also, universities, colleges, the military, and so on — which still have mandates in place — do you hear this? Everything you have done to hate on people, dehumanize people, segregate people, humiliate others as unclean, fire people and destroy lives, now stands in disrepute.

“Meanwhile, as of this writing, the blasted US government still will not allow unvaccinated travelers across its borders! Not one word of the CDC’s turgid treatise was untrue back in the Spring of 2020.

“There was always ‘infection-induced immunity,’ though Fauci and Co. constantly pretended otherwise.

“It was always a terrible idea to introduce ‘barriers to social, educational, and economic activity.’ The vaccines never promised in their authorization to stop infection and spread, even though all official statements of the CDC claimed otherwise, repeatedly and often.”

Testing, isolation and contact tracing rules reversed

And what about rules relating to testing, self-isolation during illness and the whole tracking and tracing business? Out the window!

Testing is now reserved for those who “are symptomatic, or have a known or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19.” Testing of asymptomatic individuals is only suggested in “congregate settings” where medical care is limited, such as homeless shelters and correctional facilities, and in such instances, testing “should include all persons, irrespective of vaccination status.”

Isolation is only for those who are symptomatic and have tested positive. Infected individuals can end their isolation after as little as five days, if they’ve been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-lowering medication, but should continue wearing a mask or respirator when around others through day 10.

Contact tracing is now restricted to health care settings and select “high-risk congregate settings.”

Is it a political ploy?

While I’m glad the CDC has reversed its tyrannical COVID-19 measures to something sensible and more aligned with reality, the problem, as I see it, is threefold.

First, there’s the lateness of the hour. Any public health agency worthy of such a designation would have reached these conclusions two years ago. Instead, they spent more than two years engaged in an active search and destroy mission against those advocating for the same sensible guidelines the CDC is now suddenly adopting.

Secondly, the timing of these reversals smacks of political bias. Mid-term elections are fast approaching, and the most disliked White House administration in American history needs a “win.”

With the CDC backtracking on COVID-19 measures, they now have certain bragging rights.

“See, we brought life back to normal” — which brings us to problem No. 3, which is that this reversal may be nothing more than a malicious ploy to get us to let our guard down, only to be hit with another, even more draconian fear campaign after the elections.

Biggest vaccination drive in history is coming this fall

While that might sound paranoid, it’s straight out of the handbooks of tyranny. The way you drive people crazy is not through consistent high-pressure tyranny, but through waves of it.

The ups and downs, with each wave being more intensely repressive than the last, create confusion and foster fear and anxiety, which breeds an infantile kind of reliance on authority to just fix it.

Mark Crispin Miller, a professor of media studies at New York University, appears to agree. In an Aug. 13 Substack article, he writes:

“Just as the CDC pretends to have backed off, the NHS [the British National Health Service] reveals (to just a few) what’s really coming at us in the fall: ‘The biggest vaccination drive in history.’ Those who think the worst is over better think again — because it really won’t be over til [sic] WE end it …

“[The] NHS alone is obviously not equipped, and certainly does not intend, to undertake the biggest vaccination drive in history — a drive that must, and will, be global, just like the orchestration of the entire COVID crisis, of which this coming drive will be the culmination (or, to quote Bill Gates, the ‘final solution’).

“Nor … is it likely that this biggest vaccination drive in history will be mounted on the now-exhausted pretext of protecting all humanity from COVID-19 (or the flu). What’s it going to be, then? Monkeypox? HIV? COVID-20? Cancer? All of the above?

“Whatever new threat(s) may be used to justify this final drive could never be as lethal as the psychopaths who planned it, and those entities that will not stop promoting it (even as the CDC pretends to have backed off).”

“Trusted” by whom? And “trusted” to do what? What this bizarre erasure of a staffer’s “sudden death” suggests is that West Hills can be “trusted” not to breathe a word to anyone—not even its own employees—about the likely fatal consequence of “vaccination.”

I recalled that my friend told me about a doctor who had passed away recently. I couldn’t find his obituary after searching for one for a while. I didn’t have his name, but I knew his specialty was gastroenterology, so I thought I would call the hospital and ask them for his name.

When I found the GI section I recognized the name, because the doctor was still listed in the website with a number to make an appointment. I called the number, and an answering service picked up. I asked the lady, why is there a dead doctor listed on the hospital website?

These “emergency measures” are purportedly designed to protect the German people from a “health threat” that (a) does not exist; (b) the vast majority of other countries in Europe and the rest of the world have finally admitted does not exist; (c) never existed in the first place; and (d) not even the most fanatical Covidian Cultists can still pretend to present a plausible argument for the existence of without sounding like severely cognitively-impaired persons.

For example, Karl Lauterbach (who is still for some reason the official Minister of Health of Germany, despite the fact that he has been lying to the public and fomenting hatred of “the Unvaccinated” like the reanimated corpse of Joseph Goebbels on a daily basis for over two years) explained why Germany is pushing ahead with its plan to coercively “vaccinate” the entire population, over and over. According to Lauterbach, the “vaccines” cause “multiply-vaccinated” persons to develop symptoms of the illness their multiple “vaccinations” were designed to keep them from being infected with more quickly than “the Unvaccinated,” so they stay home, and thus help to “limit the pandemic,” whereas “the Unvaccinated,” being “asymptomatic,” go around heedlessly infecting “the Vaccinated,” which they wouldn’t be doing if they had been “multiply-vaccinated,” as they would be home suffering the flu-like symptoms they were assured the “vaccines” would protect them from suffering but which actually caused them to suffer more quickly. This implies that numbers of "COVID"-like respiratory illness patients are winding down now as the "pandemic" and the "virus" has run its course. So "normal bed space" can be understood to mean a re-allocation of beds so that there are not disproportionately large numbers of "COVID beds."

Hospitals can borrow and take beds from different medical "services" and move them around at will. That is normal practice for many years. Yes, if this gets extreme, it creates great disordered stressful hospital operations.

some healthcare executives in the Midwest worry they aren't prepared for the fall and winter.

This means that in the fall and winter, there are increased numbers of patients who are diagnosed with severe upper respiratory conditions, like influenza and other kinds of infectious conditions of the lungs. Fall and winter colds and flu go up that time every year.

This calls to mind the testing / diagnosis issue and whether there will be better diagnosis of influenza, "COVID", and other forms of lung infections.

Maybe the hospitals better leave the same allotment of the the number of "COVID beds" and just relabel them as "respiratory / pulmonary conditions" or something like that.
In addition to seasonal colds and flus, there could be another COVID variant any time. Dr. Luc Montagnier fatally said the vaccines CREATE the variants.

As flocks of nurses are leaving hospitals and health systems struggle to return to normal bed space, some healthcare executives in the Midwest worry they aren't prepared for the fall and winter.

Recent data isn't lining up with seasonal trends, according to Richard Watson, MD, a co-founder of an app that tracks Kansas hospital transfers.

"These are not COVID beds that we're needing right now," Dr. Watson told KCUR. "We need beds across the board. The system is already at a higher level of capacity than it was even last year as we went into this time period. Without a doubt, even without any of the other surges, we're going into the fall in a precarious position."

So far in 2022, healthcare turnover reached an all-time high at 24.7 percent, according to the Missouri Hospital Association. In Kansas, the healthcare worker turnover rate was 19 percent and the vacancy rate was 16 percent, the Kansas Hospital Association reported in January.

The shortage of space at Wichita, Kan.-based Ascension Via Christi St. Joseph resulted in more violence against its employees, the hospital's president told the Kansas Reflector.

"It is not so much a COVID crisis as it is a healthcare crisis," Steven Stites, MD, chief medical officer of the University of Kansas Health System, told KCUR. "Many hospitals are going to be faced with financial shortfalls and may close. We're at a little bit of a precarious tipping point right now in healthcare."

In the end, false narratives always crumble because they are false, and people ultimately come to that conclusion. Within the past few weeks, the CDC changed its summary of guiding statements regarding the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic with further reductions in the number of people and scenarios where there need to be testing, quarantine, and inconveniences from normal work or school life.1

The most important issue the CDC has resolved is that from a public health perspective, there is no distinguishment between a vaccinated and an unvaccinated citizen. This statement alone, if followed, should end all school, employment, military, and travel vaccine mandates since there is no clinical difference between the two conditions.

This week, the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) division director, Dr. Anthony Fauci, announced his retirement as of December 2022. In the formal NIH announcement, oddly, there is no mention of his largest professional activity, the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak or COVID-19 crisis.2 Complete silence on the past three years and what, if any, involvement he had with SARS in the years prior to 2020.

Many have said that these are signs the false narrative is crumbling and the advent of scapegoating, which is fully expected as a part of the demise of a syndicate that has worked to ruin our country and much of the world. Much of the damage done has been biologic, that is, due to the engineered Spike protein on the surface of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and loaded in the genetic code installed in each person who takes the COVID-19 genetic vaccines.

The new CDC guidelines may serve to stop mandates but I think there is an important "clinical difference" between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. The difference shows most blatanly in the increasing numbers of "died unexpectedly" people, and the great increase in "all-cause mortality".

Medical Science and medical care will only be greatly disserved by not investigating a patient's symptoms in relation to their "vaccination status."

Watching Fauci give interviews after he announced his long overdue resignation, I admired his talent as a glib talker taking advantage of his elderly looks, calm demeanor, and soft voice. No one has ever been better at lying while refusing to admit any mistakes. It helps that media people do not know the best questions to ask.

The most important thing to know is that absolutely every action and policy that Fauci advocated was wrong and contrary to the best medical science information.

He was responsible for creating and prolonging the COVID pandemic.

That means he should be viewed as a mass murderer and serial killer.

He destroyed the credibility of the medical and public health establishment. And used many billions of dollars to control it over many decades.

He was never a true public health official, just a second-rate researcher with an MD who never actually was a clinician.

He has made many billions of dollars for drug companies by pushing poorly tested, harmful, and ineffective COVID vaccines. To achieve this, he blocked many better alternatives that could have saved millions of lives. He shows no guilt or regrets.

In watching him countless times in the past 2.5 years, I concluded he was not just ignorant, incompetent, a liar, or evil, but also quite delusional.

If pandemic justice is ever to see reality, then Fauci must be indicted, tried, convicted, and severely punished, no matter what his age is.

He deserves no praise or sympathy. Yet the mainstream media that created this monster will never face reality.

Fauci truly is the pandemic devil. And all those that have adored him, and still do, are totally ignorant of pandemic and COVID truths. Believing whatever he says means you are an ignorant person working hard to avoid cognitive dissonance.

I think more and more people are learning from the PLANdemic propaganda that vaccinations are bad.

I posted a mni rant in this thread a long time ago stating that tens of thousands of people have autoimmune maladies that are never accurately diagnosed because the orthodoxy of medicine in USA is that you can't say anything negative about vaccines. We see the corruption of medical "science" has gone back centuries at least.

(I developed an autoimmune condition in 2000 and I feel it was from a vaccine I received as a requirement of my job in a hospital setting in the 1980s. It took about 25 years to break through and manifest and now I have to take steroids the rest of my life because it is my eyes/vision and I need them. There is no cure for most autoimmune conditions, at least not that I have heard of.)

I agree with that but I know that is based on some assumptions that I do not know anything about as far as evidence and facts.

So all of the people around Trump when he was president were lying to him about the vaccine and now he knows the shots are bad for everyone. Problem is one of the people around hm was his son-in-law.

Lets see if Trump does that. Lets pray that Trump does that, and not for the political reasons but for the health of the people.

The Deep State Democrats are afraid Trump will help win the House and Senate in 2022 and be back in the White House in 2024. It’s so bad that the White House, DOJ and FBI are trying to come up with a new crime to frame Trump. The last frame job by the FBI was a spectacular failure as it was revealed the so-called “Russian Collusion” was ALL made up right down to the totally phony incriminating dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton. This time, the frame job appears to be more out in the open as the judge, who signed the affidavit to raid Trump’s personal Florida residence, has ordered the affidavit to be unsealed. It will also be redacted. So, expect to see a lot of black ink.

That is not the only problem coming for Donald Trump. I have been telling you for months about how bad the CV19 bioweapon/vax is and why Trump has to call a halt to the vax in the light of spiking deaths and injuries. No doubt, Trump faced a tsunami of lies and liars about the vax. Dr. Deborah Birx recently came out and admitted that she always knew the mRNA vaccine would “not protect against infection” of the CV19 virus. This, after 600 million doses of swill they tried to pass off as a vaccine was injected into a gullible public. Now, a House Select Committee says Trump authorized “unproven treatments” as the death and injury count from the vax is on its way to the moon. President Trump was lied to by everyone about the CV19 vax. It is not safe and not effective, but rather deadly and debilitating. The death and injury numbers will be in the 10’s of millions for America alone before it’s all over. Donald Trump will have to say it was all a mistake and he thought he was the “Father of the vaccine,” not a bioweapon that is killing in mass. The sooner Trump sucks it up and says the CV19 vax was a huge lie and monstrous fraud, the better. “Stop the Shots” should be Trump’s new battle cry.

If you think the economy is getting better, you are living in a protected fantasyland. The government might shut down this Fall. 40% of small businesses cannot afford their rent. 20 million Americans are behind on their power bills, and their electric may be shut off by Fall. The Fed looks like it’s going to continue to raise rates to fight inflation, but it will kill what’s left of the economy. Oh, gas has gone down a bit, but it looks like it will be heading back up soon to record highs because of instability in Ukraine, China and the Middle East.

I at first read the news about D.C. wrong. It is good that government workers don't have to take the vaccine but the problem with the school children is not solved.

The teachers and workers in the DC public schools don't have to get the clot shot now or ever.

But the unvaccinated kids, especially the younger ones, could be kicked out by October 11 if they show up for classes and have not been vaccinated.

Something tells me this is so nonsensical and unconstitutioanal that it will be changed again in next few days. Problem is nobody is filing a lawsuit against .D.C. government on behalf of the children in public schools who choose not to take the clot shot.

No country used mRNA Covid shots earlier or more aggressively than Israel.

Two years later, deaths from all causes have been higher EVERY MONTH in 2022 in Israel than any year since 2017. They are 15% above the 2017-2020 average.

If this is mRNA success I’d hate to see failure.

The CDC is also giving up on discrimination based on COVID jab status:6 “CDC’s COVID-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person’s vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur …”
Testing is now reserved for those who “are symptomatic, or have a known or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19.” Testing of asymptomatic individuals is only suggested in “congregate settings” where medical care is limited, such as homeless shelters and correctional facilities, and in such instances, testing “should include all persons, irrespective of vaccination status.”

Isolation is only for those who are symptomatic and have tested positive. Infected individuals can end their isolation after as little as five days, if they’ve been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-lowering medication, but should continue wearing a mask or respirator when around others through day 10.

Excess mortality in Germany 2020–2022 is a preprint by Christof Kuhbandner (a psychologist at Regensburg) and Matthias Reitzner (a statistician at Osnabrück) that applies sophisticated actuarial analysis to the publicly available all-cause mortality data provided by the German government. It turns out that when you account for historical mortality trends, the virus no longer looks so dangerous, and the vaccines no longer look so great.

From the abstract:

In 2020, the observed number of deaths was close to the expected number with respect to the empirical standard deviation. By contrast, in 2021, the observed number of deaths was two empirical standard deviations above the expected number. The high excess mortality in 2021 was almost entirely due to an increase in deaths in the age groups between 15 and 79 and started to accumulate only from April 2021 onwards. A similar mortality pattern was observed for stillbirths with an increase of about 11 percent in the second quarter of the year 2021.

Something must have happened in April 2021 that led to a sudden and sustained increase in mortality in the age groups below 80 years, although no such effects on mortality had been observed during the COVID-19 pandemic so far.

What happened in April 2021 was the beginning of mass vaccination across Germany.

�� The Post Millennial ran a story this weekend headlined, “DC ‘No Shots, No School’ Vaccine Mandate Enforcement Pushed Back To 2023.”

In other words, now that they’ve coerced a bunch more kids into taking the jabs, they shifted the onerous childhood jab mandate back until after the midterms, when it will ostensibly spring back into place for the Spring term. I suppose we’ll see.

Either way, it gives them another three months to wear down some more anxious parents.

In related news, on Thursday a DC Superior Judge ruled that Mayor Bowser’s covid vaccine mandate for all DC employees, including teachers, was unlawful. So in other words, as students return to school in the Spring, vaccine mandates will apply to kids, but not to the adults teaching them.

These two lawyers and host for the show provided very revealing and informative commentary. They explained why what happens in their lawsuits for the DC schools mandates and Mayor Bowser impacts every state in the Union.
I personally still do not know why religious exemption applications and medical exemption application are so necessary. I think every American citizen has a legal right to turn down any injection and not be denied basic constitutional rights and civil liberties. The schools and businesses and other entities have no right to force an experimental "vaccine" on any person - period.

I requested from my state representative official publications sent to healthcare facilities that include the new August 11, 2022 CDC guidelines as distributed and communicated by the head of Texas health governmental matters to the administrators of state agencies as well as businesses related for in-home care setting for people with various health-impaired categories.

It appears that this 70 page manual pdf put out by Texas Health and Human Services dated August 16, 2022 includes the greatly changed new CDC guidelines.

I hope that this link will be shared by anyone in the USA, and mainly Texas, with anyone, patient, client, resident, as well as administrators and employees in these care facilities. This should help all to better understand what their compliance rules are for licensensure and civil rights are in regard to COVID-19 mandates and rules.

To my knowledge the state of Texas has advised these kinds of care facilities to "follow the CDC guidelines." Many of the people working in these facilities find it difficult to clearly understand what they must and must not do and certainly those individuals being served have no idea what their duties and rights are.

The whole matter of SARS COV-2 , COVID 19, rules and laws are in an extreme unstable status at this time due to big changes in all aspects of the law in regard to vaccine mandates and other COVID response mandates.

I would comment that when you read CDC documents you are not reading law of any kind. These are suggestions, recommendations, encouragements, etc. They are not law for which you can experience punishments, suspensions or dismissals of any kind. These "guidelines" do not have the full force of law.

You will see only vague words and phrases such as the following.

Fauchi has been one of the groomed chosen ones from at least the early 1980s. I am still astounded that he would make a retort to Rand Paul something about "January 6 is going to get you ' (Rand Paul) That just shows that he has zero objectivity and zero medical professional and scientific demeanor. Just another flim-flam man.
I'm restraining myself to not get into a mini-rant but have to mention that back in 2019 when Fauci came on the scene in my news endeavors, I looked up his Wikipedia write-up and found it a bit pecuiar that his resume information shows that he has almost no clinical experience as an M.D. actually seeing and treating patients. Yet, he has almost been peddled as "America's doctor" in the media.

Here are some things I took note of.

I kind of knew this but I have listed to and read so much commentary where from the beginning that was vague and nebulous in the way "experts" and media reporters used the two terns to mean the same thing and used the terms interchangeable. I've been yammering about that for two year. I think Dr. Richard Flemming was one of the few who briefly explained the differece.

I was beginning to think through most of it that she did think viruses exist but then as we went along I began to understood what she really meant when she start saying "viruses don't exist."

At some point she said that for the real specimen was processed and the filtrate was injected into an animal and the animal subjects showed no symptoms, no illness.

And then she went on to say something then you take a specimen from a sick animal that was injected and inject that into another kind of animal and the other animal shows the same symptom as the first animal, then you may have a "virus" but that really has never happened because all the virology labs for many years have been participating in the scamdemic methods., not scientific methods. Well, something like that. Exact same symptoms. Not similar symptoms. Exact same. And the symptoms need to be pronounced and substantial, not liitle things like a few animals losing hair on their taies.

it seemed like she said "antibodies don't exist" and seemed to say

When there is no isolated virus and does not exist, your body can't produce "antibodies" to it.
Lif I understand "antigens" and the kind of chain reaction that gets going, then there really can be no true or real antibodies. I could be wrong in my interpretation. But if there is no real thing called a "virus" and you have a lot of of real true things doing real true interacting with some things that do not exist.
specific antibody or specifically sensitized T lymphocytes , or both are involved but antigens that begin the reactions with a real thing induced immune response but the antigens are lab created substances, not your own body's natural response. On a later show she is going to explain how there is no thing we call our own natural immune system.

By the way the newer antigen diagnositc test, some at home test kits and some done in a lab, that is, the tests that replaced the discontinued PCR test are beginning to look like a big scam too. And now the government is going to stop providing them free and mailing the kits out to people.

Are we confused yet.
