Too Many Physicians are Ignorant, Cowards or Just Biased

After truth-telling in my writings for about two years, I remain saddened that the vast majority of the public remains victimized by propaganda in favor of vaccines and boosters while ignoring the many truths I and others have been shouting.

It now seems essential for all of us who know the truth to put much of the blame on regular doctors that people ordinarily see. The unfortunate fact is that nearly all of them are a combination of being ignorant (about COVID, vaccines, and their alternatives), cowards for being unwilling to risk their jobs and prestige, and just plain biased ⏤ in supporting what government agencies and medical establishment forces have hit the public with.

We need a public uprising against prevalent physician beliefs and behaviors.

When doctors are all wrong about COVID, it is rational to doubt their overall performance in keeping their patients healthy by using the best medicines, tests, and medical knowledge. Are they following medical research on many, many topics other than COVID?

Here are a series of questions (just examples) to ask your doctor. Their willingness to take the time to listen to your questions and seriously answer them tells a lot about them.

They are structured to allow a simple answer so that minimal time is needed:

> Do you still think COVID vaccines and boosters are safe for everyone and effective against getting all the variations of the virus?

> Do you believe that the benefits outweigh the risks for most people, mainly me?

> Are you aware that considerable data shows that many people die about five months after being vaccinated?

> Have you stayed informed about proven alternatives to the vaccines that some doctors have been using with great success since the pandemic began?

> Do you favor taking high enough daily doses of vitamin D to get a blood level of at least 50 ng/ml that research has found effective for preventing COVID?

> Do you order a blood test for vitamin D for your patients?

> Are you aware of high rates of excess mortality (that has only happened after wide vaccine use) all over the world; that cannot be explained by COVID infection and that many believe results from COVID vaccines damaging immune systems and blood?

> Many millions of people are suffering from long COVID; do you have some ways of helping those with multiple symptoms like bad physical fatigue and brain fog, reducing their quality of life?

> If I tested positive for COVID and asked you for a prescription for ivermectin, would you provide it?

If you are truly well informed about the pandemic and COVID, then you should know what really good or bad answers are for these questions.

Similarly, suppose you had the opportunity to have time with one of the great doctors, like Dr. Peter McCullough in Texas and Dr. George Fareed in California. In that case, you can imagine how they would answer these questions.

Here is a letter sent by an excellent doctor to explain why most doctors do not speak out:

Electronic medical records (EMRs) are a ball and chain to physicians. We are tracked through them. When I wrote a prescription for Ivermectin for a patient, with informed consent (she was vaccinated), I received five letters threatening my medical license, my hospital privileges, and my insurance contracts. I would not have received five letters if I killed someone in negligence or malpractice. If I have my license pulled, I will no longer be able to help my patients.

I speak to patients on a one-on-one basis, but speaking out would destroy my family. I have children. Quite frankly, I have seen that patients want me to risk myself for them, but are wholly unwilling to support their physician. The population is lazy.

I can save your life, but I get paid less for my work than some hairdressers. My education is not valued by society, as supported by the rise of the “advanced practice provider.” I am almost done with my profession. I hope to retire in the next 1-3 years, decades before I had planned. I love what I do, but cannot take this toxic and broken system any longer. This is why so many have retired in the past couple years, and this trend will continue.

I am attaching the latest California bill to throttle physicians. I hear no outcry. I told patients over a year ago that the vax would not prevent them from getting COVID. It was never studied to do so. I actually read the studies. This of course was disinformation, but has now been proven to be true.

Who will be the truth czar for healthcare? How am I to keep up? I am left to assume that the population wants the government to guide their healthcare. That is, in fact, the plan. The healthcare system will be socialized within the next 5 years I predict. And the population will be shocked. No one is paying attention.

If you find this topic of great importance, then share all this with those you know who still are brainwashed by the propaganda from the many authoritarian forces pushing all the wrong information about COVID. Think of Fauci as the leader of those awful forces. Tell those people what the correct answers are to the above questions and you’ll be helping your fellow man.

Are They Planning on ‘Vaccinating’ the Masses Against Our Will? Why Did The NIH Use a Box Of Genetically Modified Mosquitoes to Vaccinate Study Patients?


A hive of genetically modified mosquitoes effectively vaccinated a human against malaria in a National Institute of Health-funded trial of the insects’ ability to innoculate.

Scientists conducting the study held approximately 200 hungry, gene-altered mosquitoes captive in a box.

Human participants placed their arms over the box of mosquitoes, allowing the blood-thirsty insects to feast on their flesh.

Mosquitoes can easily replace traditional injections, contends Dr. Sean Murphy, a researcher who conducted the study.

“We use the mosquitoes like they’re 1,000 small flying syringes,” Murphy told NPR.

The mosquitoes transmitted live malaria-inducing Plasmodium parasites to the twenty-six participants of the study, who each received $4.100 to undergo the experiment.

Mother Blames “Vaccinated Blood” for the Death of Her One-Month-Old Baby Who Died from Blood Clot Following Blood Transfusion

Losing a child is the most painful trauma any parent will ever experience.

Cornelia Hertzler of Hot Springs, Montana, gave birth to Alexander on January 3, 2022. Unfortunately, Alexander died on February 17, 2022.

Mrs. Hertzler told The Gateway Pundit that her one-month-old baby died from a blood clot caused by receiving “COVID-vaccinated blood” during a blood transfusion.

“He died after getting a blood transfusion of vaccinated blood,” Hertzler claimed. “He got a blood clot instantly after receiving his transfusion. A blood clot that no blood thinner could resolve.”

“It got steadily worse until it went from his knee to his heart and his organs shut down. That’s why his body swelled up and his veins looked like they were exploding,” she added.

Alexander was born with a throat problem that can only be treated with surgery. Hertzler claimed that her son was given the blood by the doctor at Sacred Heart in Spokane, Washington, without her or her husband’s permission.

“He had an operation to fix an issue in his throat he was born with. He did not need a blood transfusion during the operation. Most babies do not.”

“Later on, after our authorization had expired (we only authorized a blood transfusion in case of an emergency during an operation). The doctor gave him a blood transfusion because his hemoglobin levels were a little low. We had not given permission for this and the doctor knew we did not want vaccinated blood because we were worried about blood clots. The next day after the transfusion, they discovered a blood clot,” Hertzler said.

Hertzler stated the doctor had ruled out the possibility that the incident was caused by the blood transfusion.

“They would not even consider it was the blood transfusion that killed him. They did admit it was the blood clot that killed him. I’m hoping it can warn others about the danger of the blood from the blood bank,” she said.

According to American Red Cross, they don’t “label blood products as containing vaccinated or unvaccinated blood as the COVID-19 vaccine does not enter the bloodstream & poses no safety risks to the recipient.”

“While the antibodies that are produced by the stimulated immune system in response to vaccination are found throughout the bloodstream, the actual vaccine components are not,” said Jessa Merrill, the Red Cross director of biomedical communications.

Horrifying precedent @RedCross blood needs to be labeled vaccinated with covid-19 vaccine or non.

It is medical malpractice to not label them as such.

An Update on College Mandates

A handful of colleges have recently announced they will require students to get the new COVID-19 bivalent booster shot.

Harvard University and Smith College are both requiring students to take the bivalent booster but not faculty and staff. Tufts is mandating the bivalent booster for everyone, and for the first time ever, mandating the flu vaccine for students only. Some University of California (UC) college websites state that the UC vaccine policy requires all staff and students to get the bivalent vaccine, but other UC websites invite comments to the “proposed revisions to the UC Policy on Vaccination Programs” by Dec. 1, 2022. Whitman College is requiring the bivalent booster for everyone, and Wake Forest has announced it will require the bivalent booster “when it becomes available.”

For thousands of college students, this means they will be required to get a second booster dose that was approved without any human clinical trials to establish the safety and efficacy of the new formula and that was rushed through development “when we are at practically historic lows for deaths and ICU stays due to COVID.”

On Aug. 11, 2022, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated its COVID-19 guidance. Most notable is that the CDC stated that people with previous infection have some immunity from severe infection. Colleges that maintain “blanket mandates ignore critical data, such as the benefit of prior infection and the data on adverse events” per a study authored by academics from the Universities of Washington, Oxford, Toronto, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, UCSF, and others.

The study estimates that “per Covid-19 hospitalisation prevented in previously uninfected young adults, we anticipate 18 to 98 serious adverse events, including 1.7 to 3.0 booster-associated myocarditis cases in males,” and concludes “university Covid-19 vaccine mandates are likely to cause net expected harms to young healthy adults.”

While updated CDC guidelines have made it clear that we are at the point of living with the virus and the guideline “changes shift much of the responsibility for risk reduction from institutions to individuals,” according to the New York Times, the American College Health Association (ACHA) is doubling down on instilling fear that COVID-19 cases are “on the rise.”

This claim is highly suspect and difficult to verify as many college campuses such as the State University of New York (SUNY), the largest state college system in the country, no longer track COVID-19 cases, and UC Davis, which has the third largest student population of the University of California campuses, shows a decline in COVID-19 cases in the last month.

The self-proclaimed “voice for student health and wellness,” the ACHA represents over “700 institutions of higher education and the collective health and wellness needs of 20 million college students.” The ACHA conducts research and provides educational materials to its member colleges in the hopes of being the “voice of expertise in college health.” A significant number of the most prestigious colleges in the United States are members of the ACHA, and most of those colleges are also the ones with the strictest vaccine mandates, unless they’re in states where vaccine mandates are prohibited by law.

In an effort to influence college COVID-19 policies as students returned to campuses in the last month, the ACHA recently released the results of a national study that assessed COVID-19 vaccine uptake, attitudes, experience, and intentions among college students (pdf). The ACHA claims to “recognize the continued importance of vaccination in reducing the impact of COVID-19 on our campuses,” and the study is meant to “support these efforts.”

The study concludes that “[v]accine requirements are highly effective at boosting uptake on college campuses and at making students feel safer.” However, markedly absent is any recommendation for accessing resources that communicate safety and efficacy data for young adults, and nowhere in the report does it mention that the CDC now recognizes natural immunity and that new guidelines have shifted towards individual responsibility.

When evaluating whether the ACHA’s recommendations are unbiased and ethically sound, we should seriously consider the funding the ACHA receives from Pfizer and the $2 million grant it received from the CDC to “promote COVID-19 vaccine confidence.”

It would seem that the ACHA expects resistance to continued vaccination on college campuses as it has also published a document (pdf) that advises colleges on how to manage “aggressive opposition” to vaccine campaigns so as to mitigate disruptions to vaccine efforts. If the ACHA is “the voice” for 20 million college students, why are they not advocating for the students who are opposed to vaccines? Why are they not advocating that colleges recognize natural immunity as protective?

Why are they not analyzing studies that highlight the dangers of continued vaccination for young adults? Why are they advocating for vaccine requirements that make students feel better when “[r]isk-benefit assessments should remain objective and avoid the use of some people feeling better or safer to justify behavioral rules with sanctions for non-compliance in the absence of rational justification,” according to the abovementioned study?

Instead, the ACHA created a “Vax Forward digital toolkit” for the student ambassadors they want to use as pawns to coerce other students to get vaccinated. The toolkit is fraught with claims unsupportable by data. It encourages student ambassadors to “frame vaccination as a way to protect family and friends,” to state “it is normal to have some side effects,” to “stress that long-term risks from getting COVID are greater than potential side effects of the vaccine,” to state that “researchers … didn’t skip any safety steps,” and finally to normalize COVID-19 vaccines by comparing them “to other vaccines most students got before starting college.”

Colleges have known since mid-2021 that COVID-19 vaccines do not prevent infection or reduce the community spread. In addition, college students are not at high risk for severe illness or hospitalization from COVID-19, yet they are forced to risk potential adverse events when they are stripped of the fundamental right to informed consent and a risk/benefit analysis in consultation with health care providers.

Colleges should immediately rescind all COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The most recent letter from campaign group “No College Mandates,” of which I am co-founder, to colleges urges them to drop vaccine mandates for both ethical reasons and their possible exposure to significant legal liability. Nearly 200 colleges that mandate vaccines have received this letter and more are on the way.

The bill, AB 2098, is unconstitutional because it punishes doctors for saying anything that goes against the mainstream consensus.

From the bill:

(4) “Misinformation” means false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus contrary to the standard of care.

So, for example, any doctor who tells you masks do nothing to protect you from COVID, could have their license to practice medicine revoked which means they’ll be looking for a job. Or if they tell you that the data shows that the COVID vaccines don’t reduce hospitalization or death, they can kiss their license goodbye.

The bill start by noting that In House Resolution No. 74 of the 2021–22 Regular Session, the California State Assembly declared health misinformation to be a public health crisis, and urged the State of California to commit to appropriately combating health misinformation and curbing the spread of falsehoods that threaten the health and safety of Californians.

The correct approach to stopping misinformation is for the parties to meet and resolve their scientific differences. We should not be silencing those we disagree with.

UCSF Professor Vinay Prasad said as much in an op-ed 2 years ago entitled “Scientists who express different views on Covid-19 should be heard, not demonized.”

What’s interesting is that when I ask medical professionals whether they agree or disagree with Vinay, they refuse to answer my question.

Let me be clear…

There is no scientific study published in any peer-reviewed journal showing censorship results in superior medical outcomes.

Scientific differences are best resolved by the parties communicating, rather than allowing the majority to silence the minority.

Why doesn’t California pass a law requiring public health officials to participate in open public debates on a regular basis with doctors who disagree with them? Now that would be a law I could get behind.

I think that the decision by this hospital to publish this advertisement to play down the seriousness of this diagnosis of myocarditis is extremely unethical.

What if the whole truth about this condition, which no professionals will talk about, suggests that that 10 year old little girl in the cartoon may be dead by age 15?

Now at this time when the horror of the reality of what these mRNA COVID vaccines have done is becoming well known by more and more of the public and how the trust and respect of hospitals and doctors and prescriptions and drugs is at an all-time low, this hospital chooses to peddle a disgusting deceptive rosy ad for the sole purpose of normalizing and trivializing a very serious disease.

I wish this awful decision could be explained by a case of poor judgment and not being aware of how much the public has learned about high numbers of adverse events and permanent disabilities and deaths. But any way you look at it, this cartoon was insult to injury, designed to further deceive and misrepresent and manipulate. It was a bad wrong thing to do and they just don't care and tried to float it out there anyway.

Hospital Pulls Ad After Critics Complain It ‘Normalized’ Myocarditis in Kids

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital pulled a 30-second ad about myocarditis in children after Children’s Health Defense and numerous doctors accused the hospital of normalizing and trivializing the condition.

A New York hospital pulled a 30-second ad about myocarditis in children after Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and numerous doctors accused the hospital of normalizing and trivializing the condition.

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in early September published the 30-second ad, which promoted the medical center’s pediatric services for treating the condition.

The hospital pulled the ad amid public outcry following three CHD.TV episodes featuring discussions about how the ad appeared to normalize and trivialize myocarditis in children. CHD.TV is produced by Children’s Health Defense.

The ad, “Pediatric Patient Story,” featured a young girl named Suri and transitioned between live-action footage and animation.

“I’ve been into fashion since I can remember,” Suri said in the ad. “But one day, I had a stomachache so bad I didn’t want to do anything.”

Suri continued:

“The team at NewYork-Presbyterian said it was actually my heart. It was severely swollen — something called ‘myocarditis.’

“But doctors gave me medicines and used machines to control my heartbeat. They saved me. So now I can become the next great fashion designer.”

The ad ended with the caption “Stay Amazing” and then faded to the hospital’s logo, without any mention of what may have caused the potentially fatal heart condition.

Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) show a strong link between cases of myocarditis and COVID-19 vaccines.

Between Dec. 14, 2020, and Sept. 16, 2022, 23,926 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS, with 18,186 cases attributed to Pfizer, 5,304 cases to Moderna and 410 cases to the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

VAERS is the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. Historically, VAERS has been shown to report only 1% of actual vaccine adverse events.

“I almost have no words for this type of advertisement,” said Aimee Villella McBride, CHD advocacy liaison, in a Sept. 9 episode of CHD.TV’s “Friday Roundtable.”

“It left me speechless the first time I saw it,” she said.

Summit News on Sept. 16 called out the hospital’s commercial for treating myocarditis in children “as if it’s a common illness.”

Dr. Vinay Prasad, a hematologist-oncologist and professor of epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco, retweeted the ad on Sept. 18, adding his own questions and comments.

On Sept. 19, America’s Frontline News said the ad targeted children and noted that myocarditis is a “hallmark side effect of the COVID-19 injections.”

And in the Sept. 19 episode of CHD.TV’s “This Week,” Mary Holland, CHD president and general counsel, pointed out the significance of the ad, noting that NewYork-Presbyterian, which is affiliated with Columbia University, is not “any old hospital.”

“This is one of the biggest and most prestigious hospitals in New York City,” Holland said.

Holland highlighted how the girl in the ad says the hospital’s doctors “saved me.”

“I think what’s left out of this ad,” Holland said, “is, ‘Yes, and they also injured her.’”

She added:

“They are the people — if they gave her a COVID shot — that caused myocarditis. They first injured her. They made a little bit of money on that. And then they made a ton of money on providing her medical help.

“And they lied to her about what the cause might be. I think they also neglected to say that myocarditis can result in needing a heart transplant within a matter of years.”

Holland commented further in a Sept. 18 tweet:

On Sept. 22, Tucker Carlson of Fox News discussed the ad with Dr. Marty Makary, a researcher at Johns Hopkins University, who early on warned the CDC that they needed to “rigorously study the long-term effects of vaccine-induced myocarditis.”

“Severe heart damage in otherwise healthy children” is not something “we’ve always had” happening, Carlson said. “What type of life will someone have at age 50 when they suffer unnecessary heart damage as a child?”

That same evening, Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist and cardiologist in Dallas, Texas, retweeted a clip of the Fox news interview with Makary, with this comment:

The next day, McCullough pointed out during the Sept. 23 episode of CHD.TV’s “Friday Roundtable” that there have been many fatal cases documented of vaccine-related myocarditis.

He pointed to a U.K. study published in August that reported 100 deaths due to vaccine-related myocarditis.

Sometime between Sept. 23 and Sept. 29, the hospital pulled the ad, which is still available on alternative media sites. The original youtube video is listed as private.

The Defender reached out to NewYork-Presbyterian’s public relations department to inquire about the ad and why it was pulled, but officials there did not respond by deadline.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Doctors who spread coronavirus lies could be disciplined for unprofessional conduct in California under a law signed Friday by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

The bill, AB2098, introduced by Democratic Assembly Member Evan Low, declares that a physician or surgeon commits professional misconduct if they disseminate “misinformation or disinformation” about the nature and risks of COVID-19, its prevention and treatment and the development, safety and effectiveness of vaccines.

A doctor who commits such conduct could face discipline by the state medical board or osteopathic medical board and in severe cases, could potentially lose their license to practice in California.

It was the last remaining vaccine-related bill of note after the more controversial measures didn’t pass.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2018, more than 95,000 Californians have died, according to figures from the state Department of Public Health.

More than 80% of the population has been vaccinated with at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine but Low’s bill said the spread of disinformation about vaccines “has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk.”

The bill’s language says that the Federation of State Medical Boards has warned that physicians who spread misinformation or disinformation “risk losing their medical license, and ... have a duty to provide their patients with accurate, science-based information.”

Last night, our auditors at OpenTheBooks.com received Dr. Anthony Fauci’s FY2021 financial disclosures from the National Institutes of Health.



The documents contain a wealth of previously unknown information. For example, the Fauci household’s net worth now exceeds $12.6 million – up $5 million from 2019 through 2021.

In January 2022, U.S. Senator Roger Marshall forced open Dr. Anthony Fauci’s unredacted FY2019 and 2020 financial disclosures. The release followed a heated Senate exchange between Fauci and Marshall that concluded with Fauci calling the senator a “moron.”



It was Fauci’s ‘code red moment’ when America’s ‘top doctor’ melted down on national television in the Senate hearing. (When Marshall cited “Forbes,” that was our research on Fauci’s financials published in my then-column at Forbes.)



It’s been a dogfight to open the books on the Fauci finances. For example, our organization has filed four federal lawsuits versus NIH to open the books.

Today, we post more of the financial disclosures that Dr. Fauci didn’t want you to see. Here’s a summary of our findings from the latest document release:



· Net Worth: The Fauci household disclosed net worth increased from $7.6 million (January 1, 2019) to over $12.6 million (December 31, 2021).



· Top Paid: Fauci continued to be the most highly compensated federal employee earning $456,000 in 2021 and $480,000 in 2022. Fauci out-earned the president, four-star generals, and roughly 4.3 million other federal bureaucrats.



· Big Awards: In 2021, Fauci augmented his government income with nearly $1 million in prizes from non-profit organizations across the world. For example, the Dan David Foundation, based in Israel, awarded $901,400 for “speaking truth to power” and “defending science” during the Trump administration.



During the ongoing pandemic year of 2021, the Fauci’s household income, perks and benefits, and unrealized investment gains totaled $2,832,876 — including federal income and benefits of $903,497; outside awards and royalties totaling $1,019,205; and $910,174 in investment gains.



Here are the numbers as compiled by our auditors at OpenTheBooks.com, an organization I lead. This analysis uses information we previously unearthed plus the newly released disclosures.



Investment Gains: $910,174

Disclosures show $910,174 in gains within the Fauci stock, bond, and money market portfolio during 2021 – in 2020, the portfolio gained $794,369. The total value of Dr. Fauci’s investment account was $10,271,626 and his wife’s investments totaled another $2,405,887, as of 12/31/2021.



These funds were held in a mix of trust, retirement, and college education accounts. Fauci has an IRA worth $706,219 (up $67,700); a defined benefit brokerage account totaling $2,551,210 (up $147,688); and a revocable trust worth $7,014,197 (up $1,718,299). His wife’s revocable trust is worth $2,269,225 (up $306,406) and an IRA totaling $136,662 (up $16,385).



The disclosures show that he’s invested in fairly broadly targeted mutual funds, with no reported holdings of individual stocks. The Fauci’s deposited an additional net $1,346,304 in savings during this period.



Fauci’s 2021 disclosures show that he continues with an ownership stake in a San Francisco restaurant, Jackson Fillmore, worth between $1,000 and $15,000: but received minimal income from the restaurant.



Gifts And Awards: $919,205

In January 2021, Fauci received a $1 million prize for the prestigious Dan David Prize affiliated with Tel Aviv University for “speaking truth to power” and “defending science” during the Trump administration. Disclosures show that Fauci kept $901,400 of that prize with roughly 10-percent awarded to handpicked scholarship winners.



Fauci also collected awards of $12,500 from the Eliot Richardson Prize in Public Service on July 31, 2021 and the Abelson Prize from the American Association for the Advancement of Science on February 8, 2021.



Two years ago, Fauci was named Federal Employee of the Year at the 2020 Samuel J. Heyman Service To America Medals awards program and he was paid $5,198 for the virtual star-studded event.



Federal Employment Compensation: $694,998

Dr. Fauci is the director of the National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Diseases and his wife Christine Grady is the chief bio-ethicist at the National Institutes of Health.



Background: Fauci earned $456,028 in cash compensation during 2021 – up from 434,312 (2020). Between 2010 and 2020, Dr. Fauci earned cash compensation of $3.7 million from his federal employer. Review Fauci’s ten-year salary history in my previous column published at Forbes.



Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady is the chief bio-ethicist at the National Institutes of Health and made $238,970 in 2021, up from 234,284. Since 2015, Grady made roughly $1.6 million in cash compensation.



In 2022, Anthony Fauci received another base salary increase up to $480,000. While he out earns the president, Mrs. Fauci out earns the vice-president.

Perks And Pension Benefits: $208,499 (estimated)

Federal employees have a lucrative amount of paid time off, subsidized healthcare, pension benefits and a myriad of other perquisites. For example, after just three-years, a rank-and-file federal employee receives 44 days of paid time off. Dr. Fauci has held a federal job for 55 years.



A good faith estimate of the taxpayer cost of those benefits is 30-percent multiplied by the salary amount for Dr. Fauci and his wife.

Golden Parachute: Last month, Fauci announced his retirement and we estimated he’ll reap a $375,000 first-year pension— the highest in federal history. He’ll receive well over $1 million during his first three years of retirement.



This analysis assumes that Fauci will keep his promise to retire in December 2022. Last July, the doctor then said he would retire by January 2025. If he did, we estimated his retirement pension ($414,667) would exceed the president’s salary ($400,000)



Royalties And Professional Reimbursements: $100,000

Disclosures show that Dr. Fauci edits the medical textbook, Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine and serves on the board of the publisher, McGraw Hill. In 2021, Fauci received at least $100,000 as an editor of the publication.



Earlier this year, an NIH spokesperson confirmed that Dr. Fauci has an editorial board position with McGraw Hill that is approved by NIH.



Background: OpenTheBooks filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit to get a copy of all royalties paid to current and retired NIH scientists since 2005. When NIH ignored our lawful request, we sued in federal court (October 2021). Judicial Watch, a public interest law firm, represented us. NIH is producing 3,000 pages of line-by-line royalty payments; however, the amount paid to each of the 2,250 individual scientists continues to be redacted.



Fauci – and other NIH leaders – received third-party paid royalties; however, the amounts are blanked out, redacted, so the dollars received are unknown.

12.6 million dollars is impressive... This will be the amount required in 2052 to purchase a cup of coffee.

'Fully vaccinated' term may get a rebrand with omicron boosters


The CDC revised its "up to date" COVID-19 vaccination term Sept. 30 to include the primary series and the recently authorized omicron-targeting booster.

The decision could update the "fully vaccinated" term that experts have urged regulators to update.

After omicron subvariant BA.5 dominated infections in summer 2022, the FDA and CDC fast-tracked the approval and authorization process for tweaked boosters. In late June, the CDC instructed vaccine-makers to improve their formulas to combat the subvariants BA.4 and BA.5, and about two months later, Moderna and Pfizer's candidates were authorized and rolled out.

"You are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines if you have completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series and received the most recent booster dose recommended for you by [the] CDC," the agency said.

Now, "fully vaccinated" includes the following populations, per the CDC's website:

People ages 6 months through 4 years should get all COVID-19 primary series doses
People ages 5 years and older should get all primary series doses and the booster dose recommended for them by the CDC
People ages 5 to 11 years are currently recommended to get the original (monovalent) booster
People ages 12 years and older are recommended to receive the updated Pfizer or Moderna bivalent booster
This includes people who have received all primary series doses and people who have previously received one or more original boosters
At this time, people ages 12 to 17 years can only receive the updated Pfizer bivalent booster
People who are moderately or severely immunocompromised have different recommendations for COVID-19 vaccines

As of Sept. 29, 7.6 million people have received the modified booster dose. The rollout of the updated vaccine has been sluggish: Last week, about 1.5 percent of the eligible population for the new boosters had rolled up their sleeves for them. The slow rollout could be attributed to the public's confusion about their eligibility. Among vaccinated adults, 40 percent weren't sure if the new boosters were recommended for them, according to a poll run by the Kaiser Family Foundation.

Vaccination trends did get a minor bump in September, though, CDC data shows. The weekly average at the end of September hovered around 400,000, while August's levels were between 100,000 and 200,000 vaccines administered each week.

Three Years, Hundreds of Millions of Patients, So Many Ways to Treat

With the worldwide nature of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, with >600M people affected. So many doctors engaged, it should come as no surprise that many different approaches developed over time and were found to be successful based on empiric observations.

While the world had a hyper-focus on antivirals — hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, innovative doctors learned how to treat COVID-19 with a greater focus on inflammation, cytokine storm, and thrombosis. In many regions, to make matters worse, governments, hospitals, and pharmacies essentially made hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin unavailable.

This week’s Report features Dr. Maria Eugenia Barrientos, MD, from El Salvador in Central America.1 She developed a practice of treating only the highest risk (~10%) patients (elderly, multiple medical problems) with a sequenced approach that featured non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (Ibuprofen and naproxen), aspirin, nebulized budesonide, and oral prednisone.

She relied on laboratory patterns revealed in the complete blood count, hs-CRP, and d-dimer to triage and then risk-stratify patients. Because the syndrome was more likely to induce respiratory epithelial tract injury, she relied upon conventional antibiotics (amoxicillin/clavulanate, and Levaquin) to cover bacterial superinfection. She developed a network of doctors in Central America and Spain and estimates they treated thousands of patients. Barrientos emphasizes that catching patients within the first three days of illness allowed a lighter multidrug regimen than was commonly used in the United States, which employed an NIH guideline that encouraged doctors to defer early treatment.

El Salvador, which has a population of 6.5 M according to Worldometer, recorded 201,785 cases and 4,229 deaths. These are far lower in cases, and deaths per million population than in the United States, albeit the population is younger and in a more temperate climate spend more time out of doors where the viral transmission is low.

A little over a week ago we released a report that provided nearly indisputable evidence that SARS-COV2 was created in a laboratory in Wuhan, China in what seemed to be a joint project between an American company (EcoHealth Alliance) and the CCP controlled Wuhan Institute of Virology. This document (found below) provides firsthand whistleblower testimony from a veteran (Dr. Andrew Huff) with a PhD in environmental epidemiology, a masters in security technology, and former employee of Sandia National Labs. Andrew provided this evidence based on his knowledge as a former employee of EcoHealth Alliance despite incredible levels of harassment for speaking out.

In addition to Andrew’s testimony the document, created with assistance from Make Americans Free Again (MAFA), included a report with over 130 citations to corroborate the testimony. Between the testimony (given under penalty of perjury) and the report it seems inarguable that the pandemic responsible for over 6.5 million deaths was created with full knowledge and funding of Anthony Fauci, other members of the Department of Health and Human Services, US intelligence Agencies, and many that would be responsible for investigating this travesty. This leads us to the question, who will investigate the investigators and when will real CRIMINAL investigations begin?

For over a year, we have heard the nonstop complaints from the mainstream news outlets and watched endless “investigations” into January 6 where a grand total of 1 person died. Regardless of how you feel about the election and the events of January 6, the simple fact is that the tragic death of a single person has facilitated a year’s worth of media and investigations but a report showing that, what appears to be a corrupt government agency, working in conjunction with an apparently corrupt private entity to facilitate the creation of a disease that created death on the scale of World War II is largely being ignored and suppressed. Where are Liz Cheney and the rest of the Jan 6 committee? I thought they were interested in transparency and providing safety for our republic.

The reality is they apparently are not. The question is, who is? A number of Republicans appear interested in investigating further but everyone is afraid of upsetting big pharma. After printing billions of dollars and giving the money to the pharmaceutical industry, it seems our politicians are afraid to annoy them prior to the election. The problem is that these same people are asking us to vote for them so they can, presumably, fight for us. My question is, if they are going to fight for us why won’t they commit to it prior to the election by coming out strongly on this issue? The political calculations seem cowardly to me.

While the issue should be non-partisan, I do not believe there is any chance of the Democrats investigating. The apparent connections between Hunter Biden, Metabiota, and the lab creation of SARS-COV2 are simply too strong and politically uncomfortable. The main question for the Democrats is whether the President is using his political position to suppress real investigations into the origins of SARS-COV2 because of the potential embarrassment it would cause for the public to find out his son may have made money off of the creation (I talk more about this here: How Much Did Biden Make Creating COVID-19).

On this issue the politicians do not even need to be brave enough to address the “vaccines”. We structured this report to avoid the topic in hopes the politicians would do what they typically do and focus on the issue of lab creation while avoiding the massive and obvious issues with the “vaccines”. To me it is incredibly sad that I had to do this, but we simply MUST begin the process of ensuring accountability in this.

Finally, I would be remiss to end this article without making one more point. Our politicians (of both parties) have an opportunity to take a stand on what would be the easiest election issue in history. A disease that has killed over 6.5 million people globally was created in a lab as a result of systemic corruption. They can campaign on providing accountability but must have the courage to do so. This pandemic has destroyed economies, slaughtered millions, and cut across every demographic. It has not discriminated; it has simply killed. The question is, have special interests now become so powerful as to limit our elected officials’ capacity to demand justice for 6.5 million people? If so, I think we can officially say we have bigger problems than January 6.

Neither party wants to talk about this, but we will assist and advocate for ANYONE from either party willing to fight this fight. C) The Healthcare Representative will at all time have absolute power to discharge ____________________ from the hospital against medical advice, under any circumstances whatsoever.

All possible efforts must be undertaken to obtain blood from a donor of the Healthcare Representative’s choice.

4. I desire that my wishes with respect to all health care matters be carried out through the authority given to my Health Care Representative under this Health Care Power of Attorney despite any contrary feelings, beliefs or opinions of other members of my family, relatives or friends. I have thoroughly discussed my personal preferences and desires with my Health Care Representative, and his or her successor. I am fully satisfied that each will know best what I would wish and I have the utmost faith and confidence in their respective good judgments.

In exercising the authority herein given to my Health Care Representative, my Health Care Representative should try to discuss with me the specifics of any proposed health care decision if I am able to communicate in any manner whatsoever, even by blinking my eyes. I hereby further direct and instruct my Health Care Representative that if I am unable to give an informed consent to my medical treatment or if the physician(s) providing me with medical care determine that I lack capacity to make a particular health care decision, my Health Care Representative shall make such health care decision for me based upon any treatment choices or other desires that I have previously expressed while competent, whether under this Health Care Power of Attorney or otherwise.

My Health Care Representative is authorized to do any one or more of the following:

(i) To sign on my behalf any documents necessary to carry out the authorizations described below, including waivers or releases of liabilities required by any health care provider;

(ii) To give or withhold consent to any medical care or treatment, to revoke or change any consent previously given or implied by law for any medical care or treatment, and to arrange for my placement in or removal from any hospital, convalescent home or other health care institution;

5. The rights and authority conferred on my Health Care Representative herein appointed shall include, but is by no means limited to, the right to receive information and reports from all treating physicians, other health care professionals, health care institutions, etc., regarding proposed health care, surgery, or any other aspect of my medical treatment; the right to receive and review my medical records and information to the same extent that I am entitled to and to disclose or consent to the disclosure of my medical records to others; to contract on my behalf for any health care related service or facility (without my Health Care Representative incurring personal financial liability for such contracts); and to hire and fire physician, social service, and other support personnel responsible for my care.

6. This instrument is to be construed and interpreted as an “advance directive for health care” as such term is defined in California state statute. In determining the rights of my Health Care Representative herein appointed, the enumeration of the specific items, rights, acts or powers set forth herein is not intended to nor does it limit, and it is not to be construed or interpreted as limiting, the specific power of my Health Care Representative to do and perform any and all acts with respect to my health care which I would be able to perform if I were competent and able to do so and as are within the bounds of authority granted by the Act.

7. In the event _______________________ shall become unable to act as my Health Care Representative hereunder for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, death, incapacity, or resignation, then I do hereby make, constitute and appoint _______________________ as successor Health Care Representative to serve in the place of the Health Care Representative first above named.

8. No person who relies in good faith upon any representations by my Health Care Representative or any successor Health Care Representative shall be liable to me, my estate, my heirs or my assigns, for recognizing the Health Care Representative’s authority. The directions of my Health Care Representative shall be binding in all respects upon all those involved in my care. My Health Care Representative and all those acting upon his or her directions shall be entitled to indemnification from my estate in connection with all claims asserted against them, unless the directions given and relied on are wholly inconsistent with my intentions as expressed above.

9. If a guardian of my person should for any reason be appointed, I hereby nominate my Health Care Representative ___________________ and as alternate, ________________________ named above.

10. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS.

(A) I hereby revoke any prior Health Care Power of Attorney.

(B) This Health Care Power of Attorney is intended to be valid in any jurisdiction in which it is presented.

(C) My Health Care Representative shall not be entitled to compensation for services performed under this Health Care Power of Attorney, but he or she shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred as a result of carrying out any provisions of this Health Care Power of Attorney.

(D) In the event of any disagreement between my Health Care Representative and my attending physician concerning my decision-making capacity or the appropriate interpretation and application of the terms of this Health Care Power of Attorney to my course of treatment, it is my wish and desire that such disagreement be resolved in accordance with the written direction of my Health Care Representative.

(E) The powers delegated under this Health Care Power of Attorney are separate, so that the invalidity of any one (1) or more powers shall not affect any others.

11. By this instrument, I intend to create a durable power of attorney effective upon and only during any period of incapacity in which, in the opinion of (i) my Health Care Representative and (ii) one or more other confirming physicians, I lack capacity to make a particular health care decision (i.e. “Period of Incapacity”). The rights, powers and authority of my Health Care Representative herein appointed shall commence and shall be in full force and effect upon any such determination as to the commencement of a Period of Incapacity, and such rights, powers and authority shall remain in full force and effect from the above-mentioned date until such time as I have regained my capacity to make such health care decision(s) or until my death, as the case may be; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this Health Care Power of Attorney may be revoked by me by a written instrument duly acknowledged before a notary public or by such other manner as shall be allowed under the Act; and PROVIDED, FURTHER, that my regaining capacity following any Period of Incapacity shall not be treated as an event causing the revocation of this Health Care Power of Attorney and this Health Care Power of Attorney shall be construed as if such Period of Incapacity never occurred.

I wanted to hear what this doctor had to say about her patients who were infected by spike protein shedding but being deaf and her not looking a the camera and not enunciating well I couldn't understand her. My wife and I both were inflected by spike protein shedding last November. Now recently I am experiencing symptoms of long covid, tinnitus, fatigue, dizziness while standing, high blood sugar, and decreased kidney function.

I will look into shedding a bit more. I am sorry you experienced that. The doctors never seem to want to explain or elaborate much on shedding, but most of them acknowledge that it is a very real phenomenon.

Here is my understanding.

I am a bit leery of terms like " "I already had Covid" or any reference to Covid because they have never given a clear scientific definition of exactly what Covid is.
I notice that I never heard the term "shedding" before in connection with other kinds of viruses.

What I have heard about shedding seems most often related to effects on reproductive organs and system, especially that of females.

As far as "spike proteins" are concerned, that issue only comes into play now that we have mRNA vaccines, and that technology has failed. It did not work the way it was supposed to work and it causes very serious effects in some people. Natural "viruses" have spike proteins but the way the new technology was supposed to work was to set off a function in the body so that there is increased production of spike proteins, enough to get into certain kinds of cells - ? T cells, but the production or manufacturing does not turn off, or turn off in just the right way.

Spike proteins from the injection go throughout the bloodstream to other organs in the body and the endothelium, the inner lining of the blood vessels, gets injured by the circulating spike proteins. This leads to blood clots and heart attacks and strokes as well as a beginning process of inflammation and scar tissue of the heart muscle as in myocarditis.

I guess the idea is to just treat symptoms of bad case of flu and try to observe what helps you feel better for the way your own body works.

I had a blood test last May. One of the things noted was I have SARS-Cov-2 antibodies, that makes me wonder how they can determine that when not one country on the planet has been able to produce an isolate of a SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Edit: My blood test said SARS-Cov-2 Spike Protein antibodies, There was no mention of a virus.

Abstract

Various procedures of vaccination for pseudorabies were compared for their effects on shedding, latency, and reactivation of attenuated and virulent pseudorabies virus. The study included 6 groups: group 1 (10 swine neither vaccinated nor challenge-exposed), group 2 (20 swine not vaccinated, but challenge-exposed), and groups 3 through 6 (10 swine/group, all vaccinated and challenge-exposed). Swine were vaccinated with killed virus IM (group 3) or intranasally (group 4), or with live virus IM (group 5) or intranasally (group 6). The chronologic order of treatments was as follows: vaccination (week 0), challenge of immunity by oronasal exposure to virulent virus (week 4), biopsy of tonsillar tissue (week 12), treatment with dexamethasone in an attempt to reactivate latent virus (week 15), and necropsy (week 21). Vaccination IM with killed or live virus and vaccination intranasally with live virus mitigated clinical signs and markedly reduced the magnitude and duration of virus shedding after challenge exposure. Abatement of signs and shedding was most pronounced for swine that had been vaccinated intranasally with live virus. All swine, except 4 from group 2 and 1 from group 4, survived challen ge exposure. Only vaccination intranasally with live virus was effective in reducing the magnitude and duration of virus shedding after virus reactivation. Vaccination intranasally with killed virus was without measurable effect on immunity. Of the 55 swine that survived challenge exposure, 54 were shown subsequently to have latent infections by use of dexamethasone-induced virus reactivation, and 53 were shown to have latent infections by use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with trigeminal ganglia specimens collected at necropsy. Fewer swine were identified by PCR as having latent infections when other tissues were examined; 20 were identified by testing specimens of olfactory bulbs, 4 by testing tonsil specimens collected at necropsy, and 4 by testing tonsillar biopsy specimens. Eighteen of the 20 specimens of olfactory bulbs and 3 of the 4 tonsil specimens collected at necropsy in which virus was detected by PCR were from swine without detectable virus-neutralizing antibody at the time of challenge exposure. One pig that had been vaccinated intranasally with live virus shed vaccine virus from the nose and virulent virus from the pharynx concurrently after dexamethasone treatment. Evaluation of both viral populations for unique strain characteristics failed to provide evidence of virus recombination.

The scientists and university administrators KNOW the "COVID vaccines" are not safe and are not effective. No human being of any age should take any of these injections. My loose paraphrase here -- I have heard, Dr. Pierre Kory and other doctors say that the booster shots are really the "kill shot." You might get by without injury or illness from the basic 2-shots but the boosters are much more likely to cause injury and illness.

It was so easy for university professors and staff to be forced and coerced at the threat of their job, their livelihood, and their entire professional career, when they know full well the vaccines and boosters are bad and have increased unnecessary risk, to say nothing of constitutional and statutory federal ad state laws that prohibit their distribution and administration at entities that receive state and federal funding or any kind.

(While this Substack posting below specifically references the mRNA vaccines and the AstraZeneca and the Johnson & Johnson "COVID Vaccines" are not mRNA vaccines, this warning also applies to them. Those two use the "viral vector" technology and uses a human adenovirus, or a cold virus to "program" your cells. However, those two vaccines are associated with blood clotting and are also not safe and effective.) All of these "COVID vaccines" are only experimental for "emergency use."

Yet these educational institutions deliberately sell out the students, faculty, staff, and their academic integrity and reputation forever.

Harvard requires students to get the new bivalent booster. After all, it was tested on eight mice and all of them got Omicron so it is proven not to work.

All universities should drop their COVID vaccine mandates immediately.

Here are 12 reasons why.

Mandates are unethical because the harms clearly outweigh the benefits; it isn’t even a close call. A new paper by top scientists at Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Oxford, and UCSF show that the risks clearly outweigh the benefits. The paper states unequivocally that university booster mandates are unethical and provides five different reasons, each of which is sufficient on its own to halt the mandates.

The newest booster doesn’t have a single safety study showing a net all-cause mortality or morbidity benefit. The new Pfizer bivalent booster was tested on just 8 mice. It was never tested on humans. We have no idea what the all-cause mortality and morbidity profile of this new combination is. No one at Stanford could possibly know this. This lack of safety vs. efficacy data is why Dr. Paul Offit, one of the most respected vaccinologists in the world, refuses to take the new booster. If Dr. Offit is refusing the booster, why are we forcing Stanford students to take it?

Universities are still claiming that “vaccines help protect our community” when we know this is no longer true. The official narrative has changed to “vaccines will help you avoid hospitalization and death.” That is not a community benefit. It is a personal benefit. It should be a personal choice.

We don’t know the true risk because the CDC has been ignoring the COVID vaccine safety signals since the start of the vaccination program nearly 2 years ago. The CDC isn’t monitoring any of the COVID vaccines for safety signals. For example, the safety signal for “death” was satisfied, but the CDC hasn’t acknowledged this. Why should we trust the CDC if they aren’t doing even the most basic safety monitoring?

The people making the decision to mandate the vaccines refuse to be held accountable. There have not been any public debates on college mandates anywhere. When students and faculty try to question the policy makers, in every instance, the policy makers refuse to provide answers. I believe that the reason for this is that mandating vaccines and boosters is simply indefensible and college administrators do not want to be embarrassed.

The CDC is ignoring credible data showing the vaccines are unsafe. There was very significant safety data discovered by a scientific panel appointed by the Israeli Ministry of Health showing that the COVID vaccines were not nearly as safe as had been claimed by world governments. I asked over 250 people who work in vaccine safety at the CDC and not a single person wanted to see the data. Even Stanford Professor Grace Lee who heads the CDC’s outside vaccine safety committee refused to answer whether she wanted to see the data (she called the police in lieu of answering the question).

Where there is risk, there must be choice. There is no question that the vaccines have risk because there are over 1,200 papers published in the peer-reviewed medical literature on adverse events associated with the COVID vaccines.

The CDC now recognizes natural immunity. Greta Massetti who wrote the most recently updated CDC guidelines stated that 95% of the population has some level of immunity so why are universities still forcing vaccines when new guidelines "represent an increasing focus on individuals making their own decisions about their level of risk and how they want to mitigate that risk”?

The world’s most highly respected doctors are now reversing their position on the vaccine. Doctors Peter McCullough, Paul Marik, and most recently, Aseem Malhotra are all prominent doctors who switched sides to speaking out against the COVID vaccines after carefully studying the data. These top doctors have one thing in common: when they looked at the data directly themselves, they were all appalled at what they found.

University faculty who have expertise in vaccine science are choosing to remain silent when asked for comment. For example, at Stanford, I asked Professors Yvonne Maldonado, David Relman, and Grace Lee to comment on the justification for the Stanford vaccine policy and all declined to respond.

No data transparency. We know for sure that vaccine killed at least one college student. Are colleges disclosing to kids the number of students who died from the vaccine vs. the number of kids who died from COVID? Why is the FDA hiding the autopsy reports on people who died after getting the COVID? Are colleges explaining this lack of transparency to students who they are forcing to take the vaccine?

No transparency about what is in the vaccine vials. It is illegal to get vaccine vials to analyze to assess how intact the mRNA instructions are. This was a major problem during testing and there is no data it was ever solved. We are not permitted to know if the mRNA is degraded because nobody is allowed to analyze the vials. Nobody should be mandated to take an injection of an unknown substance that nobody is allowed to verify.

Branded as a politically conservative organization, mainstream media during the pandemic has alleged that this physician organization (AAPS) has promoted conspiracy theories. Of course, one of the topics of contention is ivermectin itself, which has become a highly politicized drug, whether it works or not. Traditionally, physicians had the right to prescribe off-label regimens if they disclosed the risks to their patients. Those traditional physician rights seem to be thrown out the window.
Ivermectin: A Fact Check

Of course, this all changed with the COVID-19 pandemic. Doctors were no longer free to just work with patients based on what they assessed was best for them. With a major overreach of the federal government and corresponding umbrella licensing board associations such as the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), the federal government has inserted itself, carefully, not directly into the affairs of doctors during the pandemic.

This media suggests that by no means is ivermectin a panacea or some magic bullet cure for COVID-19. It’s not. In fact, where it has been successfully used it’s always been part of a combination regimen. Such as in India and Bangladesh or even in Zimbabwe. Early on, good results surfaced even from America during the ICON study–but this was more an observational study than a randomized controlled study. The latter is required for the establishment of evidence. During the pandemic, TrialSite has chronicled many material studies and significant real-world activity exhibiting some promise. The Uttar Pradesh public health initiative is one that this media tracked closely during the spring of 2021 and was most certainly noteworthy despite mainstream media’s tendency to follow a script influenced by government and advertisers.

While dozens of mostly low-and middle-income countries (LMICs) have authorized the use of ivermectin during at least some part of the pandemic, and with 92 human studies involving ivermectin (against mostly in LMICs) some evidence has accumulated that the drug may help in some instances inhibit SARS-CoV-2, particularly when combined with doxycycline and others. But regulators, apex research institutes, and medical establishments in the first world have questioned these studies with positive results (assuming they are badly designed, for example) while focusing on a few high-profile studies with no efficacious results (e.g. TOGETHER, COVID-OUT, Lopez-Medina, and ACTIV-6), even though ACTIV-6 has initiated an ivermectin study with a higher dosage. Critics have argued that among other things studies such as TOGETHER were underdosed.

On the other hand, it appears that ivermectin just doesn't work in some cases, especially as the variants mutated. Is it possible that the drug has worked to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 in some instances and not in others? You bet!

We know that physicians had to boost the dosage during the Delta surge and undoubtedly groups such as the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) have had to evolve their off-label protocols.

It’s hard to know with any degree of certainty, but regardless, ivermectin is overall a very safe drug and if a doctor and patient decide that they would like to give it a try under a controlled, physician-prescribed regimen, the federal government shouldn’t be involved in those local transactions. Of course, with mounting pressure, now a doctor can lose their license for discussing the drug since it can fall under the “misinformation” category. This is actually a form of censorship.

The FDA most certainly crossed the line when elements within the agency went on a campaign to classify the drug as only an animal drug. It went to war against the drug when TrialSite reported the prescriptions went from 3,000 per week prior to the pandemic to nearly 90,000 per week during a point in 2021. See that story.

The FDA secures about 40% of its budget from pharma fees and elements within TrialSite’s network, suggesting Merck, Pfizer, and other commercial sponsors sought the lucrative SARS-CoV-2 antiviral market for themselves. Too much money was at stake. Think about it. Pfizer will bring $22 billion in 2022 alone. This represents a staggering amount of money.

Back to ivermectin: the drug led to a Nobel Prize and has helped eradicate parasite-borne diseases via Mectizan and other programs. But this media also notices that conversely, there are ivermectin enthusiasts that are not objective as well. When this media reports on a study that shows no efficacy, TrialSite receives less than enthusiastic responses from multiple channels. We are even accused of becoming industry or government “shills.” Yes, the environment of medicine and health has never been so biased and unobjective.

It most certainly doesn’t boil down to some maniacal right-wing agenda, where those that are anti-vax prefer ivermectin and polite liberal society gets their vaccination and Paxlovid when they need protection and therapy for COVID-19. This false dichotomy–a divide and conquer strategy set up by elements of the U.S. government working with the media and medical establishment—ensures that different factions don’t converse, engage and find common ground.
Back to the Action by AAPS

In this recently announced amicus brief to the court, the conservative group promulgated:

“Defendant FDA has improperly exploited misunderstandings about the legality and prevalence of off-label uses of medication, in order to mislead courts, state medical boards, and the public into thinking there is anything improper about off-label prescribing.” They continued, “Not only is off-label prescribing fully proper, legal, and commonplace, but it is also absolutely necessary in order to give effective care to patients.”

Yet the FDA published multiple statements and sent letters to influential organizations to falsely disparage ivermectin, implying that it was not approved for treating Covid-19. Many, including courts and state medical boards, were misled by the FDA into thinking that its lack of approval for this treatment meant that ivermectin should not be used to treat COVID-19.
Improper and Immoral Interference

“It has never been proper for the FDA to interfere with that essential part of the practice of medicine, and the FDA knows it,” AAPS informed the court. The FDA “insisted and continues to insist on interfering with the prescription of this safe medication by physicians in treating Covid-19,” AAPS added.

AAPS General Counsel Andrew Schlafly pointed out to the court that the FDA “has engaged in a campaign of interference with the proper use by physicians of ivermectin, which has long been approved as fully safe for human use.” He alerted the court that once the FDA approves a medication as safe, then physicians have full authority to prescribe it to treat any illness, particularly a novel virus-like Covid-19.

Executive summary

V-safe is a voluntary safety monitoring program put in place by the CDC to monitor adverse reactions after people take a vaccine. The V-safe data shows that 33.1% of the people who got the vaccine suffered from a significant adverse event and 7.7% had to seek professional medical care. These are extraordinary numbers. They clearly show the vaccines are unsafe, that the CDC deliberately hid this information from the American public, and that the drug companies falsified the data in the trials.

But now, thanks to the efforts of an extraordinary attorney, Aaron Siri, the numbers are available to the public for the first time.

This data clearly shows that the CDC is not protecting the American people. They are protecting the manufacturers of the vaccines.

The mainstream media is ignoring this story. So is the mainstream medical community. None of them want the American people to know the truth about how unsafe these vaccines are.

About V-safe

V-safe is a voluntary monitoring system put in place by the CDC to monitor adverse events after vaccination.

When you get a COVID vaccine, you get a card to enroll in the V-safe program. Everyone is encouraged to enroll to let the CDC know how safe (or not) the vaccine is.

Slightly over 10M people chose to participate in the program for the COVID vaccines.

V-safe then reaches out to you on a regular basis to see how things are going.

If you report a serious adverse event, you get a phone call from a CDC contractor encouraging you to file a VAERS report. I know this because when I reported my insulin requirements shot up after the vaccine to unprecedented levels, I got one of these calls.

Unlike the VAERS system, the V-safe data is almost “fully reported” because people sign up at the time they are vaccinated BEFORE they have any symptoms. Thus, we know that the denominator is 10.1M. It is not fully reported because even after people sign up, many people will ignore the subsequent V-safe requests to enter their information. Therefore, the percentages reported in V-safe are likely to under-estimate the severity of any problem.

The events recorded in V-safe are also very generic, with only a few predefined categories.

The CDC stopped pushing this system around May 2021 after it became crystal clear that it was accumulating data that showed the vaccines were unsafe.

V-safe and VAERS vs. Israeli safety monitoring

Both of the US safety monitoring programs (V-safe and VAERS) are not nearly as comprehensive as the monitoring system that the Israeli government put in place in Israel a year after the vaccination program started. The Israeli system monitored far more adverse events and proved the vaccines actually caused serious adverse events that never resolved and were not acknowledged by the drug companies.

Like the CDC did with V-safe, the Israeli government hid all of that safety data from the Israeli people until someone leaked a video of the Israeli officials discussing how disturbing the safety data was. The press (other than Neil Oliver on GB News) refused to cover the story. There was no investigation as to why this important safety data was kept secret and nobody in Israel is calling for an investigation either. They don’t want to know because it would make them look bad for pushing the vaccines on everyone.

The V-safe data has been kept hidden from everyone

The CDC has never released the V-safe data they collected to the American public or anyone else for that matter.

All requests for the data have been ignored by the CDC.

It is never summarized for the American people. Ever.

The V-safe data is never talked about in any of the meetings of the ACIP committee (ACIP the CDC outside safety committee on vaccines) or the VRBPAC

In fact, none of the ACIP committee members has ever asked about this data because they don’t want to know how safe the vaccines are. It’s the same reason that none of them want to see the safety data collected by the Israeli government that shows the vaccines are unsafe. I know this because I’ve emailed members of both the CDC and FDA outside committee members offering to show them this data (which is currently available only via special arrangement), and none of them wanted to see it. I emailed them on Sept 9 and again on Sept 13, 2022, subject line: “Do you want to see the safety data that was concealed by the Israeli Ministry of Health?” There were no replies. I just checked again.

All of the FDA and CDC outside committee members know that their job is to give the appearance of impartial outside oversight. They all know if they asked probing questions that they would be kicked off the committee. So nobody asks. “Don’t ask, don’t tell” is their modus operandi.

The effort to get the V-safe data

Have you ever wondered why the CDC never revealed any of the V-safe data to the American public?

If the vaccines are as safe as they claimed, why has the CDC kept this safety information a secret? Why not reveal it and eliminate vaccine hesitancy?

The short answer is because the data is devastating. That’s why they hid it.

Fortunately for us, we have Del Bigtree and Aaron Siri. Del Bigtree is an American hero and host of The Highwire. Among other things, Del funds the efforts of intrepid lawyer Aaron Siri. Siri is like a dog on a bone on projects to unearth the truth. He will not be stopped. He’s a hero.

Watch this video clip from Fox News which highlights that it took two lawsuits and 463 days after the first request before the CDC was forced to release the V-Safe data which showed that 7.7% had to seek medical care after vaccination. 25% missed work, school, or had bad reactions to the vaccine.

Let me repeat that. After this critical safety data was legally requested, the CDC spent 463 days stonewalling attorney Aaron Siri in his efforts to obtain the data and make it public. Why would they do that? This is key safety data that the American people have a right to know since many Americans (including kids) are being forced to get the shot. How does stonewalling this request keep America safe?

Here’s what the data they got from the CDC shows (see the captions):

7.7% of the 10.1M users who voluntarily participated in the US government V-safe program had to seek medical care after the COVID vaccine. That is unprecedented. This is why the CDC has been hiding this data from the American public.

Those are unacceptably high numbers and the CDC knew that. That is precisely why they stonewalled attorney Aaron Siri for so long to keep the data under wraps. They were hoping to win and not produce the data at all.

Think about it… if the data showed the vaccines were safe, why would the CDC not release any summary data at all for V-safe?

Do you think that inspires trust that they hid the data showing the vaccines were so harmful?

Why did the CDC stonewall Aaron Siri for 463 days before releasing the data?

Why didn’t the CDC voluntarily release the data before now?

I don’t expect any response. She never responds to any of my questions. I pointed out to her (yet again) that I don’t want to spread “misinformation” but that by not responding to my inquiry, I will have to assume that the CDC didn’t release the safety information because they didn’t want anyone to know how unsafe the vaccines are.

If she responds, I’ll post her response here. I left her my personal cell phone number and encouraged her to call, just like I always do.
Response from members of Congress

I’ve brought this article to the attention of John Garamendi, Bill Foster, Ro Khanna, Anna Eshoo, and others for comment. I don’t expect to hear from any of them because they don’t want to make the CDC look bad. I’m sure they would be accused of “being anti-science” by their peers if they criticized the CDC for withholding safety data.

I’m still looking for someone other than Senator Ron Johnson to speak up about this.

Summary

The CDC needs to explain to the American public why they hid the V-safe data for so long, why they refused to voluntarily release it, and why they failed to let the American public know that the COVID vaccines triggered the “death” safety signal.

The mainstream press needs to explain why they aren’t asking these questions and choosing to ignore writing about this.

Members of Congress need to explain to the American people why they are sitting on the sidelines and not calling for an investigation.

The mainstream medical community needs to explain to the American people why they are remaining silent while all this is happening.

Universities need to explain why, in light of these revelations, they are continuing to mandate vaccinations for their students.

How many more people have to be maimed or killed waiting for another "Congressional investigation." ?

Fauci has indicated that he accepts as true the official narrative of January 6 event. We saw how dishonest and distorted the investigation of that event was by Congress.

Even if such a congressional investigation of these damning data were to ensue, there is no guarantee that the matter would be issued a criminal referral to the DOJ and of course then the DOJ will do nothing or do something dishonest and distorted to effect a miscarriage of justice.

The case report, “Acquired hemophilia A following COVID-19 vaccination — The importance of prompt diagnosis: A case report,” was published in the journal Transfusion and Apheresis Science.

Researchers reported a case of acquired hemophilia A following COVID-19 vaccination in a 71-year-old-man admitted to their hospital in Italy. The man had previously been admitted to another emergency center with symptoms of arm pain and swelling associated with limited movement and petechiae (tiny spots of bleeding under the skin). He sought help eight days after a second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

I do not know if this "Comirnaty" label means that this is a different formula from the Phizer COVID vaccine that has been maiming and killing people all around the world for almost the last two years.

"Regarding our case, it appears evident that the patient was not appropriately managed initially due to an unrecognized AHA diagnosis and the inappropriate and dangerous use of anticoagulant therapy in the absence of thrombosis on Doppler ultrasound. AHA represents a medical emergency, and given the clinical manifestations, it is frequently managed in an emergency room setting, where due to the physicians’ inexperience, it can lead to delays in diagnosis, aggravating the prognosis, and causing a waste of resources (e.g., useless diagnostic investigations, hold of adequate therapeutic strategies, days of hospitalization). Dachsie comment: It appears this patient received a blood thinner in the emergency room and the patient was eventually diagnosed with a serious bleeding disorder of hemophilia.

More very bad news about the "vaccines." There is absolutely no way a legitimate Informed Consent document can be prepared and then a signature obtained in connection with any of these experimental unknown injections.

This is the first hemophilia diagnosis that I have heard of in connection with the COVID Phizer mRNA vaccine.

I think there is one kind of hemophilia that requires "Factor VIII" aka Factor 8, injection for bleeding episode. This is blood product that comes from human blood plasma.

I do not know if Factor 8 would be the treatment for the kind of hemophelia this patient was diagnosed with. I do not know if the kind of treatment that this patient will need will include a blood product. But I do know that our blood supply is now ruined by the Red Cross not making sure that blood and blood products are not made from blood that was obtained from a person who had the Covid vaccine.
Hemophilia is a very serious and I think incurable condition and I believe it is almost automatically classified as permanently disabling.

Executive Summary

A simple nasal wash with a saline solution performed within 24 hours of symptoms done twice daily for 14 days can reduce the risk of being hospitalized for COVID by 8X.

This is much better than Paxlovid (only a 2.5X reduction if you believe the trial data).

This is much better than any COVID vaccine performs in practice and it’s much safer too.

Implications:

The entire pandemic response was completely unnecessary

This treatment is still being ignored by every mainstream medical institution

Universities should mandate students do nasal washes after getting COVID instead of taking vaccines.

Simply telling newly infected people to rinse their nose with a saline rinse if they got sick would have reduced the hospitalization rates to levels comparable to the flu.

You have to hand it to them. They aren’t quitters.

Sometimes you learn more about a topic by what is left out. The BusinessWire article says exactly nothing about how the mRNA shots work. I assume that, like the failed covid shots, the flu shots deliver an mRNA payload to trillions of cells, forcing them all to produce massive amounts of foreign flu virus protein, probably based on a strain prediction made by Pfizer employees. A flu virus strain that recipients might not have even encountered, absent the shot.



"But flu virus doesn’t have spikes. Which part of the flu virus will the mRNA shots force the body to make? The article doesn’t say what part."

But don’t worry! I’ll bet you a real beefsteak dinner that the U.S. government will buy tons of Pfizer’s new flu shots, which, like the covid shots and other vaccines, enjoy broad legal liability protection.

My old economics professor used to say, if you see a distortion in the market, look for the withered hand of government. GOVERNMENT created this runaway market for vaccines with its laws eliminating manufacturer liability. By locking in liability protection, pharma companies can now sell drugs to HEALTHY PEOPLE — the largest market there is. And the government will use taxpayer dollars to help sell those products to the taxpayers.

Actually, government itself can now be the biggest consumer of those products even if taxpayers don’t want them. And, what a market.

A vaccine for flu! Get out of here! It’s the biggest market ever! Every single healthy person “needs” it EVERY SINGLE YEAR OF THEIR LIVES. And the best part is, if it hurts or even kills customers, they can’t sue you! It’s even better than a gold mine, because a gold mine eventually runs out of precious metal.

Before you start typing angry comments, I am not opposed to the development of new technologies to protect AT RISK people from the flu. I am opposed to total liability protection. I am opposed to drugging healthy people. And I am opposed to secrecy. Secrecy plus liability protection is a bad combination. At minimum, to get liability protection, pharma should have to disclose EVERYTHING. They should be subject to public records laws.

Or, we could just fully or partially end the vaccine liability protection gravy train. That would be a good start. Something to think about.

I remember Dr. Russell Blaylock, retired neuro surgeon, say many years ago on a radio program of Dr. Stan Monteith the following.
The annual "flu vaccine" has never been effective because it is always based on last year's strain of flu that was active on the populace. They have to have several months lead time to formulate and manufacture and distribute the flu vaccine in time for the beginning of the next year's Fall flu season, and that necessitates using the last'year's flu strain that was active last Fall. Every Fall there is a brand new strain or strains of flu that is active on the populace, so as I understand it we will never have an effective flu vaccine.

However the flu vaccine has made some people have to be hospitalized because of neurological damage and left some people critically ill and permanently (lung) paralyzed, like one of my co-workers at a large state university teaching hospital.

Almost every person I know who got the flu shot say they felt very sick for several days after that shot and they will never ever take it again.

Quite a few people have permanent paralysis in one leg and have to walk with a cane the rest of their lives, like our county judge and quite a few medical students and doctors in training. And all these flu vax'd people could catch the flu again next year anyway even though they are said to be "immunized."

Flu vaccines have a miserable reputation so far and now they are going to mix in the cursed mRNA technology to reduce and destroy the health of the populace on a permanent recurring basis.

A vaccine first has to enter the cells and then start working providing immunity and then continue working for a long time.

But the new flu vaccine is supposed to be able to set off some kind of manufacturing process whereby something is made to enter the cells and set off continual immunity process to that particular kind of influenza virus.

We do not know how the new mRNA flu vaccine is supposed to work and perform those two functions. They ain't sayin' and they don't have to. (It is all liability-shielded, experimental and so far not fully licensed and not approved by the FDA.)

After the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of COVID-19 vaccines, blood clots were some of the earliest adverse events observed, and abnormal coagulation continues to be one of the most frequent and serious problems reported.
As of mid-September, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) — notorious for capturing only a minuscule proportion of adverse events — had received notification of more than 43,000 blood clotting disorders, including acute-onset problems in young children.
Clotting disorders make the blood clot “too easily,” generating clots that can travel through the bloodstream and increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes, among other potential complications.
Funeral directors and embalmers in the U.S. and U.K. have gone public with shocking descriptions of highly unusual blood clots in up to 85% of the bodies coming under their care — a “massive increase” compared to pre-COVID-19 vaccine times when ordinary-looking clots might be found in 5% to 10% of the deceased.
“In all my years of embalming, we would run across clots from time to time,” said Richard Hirschman, an experienced funeral director in Alabama, “but since May last year [2021], something about the blood has changed. It’s not normal. It’s drastic.”
The rampant clotting and the clots’ disturbing sci-fi appearance — “long fibrous entities that can completely block a vein or artery,” which Hirschman likens to calamari, rubber bands, spaghetti, worms or parasites — are just some of the concerns prompting questions about blood supply safety.
No ‘safety risks?’
About 55% of blood is plasma — which, among other functions, supplies proteins “for blood clotting and immunity” — with the remaining 45% consisting of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets suspended in the plasma.
Depending on their blood type, individuals who give blood can choose to donate whole blood, plasma or platelets, or they can make a “Power Red” donation (a “concentrated dose” of red blood cells).
The American Red Cross says it will not accept blood from someone whose blood “does not clot normally,” but — following guidance from the same branch of the FDA that oversees vaccines — welcomes immediate donations from anyone who received one of the mRNA or other COVID-19 vaccines available in the U.S., as long as the person says he is “symptom-free and feeling well.”
The Red Cross claims to be independent but openly celebrates its “special relationship” with the federal government — a relationship that includes periodic appropriations and contracts.
In a recent tweet directed at potential blood transfusion recipients, the Red Cross clarified:
The tweet generated numerous responses from the public accusing the Red Cross of disseminating “misinformation” and directing the organization’s attention to peer-reviewed publications contradicting its languid attitude.
In one of the most alarming studies, published in August in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, Italian surgeons described atypical clumping of red blood cells and the presence of “extraordinarily anomalous structures and substances” of “various shapes and sizes of unclear origin” in over 94% of symptomatic, COVID-19-vaccinated individuals whose blood they examined.
The 1,006 study participants, ranging in age from 15 to 85, received a first (14%), second (45%) or third (41%) dose of a Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccine about a month before the analysis of their blood.
Pointing to other studies that found foreign materials in the blood of COVID-19 vaccine recipients and in COVID-19 vaccine vials — materials “that the CDC [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] and the many promoters of the experimental injections claimed were not in them at all” — the Italian authors concluded the vaccine-induced blood alterations were “likely … to be involved in producing the coagulation disorders commonly reported after anti-COVID injections.”
Putting the matter even more plainly, they stated:
“[S]uch abrupt changes as we have documented in the peripheral blood profile of 948 patients have never been observed after inoculation by any vaccines in the past according to our clinical experience. The sudden transition … from a state of perfect normalcy to a pathological one … is unprecedented. …
“In our collective experience, and in our shared professional opinion, the large quantity of particles in the blood of mRNA injection recipients is incompatible with normal blood flow especially at the level of the capillaries.”
Another study by Romanian researchers, sent to the Red Cross by the tweeting public, not only reported that Pfizer’s “vaccine-associated synthetic mRNA persists in systemic circulation for at least 2 weeks” but also noted, “extended plasma clearance times compared to estimates presented by mRNA vaccine manufacturers.”
Meanwhile, a case report from Germany presenting autopsy results for a man who died after receiving three “gene-based” COVID-19 vaccine doses (one AstraZeneca, two Pfizer) over a seven-month period conclusively revealed the presence of COVID-19 vaccine spike protein in both brain and heart — and particularly in small blood vessel cells.
These and other studies may be why members of the public like “Mary” incredulously tweeted back to the Red Cross, “Are you kidding? There is proof it enters other body cells like the heart, causing myocarditis; how do you think it gets to the heart from the injection site???”
The FDA has refused to release autopsy results in its possession for people who died following COVID-19 vaccination.
Out, damned clot
As early as May 2021, vaccine researchers were disclosing the “unexpected” entry into the bloodstream of the vaccines’ synthetic spike protein, while other pharmaceutical industry consultants admitted, “Some of the vaccine dose is going to make it into the bloodstream, of course.”
Around the same time, figures like Canadian physician Dr. Charles Hoffe were warning that technologies like CT scans and MRIs, which can identify large blood clots, would not find the “microscopic” clots affecting many of the COVID-19-vaccinated, who might “have no idea they are even having these microscopic blood clots.”
Hoffe was able to ascertain the widespread presence of micro-blood clots in his mRNA-vaccinated patient population using D-dimer tests that look for protein fragments associated with clots.
The Canadian doctor also cautioned that when blood clots damage the brain, spinal cord, heart or lungs, “those tissues … are permanently damaged.”
A year after these admissions, in May 2022, the FDA finally acknowledged the risk of “potentially life-threatening blood clots” in recipients of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) issued similar advisories about AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Other countries such as India and Denmark admitted to blood clot risks while trying to blame them on “faulty injection technique.”
Neither the FDA nor the EMA said a word about the clotting risks of the more widely used Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 shots, even though nearly 7 in 10 (69%) of the clotting disorders reported to VAERS as of mid-September were attributed to Pfizer’s shot, with another 22% linked to Moderna’s and only 9% to the J&J jab.
Although no VAERS reports thus far blame blood clots on the more recently authorized Novavax vaccine, the far-from-traditional nanoparticle concoction not only delivers premade spike proteins — “consistently shown to create clotting issues” — but also residual insect and viral proteins and DNA contaminants.
Large risks from nanoparticles?
Nanoparticle technology is a prominent feature of the two mRNA injections and the Novavax vaccine, and biodistribution of the injected nanoparticles has been a growing cause for concern.
Well before COVID-19, mainstream news outlets alerted the public to nanoparticles’ tendency to “get into the bloodstream and accumulate elsewhere in the body” following oral ingestion — with “unintended effects on cells and organs” — and described how inhaled nanoparticles “work their way through the lungs and into the bloodstream where they can raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.”
On a website for laypeople, the European Commission discloses that nanoparticles “will move with the circulation into all the organs and tissues of the body,” also noting animal model evidence showing “that very small nanoparticles can transfer from a pregnant rat to the fetus.”
In their analysis of vaccinated individuals’ blood, the Italian authors quoted earlier noted their suspicion that some of the foreign materials they detected are “graphene-family particles,” materials that “have been intensively studied by researchers for decades and increasingly so since COVID-19.”
A comprehensive and hardly reassuring 2016 study in Particle and Fibre Toxicology described “toxic side effects” of graphene-family nanomaterials in many biological applications, reporting that they “can induce acute and chronic injuries in tissues by penetrating through the blood-air barrier, blood-testis barrier, blood-brain barrier, and blood-placenta barrier etc.”
That study also noted that long-term toxicity data are lacking.
Many unanswered questions
Recently, a Washington State couple, Cornelia Hertzler and Ron Bly came forward to tell the tragic story of their hospitalized infant son’s death-by-blood-clot last February.
The death occurred two weeks after the hospital administered an unauthorized blood transfusion to the baby, despite claims that, “Patients are free to refuse transfusions for any reason.”
According to the parents, who had clearly articulated their wish to use blood from directed blood donors, the hospital pooh-poohed their concerns and used “random blood” instead.
The infant’s eventually fatal blood clot became evident the very next day, with the clot, by his mother’s account, getting “worse and worse and slowly … inching closer to his heart.”
Although there is no way to know the COVID-19 vaccination status of those who donated the blood used in the baby’s transfusion, the fact that “most of the nation’s blood supply is now coming from donors who have been inoculated [against COVID-19]” raises many questions.
Existing blood banks may prefer to dismiss those questions as the fevered imaginings of “COVID skeptics” — arguing that requests for blood from unvaccinated donors “would be an operational can of worms for a medically unjustifiable request” — but farsighted entrepreneurs interested in providing such a service might not have to worry about battling for clients.

I would hope that there would be a reliable blood test to determine if someone has been vaccinated with a anti-covid vaccine. Of course, that would be a test and testing program administration that would have to be high quality and accurate and up to date. Again, even this ultimately depends on honesty and diligence at every level. That would be a stark departure from the way the entire pandemic response has been administered.

Certainly just taking someone's word that they were vaccinated is not good enough, and relying on some government database that is derived from word-of-mouth answer to vaccination status is also a non-starter.

More Fraud in COVID Relief Cash Giveaway; IRS Workers Steal $1 Mil to Buy Cars, Jewelry

Amid the rampant fraud and corruption in the government’s massive COVID-19 relief cash giveaway, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees have been charged with stealing over a million dollars from pandemic relief programs to buy luxury goods, fancy cars, and travel. Five current or former employees from the feared tax agency easily withdrew the money by filing several false loan applications with two of the federal stimulus programs— Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)—launched under the monstrous Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, passed by Congress to provide over $2 trillion in “fast and direct economic aid” to Americans negatively impacted by the pandemic.

Not surprisingly, CARES is rife with fraud and corruption and the IRS employee scandal is simply the latest of countless examples. How bad is the problem? Last year the Department of Justice (DOJ) created a COVID-19 Fraud Enforcement Task Force to “enhance efforts to combat and prevent pandemic-related fraud.” The special unit has been quite busy prosecuting scams, false statements, and money laundering related to the multi trillion-dollar CARES Act. So far, criminal charges have been filed against more than 1,000 defendants and the loss of public funds exceeds $1.1 billion, according to the DOJ. Of those cases, the task force has prosecuted more than 150 offenders and seized over $75 million derived from fraudulently obtained PPP funds as well as numerous real estate properties and luxury items purchased with the illegally obtained money.

The sting is even greater when presumably trusted employees who work for American taxpayers commit the fraud as is the case with the IRS defendants. The scheme involves five current and former employees of the tax agency in Tennessee and Mississippi. Federal authorities say they used the illegally obtained pandemic relief funds to buy expensive designer clothes (Gucci), a fancy imported car (Mercedes-Benz), jewelry, trips to Las Vegas, manicures, and massages. The leftover cash was deposited into personal investment accounts. Each of the defendants submitted multiple fraudulent applications seeking at least tens of thousands of dollars in relief funds. An IRS Program Evaluation and Risk analyst submitted four fraudulent applications seeking more than half a million dollars. Another who worked as a program assistant in the agency’s information technology department, also submitted multiple applications seeking $338,900 on behalf of a fake fashion business. “These individuals – acting out of pure greed – abused their positions by taking government funds meant for citizens and businesses who desperately needed it,” said U.S. Attorney Kevin G. Ritz for the Western District of Tennessee.

This case is only a snippet of the widespread problem with the government’s insane pandemic cash handout. Just a few days ago, a federal audit revealed that billions of dollars in expanded COVID-19 unemployment insurance benefits funded under CARES have been stolen by fraudsters. The programs are known as Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC), and Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) and they have doled out an eye popping $663.8 billion in pandemic-related unemployment benefits as of April 23, 2022. An investigation by the Department of Labor (DOL) Inspector General found that around $45.6 billion was paid to applicants who did not qualify, a huge increase over last year’s $16 billion in fraudulent payments. Criminals used the Social Security numbers of the deceased or other illegal ploys to obtain the money, according to the audit which focused on four states. One of the states scrutinized by investigators improperly paid out $30.4 billion of its total $71.7 billion in unemployment benefits. “We estimated $9.9 billion of that was paid to likely fraudsters (13.8 percent),” the report states, adding that in the four states analyzed, one in five dollars initially paid in PUA benefits likely went to fraudsters. Yet the cash keeps flowing.
