No straightforward answer I saw, but looks like it's happened a couple times before this year, and always for a stated/obvious reason: fence jumper, suspicious package, car trying to ram barricades, etc. But as CBS noted this morning, "...no reason is given, but reporters have been told to leave the North Lawn". And, lockdown happened just X(?) minutes AFTER DJT's noisy little Cesna lifted off for 11 day Asia trip.
