Farmageddon−The Unseen War to Shut Down American Family Farms
http://www.financialsense.com/financ...n-family-farms ...
This week on Financial Sense Newshour Jim interviews Filmmaker Kristin Canty. In Farmageddon Kristin tells the story of small, family farms that were providing safe, healthy foods to their communities and were forced to stop, sometimes through violent action, by agents of government bureaucracies. Kristin seeks to understand why and through this film add her voice to the movement to protect and preserve the dwindling number of American family farms struggling to survive.
Re: Farmageddon−The Unseen War to Shut Down American Family Farms
My first instinct on listening to this was somebody needs to be shot, but then maybe that is just what our scumbag government wants.
Re: Farmageddon−The Unseen War to Shut Down American Family Farms
Farming is commercial. Government controls every little detail of commerce. The same is true of BATFE enforcement of gun laws.
Stay out of commerce and find out how to enjoy freedom.

OK, I will say please, point out ONE, just ONE instance where your theory about "the law" bears out your crap.
These bastards are operating far outside the law and your premise is there is some magic word that can be said that will make them run away.
What are you smoking, I want some of it.

No they arent operating outside the law.
Palani is 100% correct about farming being commerce.
The US Constitution gives the federal government authority over all commerce!
Hey you want to know what else falls under commerce?
Every state has laws written in the books explaining that "US citizens" fall within commerce as well.
Yep that what I said all activity by and of federal "US citizens" fall within commerce. Doesnt matter if you are sitting on a toilet counting your tp...........it falls under commerce and can be legislated for regulations!
You stating you are a "US citizen", under penalty of perjury, on any government form are within the federal governments jurisdicition to do with you as they please.

They destroyed farm produce without a court order, while having evidence that showed they were wrong, yet they went ahead and destroyed it anyway is not within the law
Show us where someone operating a farm has been able to sell raw milk without a problem??
This crap about US citizen is another myth, until you show us someone who is farming and not subject to these thugs.
Re: Farmageddon−The Unseen War to Shut Down American Family Farms
I'm with BigJon on this one, Commerce and Produce are two different items.
What's Sparky's thoughts on David vs. Goliath here?

First before you go saying what you think or believe go find out what "commerce" IS and how the US Constitution applies it.
Then see what a "US citizen" is and connect the damn dots!
Heres a hint about what a US citizens is...............www.1215.org
www.1215.org will show you what Bill of Rights you can access as a "US citizen" and which one you cant.............its all right there in the Senate document provided by 1215.org

If you care to you will find lots of information in the audio archives.
http://library.georgegordon.com/whois
"George is a subsistence farmer using organic methods to practice land stewardship pursuant to the Scriptural land laws. He and his family are living peacefully in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri and are doing so without any Social Security Numbers, marriage licenses, business permits, insurance, innoculations, bank loans, credit cards, public school, government inspections, in fact, without any government intrusion into their lives. He observes the Mosaic Law and does not advocate, nor teach, anarchy, civil disobedience, or racism."

You were the one doing all the ranting as I recall, I just pointed out your liberal bias, calling for the nanny state to solve what you (one of the nannies) wanted done.
As I see it we have 3 big government cheerleaders saying whoop all over those dumb farmers.

I get it. You like to look for fault everywhere else but where it belongs. In the end analysis you pay for your own actions and the same can be said of anyone who grants jurisdiction to the enforcement arm of society. Now we might have some discussion about where that jurisdiction comes from but I will guarantee you whatever the source there is a contract to back it up. Not the type of contract where all points are mutually agreed to and signed but one where these people either by word or action (or representation) agreed to let a communist society regulate their every move. It was their choice.
Now what is neat about this analysis of mine is that when you end up figuring out where you went wrong you back up and see what you can do to correct the situation. As far as I can tell your solution would be to kill everyone else which would leave you free to go back to the same practices that got you in the position you are in now. You will not have succeeded in changing anything because YOUR behavior is what was wrong to begin with.
You talk about selling raw milk. That is commerce. Look at giving it away instead. But wait, if you did that there would be no motive to help anyone out while profiting yourself.
Identify the source of the problem before acting. I have identified two sources: commerce and contract. Let's hear your theory now.

Man I gave you the evidence that you were a in FACT practicing socialist and gave you links showing it,as to the other thread what ole boy did was a COMMON law crime.
I'm not cheerleading for any .gov agency and I don't think farmers are dumb just trying to get you to understand how crap like the OP is happening and that there are remedies to COMMERCE.
BTW you welcome.

Well NO ONE, besides a few anonymous Internet posters have ever heard about these legal (mostly untested) theories. You guys are saying if we hold are mouths just the right way and spout some nonsense we heard on the internet, all our problems will magically go away. All we have to do is retreat from their world and then we can live in peace is what I hear you saying. I doubt that it is going to work that way. When someone is constantly poking at you, one day sooner or later you are going to have to stand up and fight.

There is no way you listened to all those programs or even look up any of the citations and are back here arguing again, might as well forget it dude you gave up already and are too lazy to get off you ass and exercise you brain. This is why this country is where it's at today. Hell if you would have listened to the links I gave you in the first thread it should have sparked your brain and would have understood what happened in the op.
Your probably better off as a US citizen living on the public dole aka SS.
