Credit will be called Advanced money, as that is what it is, an advance from future earnings.
The nations bank will take care of all loans including mortgages and car loans and also offer lines of
credit or overdraught protection. The rationale being that the bank will do whatever it can to help the
people as the bank is of the people.
Evictions because of non-payments of mortgages and rents will be kept to zero or the barest minimum.
The bank will do everything within fairness to keep people in their homes as this is by far the better way
in the bigger picture.
Desperation and poverty can lead to crime and crime is far more expensive to society and in more ways
than helping a person in hard times keep their home plus they will eventually pay back anyway, just that
the people’s bank will be more flexible and caring.
Specially trained councillors will be on hand to help those in financial difficulty. They will help find work
and other ways to keep them from losing everything should a situation become that dire.
The days of the cold, hard nosed banking business model will be a distant memory as everyone who is
employed by the bank or any other administrative department for the country will be mandated to be of
service to the people and her country at all times first and foremost.
To see a person be made homeless will be akin to seeing a family member or friend being made
homeless, we will all do everything we can to end the cycles of poverty, homelessness and desperation
which affects us all in one way or another, often with drug and alcohol abuse and the associated crime
to pay for it.
A society rife with crime and substance abuse is a sick society but this is not the fault of those who have
made themselves wealthy by hard work, art or enterprise.
The problem is the systems we have now which do not work for the people.

The term ‘government’ will no longer be used as will any other term such as ‘authority’, insinuating
power and control over the people. Control over the people will not be real, implied or imagined.
This also pertains to the Police who are paid to serve and protect, the term ‘force’ is not necessary and
will no longer be used.
The country and regions will be taken care of by administrators who will be highly trained and
knowledgeable regarding their duties to the people and country.
All employees of the nation will be well versed that their main obligation is always to the people who
pay their salaries and to the country.
