Interesting discussion of God-given right to private property
The discussion of private property ends at 21:46 on this video.
Some argue that the way nuns and religious in religious orders live in communism / socialism and they base their idea on
early Christian community in Acts 2-5 having “all things in common” mandates socialism (or communism) - but that is a wrong understanding. Religious takes vows of poverty and voluntarily give up their private property to be shared completely with the community, so this giving is based on private property in the first place.
When the government makes laws that deprive people of the basic needs for survival, they are committing wrong. In Texas right now some big corporations are wanting to use water for their fracking operations and to deprive people in small agriculture communities their water rights to make a living and to have enough water to keep their plants and animals alive and therefore keep themselves alive.
The banksters and the large corporations have deprived people of work and deprived our country of production and sovereignty and that is a most evil unAmerican form of socialism and theft.
Giving to the poor, the corporal works of mercy and charity get very muddled up by socialist ideologues.

Re: Interesting discussion of God-given right to private property
Nearly everyone who shrieks about their "private property" does so for ego and gluttony. No one in their right mind advocates taking away someone's home or farm. Personally, I believe a primary home and farm should be tax-free in perpetuity. But fake "persons" (corporations) need to be trimmed down to size. This includes most major landowners that hide behind limited liability statutes ("I hate government intervention except when it protects my personal empire").

I agree Fred. I know that real estate is never totally privately owned. There will always be tax burden on every piece of real property. That being said there are still other things of value that are mine and cannot be taken from me while I'm still breathing. That may sound a bit egotistical but I assure you, I'm in the stage of my life where I'm fully resolved to defend my family and my stuff from those who would harm or take them. I have little to lose and lots to use!

If you have not performed livery of seisin then you haven't even really taken possession. It is the livery that establishes the right.
Livery being a feudal term I believe all lawyers will tell you the ceremony is obsolete. But then who wants to believe a lawyer.
Real estate is a term of mercantilism. Use and usufruct are trust terms. Land is a common law concept (feudal origins) With real estate you are engaged in a usufruct in which you have the enjoyment of the property. Enjoyment means you get to keep the profits while use means you have not the right of profit.
The FRN is not capable of transferring ownership of anything. It is a marker of the profit (enjoyment) or loss (pain) though. Anything you use a FRN for is likely to result in a usufructory.
Allodial title is a real property ownership system where the real property is owed free and clear of any superior landlord. In this case, the owner will have an absolute title over his or her property. Property owned under allodial title is referred as allodial land. Alloidal title is feudal as well. If you think you have allodial title stop paying your property tax and see if the state agrees. If they boot you from the property then all you had was a usufruct.
pssssstttttt ... usufructs are not worth going to war over

Not so. People have a right to live and produce and provide for their families. Proper use requires proper work to produce proper production. I am not a typical right wing conservative of USA and I have a bit of a problem when I hear Tom DeWeese of Agenda 21 expertise go on about "private property" because I realize that we do not now have "private property rights" and should not speak of private property rights being in jeopardy. A lot of times typical USA conservatives are indeed motivated by greed and getting ahead and they don't think they will "lose their salvation" if they bite, kick, and claw their way to more and more "private property."
What is in jeopardy is basic God given freedoms and rights and requires order and that requires governments and that requires forms of governments that are primarily motivated by "the common good" of the people, and no folks, common good does not mean communism. USA has a form of government greed and the bankster usurious money system, aka, capitalism.
I have never heard anyone advocate for finding something other than property tax to pay for public schools. Even if we ever got rid of property tax, the government can change title / ownership / inheritance laws any time they want. And of course, we always have corruption in the making and selective enforcement of all laws.
Still it is good to fight encroachments on our use of not-so-private property in every way we can. Agenda 21 is a world takeover operation affecting every aspect of life on earth. We must fight this battle every day of our lives and never give up.
The government can do many things of many kinds to interfere with our USE of our not-so-private property and that is what those of us against Agenda 21 / 2030 having been railing against for years. Agenda 21 is very akin to PizzaGate where people are animals for any use and for breeding of other animals for maximum use.
"No one in their right mind advocates taking away someone's home or farm."
Surely, you jest. The banksters have been kicking people off their homes and farms for hundreds of years. It just is not done overtly in a myriad of ways.
"But fake "persons" (corporations) need to be trimmed down to size."
Eliminate corporations altogether. That is the only way to get rid of fake persons.
" This includes most major landowners that hide behind limited liability statutes ("I hate government intervention except when it protects my personal empire")."
Truth there. The biggest "welfare queens" in the world are the moneyed sharks in our society.
