Palladium moving back up on confidence I guess.
Amazing. Markets tanking. Gold and silver down a little, but Pd still ramping up. Not a real market drop, more sector rotation I suspect.
Remember boys and girls- gold is a barbaric relic, and palladium is an auto-catalyst.
" Palladium hit a record high of $2,191.60 an ounce, and was on track for a ninth straight session of gains....
Pd is amazing. Higher than gold and platinum, and by a lot. Something must be happening behind the scenes. China deal should drive it even higher.

Your question you ask may not be correct as modern catalysts are mostly bimetallics. Also In general we have to distinguish between...
They could re-reformulate back to Pt for catalysts. I think Pt is more efficient, but when cost is 2x, Pd is better. I am not sure what the exact break even point is. That may mean it is a good time...
Pd- nice $1005/ozt
I do not like the way he was using metal pliers so close to the positive and negative terminals. I would think it would be safer to hold the pliers vertically downwards (with the battery held...

Palladium $490! Does not bode well for what people think of the auto market in the near term (or did cold fusion just fail?).
Palladium is still dumping. I take this as a sign (along with cheap silver and stable gold) that people are predicting a bad economy coming up (or it is just manipulation), low car sales, fewer cell...
Palladium is not looking as good as it was.

Something is happening. Maybe cheaper gas (but now increasing) has people thinking that they will sell more cars? Maybe something is happening behind the scene with cold fusion.
Back over $800. Palladium just does not give it up!
Well, at this point, Natixis seems to have the better prediction.
Gold to average $1,145/oz in 2015, platinum the favoured trade – Natixis
"Natixis predicted that silver, currently trading around $16, will average $15.30 per ounce in 2015, while palladium,...

It gets better than that- they are chemcially very similar. They are in the same group in the periodic table of elements, meaning their electron configuration and chemistry are very similar.
