Is it a given that Trump will be unchallenged among repugs?

Agreed. If the goal is to eliminate poverty, we need more money than that. I think the government should pay everyone a million dollars a year, so we can all be rich.

Former San Francisco mayor and California State Assembly speaker Willie Brown threw shade at his ex-girlfriend, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), and the other contenders for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in 2020, writing Saturday that none of them can beat President Donald Trump.

In his weekly column in the San Francisco Chronicle, Brown wrote:

Oh for sure. I'm waiting for Leftists to swoon over her. Of course they think POTUS is like kindergarten, where everyone gets a chance to play [.....it's a woman's turn......]. Not only is she a darkie like BHO, she's a chick to boot. Like him, probably a lower IQ so she can be easily manipulated.

If she gets elected, I wonder if she'll get the Nobel Peace Prize within weeks of election like BHO.

Read her Wiki entry and found this:

Harris has supported Medicare-for-all, legalization of recreational marijuana, sanctuary cities, passing a DREAM Act, and lowering taxes for the working and middle classes while raising taxes on corporations and the wealthiest top 1% of Americans.

Yeah, she's going to be the lead candidate for the Dems for sure.

That is an excellent point. Dr. Watson (who discovered the double helix properties of DNA) lost all of his academic credentials and prizes when he regretfully stated that he is not optimistic about the prospects of Africa, because the facts show that genetically, they are not as smart as the rest of us. A fact that is not rebutted, but is shunned and bullied instead.

On a side note, I had never known this before, but in researching poor Dr. Watson, I learned that the prevailing academic explanation for poverty in Africa is nurture, not nature. As in, their IQs are generally much lower because they don't have all of the benefits and privileges of modern civilization. It's the stupidest answer I can think of, and I'm stunned that this is the prevailing explanation, because it begs the question of how did Europeans build Western Civilization out of the same poverty Africa started with? We didn't magically start with civilization, we built it.
