The US accepted 50 tons of gold from ISIS

According to reports by Syrian state news agency SANA, U.S. forces struck a deal with ISIS whereby the terrorist group would give up 50 tons of gold across eastern Syria’s Deir el-Zour province in exchange for safe passage.

The precious metal, worth about $2.13 billion, was plundered by the self-designated “caliphate” as its reign of terror spread across Syria and Iraq between 2015 and 2017.

So under President Trump, we've not only beaten ISIS, but we're finally increasing our gold holdings. I don't like the notion that some terrorists may have gotten away in exchange for it, though a few always get away. But you don't always get tons of gold.

They gave some to the Kurds. Also consider terrorists.

What else are we stealing in Syria?

Also considered Communists, since that's how they roll.

We, The United States of America.

The theory has been posited that the reason China has for years been buying all the gold it can lay hands on, is that at some point it will just declare the price of gold (at some multiple of its current pricel), enforced by it's willingness to buy and sell all the gold anyone wants to trade at that high price. China would then become a huge source and sink that controls the world price of gold and thus controls its new gold standard for money. Russia and other countries have been buying too, as if they see the proverbial handwriting on the wall.

In such a scenario, it would thoroughly behoove the US to have more gold than less.

Yes, but has President Trump ever made any dismissive statement about the importance of gold?

So, ISIS steals the gold from Syria, Trump being the honorable character he is gladly takes the stolen gold rather than return it to its rightful owner.

All of the nation takeovers engineered by the true axis of evil (US Inc. - City of London - Israel) are de facto gold heists. He who holds the gold makes the rules (for a future world order).
