I find 'Mamsir' to be an appropriate address for those of unknown or sullied gender. Irate transsexuals are quickly placated by an immediate and well placed kick to the groin.

Instead of "He did this or that," she should have said, "(name), who has an X and Y chromosome, did this or that." How could they prosecute you for misgendering if you identify them by their chromosomes?

Who gets credit for the term 'Mamsir'? It's brilliant! Finally, a politically correct way of addressing uncertainty in regards to gender. You have Sir, you have Maam, and if you just ain't sure...It's Mamsir.
We do this with addressing women. If the woman's married, it's Mrs. If a woman is single, it's Miss. And if you just don't know for sure...it's Ms.
This same logic applies to Mamsir. It's a respectful thing to say when addressing someone of questionality.

The only thing I count on, is what I think is wrong by 99% of population.
What I do know, is I'm an optimist by nature.
Mamsir is a winning term and should offend nobody. Imo.

Do you know what else shouldn't offend anyone? If you were born male, look male and the only one in the world who thinks you're a girl is yourself, if someone with no malice in their heart calls you "sir," that should not offend you.
