I suppose it's only offered in the major markets like USA and EU.

Maybe you have to turn it on.
Go to advanced settings and find the VPN panel and turn it on.

When I disable VPN in the advanced settings panel the button on the browser window disappears.

I can use this from time to time, some vendors in U.S. have their sites set to not even display to anyone outside U.S. not sure why they limit themselves to domestic view only, are they racist?
