I say the guy in the OP video is an optimist because within 24-48 hours of food distribution failing, even nominally, all hell is going to break loose and 'order' will not be restored for quite a while.

Actually an idea I once considered during famines MR, but their diabetes and lack of life-or-death "fitness" dissuaded me. I'm now 142lbs with normal blood pressure. The obese won't survive past a month without their Medicaid scooter.
