It’s a pity it isn’t coming to court, because then Assange’s evidence that it was in fact Seth Rich that leaked the e-mails would become public. And that is the main reason it was dismissed. Probably some midlevel democrat lawyer filed the lawsuit thinking it was actually the russians that hacked the e-Mail servers of the DNC. I could imagine the panic this must have created in the upper echelons of power in the party leadership. Not surprising that the judge had long term relations with Billy Bubba Clinton. LOL
