Things are going to get interesting b/c if the truth comes out, and the Russia Hoax/Coup #1 gets exposed, then this exposes the Democrats for being absolute corrupt lying psychopaths who will do anything for power, and it will expose the FBI and CIA for being so corrupt and anti-American that they were willing to take out a President, and it will expose the entire left- wing media as complete and total propaganda tools for the left. Adam Schiff (D-CA) of 'helping to write' a CIA whistleblower's complaint at the heart of an impeachment inquiry, the New York Times is out with a Wednesday article designed to put distance between the House Intelligence Committee Chairman and the accusation - suggesting Schiff had no more than a vague sneak peek.

As The Times reports, "The Democratic head of the House Intelligence Committee, Representative Adam B. Schiff of California, learned about the outlines of a C.I.A. officer’s concerns that President Trump had abused his power days before the officer filed a whistle-blower complaint," adding "the original accusation was vague," and "The aide did not share the whistle-blower’s identity with Mr. Schiff or anyone else."


So - according to the Times, Schiff kinda sorta knew what the whistleblower said, and a House Intel Committee aide told him (or her) to get an attorney - Andrew Bakaj - who "interned for Schumer in the spring of 2001 and for Clinton in the fall of the same year," per The Federalist.

The Times goes to great lengths to explain that nothing was untwoard.

"Like other whistle-blowers have done before and since under Republican and Democratic-controlled committees, the whistle-blower contacted the committee for guidance on how to report possible wrongdoing within the jurisdiction of the intelligence community," said Schiff spokesman Patrick Boland.

Trump, meanwhile, is gunning for Schiff.

On Wednesday, Mr. Trump said Mr. Schiff should be forced to resign for reading a parody of the Ukraine call at a hearing, an act Mr. Trump has called treasonous and criminal.
“We don’t call him shifty Schiff for nothing,” said Mr. Trump. “He’s a shifty dishonest guy.”
Mr. Schiff’s aides followed procedures involving the C.I.A. officer’s accusations, Mr. Boland said. They referred the C.I.A. officer to the inspector general for the intelligence community, Michael Atkinson, and advised him to seek legal counsel.

As reported by The Hill's John Solomon in May, "In its most detailed account yet, the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington says a Democratic National Committee (DNC) insider during the 2016 election solicited dirt on Donald Trump’s campaign chairman and even tried to enlist the country's president to help."

Let's start with something that's important about this. There is a media narrative that is false. How do we know it's false? Because the documents I possess show it's false. So let's start with one of my favorites - this was Katy Tur on Friday night and many others across the weekend said "there is no evidence that the Ukraine Embassy was ever asked for help - to help the Democratic National Committee. In fact, Katy Tur called it Russian propaganda."

Well, I've been listening to those guys at the Duran on the Ukrainegate Coup and it seems like they are saying some interesting things that seem to match up with what the larouchies are saying. Looks like at least some of the info on Manafort that caused him to be targeted was actually made up (seems like that's all they do these days is make stuff up, and they know they can get away with it b/c the lying whore media always covers for them)

Now, in this one from the Duran guys, at 3:00 he gets into what happened with Manafort. Seems to be saying "these people" in the US (I think the Chalupas w/DNC) were involved with the targeting of Manafort, they encouraged Ukrainian officials to come up with the "black book" of allegations against Manafort, who worked in Ukraine prior to the coup. They say pre-coup Manafort was actually trying to get the Russians out of Ukraine and to get Ukraine to make a deal with the EU (so that goes against him working for the best interest of Russia). This "black book" was used to discredit Manafort and get him to resign from the Trump campaign, and somehow was supposedly one of the parts of the collusion narrative saying that Manafort took bribes from pro-Russian Oligarchs. The Duran guys say it is widely acknowledged that this "black book" is a concoction and unreliable.

1—-The statute allowing such complaints is 50 USC sec. 3033. Read it for yourself.

a–The statute requires the complaint to involve “intelligence activity”. The “intelligence activity whistle blower complaint” we have been talking about has nothing to do with “intelligence activity” as legally required by the statute. Since this complaint was filed, accepted and treated as legitimate, was the drafting, filing, and handling of this particular “intelligence activity whistle blower complaint” a political act rather than whistle blowing?


b–Under the statute the whistle blowing must concern either a person or activity that is under the authority of the Director of National Intelligence. One cannot use this statute to whistle blow to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, a subordinate official of the DNI, on anything that the DNI has no authority over. In other words, nothing in the statute allows an “intelligence activity whistleblower” complaint to be made concerning the president or his phone calls. Such matters are not supervised by the DNI and are outside the jurisdiction of this statute. The acceptance of this complaint by the IG was improper under the clear language of the statute. The same would be true about complaints regarding other government activities under the authority of other government agencies or branches.


Conclusion? If the complaint was improper under the statute, it was improperly filed, improperly accepted, and the filer was not even a whistleblower as defined in the statute. How and why did this happen? Who drafted the complaint? Surely not the “whistleblower” alone. Did members of the national security establishment and/or members of Congress assist? If this can be shown, then shouldn’t this be considered a political complaint drafted to support impeachment proceedings and to divert our attention from upcoming events. If demonstrated to be true, this will be seen by many Americans as an attempted coup against a president elected under the procedures outlined in our the constitution.

Forget Trump—this is about the unity of our country and our democracy—or what’s left of it. The demand that Trump be impeached is so intense within the &nbspemocratic Party that even early doubters like Tulsi Gabbard have been forced to toe the line. Fasten your seat belts, I suspect this will get very nasty.


2—There is a Clinton era treaty with Ukraine signed in 2000 I did not know existed which seems to authorize the very conversation Trump was having with the President of Ukraine. Here is the treaty language:

Article 1 that “[t]he Contracting States shall provide mutual assistance, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, in connection with the investigation, prosecution, and prevention of offenses, and in proceedings related to criminal matters.”

3—This has harmed the standing of Zelensky. When this became public, Zelensky was involved in intense negotiations with Russia in hopes of ending the war in the Donbass and improving Ukrainian/Russian relations. Was part of the motivation for the filing this complainan effort to derail those negotiations? In other words, was the filing of this complaint triggered more by fears on the part of the US deep state that Zelensky’s may actually make peace with Russian rather than constitutional concerns or fear of cutting military aid to Ukraine? In other words, was the CIA/MIC afraid that peace might break out? BTW—as another e-mail will show, this entire debacle has been politically damaging to Zelensky. This is yet another serious consequence.

The Atlantic Council is funded by and works in partnership with Burisma, the natural gas company at the center of allegations regarding Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

Breitbart News reported that a staffer for Rep. Adam Schiff’s House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence took a trip to Ukraine last month sponsored and organized by the Atlantic Council think tank. Schiff’s office denied any impropriety.

The Schiff staff member, Thomas Eager, is also currently a fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Congressional Fellowship. Burisma in January 2017 signed a “cooperative agreement” with the Council to sponsor the organization’s Eurasia Center.

Besides Burisma funding, the Council is also financed by Google as well as Soros’s Open Society Foundations, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Inc. and the U.S. State Department.

Google Capital also led a $100 million funding drive that financed Crowdstrike directly.

Google, Soros’s Open Society Foundations, the Rockefeller Fund and an agency of the State Department each also finance a self-described investigative journalism organization repeatedly referenced as a source of information in the so-called whistleblower’s complaint alleging Trump was “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country” in the 2020 presidential race.

Fact (10). The “Whistleblower” is a client of lawyers associated with Compass Inc., which put out widespread ads on billboards and in leaflets in Washington, D.C., that they would represent intelligence community leakers (whistleblowers) against Trump for purposes of impeachment and financially support them while doing so. As Bill Binney noted, the complaint is almost entirely hearsay. It is composed of second hand gossip and news clips and strung together by lawyers. The Inspector General Atkinson is forced to admit that there is some evidence that the man identified by the New York Times as a CIA officer, is politically biased.
