Anna von Reitz; My (BJ) take: Is it possible to bring back the republic?

    OK, Anna's stuff plus a whole lot of others stuff;

She is just one in a long line of people who talk about how our country was formed and how it is supposed to work.

Two classes of citizenship: State citizens and US Citizens.

State citizens are "We the People" with god given rights.
US citizens are slaves of the federal govt who are granted civil rights by congress.

State citizens are out of reach for the Federal govt, unless they commit some sort of capital crime or some sort of interstate commerce. State citizens have the capacity to be Electors as opposed to voters.

The basic problem is the Feds changed our States into States of States. And that State of State is a Federal entity based in DC.
Most of us are going blissfully along thinking I'm a State of xxx citizen. Which is a US citizen, domiciled in Washington DC.
In order to be a citizen of your state; You have to declare it. You have to do something about it. If you do nothing the govt assumes you are a happy
    US citizen slave.

Anna is trying to do what should have been done in 1870, reconstruct the States by populating our respective States with State citizens.

Here is a place with a road map back to your birthright status: https://theamericanstatesassembly.n...JAczlb44ThsfltWZW5Y_ ZZtBOJno7icogoc7M7SRf8tYk

There are simpler paths. One is to secure a proper State Citizen Passport.

Well over 90 percent of the people Hitler locked up were Germans. Only 2 to 3 percent were Jews and most of those Jews were elevated to concentration camp kapos.

People apply for U.S. Citizenship when they apply for a Social Security account, drivers license & etc. The declare themselves to be U.S. Citizens when they register ro vote. I don’t know all the various formas people sign that make them U.S. Citizens, but they are voluntary. Most people don’t know they have expatriated from their State citizenship to voluntarily become U.S. citizens. Whether filing all Anna’s paperwork is actually necessary to return to your birthright citizenship or not I have no clue.

Same here no clue, if it is necessary to do all the stuff Anna proscribes. I would say it can't hurt, if you want to go down that path.

I have not done this. To old to fight this fight.

According to copper moonshine they do have teeth to make the locals back off and stop harassing them.

I also am too old. The only reason I would consider any of it is to get my property removed from the tax rolls. I have considered challenging the assessor’s office that their “residential” classification is incorrect because it is private not residential. I believe the first step is getting the land patent up to date. Mine is what is known as split estate because it is on a patented mining claim. I have the surface rights, the mining co. has the mineral rights.

Jim @ Northwest Liberty News had Ron Gibson, chairman of Jefferson Mining District on a livestream yesterday afternoon. Ron Gibson says property taxes are direct taxes and neither the U.S. Constitution or the Montana Constitution where Northwest Liberty News is located, allow for direct taxes. He says that makes property taxes unconstitutional.

I tried listening to the live stream but there were a lot of dead sections. I will listen again later today and pickup what I missed.
