If a spreader can be asymptomatic and passing on contagion for more than 3 weeks, and if transmission can be via aerosol, and if the Wuhan flu can last on an inanimate surface for 8-9 days, and if someone can become contagious after recovering, and a taxi driver can get the Wuhan flu simply by giving someone infected a ride then this weaponized shit is virtually unstoppable. Pay attention to how these clusters get a foothold, it doesn't take much exposure, or very nearby exposure. The Iran situation is interesting because they now suspect the cluster in Qom, Iran was the result of a couple of Chinese workers who came to work in Qom. It would appear this shit is already widespread and beyond being contained.

The virus is of course, the perfect cover to hide the failure of the system. Gotta blame it on something else. We here, have all known that the system would have to reset itself. Offhand I see three ways: Hyper-inflation, total destruction of existing monetary system (which hyperinflation would effect anyway), destruction of enormous swathes of infrastructure along with people (warfare). Any combination of the three and I am probably missing stuff, there is no telling how creative they may get.
