I wonder if the CDC has ways of warring against states that won’t go along with their agenda.

Wouldn't it be almost unbelievable if it were possible for a federal agency to shoot a state with a "mysterious" outbreak of some disease for which another vaccine may become available and strongly recommended?

All the CDC has done is show the public how they are full of one nefarious political scheme scheme after another. Dollars First. Public Health Last if at all.

The only difference between a "COVID" outbreak and a Listeria outbreak or a Monkey Pox outbreak is that the latter two are real diseases. COVID is a "mysterious" completely known- unknown. No matter, they are all very useful weapons.

CDC Issues Warning on Mysterious Listeria Outbreak with 23 Reported Cases in Ten States

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) raised the alarm over a mysterious listeria outbreak that has sickened dozens of people across the country.

So far, the CDC has confirmed at least 23 reported cases of listeria infection. The disease is dangerous for those with compromised immune systems, adults aged 65 or older, and pregnant women.

The outbreak is now spreading to ten states: Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Almost all of the people who got sick recently visited Florida. The significance of the Florida connection is unclear, but the CDC is warning people to be extra careful if they have recently traveled to the ‘Sunshine State,’ according to the investigation notice from CDC.

“If you are at higher risk for Listeria infection and have symptoms, especially if you recently traveled to Florida, talk to your healthcare provider,” the notice stated. “Healthcare providers should report listeriosis illnesses to their health department. This information may help investigators solve this outbreak.”

I deeply respect Justice Thomas's dissenting opinion.

It sounds reasonable and logical and consistent with a legitimate religious freedom claim.

Politico.com does not respect the right of this Justice to weigh the matter and judge his dissenting opinion to be just in his assessment of the case and are turning everything politico, just as bad as the CDC.

Mandating all health care workers in New York state to have to take an experimental unapproved injectible in order have a healthcare job in New York
is just as evil as demanding airline pilots to have to take an experimental unapproved injectible in order to have a job,

and is just as evil as mandating that our military defense soldiers to have to take an experimental unapproved injectible to remain in the military service in good standing.

I personally feel that demanding someone take a completely experimental unapproved injection should not have to be dealt with legally as a religious claim. I think that every US citizens has a right to bodily autonomy and fully informed consent and fully allowed dissent. Of course, fully informed consent cannot be given in regard to the mystery unapproved substance and invasive medical procedure on one's body. There are plenty of good reasons to just say no to the experimental gene serum injection, and they don't have to be based on sincerely held religious beliefs.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas in a dissenting opinion Thursday cited claims that Covid-19 vaccines were “developed using cell lines derived from aborted children.”

The conservative justice’s statement came in a dissenting opinion on a case in which the Supreme Court declined to hear a religious liberty challenge to New York’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate from 16 health care workers. The state requires that all health care workers show proof of vaccination.

New York City has famously handled COVID as poorly as any city on earth.

From the initial surge and horrific death rates due in part to sending COVID positive patients back into nursing homes to infect other elderly residents, to masking toddlers, to private business vaccine mandates and discriminatory vaccine passports, New York has been a leading example of what not to do.

While former mayor Bill de Blasio was responsible for many of the city’s terrible policies, current mayor Eric Adams has made a concerted effort to double down and make them even worse.

Well, that is when he’s not too busy dancing maskless at a restaurant, attending Broadway shows maskless, or partying at the club maskless.

During a recent press conference, Adams explained that he’ll be making one of his most indefensible decisions yet; mandating the COVID vaccines for children:

Adams said in response to a question that yes, the vaccines will be mandatory and that he and his team are still “meeting and discussing” and trying to come up with the “best way to do it.”

This decision is completely unconscionable.

There is zero scientific justification for mandating these specific vaccines for children, especially young children. There is conclusively no benefit whatsoever with regards to preventing kids from becoming infected or transmitting the virus to others, and children are at remarkably low risk of severe illness from COVID regardless.

Not to mention that the recent authorization of the vaccines for the youngest age groups was based on efficacy estimates that would have failed the FDA standard required for adults.

Supposed research referenced by the CDC to justify their recommendation for children was also so poorly conducted and purposefully misleading that it had to be edited by the authors. Even that wasn’t enough to fix all the issues.

The trials did not even attempt to study if there was a benefit for vaccination for kids who had previously had COVID, when the CDC estimates 75% of children have already contracted the virus.

Instead of evaluating the data, or realizing how weak the case is for parents to choose to vaccinate their kids, the mayor and his team of “experts” is going to make that decision for them. They’re purposefully ignoring any risk/benefit analysis and exclusively appealing to their political team.

This will also inevitably lead to further losses in registration for New York City schools.

Just last year, enrollment dropped 4%, and public schools lost nearly 50,000 students from 2019-2020 to 2020-2021.

Instead of putting COVID in the rearview mirror and acknowledging the reality that vaccination must exclusively be a personal choice, New York City’s mayor is continuing the theater with inexplicable, offensive mandates.

There’s no possible reasonable or rational justification for this decision – so it’s completely unsurprising that New York is leading the way with yet another tremendously incompetent mandate.

'Chilling': How Moderna, the FDA and CDC rigged the data for children

New evidence indicates that FDA and CDC officials manipulated statistics to hide adverse reactions in order to make the Covid vaccine falsely appear safe for children.

“It is the most chilling thing I’ve ever read,” reports Toby Rogers, PhD, adding, it “is absolutely sinister.”

Dr. Rogers, who formerly worked under labor secretary Robert Reich, studies regulatory corruption connected to big pharma.

A study out of France showing a 44 times increased incidence of myocarditis following the Moderna mRNA vaccine raised new questions this week about the data behind the FDA’s emergency use authorization for the vaccine in children as young as six months.

Prior to this authorization, which took place on June 17, the Moderna mRNA shot had been held up for a year because multiple earlier international studies reported disqualifying increases in myocarditis, particularly among boys.

In a Substack article, and subsequent livestreamed roundtable, Rogers explains the statistical manipulation that the FDA and CDC employed to make a dangerous medical product with no benefit for children appear safe and effective. His work is featured regularly at Children’s Health Defense.

“I was curious to see how the FDA would attempt to get around this. And it’s all right there on pages 19 and 20,” he recounts, referring to the 190-page risk benefit document Moderna delivered to the FDA only two business days before the June 14-15 authorization meeting.

What Rogers found shocked him.

"Remember, the Moderna shots produced NO reductions in severe outcomes because the risk of Covid-19 in this age group is infinitesimally small (see studies: here, here, here, and here)," Rogers writes.

By the summer and fall of 2021 there were already multiple studies out of the UK, Canada, and Nordic countries showing between 2x to 7x increase in the risk of myocarditis from the Moderna shot. By May of 2022 additional studies out of Italy, France, Denmark, and other Nordic countries found between a 3x to 7x increased risk. Even the CDC’s own study of the Vaccine Safety Datalink found a 2x higher risk.

All told, the FDA cited 26 studies demonstrating these heightened levels of risk.

Yet, remarkably, the FDA concluded not only was the increased risk not the 200% to 700% these studies reported, but that it was only 7% to 50%, which FDA officials also then deemed not statistically significant.

Even more remarkably, Rogers discovered that it was not Moderna employees who manipulated the data, but FDA and CDC officials who did so on behalf of Moderna.

“The FDA, CDC, and Kaiser Permanente put their fixers on the case,” Rogers writes. “It was the same fixers who they always use — Tom Shimabukuro and John Su — whose entire job is making vaccine safety signals disappear. Those guys are absolutely going to hell.”

Statistical "fixers" massage data to eliminate safety signals by eliminating participants with problematic outcomes for trivial reasons, clustering participants in ways that obscure statistically significant measures, and other methods. For example, Rogers notes that to prove efficacy Moderna switched from measuring beneficial health outcomes, which were nonexistent, to measuring antibodies. But, even there, "Moderna threw out about 90% of the sample and only looked at the bloodwork of about 300 kids in each age group. No explanation was given for the criteria they used to exclude 90% of the sample," Rogers notes.

“How they rig the data to license a product they know will cause myocarditis in kids. It’s sinister,” Rogers said.

Tom Shimabukuro, MD, Deputy Director of the Immunization Safety Office at the CDC, may by now be familiar to WorldTribune readers as one of two individuals who in a joint FDA-CDC meeting in October of 2020 appears to have consciously concealed extensive lists of anticipated adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines, which have since been widely reported by chronic sufferers.

If the myocarditis rigging is chilling, the use of placebos is perhaps even more so.

The placebo group of 2- to 5-year-olds experienced an extraordinarily high incidence of adverse reactions to the placebo—35%, compared with 40% in the vaccine group, a difference which could then be claimed insignificant.

Healthy young children do not have a 35% adverse reaction to saline. The implication is that Moderna “researchers” knowingly administered dangerous toxins as a placebo in order to induce adverse reactions numerous enough to be approximate the number resulting from the shot.

“The dirty little secret of the vaccine program is that manufacturers almost always use rigged placebos to create an artificially high 'background rate' to hide adverse events,” Rogers explains.

He is not alone in this point of view. “The brilliant quant Jessica Rose made a similar observation,” Rogers notes, “in her analysis of the FDA risk benefit document.”

“I still have a very strong suspicion that these ‘placebos’ are not saline,” Rose comments. She believes the placebo may have contained lipid nanoparticles, which are the “delivery vehicle that Moderna uses to get mRNA into the cell,” and may have pathogenic qualities, Rogers explains.

“The FDA has officially abandoned science altogether,” Rogers said in an interview with Steve Bannon. By a vote of 19 to 2, “they approved a covalent COVID-19 shot with the Wuhan strain and the Omicron variant. . . This is a strange thing to approve. The Wuhan strain is no longer in circulation. They are vaccinating against a strain that no longer exists. And the Omicron variant that they are going to put into these shots is Omicron version BA.4 and BA.5. There is no efficacy data whatsoever on vaccine efficacy against Omicron BA.4 and BA.5.”
"Every time that I think I'm too cynical, it turns out that I'm not cynical enough," Rogers reflected with emotion.

“This is a violation of the Nuremberg Code, this is a violation of the Declaration of Helsinki, this is a violation of the Hippocratic oath. If and when Republicans retake control of the Congress this fall, there must be hearings. There must be arrests. And, there must be prosecutions,” Rogers told Bannon.

Parents of two Kentucky young boys recently sued the national pharmacy CVS for malpractice and other causes of action as the kids, 8 and 10 years of age, were mistakenly given COVID-19 vaccines instead of the standard flu shot this past October. The two boys received adult doses while the jab wasn’t authorized for children ages 5 to 11 till later in October. The lawsuit was just filed on February 1, 2022, in a Kentucky district court. CVS acknowledged the mistake, sharing with local media (WDRB) that the pharmacy notified the parents once they were aware of the mistake. Both children have experienced side effects from the COVID-19 vaccines while the parents fear the boys could suffer from mental damage.

If this case is lost by the plaintiff, contracts between the federal government and Pfizer and various contractor drug trial conductor companies will be allowed to go on in their usual and customary modus operandi as they have for the last several decades.

If this case is won by the plaintiff, Pfizer may have to pay out in their usual and customary way a multi-million dollar award for fraudulent practices, as they have done for many decades. But Pfizer will stay in business and they will keep on making and distributing killing and maiming drugs to the public. It is unlikely that the COVID vaccines will be withdrawn from the market immediately but even if that were to happen, Pfizer and the FDA and and CDC have succeeded in killing millions of people and permanently injuring and disabling hundreds of millions and those deaths and injuries will continue now and far into the future.

We no longer have safe and effective drugs in the USA.

We no longer have public health in the USA that is primarily concerned with the health of the public.

We no longer have science in the USA.

We no longer have the rule of law in the USA.
