Biden regime medical advisor Anthony Fauci insisted that the American people must “give up” their individual rights and freedoms for the “greater good” of society by injecting themselves with COVID vaccines and wearing masks even it goes against their beliefs.

“But you are a member of society… and as a member of society, reaping all the benefits of being a member of society, you have a responsibility to society,” Fauci declared. “And I think each of us, particularly in the context of a pandemic that’s killing millions of people – you have got to look at it and say, there comes a time when you do have to give up what you consider your individual right of making your own decision for the greater good of society.”

Disney is set to release an upcoming documentary film titled “FAUCI” on October 6, painting Dr. Anthony Fauci as “one of America’s most vital public servants.” However, the tear-jerking trailer leaves out the fact that he funded novel Coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology prior to the coronavirus outbreak, a move that many experts – including Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) have said could make him “culpable for the entire pandemic.”

Disney is set to release an upcoming National Geographic documentary film about NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci titled “FAUCI” in two days. A trailer released to the public days ahead of the films release gives a glimpse into the life of Fauci, with video clips of him dancing with his children, crying about the AIDS and COVID-19 pandemics, branding him as “one of America’s most vital public servants.”

However, nothing in the trailer is mentioned about the fact that he granted $3.1 million in federal funds to Peter Daszak’s organization EcoHealth Alliance, including $599,000 to the Communist Chinese Wuhan Institute of Virology “used in part to identify and alter bat coronaviruses likely to infect humans,” a move that experts have noted could hold him responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic. According to this Epoch Times video of today, Dr. Francis Collins is resigning as head of the NIH, National Institutes of Health. He and Dr. Fauci should be in trouble for spending taxpayer dollars to China Wuhan Laboratory gain-of-function research, which is supposed to be against U.S. law, but there will be no justice and prosecutions of Dr. Collins and Dr. Fauci. These two men are largely responsible for crimes against humanity and their lies have been murderous.

The head of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) is stepping down amid lingering questions regarding his agency’s funding of research in China.
Dr. Francis Collins has served as NIH director for over 12 years in a tenure that has spanned three administrations.
“It has been an incredible privilege to lead this great agency for more than a decade,” Collins said in a statement on Tuesday. “I love this agency and its people so deeply that the decision to step down was a difficult one, done in close counsel with my wife, Diane Baker, and my family.”
Collins was appointed by then-President Barack Obama on Aug. 17, 2009. Presidents Donald Trump and Joe Biden asked him to remain in the position.
Before that, he directed the National Human Genome Research Institute. After stepping down from NIH, he plans to work at the research institute.
NIH includes a number of offices, including the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Anthony Fauci, the head of that office, has become one of the most prominent public health voices during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Collins has backed Fauci on a number of occasions. But both officials have come under scrutiny for statements regarding the origins of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus and funding given to Chinese researchers. The officials deny the funding was for a type of research called gain of function, but some scientists, including Dr. Richard Ebright, have said documents made public this year undermine those claims.

Collins and Fauci were “untruthful” when they claimed before Congress that the NIH did not support gain of function research or potential pandemic pathogen enhancement at the Wuhan lab, Ebright said last month. Fauci and Collins “have broken trust with the American people,” three Republicans said around the same time.
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has referred Fauci, but not Collins, to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation. The department has not answered questions on the matter and the White House has continued to stand by Fauci and others.
“Dr. Collins has had a great career as a scientist and public servant, and I hope being caught between our investigation and an administration that does not want to answer questions did not hasten his departure. NIH, like the rest of the executive branch, has not been forthcoming in our investigation, and more transparency in this matter should be demanded of its next director,” Rep. Morgan Griffith (R-Va.) told The Epoch Times in an email.
Collins’ announcement made no mention of the controversy.
“I am proud of all we’ve accomplished. I fundamentally believe, however, that no single person should serve in the position too long, and that it’s time to bring in a new scientist to lead the NIH into the future,” he said. “I’m most grateful and proud of the NIH staff and the scientific community, whose extraordinary commitment to lifesaving research delivers hope to the American people and the world every day.”
Biden praised Collins, calling him “one of the most important scientists of our time.”
Collins “has made immense contributions to biomedicine,” added Eric Topol, founder and director of the Scripps Research Translational Institute. “I am saddened to see him stepping down, want to express the deepest appreciation for decades of leadership.”

I’m talking about the Executive Order (EO) commanding all US companies with more than 100 employees to mandate the COVID vaccine for those employees.

I can’t find the EO. I don’t see it in the Federal Register, where it’s supposed to be published. (Note: the following two Biden EOs only cover Federal employees and Federal contractors.)

If it hasn’t been published, then there is no mandate.

If there is no mandate yet, then obviously, none of the companies are under any obligation to enforce it.

OSHA is apparently the federal agency responsible for framing a set of regulations for the mandate, including fines. But federal agencies only construct regulations after a law has been passed or an EO is issued.

If I’m correct, and no EO has been published, we have an odd situation, to say the least.

Governors and lawyers have been threatening to sue, because the EO is unconstitutional and overrides state powers. But if there is no Presidential EO, then all these legal cases would be meaningless, because, again, there is no official mandate.

Is the White House stalling? Do they realize the EO and the mandate will be overturned in court? Are they hoping to achieve corporate compliance without an official mandate?

I’ve queried several lawyers. One suggested that so far, in this situation, the feds are mandating by bluffing.

That indeed would be extraordinary.

Maybe the EO is forthcoming as we speak. Possibly (though I can’t imagine it), it’s been published somewhere other than the Federal Register. But until it’s visible and official, there is no private-sector mandate.

Unless speeches and press releases and media coverage suddenly, all by themselves, have the force of law.
