BREAKING: SCOTUS STRIKES DOWN BIDEN OSHA MANDATE; WTP USA AIDS IN VICTORY

In a case in which We The Patriots USA, Inc. (WTP USA) filed an amicus brief, the United States Supreme Court today struck down Joe Biden's unconstitutional covid shot mandate for employers with 100 or more employees. Today is a great day for liberty, and we are proud to say that we played an integral part in it! We are grateful for the brilliant work of the attorneys at Pattis and Smith, LLC in drafting our brief. Our brief argued that this was an individual rights issue, an issue not raised by the plaintiffs who filed the lawsuit. Six justices ruled to strike down the OSHA mandate. Only Justices Kagan, Sotomayor, and Breyer dissented.

In an unsigned opinion, the Court held that,

“Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly ... Requiring the vaccination of 84 million Americans, selected simply because they work for employers with more than 100 employees, certainly falls in the latter category."

While this is certainly a day for celebration, we are disappointed in the court's other decision released today, which found that Biden's healthcare worker mandate must stand (for now). We will continue to fight for the rights of all healthcare workers, and intend to litigate this issue fiercely through our New York healthcare workers lawsuit, which is still ongoing, and which we fully expect to land at the SCOTUS once again

One Vote Short in Stopping CMS Vax Mandate



As AAPS predicted last Friday, the Supreme Court just blocked the Biden employer vaccine mandate (by a vote of 6-3), while allowing the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) vaccine mandate to be enforced by a vote of 5-4.

The joint decisions make no mention anywhere of the VAERS data of a million adverse effects reported after receiving the Covid vaccine, despite how our general counsel emphasized that in our amicus brief. Nor is there any mention of how the vaccine is reportedly ineffective against reducing infections from the Omicron variant, as published in the Wall Street Journal earlier this week.

There were four strong dissenters against the CMS vaccine mandate. Our side was merely one vote short of a majority. Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh joined the Left side of the Court to enable its 5-4 margin.

We are analyzing the decisions now to consider future actions. This reinforces the desirability of getting out of Medicare facilities if you can or, if desired, seeking an vaccine exemption as allowed by the CMS mandate.

Test, Jab, Boost, Repeat

Joe Biden introduced his “new” plan to save us from the dread coronavirus. He will provide 500 million “free” tests (paid for by taxpayers or with borrowed money); 1,000 National Guard troops to overstressed hospitals; and more pressure to get vaccinated and boosted.

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, we would need 2.3 billion tests per month to test every person over age 12 twice per week at the recommended frequency of twice per week. What type of test, and where would we get them? Pharmacies are running out of home antigen tests. We have no data on the likelihood of false negative or false positive tests, but we do know that with any test, even very good ones, the vast majority of positive tests will be false positives if only a small percentage of the tested group is diseased. Also, tests may remain positive long after a person has recovered and is no longer infectious.

Can the tests harm? False positives lead to isolation with destruction of livelihoods and educational opportunities. We may be having an epidemic of false positive PCR tests. Using too high a cycle threshold, as some labs have routinely done, gives a meaningless result. And from your lab report, you cannot tell what cycle threshold was used.

It is possible that doing the test itself could be fatal. A few military members reportedly had infections with flesh-eating bacteria after getting swabbed, and some of the swabs were found to be contaminated. At least one patient got meningitis when a nasal swab was inserted too far.

Hospitals are indeed overstressed. According to a talk radio host, patients are dying in the halls and waiting room of a local hospital because of short staffing. Will 1,000 troops help? Mayo alone just fired 700 unvaccinated workers. An Ohio physician reported that the troops were causing chaos. They didn’t even know where supplies were kept, and after a 12-hour shift might be dispatched to another state before they had time to learn the local system. Under CMS waivers covering the declared emergency, minimally qualified personnel may be used. And now the most experienced and dedicated workers, the very ones most likely to exercise independent judgment and stand up for patients, are being culled.

Will more vaccines and boosters help? Biden asserts that it’s a “patriotic duty” to get jabbed, and more jabs are the only way to end the disaster. No matter how much respect you have for his mental abilities, he is likely quoting the American Medical Association. The jabs do not appear to be effective against the new variants, and might even be creating them. There is talk of a fourth shot—but apparently no stopping point for adverse effects such as myocarditis in children.

The U.S. has one of the worst records in the world for controlling COVID-19. Moreover, the most reliable source of statistics, insurance actuaries, shows that deaths in the prime working age group are up 40 percent, and disability claims are also up. A 10 percent increase would be the equivalent of a 200-year flood. The claims are not citing COVID-19 as a cause of death. They could be collateral damage from government policy, including poor medical care for virtually everything, or they could be from vaccination.

States are pushing back against the mandates, which are being imposed by executive order through unaccountable administrative agencies. The U.S. Supreme Court should be considering whether the administrative state has the constitutional or statutory authority to impose a medical dictatorship that overrides the states’ authority and citizens’ basic rights. Some Justices, however, seem to be taking the-end-justifies-the-means approach—and that based on egregiously erroneous information. For example, Justice Breyer asserted that there were 750 million cases (in a population of about 330 million) and Justice Sotomayor asserted that there were 100,000 hospitalized children (instead of fewer than 4,000, mostly not for COVID-19). The harms from the mandated vaccines were simply ignored.

Even if the “experts” Biden is relying upon, under the titular leadership of Anthony Fauci, were right this time, the precedent could grant unlimited power to a medical dictatorship to force disastrous policy on all Americans.

Instead of endlessly repeating failed policy, how about firing the generals who are in charge of the losing war?

Doctors Call for Rethinking COVID Strategy





In response to calls for doubling down on costly failed public health strategies, the Arizona State Chapter of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) issued a statement that “as the COVID-19 pandemic drags on into 2022, we should not keep doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. If a general is losing the war, he is replaced.”

AAPS notes that hospitals are being overwhelmed, largely because of inadequate staffing. “Despite this, dedicated and experienced staff are being terminated because they decline the COVID injections—even if they have demonstrated natural immunity.” Ironically, adds AAPS executive director Jane Orient, M.D., some hospitals are having COVID-positive employees come to work.

Another factor is poor morale, possibly due to moral injury, if staff are not permitted to do what they believe is best for patients. “Shared decision-making,” recently promoted by academics as a model for clinical practice, evidently does not apply to respecting patient preferences in COVID-19 treatment, AAPS writes. Hospitals may insist on administering government-approved remdesivir while absolutely refusing to try anything not on their protocol.

Hospitals “may assert that ‘there’s no [CDC-accepted] evidence that that works,’ while there is clear evidence that what they are doing does NOT work in a particular real patient.” AAPS points to evidence from more than 1,300 studies summarized at c19study.com that many re-purposed treatments may be of benefit.

Mask mandates have not stopped the spread, so now N95 masks are advocated. AAPS points to warnings of potential harm that were previously stamped on such masks, and the necessity of careful fitting. Vaccines have not lived up to the promises, AAPS states.

AAPS suggests environmental infection control measures; pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis comparable to what is now routine for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); informing the public of the need for adequate vitamin D and zinc; encouraging rather than threatening punishment for prescribing early out-patient treatment; and recognizing and mitigating reasons for overstressed hospitals.

(LifeSiteNews) — Former Pfizer Vice President Dr. Michael Yeadon has suggested that a powerful drug may have been used intentionally to hasten the deaths of COVID-19 patients in U.K. nursing homes during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Yeadon, who had also served as the chief scientist of allergy and respiratory research at Pfizer and is now the chief scientific advisor for the Truth for Health Foundation, information has “come to light” indicating that the drug midazolam (a potent sedative which can cause fatal respiratory depression) has “played an important role in the spring 2020 excess deaths.”

(LifeSiteNews) — Former Pfizer Vice President Dr. Michael Yeadon has suggested that a powerful drug may have been used intentionally to hasten the deaths of COVID-19 patients in U.K. nursing homes during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Yeadon, who had also served as the chief scientist of allergy and respiratory research at Pfizer and is now the chief scientific advisor for the Truth for Health Foundation, information has “come to light” indicating that the drug midazolam (a potent sedative which can cause fatal respiratory depression) has “played an important role in the spring 2020 excess deaths.”

“It is alleged that medical procedures were distorted substantially and that, essentially, this drug was used to kill people, very large numbers of people, in the U.K.,” during the early days of the COVID response, Yeadon said during an online conference last year.

The shocking claim, which the U.K.’s Association for Palliative Medicine has strongly denied, is supported by figures which indicate that out-of-hospital prescriptions of midazolam more than doubled in April 2020 compared to prior months, according to the Daily Mail.

While for the past five years an average of 15,000 out-of-hospital midazolam prescriptions were reportedly written monthly in England, in April 2020 that number skyrocketed to 38,582, the Daily Mail reported.

Midazolam is similar to, but “twice as powerful” as diazepam (more commonly known as Valium). It “reduces anxiety, relaxes muscles and, if enough is given, provides ‘total sedation’ for dying patients in extreme pain or distress,” the report continued.

Though a widely used sedative in hospital settings, the depression of breathing caused by the drug can be fatal, particularly in people with suppressed immune systems.

According to an article published by CovidVaccineHub in June 2021, “Midazolam has a United States Food and Drug Administration [FDA] black box warning, which notes that the medication has been associated with respiratory depression and arrest because it can slow or stop breathing.”

“Black box warnings are issued to consumers when medications or products may have serious or life-threatening side effects that could lead to severe illness, hospitalizations, and death,” the resource noted.

Retired neurologist Professor Patrick Pullicino, M.D., who is also a Catholic priest, has argued that since “‘Midazolam depresses respiration,” it also “hastens death,” changing “end-of-life care into euthanasia.”

This isn’t the first time that Pullicino, who earned his M.D. at the University of Malta and trained at the National Hospital in London and the University of Rochester in New York, has warned about healthcare providers using drug protocols to effectively euthanize critically ill patients. In 2012 Pullicino raised the alarm about the Liverpool Care Pathway (LCP), a protocol for treating the terminally ill, arguing the method was a “death pathway.”

According to the Daily Mail, Pullicino suggested that in reference to COVID-19 deaths, a flowchart which was designed to help healthcare workers triage COVID patients had “wrongly consigned those deemed too frail to end-of-life care.” For Pullicino, this meant that some patients who may have been helped by being put into intensive care were never taken to the hospital but were instead given drugs like midazolam.

“Certainly there have been more [unavoidable] deaths because of Covid-19,” Pullicino said. “But to me this flow-chart encouraged use of end-of-life sedation with midazolam — effectively resulting in euthanasia pathways.”

Yeadon said that the evidence that midazolam was used to hasten deaths can be found in an assessment of midazolam supply quantities which surged during the early days of the pandemic.

“[F]or the whole of the year 2018–19, normal quantities of this material were ordered but not dispensed, so the whole year’s worth of stock was required,” Yeadon said. “And then early in 2020 the generic suppliers of midazolam ordered [a] two-year’s supply which was delivered. Which meant as we went into the beginning of the lockdown, there [was] a three-year supply of this end-of-life drug.”

Yeadon also pointed to a graph depicting the increase in midazolam prescriptions which he called “prima facie evidence that U.K. government & certain actors within the NHS [National Health Service] & the care home sector deliberately planned for & then executed such a plan to murder tens of thousands of trusting people using respiratory the depressant drug, midazolam.”

According to Yeadon’s assessment of the data, “[t]he record show[s] that two years stock was purchased from one supplier & shortly afterwards, use spiked to up to 300% of baseline values.”

“Accompanying this, the spike in deaths in spring 2020 occurred,” Yeadon continued. “Note a second spike in early winter onwards in Dec 2020–Jan 2021, also accompanying an additional spike in deaths.”

Per Yeadon’s claims, on April 27, 2020, Accord Healthcare in the U.K. — one of five manufacturers of the drug — issued a memo noting that it had ordered midazolam from a French supplier to mitigate a “supply disruption” and ensure adequate quantities of midazolam were on hand to contend with COVID-19 through October of the same year.

According to The Pharmaceutical Journal, a spokesperson from Accord Healthcare said the company “had to gain regulatory approval to sell French-labelled supplies of midazolam injection to the NHS, after having already sold two years’ worth of stock to UK wholesalers ‘at the request of the NHS’ in March 2020.”

Meanwhile, U.K. Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced a loosening of restrictions on painkillers in care home and hospice settings, ostensibly to ensure that COVID patients weren’t subjected to unnecessary suffering leading up to their death.

It’s unclear whether the sharp increase in midazolam prescriptions can be causally linked to an increase in nursing home deaths, or whether the U.K. government ordered high quantities of midazolam in a bid to deliberately speed up the deaths of terminally ill COVID patients. It’s also unclear whether the spikes in U.K. COVID deaths more broadly can be causally linked to increased drug prescription, when the relationship may be correlative.

Along with the U.K.’s Association for Palliative Medicine, the article published by CovidVaccineHub has denied that the use of midazolam in COVID-19 patients had hastened deaths, arguing instead that the drug “was most likely used on ventilated patients with COVID-19,” since the sedative is a “commonly used” drug used in the ICU.

“This medication is frequently used in critically ill patients to keep them calm, allow their bodies to recover through rest, and ease discomfort and other physical symptoms,” the resource stated.

However, the explanation does not address the alleged prescription of midazolam to COVID patients in nursing homes who were never admitted to the hospital and therefore would not have gone to the ICU.

Meanwhile, some, including Robin Monotti, an Italian film producer, activist, and outspoken critic of lockdowns and other restrictive COVID-19 measures who frequently posts in cooperation with Yeadon, have pointed out that reports suggesting people died “of COVID-19” after receiving drugs like midazolam are suspect, and have urged the assessment of the data to ascertain whether it was the virus or the drugs that more directly led to the deaths.

Over-prescription of midazolam is not the only charge levied against the U.K. government for its handling of the COVID-19 response with regard to nursing home residents.

In October 2020, Amnesty International, a non-governmental organization comprised of some 10 million members worldwide, reported that “[o]lder people in care homes” had been “abandoned to die amid government failures during [the] COVID-19 pandemic.”

“Key failings included decisions to discharge thousands of untested hospital patients into care homes and imposition of blanket DNARs [Do Not Attempt Resuscitation orders],” along with allegedly leaving care home staff and managers “without guidance, PPE or access to testing,” the group alleged.

Amnesty International’s complaints line up with those of Dominic Commings, a former advisor to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson who in May 2021 told a committee of MPs that “tens of thousands of people died, who didn’t need to die” due to mistakes made by the government, the BBC reported.

With over 42,000 COVID-related deaths in the U.K. occurring in nursing homes, according to the Office for National Statistics, Cummings contended that assurances that elderly people “were going to be tested before they went back to care homes [from hospitals]” were proven false.

The allegations regarding the U.K. government neglecting proper care for nursing home residents also mirror similar charges from across the pond in the United States, where disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was hit with a massive scandal after evidence emerged that elderly New Yorkers who had tested positive for the virus were shipped back into nursing homes where they succumbed to their illnesses without receiving proper treatment.

Give Project Veritas a hand because it has broken the biggest government coverup story since the infamous Pentagon Papers. The release back then showed the U.S. government lied and covered-up a decade’s long involvement in the Vietnam War. Fast forward to today, and you see history repeating itself with the recently released papers form DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and other government documents. It shows the government was well aware of CV19 gain of function, vaccine plans, thwarting the use of Ivermectin and HCQ and the weaponization of a virus unleashed on the world to basically kill people and get them to take experimental vaccines out of fear. This was racketeering to kill people so Big Pharm could make obscene amounts of money with a dangerous vaccine that was unnecessary and unneeded. The “Pentagon Papers” helped end the Viet Nam War, and the “DARPA Papers” will hopefully end the CV19 virus and vax scam. Maybe the Supreme Court took this into consideration when it voting down and sinking the Biden Vax mandates for private companies.

The latest inflation number is out, and the official number is 7%, which is well above the 2% Fed target rate. In the real world, the inflation rate, without government gimmicks to lower it, is 15%, according to economist John Williams at Shadowstats.com. To make matters worse, the PPI (Producer Price Index) just hit fresh record highs year over year coming in at 9.8% to the upside. The Fed is in a panic to get control, but if it raises interest rates and cuts off the easy money, will it crash the economy? Please keep in mind, there is mind blowing debt and derivatives in the hundreds of trillions of dollars, and experts say it would not take much of a nudge for the Fed to lose total control and melt it all down.

Last week, Russia, the USA and NATO were trying to ease tensions and work out an agreement to de-escalate the tension on Ukraine’s border with Russia. The U.S. and NATO don’t want Russia to influence the region, and Russia does not want more NATO countries on its border. Talks ended without an agreement, and now the Biden Administration is talking about sanctions against Russia’s leader Vladimir Putin. How close are we to another war? Maybe a lot closer than you think.

Panicked by fears manufactured by the ruling class, the American people assented to being put essentially under house arrest until further notice, effectively suspending the habits, preferences, and liberties that had defined our way of life. Most Americans have suffered economic damage. Many who do not enjoy protected status have had careers ended and been reduced to penury. Social strains and suicides multiplied. Forcibly deferring all manner of medical care is sure to impose needless suffering and death. In sum, the lockdowns’ medical and economic dysfunctions make for multiples of the deaths and miseries of the COVID-19 virus itself.

Bad judgments and usurpations—the scam, not the germs—define this disaster’s dimensions. The COVID-19’s devastating effect on the U.S. body politic is analogous to what diseases do to persons whom age (senectus ipsa est morbus) and various debilities and corruptions had already placed on death’s slippery slope.

Outside of the few who have gained (and are still gaining) power and wealth from the panic, Americans are asking what it will take to end this outrage—not to modify it with any “new normal” decided by who knows whom, on who knows what authority. Since no one in authority is leading those who want to end it, Americans also wonder who may lead that cause. What follows suggests answers.

What history will record as the great COVID scam of 2020 is based on 1) a set of untruths and baseless assertions—often outright lies—about the novel coronavirus and its effects; 2) the production and maintenance of physical fear through a near-monopoly of communications to forestall challenges to the U.S.. ruling class, led by the Democratic Party, 3) defaulted opposition on the part of most Republicans, thus confirming their status as the ruling class’s junior partner. No default has been greater than that of America’s Christian churches—supposedly society’s guardians of truth.
Truth

Since obfuscation, pretense, and lies concerning the COVID-19 are the effective agents of the panic and of the seizure of arbitrary power, truth and clarity about it are the foundational requirements for escaping its effects. Here is a dose.
