This is a great interview with a county sheriff. As many here no doubt know, the county sheriff is the highest law enforcement official in that county: his authority supercedes the POTUS, the governor, the mayor and town executive. This is because the county sheriff is elected by the people of the county and swears an oath to uphold the US Constitution. I listened to this interview and joined the CSPOA to support the sheriffs and it is the best $50 I've spent in a long time. Consider that when your civil liberties are threatened your final fate is ultimately in the hands of the County Sheriff. If your County Sheriff says that you do not have to take the COVID vaccine, there is not a court in the land that has the legal standing to countermand that order. Please join folks. These guys and gals are putting their necks on the line for us. The CSPOA works to bring all county sheriffs into the fold supporting the US Constitional and our civil liberties.

Consider everything you know about how government was formed in Western European society. Nobody trusted anyone else and so no entity was ever granted ultimate unchallenged authority. This even included the monarchy. Every office had its check to balance power. In the case of the sheriff the check on his authority was the coroner. And this is still the case today. The court you are looking for is the coroner's.there is not a court in the land that has the legal standing to countermand that order.
