Only the Feds administrate bankruptcy. States are prohibited from interfering with the obligations of contracts. U.S. citizens are bankrupt. U.S. citizens are INCORPORATED. I would suggest not doing contracts with irresponsible people.

The eviction moratorium is a case in point.

Many people outside the USA are more accustomed to open corruption, and just shrug at the new rules - both people but also border control/police. Life goes on only because of the humanity of enforcers.

While small British farms that use local workers have been less affected by the undersupply, supermarkets are likely to see the worst of it, the TFTA said.


“This year it’s looking like there is a national shortage of turkeys when we’re talking about supermarket shelves, rather than buying direct from your farm,” Martin said.
