If you want to stop chronic pain take a few minutes every day and write down your thoughts. Read them and then tear them up. It does wonders to relieve stress.
I have used this technique for years to respond to Yahoo news stories. Probably this resulted in stress for anyone reading my comments but we all have our crosses to bear.
Evidently too many people were using this method and creating stress in the writers of Yahoo news articles because Yahoo no longer allows comments.
Really this is their loss though because i find I no longer have any urge to read their screed. The comments were what made the articles interesting.
