They ignored the breach and here we are today.

The bills had to do with establishing federal zones where states had existed and creating title 18 in the US Code (federal crimes).

This all happened while tailgunner Joe was a senator. Politics is nothing but a show...much like CORONAVIRUS.
That has been disputed by some who claim Congress was called back into session and that Truman actually signed the bill(s) into law during that special session. To know the truth examining the Congressional Record is in order.

The record of Congress has little truth so I wouldn't expect any there.

After the civil war an American officer was nabbed by the British on his way to Ireland to stir up rebellion. Petitions from all over the country were read into the congression record demanding the U.S. take on the British. The result was a bill from Congress directing the president to do anything short of war to PROTECT AMERICANS IN FOREIGN STATES. It was passed the day before the 14th amendment and went by the title EXPATRIATION ACT. The Americans it sought to protect were freed slaves and the foreign states were also known as The Several States. The Fenian Army officer was a ruse to set the stage.

They are still using the freed slaves reason to alter political reality. If you want the truth here it is:. POLITICIANS ARE LYING SCUMBAGS IN ANY CONTEXT.
