Some people little to no experience in such matters think that when a living creature gets shot that there's instantly a gusher of blood, that there's gonna be blood exploding all over the place, sometimes that happens and sometimes it takes a while for the blood flow to be apparent. No she is dead, the best acting in the world could not imitate that. Maybe they handed her a cross or crucifix, no clue but it was not a victory speech.
