I noticed herd mentality cuts both ways. Since Missoula County quit their mask mandate, the mask wearers are outnumbered. Each time I go to Missoula, the percentage is less. As much as they want to believe teevee, they never want to be in the minority so they ditch their masks.
Surrounding counties never had mandates and masks never caught on.
