In this video, I provide an overview of how the evidence indicates that the 2020 election was stolen in four phases:

    1) Preparation

    2) Main Attack

    3) Backup Attack

    4) Defense

More information will be made available including links to specific evidence supporting assertions above in a documentary currently in production called "Was America Hijacked?". Once complete, this video will be made available for free to all seeking to view, download and share.

Wisconsin sheriff: Election statutes were ‘not just broken but shattered’

    Sheriff Christopher Schmaling

An investigation by the Racine County, Wisconsin Sheriff's Office found that nursing home residents whose families said they did not have the cognitive capacity to vote nevertheless had ballots cast in their name in the 2020 election.

"Election statute was in fact not just broken, but shattered by members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC)," Sheriff Christopher Schmaling said at a Nov. 28 news conference.

Though the Racine County investigation only related to one nursing home, Schmaling said he expects Thursday's announcement will lead to others across the state coming forward.

Schmaling called on Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul to launch an immediate investigation.

The sheriff said his office initiated the investigation after receiving a complaint from a relative of a nursing home resident who died in October who was suffering severe cognitive difficulties – and yet still voted via absentee ballot in the 2020 election. The person lived at the Ridgewood Care Facility.

Racine County Sgt. Michael Luell investigated the issue and found the Ridgewood Care Facility had an unusual surge in voting activity in 2020. Luell reported eight of 42 families of residents at Ridgewood Care Facility said their loved ones didn’t have the cognitive ability to vote and yet did.

Schmaling detailed how the investigation found that Wisconsin elections officials had sent out instructions on how employees at nursing homes could help residents fill out a ballot, although such action is prohibited by state law. "That is the completion of the crime," Schmaling said.

Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairman Paul Farrow said in a statement: "Anyone who cares at all about election integrity owes the Racine County Sheriff's Department a debt of gratitude for their work today. It is horrific that WEC’s choice to violate state laws may have led to bad actors taking advantage of vulnerable citizens in nursing homes. It’s time for Democrats, the Department of Justice, and the mainstream media to take election integrity concerns seriously."

Meanwhile, Wisconsin state Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu on Monday announced that the state Senate is launching its own investigation into the 2020 election.

"The audit released on [Friday] paints a grim picture of the Wisconsin Election Commission and their careless administration of election law in Wisconsin," LeMahieu said in a statement. "The audit shows numerous failures within WEC which undermined the free, fair, and transparent elections Wisconsinites deserve."

That audit found numerous problems with voter roll accuracy, absentee voting, the use of drop boxes, and raised questions about the role of outside groups like the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life.

State Sen. Howard Marklein said his Joint Audit Committee will hold hearings and lead an investigation.

"I am currently reviewing the audit report which made 30 recommendations, including 18 items that may involve legislation," Marklein explained. "We have taken action on a number of these items in legislation that has already been vetoed by Governor Tony Evers, but we will consider our options."

LeMahieu said one of the options may be ending the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

"We will assess the full impact of WEC's deficiencies and determine the best course of action for the future of election administration given the now documented failures of the current administration and staff," LeMahieu said in a statement.

State Rep. Janel Brandtjen is leading a separate investigation being conducted by the state legislature's elections committee.

Brandtjen on Monday slammed the WEC, and said that faith in Wisconsin's electoral process has been "shattered."

"The Wisconsin Election Commission failed to properly manage voter registration, train clerks, or comply with security issues on electronic voting equipment," Brandtjen said. "To make matters worse, 48,554 indefinitely confined individuals who had not previously voted with an ID or did not have a photo ID on file, voted on Election Day. The citizens of Wisconsin deserve fair, honest and transparent elections."

Project Veritas released a new video today exposing malfeasance that took place in New Jersey’s gubernatorial election, where an election worker was willing to provide a ballot to a Veritas journalist disguised as a non-citizen and non-registered voter.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “Remember, we were allowing anyone to come in.”
NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “I’ll let you fill out completely a ballot now. Whether or not it’s going to count, I don’t know.”
NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “Listen, we’ll let you do it [fill out a ballot].”

You can watch the video here:

In a governor’s race that has been called with only about a one percentage point difference separating the candidates, this behavior is at the very least questionable.

The voters in New Jersey deserve to know how many locations were allowing such a practice to fester.

Did You Know Green Bay's Election Was Run by Michael Spitzer Rubenstein From A Hotel Room?

The Wisconsin Special Report says: Democrats cheated in the 2020 election!

There are so many newsworthy details contained in the just-released Wisconsin Special Counsel Report on the 2020 Election that it’s hard to know where to begin. Every American citizen should read this report because it explains how the election was stolen by Democrats. That alone makes it worthwhile.

    Let’s start with this story:
The OSC learned that all machines in Green Bay were ESS machines and were
connected to a secret, hidden Wi-Fi access point at the Grand Hyatt hotel, which was the location used by the City of Green Bay on the day of the 2020 Presidential election. The OSC discovered the Wi-Fi, machines, and ballots were controlled by a single individual who was not a government employee but an agent of a special interest group operating in Wisconsin.
Wow. So one guy hidden at the Grand Hyatt Hotel controlled Green Bay’s election from his room? What is that guy’s name? According to the report: his name is Michael Spitzer Rubenstein. Why was a lawyer from Brooklyn in control of an election in Wisconsin?
That’s a good question. Let’s begin, though, with an explanation of why it’s been so hard to get any good questions answered at all. Just take a look at your calendar: it’s March 2022. The retired Wisconsin Supreme Court judge who conducted this Special Counsel investigation would remind all of us, first, that we’re talking about companies that are hiding their tracks.
The OSC began a comprehensive investigation of voting machines in Wisconsin.
As part of that investigation, subpoenas were sent to Dominion, ESS, and Command
Central, LLC, a Dominion reseller and servicer. The information sought included
information about who, when, where, and what updates the machines were provided.
The OSC learned that one machine company representative stated that the voting machines were “wiped” during updates, meaning they did not retain federally required voter data.
It was discovered that Command Central, LLC, received images of cast ballots on election night using the internet. Command Central is alleged to be holding actual ballots cast on election night at its offices in Minnesota in violation of Wisconsin law.
The OSC was not able to complete this portion of its investigation, however.
Get 20% off for 1 year
Let’s also remember that the voting machine companies have refused to comply with investigations authorized by the state officials of Wisconsin even though the state officials of Wisconsin hired them in the first place as third-party vendors.
As of the date of this Report, the voting machine companies have refused to comply
with the OSC’s legislative subpoenas, and have provided no data. The OSC considers this investigation incomplete but ongoing.
The OSC also sought information about the machines in Wisconsin used on election night from the clerks. The clerks either did not possess the data sought by the OSC or refused to provide it, with Green Bay and Madison insinuating that providing secure voting machine data to the OSC would somehow compromise election integrity. In other words, these cities claim that it is impossible to verify the integrity of the voting machines because doing that would jeopardize the integrity of both the machines and future elections.
So let’s return to the Brooklyn attorney in the hotel room running Green Bay’s election. How was that possible? How did he manage to do it?
One of the functions of Mr. Spitzer Rubenstein’s service as “on-site contact” was to
coordinate with the contractor staff at the Hyatt Regency and KI Convention Center to set up wireless networks for Election Day operations. At Mr. Spitzer Rubenstein’s instruction, there were three WiFi networks available. One was the general conference facility public network that would be available to members of the press and others. That network was password-protected, but the password was widely available. A second password-protected WiFi network was created for Central Count staff. Mr. Spitzer Rubenstein also directed that a third WiFi network be established, but that network was to be hidden and it was not to be password-protected. Spitzer Rubenstein also ensured that “both networks reach[ed] [his] hotel room on the 8th floor” (App. 262-266).
On election day, Spitzer Rubenstein had access to ballots and determined which
ones would be counted or not counted.
Our elections can be hijacked because the electronic voting machines are hooked up to the internet. You know: the simple truth that your elected officials keep insisting is not true — and which is now indisputably true. Which brings us to the next truth: your elected officials are lying to you and they’re probably lying to you because the only way they got elected was by using corrupt voting systems.
There’s another blockbuster development mentioned in the report as well. The retired Wisconsin judge got his hands on some interesting evidence.
The OSC’s investigation discovered the use of a ballot tracking and harvesting
application in Wisconsin. An extensive amount of time and effort went into this portion of the investigation. The OSC became attuned to the possibility of an application when reviewing email exchanges between the Zuckerberg 5 and third parties. This involved tracking applications in Georgia and Pennsylvania.
The OSC discovered ballot tracking programs in both Georgia and Pennsylvania.
The OSC was able to locate and identify the developer of both programs in those States. The OSC obtained the source code for the Pennsylvania application. Ultimately, that data and source code would not prove to be helpful to discovering information about the Wisconsin application.
The Democrats now have a very big problem: massive election fraud in 2020 is no longer a “conspiracy theory” — it’s a fact described in great detail in an official report conducted by the state officials of Wisconsin.
    It’s official: they cheated.

    Re: Election fraud

The elections were a Crypto-coup. It would seem there has been a string of Crypto-coups; going back how far and long we are not privy to. There is a definite power struggle between conflicting groups of criminals for control of certain aspects of policy. Also, they want their money making graft schemes protected from scrutiny. The organized criminals are somewhat erudite/sophisticated in their methods of overturning adversaries these days; after all, you do not want to let the public in on your escapades. Trump was the victim of an assassination by a competing faction that included all the usuall actors. He was basically JFK'ed on Nov. 3-4 of 2020. They don't need bullets anymore, they have the press and the voting 'system'. No need for any commission to study the aftermath when you have such methods as a compliant press and thus a befuddled public. Add to this the fact that a goodly portion of the public supported the Crypto-coup.

My home county just voted 5 to 0 to ban electronic voting machines but the County clerk is required by law to have one electronic machine at each polling place

Nye County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to recommend the county clerk ditch electronic voting machines and move to all-paper, hand-counted elections for both the 2022 primary and general elections.

But facing some pushback from Nye County Clerk Sandra Merlino, those changes may not be enacted in full. Merlino said she is required by law to have one electronic voting machine at each polling location to ensure the county’s elections comply with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Merlino, who did not oppose the measure outright, also cautioned that her office does not have the resources to make such major administrative changes with just weeks left before the first mail ballots are sent out for the June primary election.

The vote came after testimony from several prominent 2020 election deniers and conspiracy theorists who alleged — citing debunked evidence — that electronic machines used in Nevada, including Nye County, are vulnerable to cyber attacks that could change the outcome of an election.

It is also the latest attempt by a rural Nevada county to greatly overhaul election administration in response to unproven conspiracy theories about the 2020 election.

“With the paper ballots, hand-counted at the precinct level, decentralized — we're going against what the forces want,” Jim Marchant, a Republican candidate for secretary of state, told the board. “They want centralized [systems] so they can manipulate it. So if we go against that and get back to decentralized … that's how we're going to guarantee that we have a fair and transparent election.”

The final effects of the vote — which requested but did not order that Merlino make the changes — remain unclear. The position of Nye County clerk is elected and not appointed, meaning jurisdictional issues prevent the county commission from ordering the clerk’s office to take a specific course of action.
Though Merlino said she would look into making the changes for the 2022 general election, she pointed to serious logistical challenges that would likely prevent a sweeping shift to all-paper elections and hand-counting during the primary election.

“With this ballot, or paper shortage, my ballots are ordered… I do not know if I can get more,” Merlino said. “There's no way right now for me to gauge how many people are going to show up in person, so I will probably have to order an additional 20,000 ballots to have at the polls, even though we're sending out 31,000.”

A switch to hand-counting all ballots would also come with a high cost. The time-consuming process is often mired by human error but has gained widespread attention and support amid false narratives about the security of electronic vote tabulators.

“If you have an issue with the hand count, if we're off and we have to hand count again and again, you just have to think about the cost of doing a hand count more than once and also the impact it has on the voters of Nye County,” Merlino said.

Republican Commissioner Debra Strickland’s original request for the agenda item on the issue points to “concerns about the integrity of the voting process” raised by many Nye County citizens and states that it “will help reassure voters that their voice is heard, and their votes are accurately recorded.”
In November 2020, nearly 70 percent of Nye County voters cast their ballots for Donald Trump for President, a significantly larger percentage than the share of voters registered as Republicans in the county that month (48 percent).

Strickland told The Nevada Independent in an interview Monday that the proposal would eliminate the use of the county’s Dominion Voting Systems electronic machines during the elections, if accepted by Merlino.

Dominion, which provides electronic voting machines to 15 Nevada counties, has been subject to widespread and fantastical allegations of fraud since the 2020 election, though the company has fought those claims through defamation lawsuits.

Merlino said she will ensure there is one electronic Dominion voting system at each location for voters with disabilities because she does “not have the means to provide ADA compliant voting” otherwise.

The proposed election changes also directly cite a report on voting systems in Mesa County, Colorado, alleging election violations were caused by the county’s electronic voting machines, though the findings have been debunked by state election officials. The report was prepared by Doug Gould, a cybersecurity expert affiliated with MyPillow CEO and prominent election denier Mike Lindell, and supported by Tina Peters, the Colorado county’s former election clerk, who was recently indicted on charges related to a breach of election security.

Strickland said Monday that she brought the item forward after hearing a four hour-long presentation on election integrity during a meeting of the Nye County Republican Central Committee. The commissioner said she was concerned after hearing the electronic election machines could be hacked, and said the county would be better off using paper ballots that are entirely counted by hand.

Her concerns were echoed throughout a 45 minute-long presentation delivered by a series of election conspiracy theorists, including Marchant, who argued that the Dominion voting machines are easily hackable, but presented no evidence of fraud during the 2020 election and no evidence specific to Nevada.
Marchant, a former one-term assemblyman, earlier this year touted his membership in a “coalition of America First” secretary of state candidates working “behind the scenes to try to fix 2020 like President Trump said.”

The speakers also included retired army colonel Phil Waldron, who contributed to a PowerPoint circulated ahead of Jan. 6 that proposed challenging the results of the 2020 election — in part by declaring a national emergency and seizing paper ballots — and who said he briefed White House officials multiple times in the days before the Jan. 6 insurrection. Waldron has also backed unfounded election conspiracies, including claims that the election was hacked by a host of actors, including China and billionaire George Soros.

Waldron argued that a better election system would involve precinct-level voting using only paper ballots that include anti-counterfeit measures, such as a rare earth mineral sensor, and a QR code. He said election officials could then take pictures of the front and back of each ballot and upload them by precinct to the county website to allow anyone to audit the election, “so Mrs. Jones’ fifth grade class can do an audit of their precinct if they choose to.”

Two more speakers, election denial activist Mark Cook and Russell Ramsland Jr., a Republican businessman who for years made baseless claims of large-scale vote manipulation, presented a more technical picture to the board, saying election systems were easily hacked by outside actors because Dominion machines and voter rolls were connected to the internet when they were not supposed to be.

However, neither cited evidence of such security lapses specific to Nevada or the county, and Merlino, the county clerk, later clarified to the board that at no point were Nye’s voting machines connected to the internet.

Though it mirrors a wider push by local Republican politicians to move away from electronic voting machines — including a proposal to switch to all paper ballots in Lander County — the request falls short of more wide-reaching election changes proposed elsewhere.

That includes an idea in Washoe County that, in addition to so-called “stealth” paper ballots, would also have sought to station National Guard troops at polling places and ballot boxes. That proposal was shelved days after it was proposed, however, on the advice of the county district attorney amid concerns the measure had not received a proper legal review. The proposal is expected to appear on a future county commission meeting agenda.

Lyon County commissioners soon could also be considering similar election changes to those proposed in Nye County. Though no similar items appear on the agenda for the county commission’s Thursday meeting, Strickland said she believed Lyon County would be doing the “same thing” on March 17.

The push to overhaul elections in several Nevada counties comes in spite of messaging from Republican U.S. Senate candidate Adam Laxalt, a prominent proponent of conspiracy theories regarding the 2020 election. Speaking to voters in Humboldt and Elko counties, Laxalt said elections in those rural counties are legitimate, while the problems with Nevada’s elections are concentrated in populous Clark County, NBC News reported.

Nationwide, Republican lawmakers in at least six states have introduced legislation that would require all election ballots to be counted by hand instead of machine, according to the Associated Press.

Heading into the 2022 election, The Nevada Independent has compiled positions taken by state and federal Republican candidates on the election results, election integrity or the 2020 election. Read more here.

Update: 3/15/22 at 5:22 p.m. - This story was updated to include new details from Tuesday's meeting, including the outcome of the vote and quotes from the parties involved.

The most popular fake First Lady's biography a total flop, sold only 250 copies the first week

Jill Biden’s biography was a total flop and only sold 250 copies in its first week on the market.

According to far-left Politico, the dulling of the Biden White House isn’t due to lack of talent in the press briefing room, but rather due to fulfillment of a central Biden promise: to beat Trump and make DC news boring again.

    Advertisement - story continues below

And because DC is boring, sales of Dr. Jill’s biography: “Jill: A Biography of the First Lady” have been a little slow.

It has nothing to do with the fact that Jill Biden is tacky, uninspiring, cheated on her first husband with Joe Biden and now abuses Biden, an elderly man who is clearly suffering from dementia.

TRENDING: Confirmed: Liz Cheney's J6 Committee Is Now Holding Onto Evidence that FBI Was Running Operatives During the Jan. 6 Protests -- WILL THEY LIE ABOUT THIS TOO?

“Like many women of her generation, she holds her commitments as wife, mother and grandmother at the center of her life. She is a professor, earned a doctorate in educational leadership, and taught at Northern Virginia Community College. She broke barriers as First Lady as the first to hold a paying job outside the White House.” the book’s promo reads.
    Politico reported:

Gone are the Tweets that sent newsrooms scrambling. So long to the five alarm Friday news dumps that had editors frantically rearranging weekend plans. Bye-bye to the massive TV budgets for White House specials and the firehose of publishing deals for books about the administration. NPD BookScan, which tracks book sales in the U.S., said that prominent books about Trump released in his first two years of office outsold Biden books during his first year and a half by, what an official there said was, “essentially 10:1.” A newly released biography about Jill Biden, by two well-respected Associated Press journalists, sold just 250 units in its first week, according to the company.

For the vast majority of Americans, and even plenty of people in Washington, it’s all been a relief — the minute-by-minute churn of presidential politics is no longer so omnipresent and existential in their lives.

No one is buying Jill Biden’s autobiography.

No one shows up to Joe Biden’s events.

Yet the media wants the American public to believe Joe Biden – with help from Jill Biden, is the most popular president in US history.

    Re: Election fraud

There are probably hundreds of books written by or about famous "influencers" that were never meant to sell. The books can be about individuals or governmental agencies and public policies where public perception and opinion is the target to be molded. It is irrelevant if sales were a dismal failure, because the payment money paid out of very deep pockets of the very deep state. A book is the perfect cover for a fake books for mind control.

    Example:

There was a writer, Gregory Douglas, who wrote a book titled

Gestapo Chief : The 1948 Interrogation of Heinrich Muller Hardcover – July 1, 1996
    by Gregory Douglas

(Another book he wrote was "Regicide" about 9-11-01, and this was probably another misinfo / disinfo book arranged for by the Deep State.)

This Gestapo Chief book was supposedly an inside look at secret papers of Robert T. Crowley of the CIA after his death.

This book was arranged for by the CIA to do a little mind control on right wingers who were beginning to think that the CIA was not an agency working for the best interests of the USA. This writer would go on RadioLiberty.com radio shows with Dr. Monteith, and claim that he had access to some old papers in an old trunk in the attic of Robert T. Crowley who was a top CIA operative and who died, and who lived next door to Mr. Douglas, as I recall. That explained how he came into possession of these secret papers that told all about what the CIA was really doing.

That was my first suspicion that a lot of books that come at us that claim to contain "bombshell" information are really meant for CIA mind control purposes or for other kinds of payoffs owed by the Deep State.

Nowadays, I think most of us are on to this fake book scam.
