Our next guest is Steve. It’s just Steve, no last name given because that’s the era we live in. Anyway, Steve works in health care administration, and his wife is a doctor. In the past week, Steven has received three emails, from the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Pediatrics. Each of these emails states, unequivocally, that doctors should not be prescribing the drugs ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine for coronavirus patients. Now, a lot of doctors believe pretty sincerely that these drugs can be helpful for coronavirus patients. At a minimum, they’re both extensively tested drugs that are very unlikely to cause any harm if prescribed in safe amounts. Doesn’t matter. Doctors in Steve’s hospital are being prohibited from prescribing either drug, he says, and if they defy that order, they could be putting their medical licenses at risk, and by extension their very livelihoods.

Steve’s message shows just how remarkably dangerous it is these days for a medical professional to voice an alternative perspective, but Steve is a brave person and he believes the well-being of the public outweighs his own personal safety. I’m very glad to have him on this program.

I have located Table 2e on the NIH website. Not an easy task - governmental agencies are great at hiding and witholding documents.

Ivermectin is an FDA approved medicine and there have been several clinical studies.



The dosing recommendations for Ivermectin are show in last part of this posting. Good luck in printing these studies and getting your doctor and hospital to administer this medicine. The hospital protocols are dictating to the sold-out doctors how to treat their patients. The goal is to kill the patient.
There are things you can do at home to keep your lungs open for breathing. We should be sharing these things in a separate thread.

(Regeneron, the ant-clonal antibodies medicine, is also a non-approved by FDA medicine. It has NOT been judged officially for " Safe and Effective " designation. A patient has to qualify for the treatment that is administered by IV drip and can be done at a medical facility on an outpatient basis.. I think you have to have some other medical condition in your history to qualify to get the medicine, unless you are the president.. It is said to be effective and gets the patient out of the woods and maybe kept from having to be admitted to the hospital.

Remdesivir

Ivermectin

Nitazoxanide

At the Truth for Health Foundation’s Wednesday conference exposing human rights violations in hospitals, Attorney Thomas Renz revealed that the standard protocols for COVID patients being implemented across America, including the use of remdesivir accompanied with mechanical ventilators, is “killing your loved ones.”

Renz said that remdesivir, a drug that has been widely prescribed to COVID-positive patients, has a “25.7 percent death rate” in those who were given the drug as a remedy to COVID, and “29.8 percent kidney failure or sepsis rate.”

“This is a mind-blowingly high number,” the lawyer said, especially considering the concerted effort among the scientific establishment and mass media to supress both ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine “where you see basically no side effects.”

In addition, Renz recalled “the most shocking statistic” regarding standardized COVID protocols, advising that “if you’re on [a ventilator] for more than 96 consecutive hours, our statistics are showing over 84 percent death rate in the Medicare population.”

“This is staggering,” the attorney stated.

“We all know when you get to the hospital, the first thing they ask you [is] ‘are you willing to be vented?’” Renz said. “They want you vented immediately; they are pushing these vents.”

Continuing, Renz criticized hospitals as “murdering people … and they’re doing so with knowledge. They are aware that what they have doesn’t work. They’re aware of what they’re doing, and we have got to hold them accountable.”

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) authorized both remdesivir and mechanical ventilation for the treatment of COVID-19, a barrier behind which Renz said many doctors are “hiding.”

“They’re going to try and suggest that there’s no malpractice because everybody’s doing it. But guess what, malpractice and any defense for malpractice does not cover intentional torts [wrongs], and that’s where we are.”

Yes, Remdesivir is "approved" by the FDA for treatment of Covid 19 patients according to this document but under special exceptions of inclusion and exclusion. However, Remdesivir is still NOT AUTHORIZED by the FDA. Remdesivir is under Emergency Use Authorization ( EUA) status with the FDA.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but as I understand it.

An EUA drug can be approved for treatment of certain conditions by the FDA, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME also be under Emergency Use Authorization, that is, not fully approved, and the EUA drug does not have full FDA licensure status with the FDA.

They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin.”

“They use informal language, that is true,” attorney Isaac Belfer told a Texas federal court in November, adding that, “it’s conversational but not mandatory.”

The FDA had directed physicians to “stop” prescribing the drug Ivermectin for Covid. On its webpage, “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19,” it stated: “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”

The FDA said in a second post: “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.”

Physicians are claiming that the FDA interfered with their ability to prescribe Ivermectin as an “off-label” medication. Doctors have even been retaliated against for prescribing Ivermectin, as well as Hydroxychloroquine.

Attorney Boyden Gray, a former legal adviser to the Reagan and Bush administrations, is heading the law firm that has taken the doctors’ case.

Gray told The Epoch Times that the FDA had “violated well-established law that allows doctors to prescribe an FDA-approved drug as an off-label treatment.”

“Congress recognized the importance of letting doctors be doctors and expressly prohibited the FDA from interfering with the practice of medicine,” Gray said.

The Federal Trade Commission charged St. Louis-based chiropractor Eric Anthony Nepute and his company Quickwork LLC with violating the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act and the Federal Trade Commission Act, by deceptively marketing products containing vitamin D and zinc as scientifically proven to treat or prevent COVID-19. This is the first case the FTC has brought under the new law.

In a federal complaint filed by the U.S. Department of Justice on the FTC’s behalf, the Commission is asking the court to exercise a provision of the new law to impose monetary penalties on Nepute and Quickwork, and to grant a preliminary injunction against the defendants. According to the complaint, the defendants marketed the vitamin D and zinc products under the brand name “Wellness Warrior,” and claimed that they were as, or more, effective than vaccines that are currently available.

In addition to monetary penalties, the complaint seeks to bar the defendants from making such health claims unless they are true and can be substantiated by competent and reliable scientific evidence. The Commission also seeks to bar the defendants from falsely claiming to have scientific evidence about the effects of vitamin D and zinc on COVID-19.

“The defendants’ claims that their products can stand in for approved COVID-19 vaccines are particularly troubling: we need to be doing everything we can to stop bogus health claims that endanger consumers,” said Acting Chairwoman Rebecca Kelly Slaughter.

A St. Louis chiropractor could face more than $500 billion in civil penalties through a federal lawsuit that alleges that he profited from selling vitamin D and zinc products in violation of the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act.

“The federal government is suing me for half a trillion dollars … for telling people to take vitamins,” Dr. Eric Nepute said.

Nepute said his case goes to trial in Missouri federal court in March.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filed the 27-page complaint in April 2021. It alleges, among other things, that Nepute profited from the online sale of vitamin D and zinc products during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Nepute is a licensed chiropractor and owner of Nepute Wellness Center in St. Louis. He also owns Quickwork, a limited liability company doing business as Wellness Warrior.

The government’s complaint alleges that Nepute, through social media and internet advertising, promoted and sold “Wellness Warrior Vita D” and other products as drugs capable of treating or preventing COVID-19.

“Starting no later than June 2020, [Nepute] began advertising a protocol that customers should follow to protect against, prevent, or treat COVID-19. This protocol, which has varied over time, advises consumers to take [daily] substantial quantities of emulsified Vitamin D3 and zinc,” found in the Wellness Warrior products, the complaint reads.

The complaint also states that “no published studies prove Vitamin D protects against, treats, or prevents COVID-19.”

According to the suit, Nepute’s “lack of factual or scientific bases for these claims [are] frequently accompanied by equally unsupported assertions regarding applicable science.”

“In short, defendants are selling their products by disseminating information, exploiting fears [amid] a pandemic, and posting a significant risk to public health and safety,” the complaint reads.

However, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stated that vitamin D is “essential for bone health as well as muscle and nerve functions [and] helps the immune system fight off bacteria and viruses.”

Despite numerous settlement offers and arbitration, Nepute has rejected any out-of-court resolution and feels confident that his case is strong enough to go to trial.

“The only reason they’re coming after me—and they said this—is because I’m the first doctor they went after, and they want to set a precedent,” he said. “They said they wouldn’t stop until they had ‘blood on their sword.’ That’s literally from the FTC’s mouth.”

Nepute said his vocal stance favoring vitamin D and zinc as immune boosters—including his public distribution of 2 million tablets during the COVID-19 pandemic at no charge—drew the federal government’s attention.

At the time, the government focused on the emergency authorized use of COVID-19 vaccines as the only course of safe and effective treatment of the disease.

“The [FTC is] pushing this because it’s political,” Nepute told The Epoch Times. “I’ve spent $3.5 million defending myself. The only tactic they have is to drag this out so I can’t afford to take it to trial.”

His lawyers recently filed a motion to dismiss the government’s case on summary judgment, including more than 10 million alleged violations of the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act of 2020 and 12 million violations of the FTC Act.

Each alleged violation carries a maximum $43,792 civil penalty for a total of more than $500 billion—”exceeding the gross domestic product of Austria, Nigeria, and all but 25 nations,” according to the motion.

Frontline attorney Tom Renz of Ohio is Nepute’s advisory counsel in the case.

“The problem with this is wrongful prosecution, in my opinion, because [Nepute] didn’t lie,” Renz told The Epoch Times. “He didn’t commit fraud. He said this would bolster your immune system, and it’s true. Both [vitamin D and zinc] are well-known mechanisms for bolstering your immune system.

“This is simply going after him because he was outspoken about using vitamin D and zinc, and he didn’t like the jab—that’s all it is. He had a big following, and they wanted to make an example out of him.

“There is no basis of law for them to go forward on this—none.”...

Renz said, “Anthony Fauci said you should use vitamin D. Why aren’t they suing Fauci?

“I want to know when the FTC is going after the vaccine companies and the officials promoting the lie [that COVID-19 vaccines stop transmission].

“I want to know why it’s OK for Anthony Fauci to say the vaccine stops transmission even though he knew it was false at the time, and we can show he knew it was false.”

Nepute said of defending against the FTC lawsuit: “I’ve spent my entire life savings. I just sold some property. I sold a car. I’ve sold everything to defend myself. I could’ve taken a settlement and walked away, but that’s not the right thing to do.

“What I’m talking about is nothing that is rocket science. What I’ve done is repeat medical literature and provide solutions for people who didn’t feel they had a solution for anything.”
