Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion rights, draft opinion shows

The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.

The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. This could be the biggest news yet in the fight against abortion. According to a leaked draft of a majority opinion, the U.S. Supreme Court intends to reverse Roe v. Wade!

The opinion, written by Pro-Life Justice Samuel Alito, is a groundbreaking, bold, categorical rejection of Roe.

This would mean that the authority to protect preborn children at all stages would be returned to each state legislature. Texas is poised to immediately ban all abortions.

However, the decision is not final until the Supreme Court issues an official ruling.

Friend, this is history in the making. We MUST PRAY.

Make no mistake: A leak this big is unprecedented and could be an attempt to intimidate the justices into preserving the so-called "right" to abortion.

Already, mobs are forming outside the Supreme Court building.

It has never been anything but immoral to kill your own child/baby/fetus.

Roe v Wade is about giving someone else license to kill your child.

Consider the marriage license. The male and female involved don't need state permission to marry. The preacher however does need a state issued license to perform the ceremony. I suppose if they don't have permission then their churchs' 501(c)(3) might be in jeopardy.

The Roe v Wade decision made a state actor called a physician or M.D. not eligible for the criminal charge of 1st degree murder.

A woman doesn't have the authority/right to shield the M.D. from a murder charge.

The Law of Necessity makes it clear that you can do whatever you like if your survival is at stake. I suppose this extends to an unborn child but even this will not protect the M.D. How could a fetus threaten his survival?
