    In Vulgar English

The 2nd Amendment in vulgar (common) terms is about guns.

The 2nd Amendment in legal terms is about flags, seals & coats of arms.

So I am not putting down anybody else's interpretation of the 2nd amendment but I am pointing out that if you think the 2nd amendment is strictly firearm related then where do you find a right to a flag, a seal and a coat of arms?

Firearms are necessary. So they fall into the Law of Necessity. I expect a lot of city people will dispute what I call necessary so I will pose this question:

If you live trap a skunk how would you propose getting it out of the cage without importing it's odor to your living room?

The overlooked part of Second Amendment is about the the security of a free State. A well regulated Militia trained in the use of guns will preserve the security of the free State. They can carry their legal term seals and Coats of Arms along with their vulgar term 'guns' and maintain legality.

About the live skunk in the trap, I don't intend to be the trapper.
The only thing declared necessary in the Constitution & Bill of Rights is the #2A Militia of the several States.

Put a dark tarp over the cage and drop it in water.

    Anyhydrous

Mix some ammonia and bleach in a shed and run (do not try at home)

    Re: In Vulgar English

What we have added to human depravity is again a thoroughly Roman quality, perhaps even a Roman invention: vulgarity. That word means the mind of the herd, and specifically the herd in the city, the gutter, and the tavern. [Guy Davenport, "Wheel Ruts"]

The majority view of the 2nd amendment is that of the herd, the common folks, those to whom vulgar English is a native language.

The politician speaks to the herd in words they understand. The talking head on the evening news is familiar with vulgar English.

If you are searching for something to overcome this is a good starting point.

I thought there might be some ideas a little less WMD.

My Arizona neighbor used to trap 35 skunks a year. He exercised his 2nd amendment right to not be sprayed

Just other options for quick-n-easy if knowledge and supplies are available.

Tarp and water cannot be included in WMD. All materials are reusable. Greenies should love it!

Nothing wrong with a 22 magnum @ 100 yds. or a tractor and front bucket...
