I saw that yesterday. Perhaps I am wrong, but I believe that the county sheriff could have arrested those agents if they entered his county without his consent and support.
Edit: That may not be the case, Florida probably is not sovereign as in the State of Florida, but now is the incorporated STATE OF FLORIDA, a federal zone.
