Those attempting to downplay this incident are referring to pipeline 'leaks'. The pipelines aren't LEAKING those pipelines are DUMPING out fully breached tube ends because they were completely severed with hundreds of kilos of TNT. The damage done was fully intended to "end" (forever) any further use of those two Nord Stream pipelines.
