Is she using a VPN ?
Has she tried another browser ?
Has she checked to make sure this site is not blocked in her current browser ?
VPN is what worked for me after getting another PC

What VPN are you using?
I also had a problem and was locked out of her from February until just recently.
I tried a free VPN (proton) but it didn't help.
Then, without me doing anything, I was able to get back in and got a message from Dachsie saying she was locked out.
The forum really should get fixed since Gold should have a decent bull run over the next few years.
Try using Opera browser.
When she logs in is the "keep me logged in" boxed checked.
She should try that also
She can't even pull up the forum page to log in.
I suppose she’s tried multiple browsers at this point…?
