Anglo countries are also getting destroyed. It seems to me like Anglo society and governments are just more easy to co-opt and control, and they will be used up and destroyed rather than being part of some long term plan. There are just easier to control because of their individualistic society, and more important to control because of their military strength. But ultimately it’s not some kind of long term relationship but something getting used up and then destroyed so that there can’t be any backlash from them in the future.
