At first I considered this to be an accident and from stupidity of Iranians. Since finding reasons why the cia would order the hit, the chances of foul play increases.
The cia spooks on twitter were sharing information that a US military C-130J was in the region during the day of the crash. Though since these are exposed cia spooks, I dismissed the reports, and also because there were 3 helicopters, if they were HAARPed or something like that, the other two helicopters should have gone down too.
Why was the C-130J in the area, which is a rare event. It was there for you to blame that and focus the blame on that, and not blame the culprit - Chabad Jews.
The cia was in on it and the cia had the DoD send the C-130J into the region (Azerbaijan) to be the decoy to waste the investigation on cia induced conspiracy theories.
