Yes are wonderfully diverse group of new arrivals appear to be using Helene as an excuse for a no pay shopping spree.
This is looking kind of like Lahaina, but this time instead of DEWS, they used a hurricane to cause massive flooding and kill all of those people, so they could get at the lithium mines.
