Why Is Jim Rogers Always Out Of Breath?

I've searched google for it and came up with nothing, I've seen some youtube videos and the commenters say it's because he is working out while doing interviews, but I found nothing to back that up and it sounds kinda bizarre.

I've not seen an interview where he looks like he is out of breath. He's always got that tie on. Would be strange to workout in a tie. Maybe it is actually the tie causing the problem.
